Great bank

CGB is a great bank. I have been baking with Chelsea Groton bank for over 5 years and I have never had a problem with them. Great customer service at all of their branches.

For basic online banking, it’s great.

At a local bank level, this is a well developed and easy to use app. It has the basics, designed well. The only really it doesn’t deserve the last star is because Touch ID (one of my favorite parts of the app) malfunctions quite often and needs to be unenrolled/ reenrolled. Fix that, and you’re golden.

Looks great on iPad Air

Update breaks iPhone5

CGB app Says it requires an update upon opening. But there is no prompt for me update it in the App Store and my iOS literally can't go any higher. My friends do not have this problem on there own I phone 6's and where able to update the app normally. This app had worked perfect for me for years but now I may have to switch banks. CGB should not punish you just for having an older phone it's ridiculous...

Recent Malfunction

Recently I have had problems with this app not opening or taking forever to open. I installed the latest update which said there were bug fixes but no change. The only change I have made lately is to add a vpn to my phone. Please fix this.
