The app itself is fine, but there are some issues. 1. The deals are almost never as advertised , like it could say the stuff was all buy 1 get 2 free and it would only let me do buy 1 get 1 free. 2. Never buy shoes on there. I bought a size 10 so i could wear the shoes but when they came ( even though it said 10 in tue shoe ) they were maybe a size 7. I could return the shoes in store but i never got my $7 shipping back :,) 3. Its almost always out if stock so you’d probably be better off shopping in store. Other than that the app works decently well.
don’t get me wrong the clothes are cute and good quality but like I said SHIPPING IS HORRIBLE. Ordered my package on the 1st and my ETA for the package is the 20th. TERRIBLE. I ordered clothes for pack to school (I live in Cali) and made sure to give it plenty of time because like it says on the website delivery to my state would be 6-7 business days. I was not expecting 16 business days so now my package will not be here on time for school. Also customer service is TERRIBLE and only respond from 9-5. They gave me ABSOLUTELY ZERO help with my shipping situation and are USELESS. If you want to order something here’s an idea! DON’T! Buy in person because the shipping if you don’t live in the eastern hemisphere is RIDICULOUS.
I love Charlotte Russe honestly I bought black jeans like 3 years ago and I’ve had them since they last a long time. One think that doesn’t sit right with me is if you email someone for help they don’t respond and in other cases you might not get your money back if you don’t get what you ordered ( if it happens ) they also sell out so fast i don’t know if it’s because they selling a little amount but, if you go on the app you’ll hardly find anything it’s always sold out 🥲
Not updating cart and no 2 for 20 like said in todays email
This app has been getting me very mad because of various reasons. 1: Does not up date cart 2: always says error please try again later 3: No 2 for 20 and only says 2 for 30 like old sale 4: Does not give me the discount for 2 for 30 and makes my purchase what the price would be originally for 2 jeans.
So I was able to use this app for a few weeks and it was AMAZINGGG like my experience was great until today the app won’t open like at all and I have so much stuff to order for school and it’s still not working even after I turn my phone on and off and it’s not my phone; it’s the app because all my other apps are working perfectly besides this one. So fix the app and thanks
I am disappointed in this app. I love the store but this app is horrible. The skirts link is actually the joggers link. Which has 2 links technically. So basically none of the links are in order or are functioning properly. The filters don’t filter anything. The app screams cheap. Please get with your UX team or create one.
The app has not worked properly for me for months. I cannot search things, I have to log in almost weekly because I am constantly signed out, the app feels very cluttered and it is overall a very unpleasant experience. Love the store, hate the app.
I ordered two things for my trip, which in five days I realize after I purchase my stuff it is not going to come in time so I just think no biggie. I can just cancel my order and everything will be fine but no, I go on their website searching for the button that says cancel order just to find out that they don’t allow you to cancel your order so I’m like this must be a mistake, but it’s not they really don’t accept cancellations so now I’m stuck with Two clothing items that come after my trip and now serve me no purpose.THEY NEED TO FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
