The app itself has gotten better the past two years. Almost on par with other, larger banking institutions apps. However, the online service as a whole is constantly down. Always telling you to try and log in later or can’t recognize your information or validate it. No use having something you cannot use regularly. Shame.
The online banking seems to be down more than it’s up. Pending transactions are another horror story. I look at the account seeing that I have something pending for 3 days only to be taken out before the actual date it’s supposed to come out. Ive had better experiences with my Chime account and have had it with this bank.
I seriously hate this app and hate this bank I’m seriously going to switch do not recommend either. Never says that online banking is down so I end up getting locked out of my account and having to call these jerks. I love when they want to fix this already crap app when I need to check my account on pay day. SERIOUSLY. Just don’t get it. Useless. Trash.
This app is absolutely horrible, it’s unreliable and fails every single day, we have had to change our password multiple times in one day just to access the account, it also will say invalid user and the app will be down for hours. It’s terrible to have to rely on this type of app service from my credit union.
If you like a buggy and hard to use app this is it. It is better than nothing, but not by much. Oh and don’t expect too much support from customer service. Long waits on hold and then a quick transfer to someone else’s voice mail.
Just like their archaic and useless website, this app doesn't work. I can't get past the identity-verification questions as they are asking questions that are not the ones I have on file. I continue to hope that one day, CFCU will hire someone who knows how to turn on a computer and move into 1997... one day...
