I kept seeing the ad for cider pop up on Instagram so I decided to try it out. I purchased $80 worth of clothes, none of which fit. I have a fairly large chest but otherwise slim waist and ordered a few tops in large. The waist was way too wide, meanwhile the chest area was for A cups. The pants I ordered in medium were super tight on the waist. I opted to receive store credit for the items so that I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of shipping the items back, and could just donate the clothes that didn’t fit. I then tried ordering some different style tops to see if they would fit me better and sized up on the pants. The tops were still too small, one of them didn’t even look like the picture. Pants were wayyyy too big. When I attempted to return these items, I was offered a 50% immediate refund, but for only $2. Turns out, if you purchase your items with store credit, you better hope it fits cause you’re stuck with it and won’t get any money/credit back. Never buying from Cider again, such a disappointment all around. Terrible product and terrible service.

I got clothes for christmas from this brand before finding out it was possibly drop shipped. The clothes came in really good quality which i was extremely surprised by since I thought it was all stolen products since most of the designs are stolen from smaller brands. But it all fit well and was very cute. this brand isn’t very environmentally friendly but after seeing customer service it gives me hope that this brand does actually care about other things than profiting off of those in need of cheap clothes. I am definitely buying from this website again but the only thing i am avoiding is buying in bulk. Only buy things you know you will enjoy, do your research and look at the reviews before you buy to avoid donating to thrifts that will end up in filling landfills. But overall pleasantly surprised! (from someone with sensory issues that can’t wear cheap fabric).

I got cider to try out some clothes that I found really cute and some what affordable. After getting them I wasn’t fully satisfied with all of them for a few reasons. Design wise— they are cute! However, once tried on they don’t fit exactly like the measurements or they end up look unappealing and cheaply made. It’s kind of a gamble… a few items I got from a haul I actually ended up being happy and the rest I don’t end up keeping. Shipping felt slower recently too, by the time I got the actual items from an order the excitement for my picks has gone away a little only to lower once I try them on and see that their fabric materials, quality, and fitting isn’t that good. On top of that, I have realized that my less favorable reviews for some items within the app aren’t being shown to others or even myself? It seems like they are hidden since only a few of my reviews are actually visible when I go look for them (which happen to be the positive ones). Not sure if that happens to others, I just feel upset that only my positive reviews go through and are being shown? Overall, Cider is okay but not great…. I feel like the last few items quality have made completely me turn away from buying again sadly… :( A little of a letdown for store which I was happy with its products at first.

Order three dresses for 50 dollars, accidentally forgot to put my apartment number, no problem I’ll just pick it up at the usps store, wasn’t there already shipped back to company. I contact customer support they tell my I’ll get 50 back, that’s fine then I realize maybe I misunderstood them so I text back again and they said yeah your 50 will be store credit, but then I only get 25. So I message them they said I was only allowed 50% of my 50 dollars back in store credit. I tell them that it’s wasn’t explained to me that well and I would not want that and I would rather get refund my money, they said it to late and that I can’t do anything about it. All because I forgot to put a 5 on my address. Had this happen only one other time and that company just gave me a full refund no questions asked. Really was excited to try cider but this was a terrible experience. All they told me was to make sure I put my entire address on my next order, thank you for nothing Cider.

Cider has been really great for me because last year I wanted to experiment with new styles, but most of the clothes I liked were too expensive. Cider was affordable and also has super cute clothes and are pretty good quality and really fit into my closet. So, if you’re trying to find affordable, but super stylish clothes Cider is a great option. I’ve been using it for a year and a half now. What would make the website even better is if you could make specific wishlists. There are so many times when I see something cute that I want to wear for a specific occasion and to be able to sort them into our own folders or something would be a game changer. Like if I wanted to have a list of dresses for a birthday party or something.

I love this online store! This is my first time buying clothes from them and I bought 17 items for a little over $300 (which in my opinion is amazing). I fit almost every item (I couldn’t fit two dresses because of my boobs, but i bought 5 dresses and fit the other three. Two items out of 17 is pretty great!). the material is extremely thick and nice. I’ve bought clothes from shein and rowme and their clothing is so think and rips easily. Also shein and rowme clothes is a hit or miss because the sizing is never correct, so im always returning most of the items. But cider clothes are definitely worth the money. I have posted reviews on every item I bought with pictures 😊 will definitely buy again

I thought I could trust a material description. I’ve never bought something that was so obviously polyester be described as a 100 percent cotton. When I asked for a full refund because it was false advertising I was gas lit by the customer service department saying that they reached out to the maker of the dress and were told the dress was 100 percent cotton, the processing made it look shiny. It doesn’t only look shiny it feels like plastic and it doesn’t fall right. I know the difference between cotton and polyester. This leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. So my brother took a piece of frayed string to test it just for ourselves, and it shrank like polyester would; if it were cotton it would have burned up. Instead of taking my side as the customer they tried to gaslight me into thinking I don’t know the difference between a plastic dress or a cotton one. Now I’m deleting the app because forever 21 has better prices, customer service and quality than cider.

This is is going to be a 2 part review at some point or at least it will have an update later this month. So far my experience has been a really good one. I contacted customer support about an order I placed and got a response the next day. Sure some places say they’ll get to you asap and this website says they’ll get to you within 24 hours but they actually did. And it wasn’t like an electronic robot response either. Customer service was actually nice and gave options to solve my question. They were a real person and not an automated response or at least it felt like I was talking to a human and not a robot.

Sorry this got long Cider has great quality I’ve gotten a few items from them and I haven’t been disappointed with the quality but the sizing is in need of more options. The XS on here aren’t that XS the first dress I got from them it fit a little loose but I had a waist belt that basically cinched it in quite well. But the tops I’ve gotten fit just a tad bit big kinda like it literally just lays on you perfect. Which would be fine for a more loose fitting t-shirt or crop top t-shirt but my corset I got didn’t act like a corset I have to tie the string all the way tight and even more for it to fit me. Which is silly because I want my corset to bring in my waist that’s why I wanted a corset. I just wish there were more sizing options like an Xxs and larger ones of course for other women who struggle with finding their size.

I’m the super skeptical style of shopper. I research each store online and read countless reviews before purchasing. I was a bit skeptical about cider but they had such great prices that I took a chance. So glad I did! Clothes are so cute and stylish. They look just like the marketing. The only caution I’ll place is that they are made for smaller/shorter people. I’m 5’4 and their overalls are perfect for me in heels. Sizing runs just a tad bit small. I’m usually between small and medium but I’m definitely a medium in their pants/overalls. Bottom line, don’t skip out on this one. Can’t beat the prices for the clothes! I’ll be a repeat shopper for sure!

Most clothing items listed on Cider are very affordable. With frequent coupons, it’s easy to find cute clothes within your price range. That is to say, that some of these items may definitely be lacking in quality, but for the most part you get what you pay for. I’ve received some adorable and decent quality clothing that I love for a fairly low price. Cider makes it easy to return clothing that isn’t up to par with what you were expecting. I’m general, I really like Cider. Some clothing is lower quality but you can’t expect much more from the low prices they have. My only real criticism is how some of the knit items tend to be much different in shape and size from the listing on their app.

You should hope and pray that you never have an issue with your order because their customer service is awful. They do not have a phone number to contact so your best bet is texting with a bot for 45 minutes until they give you an “agent” to text with. The agents are very rude, they ignore 90% of the issue you have. I paid extra money for expedited shipping. Due to them not doing their job the package was missing the Name and address of their manufactures and the Impact resistance verification for the sunglasses in my order. Because of that my package was seized by United States Customs. I asked them *LITERALLY* 25 times to tell me what the answer to those questions are and they only said “we’re working on it” or “it is not needed, your order will arrive”. Well now I have fedex telling me my order is canceled by Cider failed to provide the information.

I haven’t written a review until today but my experience with Cider has been so unbelievably terrible that I had to let others know. I ordered twice with Cider for trips and events and BOTH times, I never received my packages. The first time was due to the delivery company, which resulted in cider customer service taking their time to assist and correct the issue. They made me do so much for a $40 order and made it seem like I lied about my delivery issue. The second time I ordered, they put my address incorrectly on the label which resulted in my package being returned to them. When I reported the issue to Cider, they tried to offer me only 50% credit for something that they caused. I refuse to ever order again because this company is a scam and theyre unreliable. I have never had these issues with Shein or others. Beware of ordering from this company!!!!

I saw lots of ads for Cider and thought they had really affordable and cute clothing! To say the least, I will probably never know lol. I originally ordered a few items and waited about a week and got a notification my items were out for shipping. Later that day, I got another notification my items were being sent back to seller. I reached out and was told that they couldn’t deliver my package for some reason, so I reasonably asked for a refund to which they replied “No, we can only give out store credit.” They offered me 40% store credit from my original order. I was a little upset and asked if I could receive a full credit given I was not at fault it couldn’t be delivered. Cider agreed, but did not give me credit for the $20 shipping I paid for. I ended up ordering again, and have been waiting on that order for 2 1/2 months.

I bought three items from them and paid for fast shipping so three to five days I ordered them on the 13 and they were shipped that day and were supposed to be here on the 17 but it said the 21 so I reached out and they said I paid for work days not shipping which is completely wrong because when I paid 15$ more is said Express shipping not work day and I try to explain this to the lady and she was sending me screenshots of different things that didn't even make sense but they reassured me that it was here on the 17 but the 17 past so I reached out again and then they said the 21 so I was correct the first time I'm aggravated about it because I paid more for something and it didn't come in on time and I was made to feel stupid when I brought it up to them if I could give them no stars I would become this is stupid

If cider tries to give you store credit or tries to tell you that they can’t give you a refund that is absolutely a LIE!! Do not let them tell you that!! you go right to your credit card company or your bank account and you do a charge back because that is a lie and that is fraud and they cannot keep your money from you no matter what!! do not listen to them because they will be shut down and sued! That’s illegal!!! They are running a scammy business!!! if you never got your product in hand, you can get your money back. If you don’t like your product, you can get your money back. if they don’t give you your money back your credit card company or bank account will!!! trust me do a charge back!!! Even if they don’t refund the shipping, do a chargeback because that is all illegal!!! Watch out buying from these scammers!!

I was hesitant to order from Cider because I don’t really order from international companies. I don’t ever order from shein either because it looks sketchy to me. I was very pleasantly surprised with Cider’s product packaging and the experience as a whole! I think because it was my first purchase they sent me laptop decals and a little measuring tape too! The clothing sizes lined up with the measurements they have listed on the items. It’s very hard to find things that fit me right but I’m excited to finally have some elegant clothing from Cider that I can wear for summer 😊

This brand claims to have plus size clothes, but I agree with other comments that the plus size section is not nearly as cute as straight size. They have a few things in both, but the things made for just plus size are mostly pretty ugly. Additionally, they have a plus size section, but their weight slider caps out at 276 lbs. for a tall plus size girl who wears a 1x (they go up to like 3x I believe) that isn’t high enough it’s just kind of funny that they put a cap on the weight when they have a plus size section? A lot of other reviews list cheap material and long shipping times. I think I’ll try my luck elsewhere. Also, when I signed up for the app I made sure to click that I DIDNT subscribe to texts but they still texted me.

Do not buy from Cider. When I first saw it advertised on Instagram, I thought I’d give it a chance. Everything went completely fine when ordering and being delivered, until it came to the return. The items I bought didn’t work out at all, so we followed the instructions and sent it back. It has been a month since we returned and still haven’t gotten a refund back. Horrible customer service. We have been sent lots of confusing and contradicting emails from their customer support that get us no where. We are still battling to get our money back. They don’t have a way to contact them for customer service besides through email that is automated. You can tell since there have been multiple grammar mistakes all through it- very unprofessional.

First off I was iffy purchasing clothes from this site idk lol ..I gave it a chance and let’s just say I love all my purchases they feel and look amazing ! Being plus size it’s hard to order clothes online and not knowing if u need to buy a size bigger or smaller. And I read a bunch of reviews and a lot of people said things where sized bigger but personally think all my clothes I purchased are the right fit. I didn’t size up or down except for a sweater just cuz I like them bigger. Can’t wait to make my next order. :)

I ordered for a gift and the clothes came very fast . I was nervous that they wouldn’t get here on time for Christmas. The clothes I ordered were great quality. Some however you have to measure yourself and look at the chart. But definitely read the reviews and make sure most people aren’t just picky. Some clothes fit differently than others. I was very happy with the customer service as I had to return most of what I had because they were too big. But Cider gave me an 80% refund and allowed me to keep some of the clothes. I’m ver happy with Cider.

when i saw that it was a gen a marketed clothing brand, i was really hoping there would be more inclusive sizing within their clothing. i’m pretty tall, and not exactly skinny but i’m not what can really be considered plus sized. every outfit i wanted to buy either would not fit the circumference of my chest even in their large at size, and none of the pants (i always had to order a 2X when my usual size is a large in pants and clothing in general) reach a “pants” length for me. more like… calf length? i’m 6’0 for reference. also, there is a very low amount of good looking masculine clothing. so, if you’re masc presenting, tall, or have any fat on your body (with no shame, clothing is meant to fit your body, not your body is meant to fit the clothes.) i would discourage you from purchasing clothing off this app.

I love cider. They have the most cutest and best clothes ever. I’ve never had an issue with customer service. They might be a bit pricy but if you want long enough they have sales like every live they have. Thankfully they don’t take too long to ship things over. You have to constantly be looking at the sizes. They change from bust, hips, and waist size from S, M, L. The curve line is the best. I’m 5’6 and weight 165 and sometimes I have to size up because I’m more busty and curvy so it’s awesome that they still have clothes that fit me if I need to size up.

I can not even describe how amazing my 1st experience was using cider app. I was a little hesitant at first but seeing all these lovely designs I have loaded my cart with $400 worth of clothes. After checking out I realized that I forgot to use a 20% off coupon. What a dummy! I contacted a customer service via email and they promptly resolved an issue. Clothes arrived a few days later and quality is unbelievable! They look absolutely amazing. 10/10 for customer service, quality, affordability, designs and ease of use! P.S. sizing is spot on too!

I have seen ads for Cider on Instagram for many months and have been looking for the right opportunity to buy a dress from here! Finally hit the shopping cart and purchased a dress for graduation! Super excited and love that they now added product reviews to their website, helped me figure out what I wanted to buy. In love with everything they have and the sizing seems consistent with the products. Would love to see more models for the clothes to get a better idea of how they fit!

I really love the types of clothes they have but there is absolutely nothing in a small size and what they say they have in a small size do not have the correct measurements for that size, I mean not a single xs (the smallest size they say they have) has fit me, everything I have ordered has been giant in both bust and waist because I repeat the measurements are not correct for someone xs, it would be more like an S and the only solution they give you is to refund your money only on the app to order other things which i did and still couldn't get something that really fit so now i have 5 pieces of clothes that I can not use and money that I have lost so if you’re petite like me this is not for you

This app removes reviews that are less than 4 stars. Do you notice that the reviews for each clothing item is 4/5 or 5/5 stars, averaging about 4.7 stars for majority of the items? That’s the algorithm they set in place, to make you believe everything will fit everyone perfectly. We are not a monolith, everyone is not gonna love the clothing, everyone it’s not gonna fit the clothes the same. That is very distasteful because it’s not giving the shopper enough range, altering reviews is problematic. The reviews and uploads are there to show how the clothing fits everyone’s body differently. I wouldn’t be buying from here again.

I ordered a dress from here and it was beautiful and amazing, I’m so excited to wear it to my friends formal dinner. The website is really easy to use and does great with the measurement suggestions. One of my favorite things though was that not every model had large 🍒, there was a lot of diversity and definitely gave me a good idea of what some of the clothes would look like on myself ( since I have small 🍒) it was definitely really nice and I can’t wait to shop on here again.

I have tried this app in the past to get clothes and mostly every time the store refunds my order with no explanation. I tried ordering pants today and then I got the email saying my order was cancelled. It said it gave me the refund so I tried again cause I really wanted these pants. Tried ordering the same pants again and it cancelled and refunded my order once more but this time I didn’t get my money back. This store has some major issues. What is the point of buying on this app if I can’t even get any clothes? It keeps cancelling my orders and taking my money. I know it’s not a scam app but it sure does scam me. Would not recommend using this clothing app. SHEIN has worked absolute wonders though.

The clothes are subpar for the horrible customer service you have to deal with. I made a large order for some career events I had coming up and the company flagged me- like they are some bank (again… a Chinese company flagged my American debit card) they took the money but then sent me an email about suspect of fraud. I had to send them a copy of my ID and bank card… a CHINESE company. Cider kept my money without sending me my clothes for nearly 2 weeks. My bank was confused because THEY didn’t have the money. But Cider was also telling me they didn’t have it… k? Obviously- I missed the deadline to have the clothes for the event and honestly THANK GOD. You’d think after waiting for 2 weeks and Emailing with Cider’s customer service multiple times… their clothes must be top tier. All that fuss. NOT at all 😂 They are absolutely they kind of clothes you think are made in sweat shops and they are basically Shien’s catalogue but marked up and sold under a less problematic name. Don’t waste your time. Or do. But be prepared for Cider to absolutely WASTE your time.

I stumbled across this site while I was on tiktok a couple of weeks ago and it has absolutely ruined my wallet!! They have so many cute things to buy that are 100% my style and they got to my door so quickly! The clothes looked exactly like the pictures showed and although they are not high quality, they are definitely worth the price. My only problem is that there weren’t very many clothes in my size (xs) although I’m finding that’s a problem in lots of places now. I will be ordering from here again!

I’ve recommended this app to a lot of people solely based on the fact that you can save your size, the and there’s vibe/mood categories. For some reason typing a review is a blank screen so I’m flying blind but other than that the app works well, shipping reliable, very communicative in terms of how much stretch, reviews, etc. just for once feels less corporate for some reason and like someone actually took the time to actually make something that works.

So I wouldn’t classify myself as a plus size girl but I’m not skinny. Midsize I would think. I was very hopeful that you guys would have a great big selection for us bigger girls and I am very disappointed!!! The clothes you have are cute but it’s one page with all of the options on, like seriously? I put it on any size smaller than 1x and you have endless options. I think that speaks for itself. Please add more clothes for girls like me and for girls that come after me. Do better!

Let’s be real… we know what we’re getting. My first order had no expectations. Ordering the correct size was a bit difficult, as it always is for a woman! I ordered S in tops and bottoms and would have been fine with an XS. I logged in through the app to initiate a return and found an option to get store credit w/o having to return the items. I LOVE this option because I will be reordering in the XS and now I don’t have to worry about the wasteful shipping all the way back to the warehouse. Hello carbon footprint!!! Well done cider!!

So far my shopping experience on here has been great! I was looking for a shirt to match a cute skirt I found. I love online shopping and had used fashion nova for years, but never found other ones I liked that weren’t too cheap with their quality. Plus I needed some new styles other than what they offer to switch it up. So far I am in love! Quality has been even better than I expected.

I brought a bag for the first time, it wasn’t a good enough for me to keep, the app offer the store credit. However, I need to follow up with them many times to receive the credit. Since I had the credit, I gave it the second chance to buy clothes, the quality of the clothes is not great. It was itchy when I tried it on. The jewelry looks cheap, like dollar store. The worst thing about they refused the return of the second time. And the customer service said it’s out of her control. This app is dead to me, I wont buy anything from it. There are tons of the shopping app from China with same quality and cheaper.

I cannot believe how good the quality is for how cheap it is. They're not the best quality clothes, to be sure, but I would say you get well over your money's worth. I've loved everything I've bought, the only problems I've had were clothes just not quite fitting on my body right. However, their return policy is SO generous. I will only use Cider to shop online for clothes from now on.

I’ve put in a few orders and I’ve never had an major complaints. I’ve even had some orders that didn’t work out and there were more than enough options to help me out. The clothes are definitely cute and affordable. You definitely get what you pay for, so if you’re a bit particularly about quality/textures, this may not be for you. I’ve personally not had any qualms with it.

The clothes are actually great quality and comfortable ESPECIALLY THE DRESSES. I always fear buying dresses online because they aren’t usually at all advertised but when I tell you: these dresses are KILLER. I bought a few that ended up being a bit too big but despite that it still defied my curves! (I’ll be re-buying those exact dress btw) Anyway I do recommend this brand for the prices and the quality; it’s actually crazy.

I enjoy Cider because of how cute the selection of clothing is. It’s so cute and different from what’s in stores, which I appreciate. I would always recommend checking reviews and the sizing chart for each item you buy and the fit of an item varies piece by piece. For example I’ve bought many dresses from here and they are in a bunch of different sizes because of the material and the fit. It’s also affordable for what it is, which is always a plus.

I have ordered multiple times from this store and I love their curve line. However, their systems are failing constantly and delivery issues WILL occur. I just had an awful experience I hope I can spare people from repeating. They delivered to an address I haven’t live in year, despite me double checking the delivery address within 5 minutes after I placed the order. No explanation of why. An apology was offered but they changed their refund policy making it more of a waste of time… I had to sign a letter to get a refund despite them knowing this incident was completely their fault. Their costumer service chat glitched the whole time, making this problem more than inconvenience. Overall horrible experience. Despite how great their clothes are, I can’t trust them again. Specially for special occasion outfits… Hopefully they will fix this. Meanwhile, good luck getting your birthday outfit from them or whatever.

As a woman who has to buy clothes on the bigger side, I still want to look cute and fun. I am super appreciative of the wide variety of bold and flirty patterns available in their “curve” section (most of which are just larger versions of the standard sized clothing!). More than that, after purchasing, I’m so relieved it actually fits! This is not a brand that shrinks clothing sizes! Will absolutely shop from here again.

If they believe a size 20 US is the equivalent to a 4X… think again. A 4X is typically a size 24 sometimes 24/26. I was really hoping that Id found a cooler sort of Torrid that was inclusive of every size not just plus and not just the smaller sizes that most brands make. Inclusive Sizing is what they advertise and I would absolutely call that false advertisement. They should really google what the word inclusive means as well as what a 4X typically looks like and is sized. Was really excited to see this, downloaded the app instantly from the first ad I saw. Too bad, pretty disappointing. But, I guess I should be used to that as well as everyone other plus sized person.

I purchased a product from here and it was saying free return and once I get the product quality was awful I tried to return it and they said final item cannot be return but there wasn’t any tag on it, I proved them with screenshots and they still refuse the take return. I took another screenshot from their website to show them how item sale has tag on it as ‘The final sale item is not eligible for return or refund’ and the one I purchased hasn’t have any tag on it like that and they still refuse to accept return. I would recommend you to do not buy anything from here since they do have such scenes.

Curve and plus collection is so incredibly limited in comparison to the straight sizes. I get so many ads on instagram for the cutest dresses, and when I click they almost never have them in plus sizes. A lot of the plus sized designs are so random and we miss out on the cuter stuff! It’s nice that they have a button where you can say if you want an item in a bigger size, but i don’t think that in my time of pressing that button, i’ve gotten a notification for any extended sizes yet. Cute clothes though.

At first, Cider was advertised to me as the best sustainable fashion brand that was inexpensive. I ordered a few items. The quality was decent, not what I wanted though. About a year later, Cider followed every single micro-trend that was posed on social media and the quality worsened with it. Cider became just like Shein and Romwe. I’m honestly just disappointed. I would never tell someone to buy Cider for high-quality clothes. If more expensive stores are not an option, I recommend resell apps. I completely understand if more costly clothes are not an option to most people, but Cider is a complete hit or miss.

The set I got was so cute & the quality was amazing however I ordered a large & the top fit but the pants were huge, much bigger then larges from other companies I order from so I’m searching for someone to give this to to enjoy since I can’t. Based on the quality I will definitely order again but I will size down & not get a 2 piece set this time.

Wonderful! Just saw this clothes from facebook and its eye-catching. 😍 But unfortunately, I live in the Philippines and I tried to find the currency of our country. Sadly, there's none at all! 🙁 It only has AUD KRW and etc. I wished to see the currency of philippines money, if it's possible. I am excited to buy tons of clothes here in this application.
