I have been with Citizen’s for almost 20 years. The personal attention to detail is without limits. They are very friendly, courteous and patient. Karina and Erica always go the extra mile when needed. All personal are as helpful and friendly. I would not bank anywhere else. This is “my” bank all the way. Wonderful bank!
It would be nice if you were allowed to submit electronic or visual checks like many other banks do. It would be nice if you could move money between accounts easily. It would also be nice if you could address charges by clicking on something indicating that this is a questionable charge without waiting on a phone or trying to get a hold of somebody or discussing the issue although the staff are wonderful when you do.
The only bank that I’m not so happy with because the money machine outside it’s left left empty or broken. Seniors. Are left in the lurch wondering why there’s not sign explaining what’s going on. I on the other hand just turn around and go to my favorite citizens bank…. Honestly l rarely rarely go toEAST MAIN BANK.
I love this app. I’m able to transfer money between accounts and check balances instantly. This comes in handy when I need to transfer money to my daughter’s account.
It would be great if your system did an auto photograph, when making mobile deposits. Occasionally, it is very hard to get the image to be well received. There is quite a bit of background, lighting, and framing required.
I love this app,I can check my balances, see all their locations plus ATM locations. Plus I can transfer between my accounts, and if I need to I can make a mobile deposit with my phone!
I like that I can easily check my balance and look at the transactions made from my account history. I just wish there was a feature where I’d get a notification on my phone when there is a deposit that’s been made.
I love that I can keep up on my banking all online! The feature to transfer funds and deposit checks online are my favorite! Especially during covid. Great job citizens bank!
It is nice to have online access especially during COVID restrictions. Compared to other banks however, this app has limited functionality. Would appreciate ability to Zelle and tranfer funds outside of Citizen. Also easier, less restrictive digital deposits would be nice.
I love the app. It is very user friendly, we travel all the time, I can deposit a check by just taking a picture of the front and back, I can check balances and transactions from anywhere.
Has basic info like transactions and amount in you account but navigating farther then that is a pain and all issues you have to take to the bank you can’t resolve through the app. Plus not very good looking but still a lot better then nothing as an app anyways
Honestly I’m not the type of person to put bad reviews out there but I made an exception on this one. Everyone at the banks are always super friendly but your app certainly needs some TLC. I would say my biggest complaint is that It takes way to long for transactions to process.
The app works pretty good but the biggest downfall is that mobile depositing doesn’t work. This would be a huge upgrade and make life much easier in certain circumstances.
I’m in the app and I’ve tried repeatedly to use mobile deposit. the mobile deposit tells me I must be signed into the app to use mobile deposit. I AM signed in to the app!
But it would be nice if it the cards supported Apple Pay and a myriad of other online usages, as well as making payments to other accounts without paper checks.
