The Staff at the West Roxbury branch are lovely. But there are many problems with the bill pay portion of their website. I tried to call to rectify why a credit card payment didn't process BUT showed it was STILL processing from weeks ago, plenty of money in the account, so we figure this out. Nothing has been solved after 3 phone calls. She behaved like a bishy ignorant child on the phone & was rude & defensive. This the Stoughton branch I believe. I'm kinda shocked at how unprofessional she was, we just needed to find out if this payment will be paid & what happened, so we can keep a closer eye. Once you pay a bill here you should have the peace of mind to know your bills will process correctly. Not at this bank, they don't care.
The employees at the offices in Dorchester (Patty & Britany) & Canton (unsure of their names) were incredibly helpful. However the external transfers themselves were a huge headache. Messages from the transfer dept did not correspond to the transactions I initiated. Bring in a different time zone also severely restricted my ability to get access to my funds easily & quickly. While efforts were taken to allow the lump sum to be transferred rather than 5 piecemeal transactions, that was also fraught w/confusion & also delayed my receipt of funds for 3/4 days. Something needs to be adjusted to simplify transfers, provide info simultaneous to seeking the transfers & allow increase of amounts transferred. Lots of retirees who would like access to IRA funds live outside MA & their ability to quickly access their funds should not be delayed. Thanks
This app is basic, simple & generally works well. Since the last update, the app states that I’ve been logged out of my session every time when logging in for a new session, even if the app has been closed out. Please fix this error. Face ID would be nice also
Do NOT get a loan through this credit union. They are absolute thieves. They will keep adding money to your principal balance keeping you in debt forever!!! They’re customer service will do nothing to fix this error!!!
App works perfectly! I received an email detailing this info.... You need to go to your computer account 1st... Must already have or get online access, go to ACCOUNT SERVICES tab and click Mobile Access!! Once you do that you will be happy!! This is something that is done by MANY secure sites to verify that APP user is the account owner. Thanks COB CU!! Looks great, seems to work great as well!!
I went online under Account Services and agreed to the user terms. Downloaded the app and used my regular sign in. It works great! I can even see graphs of my spending over the past yr. I have been waiting a long time for them to have this app!
