I have been a loyal customer with Clearview Federal Credit Union. I have been given loans, outstanding customer service, and have been treated as a valued customer since then. The only thing that concerns me over time, there are now credit unions who are suspending share branch options with other credit unions, such as Clearview federal credit union. However, this will not stop me from being a customer. I had open custodial accounts for our girls who have also been customers for the past couple of years. I will always provide honest feedback for them because of the way I was treated as a valued customer. I would suggest those who are able to open account live them, to look into it. They are outstanding.
I’ve been with Clearview for almost 10 years. I’ve had the app since it came out. This check deposit feature is JUNK. Why did you feel the need to change it. I can’t deposit a check, just keeps telling me to rotate my device. I’ve rotated. I’ve uninstalled. Restarted, redownloaded. Junk.
I’ve been with CFCU for 24 years. I have never had a problem. They have the nicest and most helpful people working in the Lower Burrell office. Anita the bank manager is a beautiful person inside and out. They are on things right of way. I will never leave there to do my banking. It’s the best👍
Mobile deposit is nice! I love the bill pay option but when you schedule bills the amount scheduled is not reflected in your available balance until the money is actually sent to the payee and taken from your account. It would be nice if the scheduled bills are marked as pending or somehow can be seen taken from the available balance to show an accurate available balance. Overall it’s a good app!
I have been with Clearview FCU (formerly US Airways FCU)for almost 19 years... they have always gone above and beyond my expectations. They gave me a chance when others would not. I am forever grateful and will continue to do my banking with them!!!
I like the app for its content but there is always a number one showing on it like it needs an update or some new information. When I follow the links from the number it takes me to the interact portion of the app and when I go there it freezes and I have to exit the app. Very annoying.
I’ve been a member since 1973. The USAIR to Clearview restructuring was seamlessly from the user side. Thanks for the up to date technology that has been added in the last few years. I do, however appreciate speaking to a live person when I do have an extenuating circumstance Great customer service!
Easy to use with prompt mobile deposits. I especially love the “note” area for transfers between accounts! This is great for a small business owner and sets this app apart from other banking apps!
It is extremely difficult to get my money out of my account already and Zelle provided an opportunity to do so; however, the bank did some sort of update where now Zelle can only be used with a checking account and they don’t know when it’ll be fixed but in the meantime go to a co-op location. The closest one to me is a 30-minute drive. Please do better with your system
Without question my favorite bank EVER … nicest people EVER the only problem with the app is it’s so easy to use I don’t get to talk with all those NICE people as much…thank you all. David
I love that I can bank on the go and that I don't have to plan my day to when the bank is open! I can deposit checks via the app, so easy... I just love it!!
Unlike other apps I use on my phone, this app takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R to load. It’s always been an issue. I do like the layout and ease of the app. However, it’s just frustrating to wait. I don’t believe it’s my phone because other apps open almost immediately.
Very basic- serves its purpose to a degree. I really wish it would track purchases on my credit card the way my Discover app does. Otherwise it gets the job done.
I love ClearviewFCU. Their app is easy to use. They offer so much, so many options. They have fantastic Customer Service. I love my birthday phone calls. Thank you!
Spoke to credit union and they said they have requested that Apple update their app and to this day they still haven’t. Tap on it and it freezes grrrrrr😡😡 Please update this app Apple they said they have contacted you a bunch of times and still nothing
There always seems to be a point that I can’t go beyond that there are limits on the program I can’t make enough deposit the deposit amount to much something so for that you only get three stars
Every time I make a payment on my Clearview credit card from my Clearview checking account it takes over a week to show up on my credit card but it is immediately charged from my checking account)):
Email states problems resolved but bill pay not working and the app keeps crashing. Please fix. Very important to have this working during COVID and bank locations closed!!!! Need to pay bills! Update: Problem appears remedied. Back to the good app I’ve been accustomed to. Thank you.
