Just started playing

Here I was, always saying I would never play computer games… Yeah right! This just came out of nowhere for me and I could honestly use a distraction. Bedridden for the past 15 years and continuing to fight. Hey, a positive outlook is half the battle, right? Right! Besides, quitting is for losers and it’s my turn to be a winner 🍄🍀So why not go for it I thought and here I am, having a splendid time. The games are addicting, yet too much fun to pass it up. The graphics are outstanding and living on 175% below the poverty line why should I deprive myself of this fun game. And it’s free? C’mon, that sealed the deal! Finally a fun game without some funny looking (fake) people popping up all the time “wanting me to win real money” and paying it straight into my PayPal account. OK, I may be sick but momma didn’t raise a fool 😂 Only one Lilie thing… the audio was really terrible, like stuttering, so I turned the volume off. But that does take a chunk out of the joy. Maybe I will check into this more a bit later 🤷🏼‍♀️Right now it’s casino time… Yeah? Thanks for a great game! OK, gotta go win me a new bed 🤩 Oh, one more thing… but 🤫, because it’s the first time I am in the casino in my pjs… 😂

Where do I begin…

After residing in Las Vegas due to my disability and having to live with my parents for care and medical care? I found this app to spend some time on to help ease my pain some how. A distraction if you will. I enjoy playing these games! Especially the bonus features! Most of all? I love seeing so many ‘THUMBS UP’ as we help support one another in our wins from all over the world! After earning enough tokens and levels, I was able to create my own team. I chose to call our team, Jesus Loves You. We now work together in tournaments against other teams to earn points and tokens for our team tournament and for ourselves too. We also can talk in our own chat rooms within our team. I also enjoy swinging in to the main chat room where everyone can be found. Many are so incredibly kindhearted and wish each other the best of luck! Come join us, have some fun and make some online friends too!

A couple of suggestions and a bug

Overall, I like the app, games and layout. I do have a couple of suggestions of things I’d like to have added though please - 1) I’d like to be able to “gift (give)” players or friends within the program some of my coins whenever I want and for whatever $$$ amount I want. I don’t like being limited to only giving a certain # of coins at certain times. 2) the other thing I’d like is to be able to touch the screen on my phone or iPad to stop the reels on the slots. Hitting the stop reels button doesn’t stop the reels immediately. There is a delay and then the items I need have already gone past. We should be able to stop the reels on our own by just touching the screen. 3) Lastly, I’ve found a bug in the app; I sent an invite within a game for a friend to join me in playing a specific game. “Invitation sent” is now stuck in that friends profile so I’m not able to invite her to play any other games with me. We have both completely closed out of the app and went back in but it is still stuck/locked with invitation sent so I can’t invite her anymore to play specific games with me and it’s very frustrating!! Would you please correct that issue? Thanks so much.

Addictive game

Hi Club Vegas, I have been a player for quite a while and I’ve had ups and downs. More downs lately then I care to discuss. There have been many glitches to the reels and I make many purchases in app only to turn and loss it all back. I noticed when I fall in rank below 15 the quicker the coins starts to evaporate. The scratches are a joke. I do understand this is all about chance. However it is awful, I hit more often better luck next time or very low amounts and when I bit high the chances of getting better scratches are still low. Could you please bring back the color coded coins levels? That was one feature I liked about the game seeing my coins in the different colors WOWED me!!! I’m now part of a winning team and it’s my second time featured on the bill wall at the end of the season Grand I and now this past week Grand II. I’ve also been on third place of MATSURI months ago and it felt great, it’s an uphill battle to get back there due to lack of coins. I donate daily, participate in club challenge, buy buy buy and still low on the totem. I’m looking to turn things around or I’ll be leaving the game for good. Could be best online

I’ve been playing this game faithfully for years now. It’s safe to say I love it although over the years as new apps come out I find myself attracted to others more for this reason or that reason, ultimately I come back here until I find another that catches my eye. My only complaints are that they don’t offer enough free coins on a consistent basis. Sometimes, yes there is a fair amount given then other days it is only enough to play for a very few minutes (hence why I look for different casino games). My other complaint is that they bring back specific games as tasks to complete not just the 2 games in the expert division. To have more game specific task in the daily and master sections would be awesome. If I could have anyone wish granted as far as Club Vegas goes, it would be............. that the creators would include quests like Double Win. That would put this game as number one over any other by far. Not having a quests option is what is missing and I’m sure of that (I spend more that 8 hours playing slot apps DAILY) I should know. Lol

Club Vegas

I have played Club Vegas for over 2 years. I am emotionally attached to this game and it is my favorite casino game. I have been on winning streaks and losing streaks but I know you cant always win. Over the last month or so I have lost billions of coins. I don’t play max bet and bet conservatively. I feel like I was moved from the nice list to the naughty list. I was playing 3 to 5 hours a day but I would be out of coins if I did that now 😥. Please Club Vegas let me win some of my coins back so I can play again. I am retired and this is my enjoyment. I don’t like the other games. This is my game! P.S. to new users ; I absolutely love the new graphics and the fact that they changed the Max button. I have made that mistake. This is a great website. If you like to socialize there are plenty of opportunities! I think you would love this game, I am just going through a rough spot and need to vent. I do love Club Vegas!

SCAMMY hit a paywall on winnings around level 40

game was great, fun, relatively easy wins that prevented you from having to pay real money to win. around level 40, winnings just STOPPED. i’ve tried playing different games, different bets, different times of days. i tested my theory by making a small purchase which seemed to greatly increase my luck temporarily, then just completely crapped out. if you wanna waste an obnoxious amount of money “gambling”, take it to an actual casino so you at least have some chance of getting something out of it. the prices on coins and other items in this game are RIDICULOUS. total waste of time, don’t waste your money on this scammy game too. it completely took the fun out of it realizing that i would just have to keep making purchases to have any chance at winning. it’s a game, you can run through a million coins in seconds and they are not at all worth what they’re trying to sell them for. the only reason i can think of for this game being rated so high, is people rating it BEFORE hitting said paywall. i guarantee a lot of people gave up and deleted the whole app upon hitting that point, cuz that’s what i’m about to do!

Dont believe this fab reviews.

Trust me. I’ve been playing for 2 years. Those first few wins at first is to make you believe this game is awesome that’s why you see so many “good” reviews. New players. Truth is this game is horrible. There are 2 games I consider garbage, club Vegas and Lotsa... don’t waste your time. I’m so frustrated with this game! I used to spend money here weekly, not anymore and won’t ever spend another penny here ever again. You want to have fun winning? Try winning slots, slots grape, huge casino. I have trillions on those games. Yes I do lose but never like here where everyday is a losing day never fun. This developer is mad GREEDY, this slots are super stingy. I haven’t won anything in months. Do you know how horrible a game has to be to go MONTHS on a losing streak??? I am level 247, I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this game. I’ll settle to play with the little coins they give you but never making another purchase here ever again. Isn’t worth it when the win/lose ratio is THE WORST ONE I ever seen for a FAKE CASINO game. Pretty fair and fun

If you play smart and reserved then the game will last for a long time without having to spend real money. Get excited and the wait isn't that long either for free coins. Of course if you keep shooting for big wins then you have to bet real big and that may require real spending but overall I think it's fair for both free users and those who spend. I've noticed, that more or less on averages, when you spend real money, the wins get turned up a bit at first but bet too big and obviously that won't help very much and last very long. Hope that helps. I gave 4 stars because sometimes the loss streak goes on a little too long forcing you to pay to play if you're in the mood and I almost feel the game is geared to find the algorithms that work best with your betting habits but hey I'm just a player looking for the games with the longest runs without having to dump hundreds every month or two to enjoy a game.

Why don't I get my purple gems

I've tried to find a way to reach support. So I figured since I was going to leave a review I can maybe get in touch with customer care or something. As for my review..... I really like the games ...the ads? Not so much. There are many different ways to get Free Coins which is another plus. When it works. I've clicked on the little banner that pops up at the top of your screen when someone won a Grand Jackpot ( not me). Well every time you click on it to congratulate someone on their winning or welcome them to the site or game , you're Supposed to receive 2 purple gems. Of course I haven't gotten any gems in the last 2 days. Believe me I'm constantly clicking to get as many gems as I can. But the amounts been the same. I've been losing horribly. I don't normally say anything negative. But with this site , it's taken over 3 billion coins & there's no chance to win them back. So I try to collect gems so I can maybe win something big when I buy a bonus round with the gems.

irresponsible

I advise you guys not to play and deposit money here anymore. When you win big, they will make you crash the game like my case and when I sent a complaint. They blamed my internet. The game name is TonyNg, I played Keno with Gems and when I was at the bet level of 2000 gems I increased it to 5000 gems and I hit 9 of the same numbers, the left side of the payout board announced that I won 1000 points and took 5 million Gems. Less than 2 seconds later the game crashed and when I came back I didn't see the Gems won. I sent a complaint twice and the first time they only said the number of Gems in my account was correct, but I said I was complaining about the winning and didn't say my current Gems. Then I sent a second time and they switched to blaming my internet. I really spent a lot of money on this game but why are you guys so irresponsible. Instead of you guys saying you will compensate a little bit for the damage. If it is not resolved, I will not spend money here anymore.

Problems with site. No one to help

Club Vegas is fun and addictive but when coins are ordered I have discovered on several occasions that more money than I approved was deducted from my bank account. When I attempted on several occasions to resolve this situation, I learned that there is no one with whom to address this situation. Only the bank will file a claim which I found had never resulted in any response. This is frustrating as the excess money withdrawn from my account is excessive at times. Furthermore, as when I was playing Rich Hits Seven today, in the bonus round I had won a substantial amount which was to be multiplied by 3 as shown on the wheel but the wheel jumped back to a zero multiplier which lost me almost half a billion points. This jumping off of a winning mark has occurred on other occasions and again there is no one with whom to address this problem I’m ready to quit and seek out a more honest and less costing site. Be aware of the money you spend to play this game.

Be careful

I have been playing for awhile now and was doing pretty good, even got up over 15 billion coins. BUT, had many stretches of nothing but losing, never hit a grand jackpot, could hit mini’s and minors and once in awhile major jackpots, but never grands. I understand it’s slots, a game of chance, I know, but the game isn’t fun when all you do is lose. BTW, lost everything….again. Annoying to say the least. I have emailed the developers and all I get is an automated response about how everything is set and that they have no control. My question, since we don’t play for money, why is it so hard to win? Possible response… want to keep this as authentic as an experience as possible. If I want authentic I can go to Winstar and get real authentic. Look, I want to play and have fun, losing is no fun, while I am not saying I should win all the time, I do think it should be easier to win. With that being said, be careful with this game, yes it can be fun… but it can also be the most frustrating game ever.

Closes out too much

I really enjoy playing this game, however, the app closes out on me continuously especially when I hit a really big win or try to open my chests for the scratch offs. I lose almost all the scratch offs I earn and when I lose my big wins, sometimes I get compensation for them and sometimes I don’t but it never seems to add to my totals for the club challenges and my league points. This is my favorite game to play but I’m getting close to deleting it due to the aggravation it causes me. My girl has the same app on her phone and never seems to have this problem. Please fix these issues before I give up. I just deleted and reinstalled this app to see if it will help, if not, I’m deleting.

Entertaining

By no means am I a gamer of any sort and I never play games on my phone. But the Club Vegas games are very entertaining. It’s a bit of a learning curve to understand what every sound, icon and badge means. I downloaded this game after seeing commercial video on Instagram with Joe Rogan where he claimed that he won $50K within minutes of downloading the game. What he didn’t mention is that his winnings were not in real money. I darn near lost it when I hit a mega win and spent the next 30 minutes trying to figure out how and when my account was going to be full of enough accessible funds to literally be debt free. Well, to the best of my understanding, the only real money involved is the money you spend to gain access to games, more coins and promotions. So play at your own risk, but have fun in the process.

Nice game, well designed, and fun. Beware of your looking to win more than lose. As with any real slots the odds are in favor of the house. They will let you win big a few times as a lure. It is written into program, but as you try to play bigger and bet more you will be sorely disappointed. It is part of the design with all gambling. Eventually you will need to spend real money to continue. Don’t get me wrong as I said it is fun but I feel the algorithm is more inclined to have you lose faster after each purchase. Price is step to get more coins. I feel as it is a for of gambling because it requires cash in it should pay out as well. You also will have to pay for public chat as you always not receive 30 speakers a day to talk on global, so if you are a social person definitely not for you. Cliques form in each room so beware of some ppl being rude or mean as your only discourse to fix this issue is a small report button or to turn off their chat only to you. I have spent a little money on this game and can tell you I will lose what ever coins I have and move on to something else that is more fun and not the same old if you want more pay. Game developers have gotten carried away and greedy. I have noticed this money grab mentally acros the board with all platforms. Disappointed

I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game, and I’m on level 270 or something, emerald 2, but now unless I spend money in barely win. You would think the time money would be much more than 124,000. Then when you get a billion or more you think you would be able to continue to win at any bet amount but you have to bet more and more. Then it takes all your money. I’ve spent a few years on this game and I adore it, but it’s not even fun anymore when you pay and only start out with 7,000,000. Another thing when I donate 5,000,000 every day and I only get 1 to 10 gems from the captain it’s very disappointing. You should get prizes when you donate that much everyday. I’m a little frustrated, and feel like I’m wasting my time and maybe it’s time to find a new game. Carpi

Slick Platform

This is my favorite slots app. Been playing it for years. Their platform is one of the best in my opinion. For one, they don’t have the unnecessary features that make other slots seem like an arcade game. I want to play the slots and not have to bother with collecting “charms” unrelated to a casino. Straightforward, great graphics and interface. I only wish leveling up wouldn’t take so long. Be prepared to spin lots of zero wins - zero after zero payouts until you lose it all. Especially, if you spend real money to buy chips of no real value. Sure, there are ways to earn free daily chips and bonuses BUT those freebies cannot make up for the chips you loss. There’s a Pot of Gold that flashes when you’re losing in a slot. The price increases as you accumulate more chips in that pot. I’m at a point of deleting the app. It’s been bringing my mood down.

Patience is a virtue tho

It takes a while to build up and get to a point you can safely do 1-5m and go through times you lose, yet it’s a lot of fun and my favorite slots. There’s times it’s frustrating yet if you keep trying you’ll eventually be able to win and maintain and once you can hit the big jackpots it’s a lot of fun. It’s definitely random as someone whoses played for over a month straight for hours everyday I can say there’s good and bad days yet keep trying. The in-app purchases can be annoying and helpful it’s frustrating for low-income players tho. Yet it’s better to learn your lesson losing less than 10$ of pretend money than to go to a casino and actually lose it. At least you’ll get it in free coins and rewards in the game. It’s taken forever but I’m finally over level 250 and over 3B coins. I love the design of the slots. Out of all I’ve played it’s the smoothest and a lot of fun. On the other casino app I’m playing without any purchases and I’ve been able to get over 300m so it’s random; purchases or not.

Players aren’t lying, DEVELOPER is!

Several reviewers here have critical remarks about this game, and in playing the game myself, I have realized these complaints are valid. The “response from developer” is consistently that of an uncaring unconcerned developer who has no interest in improving the game and is continuing to rely on the weakness of the gambler and his lack of self control to earn revenue. Developer doesn’t have to invest money into time to pay employees to change anything because the addicts will still be here spinning and losing over and over whether the game is updated or left in the mess that it is. I’m not one to spend ANY real money on games, never have and never will. But since the developer wants to play the game that way, and refuses to fix the fairness of the game by using the patronizing excuse that “it’s a game of chance,” I’ll be happily deleting and moving on to games and developers with actual integrity.

I have played a few years now I assumed the big winners were the ones that purchased or have played for years until I started taking risks and it worked I have been as high as 15 billion the only problem I have is you have to bet high when you win if you try to go down no wins it’s great while it lasts it just never last long I like to play I would play all day long most days I am limited to just about an hour with free coins I played for six hours plus when I won then back to my hour the other thing is the review you would probably get more if it was not asked after a win. Losing…..that’s all

I’ve emailed you many times over this game not giving points/coins actually won. I finally started winning some. For awhile. Then boom,, I lost 8 billion coins in a week. I guess becuz I spent no money, real money. For a free game you sure do have to spend a lot of money to have fun & not stress over coin levels. This game still shorts me on winnings regularly & I purchased a package twice this week that never paid me the gemstones a all. It did pay me the coins though. I’ve played this game for awhile now. Club features & graphics are great. Losing regular isn’t great. Frustrating & makes me to start hunting another game that’s better. Or that’s really free you can really when on & not be cheated & told that broken record of how nothing is rigged or preset.

*new challenge update*

I am a dedicated player and truly love this game. I play every day faithfully and work hard in my club, win or lose. Last night there always a change to the challenge. My club completed 4/5 of the stages and could not move further well before the cut off. My club and I were highly disappointed, especially after spending so much money to NOT be compensated. We received 2mill for 4/5 and not even given a chance to complete the 5th stage. If this is what our work is going to result in, then we have definitely lost incentive and motivation. I still give 5 stars due to my dedication but not a happy member AT ALL after this update.

Just unfun after a while

I wish I could upload screenshots. I was so flabbergasted I took screenshots of bonuses (which are ridiculously hard to hit) with zero win. That’s right, zero win. Nothing. Have you ever played a slot where a bonus (free spins, or wheels, etc.) generate a loss. Yep, this appp does. And don’t, I repeat do not spend real money. It’s like the algorithm tags you as a spender and you’ll just lose rapidly (I assume because they think you’ll spend more). After a couple weeks I’m finally giving up. I spent $10 for like 13M in coins and lost, I don’t know, 100s of spins. That just makes it not fun to play. ...and don’t get me wrong, I get that it’s gambling and designed for you to lose more than you win over time. I’m not complaining about the fundamental nature of slots. But when your playing a game for fake coins, it should be designed to give you some wins and have fun. Especially when you hit bonuses.

I was helping out a friend to somplete surveys honestly. The rewards from completing the offer seemed bogus. I downloaded the Vegas slots for myself and haven’t had anything but great things to say about the games. It’s very exciting, almost as exciting as huge casino but Vegas gives you the opportunity to really win. The only thing that does not make me feel great is that I wish you guys had another payment option. Dirty trick! No support

They have the “BET MAX” button sitting VERY CLOSE almost touching all the slot machine “SPIN” buttons ... so it is (probably strategically made that way on purpose) very easy if your playing quickly or like when your tired and nodding off and on a little at night to touch the buttons together and bet All Or almost all your chips in ONE SPIN because the max bets are huge! It took me three weeks and a very lucky GRAND jackpot to get my bankroll up very high then I bet it all away (unknowingly) in ONE SPIN and I’m back to almost nothing that is a dirty trick MAX BET button should be nowhere near the spin button!! I am most mad that I spend real money on this game buying there token specials etc and then get zero answer on my support request from them !! There’s plenty more slot machine apps who’s owners CARE more when it comes to support ...moving on

Disappointed w/ cust. srv

I’ve played this game for over a year now and have spent at least $500+ on packages, bonuses, etc. I was having a great time and had absolutely no complaints until contacting customer service. Fireball frenzy was not working correctly, I contacted customer service, provided screenshots and they refused to accommodate me. I received extra spins which the game did not count. I expected to contact customer service in hopes to resolve my issue. Instead I was told there was no issue (even though I provided proof). Very disheartening. Customer service means a lot to me. I will be discontinuing my account. What a bummer! I mean seriously....I can find other games to spend my money on! Goodbye club vegas. And along with my account, say goodbye to my husbands account also.

I really loved this game and spent a few hundred REAL dollars on the game. I got really lucky and won over 300billion coins and all was going well. Something changed around February and the game just stopped paying out. I was betting on average 45-50 million and steadily losing! I would bet a bit more during challenges to help get them done quicker but now I’m down to 66 billion and still steadily losing! I’m now down to 4 -5 million average bet and I’ll get brave and bet a little higher during challenges and hit here and there. Something changed in the payouts and has made the game very unenjoyable now. If it wasn’t for the fact that I started a club and worked hard to build it up and made some good friends. I would have deleted the game a few months ago!!!

Fun but flawed

Play everyday and like the games. The problem is that the game shuts off several times as I play, usually during a bonus round. Getting to play a bonus is over half the fun, but very frustrating when the game suddenly shuts off. Getting the compensation tokens is nice, but not as fun as playing the bonus. Please fix the flaw. A few days later and the shut down glitch is even worse. Just about every bonus the game shuts off. One game of Treasure Hunters I got into the bonus with 15 free games. Reels 1 & 2 were wild. 4 spins in, with about 4M won so far, it shut down! The compensation? Just over 3M! The game could have easily paid out over 10M. The glitch is to the point that I will likely delete if it is not fixed soon.

Disappointed with Changes!!!

TigerLady780-May 2, 2019 Just 2 days ago I stated, “keep up the good work!” Today, I am so disappointed. One of my favorite games, “Paw Wars” is ruined. I understand that showing a cat and dog zapping one another may upset certain people, but you’ve gone to far in trying to be politically correct. There’s no reaction from the dog or the cat. I loved playing that game, but not anymore. I will no longer play that game! Please, before you change any of the other games, survey the people who play the games and get their feedback as to what they think would enhance the game! Please, please don’t change any of the other games and if you can, change “Paw Wars” back the way it was, minus the zapping. The cat & dog can still show expressions and reactions as before, just not the zapping!!! When I see the changes for the better, then I’ll give you more stars!!!

For a minute there I thought this game was different than most of the gambling games. It is not. They bait you into playing because they are all highly addictive especially if you like to gamble. However there is no chance to win anything, the wins are far and few between, and all it will do is drain your pocketbook. Once I lose these coins I will delete it again. These games should not be allowed. As much as I hate government intervention a large class action lawsuit needs to be filed against the developers of all these games. The odds are better in Vegas of coming out with your money! It would be one thing if you can spend $100 and play for a month but I know of people that have spent thousands of dollars in a month. I should have listen to them just like you should listen to me.

Fun Games BUT…

I just started playing this and the first few days I had zero video ads for “free” gifts of money. Now on my 4th day, most require a 20 second video. I get they make revenue this way and most people likely don’t buy coins, but if this is normal they shot themselves in the foot since other equally fun slot games don’t require this. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun to play, but the one annoyance is the number of upsells and the amount of time it takes when you do win, to get your coins and this is a big one, every level up that unlocks a new level and game as if you want to play the new unlocked game and requires you to press YES or NO. Devs, do you want people wasting their time on all this interaction for silly things taking away from game play or would you rather have them playing where you increase the likelihood of them running out of coins and making a purchase? I know I’d rather have player playing and enjoying the game more then clicking buttons like yes or no to switching games

I recommend this game I’m certain I’ve tried most casino games- CV (club Vegas)is best over all those other games. We gamblers know these games aren’t random despite being told that and sometimes we can win lots and sometimes we can lose lots. In that respect Cv is the same as all casino games. You get free spins every day along with time bonus coins. Also joining a club is another way to get coins to play(also from their Facebook groups too). Competing to be top club is fun! Waste of time

I previously wrote a review of this game but for some reason it was never posted 🤔 this game is extremely frustrating and such a waste of time. Just like others stated in their reviews they say the game is randomly generated but that is a lie. There is most definitely a pay wall. I tested the theory for myself and just to be clear I tested it multiple times. Anytime I make a purchase I will hit all kinds of wins for about a day or two but after that wins come very sparingly draining your coins forcing you to have to make more purchases which I refuse to continue to do. It’s not fair and makes it nearly impossible to level up. So unless you are prepared to waste hard earned money on this game I wouldn’t waste your time. You’ll have better luck gambling with real money in real life.

I haven’t cashed out yet

I’m not exactly sure if you can actually cash out with real money yet because I’m still fairly new to this app. But read the fine print. It seems a little confusing I’m sure it’s on purpose to distract you from the truth of not being able to pay you in real money. But the games are fun and you will win gold coins. I don’t know the concept of the gems or why you collect them. I thought it had to do with real cash but the process is very slow.

No longer fun

Six years now playing lots of money spent. All I do is lose. I advise you not to spend any money. If you do it will become a huge regret. Trust me. I know they’ve taken away almost all the bonus spins. You won’t get any until you spin about 200 spins. And it never comes close to the amount that you spent getting there this game used to be big fun now it’s just depressing. Hold onto your money. Don’t give it to these people. You’ll never win again if you even win now as much money as I’ve spent hereand I’m looking around for 50 coin and 50 coins there never amounts to anything takes forever to build anything up the game basically stinks. Pop Up Frenzy

I really enjoy Club Vegas. I love checking each day to see what games I get to play with the Free Spin feature. You reward players well which keeps bringing me back! The only thing I find annoying is the constant pop ups touting jackpot winners. I don’t mind sharing the excitement of their win but, when I’m trying to move to another game, I have to wait for them to stop to get to the back arrow to bring me to the main page again. Sometimes it’s never ending. Can the announcements be moved down to free up the banner? Then we can really enjoy their success and still play our favorite casino game!

Long time player

I've been playing this game for about 4 yrs now and probably the past 1 1/2 they start getting greedy. Hard to get any wins, payout has lowered on the wins you do get. It seems like they just want to take your money and not give you anything in return. And when you do buy coins, which I buy a lot lately, it seems like you get punished and you get no wins at all. I’ve been playing this game for awhile now but the excitement is wearing off. It has some addicting qualities to it. The game offers a fair amount of free coins to play with without making a purchase. The biggest issue I have with the game is the win percentage. I don’t want a game to be too easy but this game blatantly takes your coins. If you bet over 1million don’t even think about winning. The game will just take all your coins. The line wins are designated to give yiu just enough to keep you interested. Im going to keep playing but not investing another penny until some changes are made. Update. I’ve deleted the game. They’ve become too greedy and crooked. Deleting any messages that are negative towards the game. Zero win bonuses.

Avoid unless you like being stolen from

I recently made a purchase on this app and never received anything. I wrote in and was told I needed to provide proof. I sent the screenshot showing the deducted funds from the App Store and was told that wasn’t what they needed. This was a clear screenshot showing their company name, the amount of purchase, and the item purchased. I believe this company will steal your hard earned money the same way they stole mine. I’m making it my personal mission in life to alert and warn as many people as humanly possible that the exact same thing could happen to you. They took my money, provided zero in return, and you could be next. My advice would be to spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Long ads and no support

I had been playing for a while, but took a break over the summer. When I came back I had long ads after almost every screen transition. The 50-90 second ones. I asked customer service to revert them back to the in game purchasing ads that last 10 seconds, but they said it was advertisings’ decision. Meanwhile, I actually use the in game ads to make purchases but was not getting them! Also, none of my RL friends get these long ads. Despite asking nicely a few times, they still did not explain or attempt to help. I am tired of wasting 5-10 minutes every time I open the app to get my free and earned coins. My advice, do not download. Not recommended for anyone.

Tired of all the sharing

Every time somebody hits a jackpot of any kind it drops down on top of my screen and covers up my coin total. It just constantly over and over again and I like to see what my current total is at all times. Is there a way to stop this? Also every time I hit a jackpot the screen is immediately covered with a countdown of what I just won saying super win big win epic win. I already know how much I want it’s on the bottom of the screen I would like to see what I hit on the real‘s but if you use an auto spin the real starts spinning before the message goes away so I never know what I hit to get that jackpot is there a way to fix that?

Uh oh

I’ve played slots on this app for over a year now ...my favorite app to use, but I was just in the middle of a fireball frenzy bonus that was up to 70 million going on x7 which would have been 490 million and my game black screened. When I went back in it said sorry for your troubles and only gave me 900,000 .This concerns me seeing as I pay for chips sometimes. " Im missing why they think my Been playing for quite awhile and Club Vegas is definitely the best slot site as far as im concerned. The reason I give it a 4 , it would be a 4.8 but cant seem to divide that last star up, is due to the fact that, at least with my expierence, during the bonus rounds it seems as if I have little or no control over the wheel. Terrible waste of time

This game is pay to win. Even that’s not a guarantee. If you are looking for a fun game keep scrolling. Wins here are rare. Explaining all the real money options. They don’t have $99 packages for nothing. Even the free spins or lucky spins are a joke. The daily challenges are always on slots that will hardly hit. A good concept horribly executed

First of all, this game is unplayable unless you waste money on it. It’s not “luck” based it’s “spend money and we will give you the sastifcation you want” You might get a few jackpots but after getting a couple million no matter what slots game you play you will always go watch your money go to 0. I only played this terrible game because of an offer on another app it is 100% a fact that you have to spend atleast 10$ on this game before you even have a chance of reaching a certain level above 50. I love slots and gambling, but the way this game presents it ruins the fun. This game is a massive waste of time.

Excellent customer service

The customer service is outstanding. My concerns were handled on the same day. I’ve had hacking issues and my complaints were addressed immediately and action was taken. Thank you Club Vegas! I just want to mention that I’ve had similar issues with Playtika. I contacted them on September 7th and made numerous attempts to reach them since last time. I’m still waiting for a response. I’m glad all app developers don’t operate like that. Just ignoring customers who have serious concerns.

Beware of the Greed

This ap is amazing and so addicting at first. You can win a few games, and then lose more than you won!!! It is extremely frustrating and hard to even maintain a playable balance, unless you want to spend real money, which I have….way too much. Then to even rank on the score board you have to bet bigger each time, which is not even conducive to all playing. And lastly…..the dreaded customer service is rated theirs world. They lie (saying they have no way to refund coins when they did in the past) and God forbid you have any other issues, they completely ignore you. There are other games out there that are much much better than this!!!!!!!!
