Great upgrade

App is a wonderful improvement from the previous app. It did take a few days to work out the kinks when transitioning but well worth it. Highly recommend this app!!

Easy to use, good app.

The only issue I would say is rarely it won’t let you login and comes back online in a couple hours. Only happened Like maybe three times since I first got the app prolly two years ago. Other than that, easy to use, no complaints.

Update has locked me out of account

My app won’t even let me see my bank account balance bc it keeps saying refresh app and sign disclosure but it doesn’t let me get in to sign it. Waste of time and now I have to go to the bank and fix it which is the point of an app so I don’t have to go to the bank!!!

What was the purpose of the update if you all was gonna take everything away. . I’ve been banking with the company for over 10 yrs but this update has definitely ruined it for me. Guess I’ll be taking my services else where !!!

Idiots not prepared for update

Colony idiots not prepared for update. Can’t see accounts for second day in a row because some moron decided to “improve” something that worked fine. Only giving one star because that’s the lowest the app allows me to give.

Checking account

I can never get in without changing my account number. Face ID ONLY WORKS SOMETIMES. It’s very annoying to go thru that procedure every time.

Colony Bank App.

This is a great app! It's very easy to use and very convenient! Much easier than logging onto the website on from your iPhone! I highly recommend this app. if you are like me and keep up with your banking from your phone!

Deposit check

I tried to deposit a check it went Thur all procedures, but it would not deposit. It says check with your carrier.

Dissatisfied X10

This app never works. It just "confirms your identity" until it times out and you never get to see your account. It's a colossal waist of time and space. The "idea" is good but the actual app needs a lot of work!

Randomly stops sending account alerts. Decent other than that.

App fails to open quite often

I get a lot of validation errors and the app will not open. Happens quite often. If they would fix that issue it would be a 5 star app. It gets frustrating not being able to see my account when this happens.

The app times it’s self out too fast

A lot of times I have do work on different sites online and every time I switch over to the colony site it logs me out... I can stay out of the colony site for 10 sec and I have to log back in

Great App

This is a great and convenient app. It would be an awesome if I could get instant notification for my purchases. I’m not sure if it’s just a credit card option but I would it for my debit card too. Thanks

Outside Transfers and mobile deposit

There is no clear way to make a payment on a loan from an outside banking institution. The Mobil deposit has a daily limit! The Mobil deposit is ver tricky. Not impressed so far.

Hate it!

This app does nothing more than give you some transactions but NO pending deposit information even if you’ve turned notifications on by using a desktop computer. I guess the only good thing is I know exactly the time the deposit is in my account by text and email.

App keeps glitching

The app is constantly glitching when I try to use my fingerprint to unlock it. I don’t know if it needs to be updated or if there a bug. If this was resolved I would give this app five stars!

No return call

I called them last Tuesday and didn’t receive a call back and they didn’t handle my issue. I will be closing my account for bad customer service.

Leave it be keep moving

Pure an absolute garbage just like the actual bank don’t waste your time they don’t care about you or your best interests. Chime is a way better option.

Can’t use finger print ID

Nothing happens when I press finger print ID option. PLEASE fix this. I am unable to download mobile app because of this. Thanks. :-)
