I have to say that when they upgraded the system a few years back, I was a little worried. I don’t do well with change. But this was the best step they have ever made. I’m able to transfer money to my son in seconds, I’m able to see my account at all times. I love Columbia bank and will never change. I walk in to my branch in Old Bridge and everyone knows me. I love that feeling of being family. This was a easy transition and I give them 100 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They do not inform you when you were down very low on your account and they keep charging you $35 and you can’t keep making up that $35 because they keep charging you $35 and that runs your credit also I am so against this banking industry is ridiculous savings is there just take it out of the savings

App is good, mobile deposit takes too long

The app is good for checking your balance and things like that. If you deposit a check with this app it takes entirely too long. Chase takes one business day with their app. Columbia take 4-5.

Getting Connected

I’ve been using this app for several years. Recently I got a new iPhone and I’m unable to set the app up. I’ve called customer service, & reset my password. I also went to T-Mobile they said my phone is compatible. I don’t know what else to do I need app to do my personal banking.

THE BEST BIG SMALL TOWN BANK

I have been doing both my business and personal banking with Columbia for about 30 years. They are large enough to provide any service that I might need and small enough so that they know my name. I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

Mobile Deposit Issues

The camera is not working correctly during mobile deposits. Since you can’t capture the check images, you can’t complete the deposit.

Excellent app

Love the ease to transfer money to and from accounts. Pay all my water bill including the rent through this app - never have to buy stamps! Saves all mailing information of payees - excellent! Can pay anything and anyone through this app!

Any transportations made can take up to 3 days before it appears. Not up to the minute transactions like other banks. Not as accurate sorry to say!

Excellent app except...

I use this app all the time. Love it except the fact that it still doesn’t take advantage of the full screen of the iPhone X. Not a deal breaker but aesthetically it would look so much better!

Happy with the app, love my bank, They are on top of things and this is what I like about my bank, pretty much nothing goes un-noticed and if they think it’s fraud you will be notified 😃👍🏻

Horrible Services and policies

Worst case of greed I’ve ever seen. I am closing my account. I refuse to pay for not maintains their set account balance. I have. Usaa account and another account for the same amount of years that I’ve maintained the Rahway account. The new cooperate greed charges, if the balance isn’t their standards. I can but I refuse. So I must say goodbye. I’m sure we won’t miss each other.

Ease of use

This app is intuitive, easy to use, and viewer friendly. It will never replace Carly’s smile ( my local Columbia bank rep) , but it does make banking with no time barriers possible.

Worst Banking App ever

This is the worst banking app in the industry. You can not transfer from out side accounts easily and between business and personal accounts. It’s like banking in Bedrock with the Flintstones . Use some of that IPO money and higher a team of developers .

This app is amazing. What can't it do? Need to check your balance? Done! Forgot to walk your dog? It can do that too! Never have I experienced such a totally amazing feature on my phone. Does it job

Bottom line of this app is it does everything you need it to do. Pay bills, check balance, see deposits, see payments. It even gives you offers to redeem cash back. Very solid app.

Easy to use and does what is needed

It's not the most elegant or sophisticated program, but it works well and does not have problems. Useful for me when I'm trying to check my personal checking account information or transfer funds/pay bills.

Helpful app

This app helps me save a trip to the bank for some regular tasks like transferring funds between accounts or depositing checks. Also shows balances in real time(most of the time). Highly recommend.

Very reliable

I used to call the maple shade office every day for my balance(& they were so kind to put up with me :) ) and since I've had this app I have never gone into the negative. It is always reliable and I love it.

Finally

Took the bank ages to get up to speed with other banks. The technology and people of this back are stuck in the 1980s. The employees are all collecting social security yet still working some are 80+ years old. Unfortunately still have an account due to car payment that comes out monthly but that will be done in a few months and I will go to a real bank.
