The APP is user friendly and easy to navigate. The in-app shopping cart does not sync to browser cart, even if you're signed in. Quality of clothes are decent for price. Shipping takes a long time. If "pre-order" items are purchased with regular items, the whole will be bundled to ship with later date. Returns are a bit tricky as refunds are not offered. The company will send a free replacement or provide store credit. Customer service team is responsive, but responds occur within 12-18 hours.

Thus far I ordered 4 shipments from Commense: purses, belts, and clothes. Shipping takes about a week or so with express option, could be faster since it costs over $15. Product design is eye catching and so much more affordable than brand names. Quality is well made. Some items sizing is a bit off (too big and too small for “L”) which led me to contact customer service to initiate a return. Return process may not be as easy when comparing to Zara or Nordstrom, customer will need to write out product numbers & descriptions, provide photos of the items at the current state, and explain the reason for return—time consuming but doable. Customer service (Ms. Yumi) promptly responded and corresponded with me about several options pertaining to the return. Like most merchants, customers are responsible for return shipping fee. But there options to keep the items in exchange of 1) receive a store credit at 100% of the value or 2) receive refund to original payment method at 50% of the value. Because I already plan to order more things from Commense, I elected to receive a store credit at 100%. I will donate the unfitted items to people in need who will be so happy to wear these beautiful items from Commense. I Love Commense ❤️

I placed an order from Instagram thinking this might be “to good to be true!” because I didn't get a confirmation email. However, just a couple of weeks later I was pleasantly surprised. My cute fashions arrived but unfortunately 2 of the 3 items I didnt love on me. No biggie, I emailed customer support to request a return. They responded immediately, helped me find my order since I Didnt have an order number, and gave me an option to choose something else with store credit or return the two items for partial cash back. The quality was great on all the pieces, and I'm obsessed with the shorts set that fit me, so I of course happily accepted the store credit. Zoe was helpful, responsive and more than fair. I've just bought 3 more outfits. Can't wait till they arrive! Thank you for being so easy to work with.
Quality clothes with quality customer service. This company has surprised me every single step of the way! After reading all of the negative reviews I was extremely skeptical but the prices and the cute items were just to tempting. I received most of my items (all besides pre-order) in 2 weeks. And was amazed by the quality of most of it! I would compare it to Abercrombie. And then came time for returns and asking for my pre-order items to be cancelled. They took care of everything no problem!!! Yes you do have to pay for return, but for the amount I returned it was not a lot. I have found my new favorite store to shop at.
The app is user friendly, it wasn’t complicated to make my initial purchase. Items took around 4 weeks to be delivered. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the clothing for the price, with that being said I’m returning 5 items based on them running small(even with sizing up). They don’t accept returns, so I’m receiving store credit, which will go towards repurchasing the items in a larger size. Customer service has been good, but it does take a day or two for response.

I was sceptical about placing the order. I’ve had horrible experience a couple of yrs. ago. So far I’m impressed with the pieces that I’ve purchased, although it takes a bit of time to arrive. I contacted the company via email for a question & surprisingly the response was the same day & less than 2 hrs. Just placed another order prior to submitting this review. I’m given 4 ⭐️ because it takes time to arrive.
They say in their website return policy is acceptable within 14 days of period but they dont mention that you have to pay for return fee. False advertising. They do their best not to refund your money. They offer either store credit in exchange for keeping items or half of the money refund to your original payment. Which is not worth for their clothes. I saw how bad and horrible quality their clothes are. Basically u pay similar amount to get better quality in mall. I am reporting this as a scammer and opening a dispute on my card against the charge.
I had my first encounter with their customer service yesterday. I had to return my order due to sizing issues and not only were they quick to respond but offered different options for my return as well. The quality of the piece I ordered was excellent, if it wasn't for the sizing issue I wouldn't have returned it!
Same price range as Zara/ Mango. Shipping takes forever. The worst thing is they are internet based but they would not let you return unless they're at fault. So it's like a lucky game orrdering from them. If the clothes does not fit or you are not happy with how they turn out in reality, either you keep the items and receive 100% store credit and have to purchase from them again; or keep the items and get 50% cash of the produt amount. Sizing is weird and the quality is low. I am deleting their app and will not purchase from them ever again.
Commense has been such a great addition to my wardrobe and this app makes it easy to browse items on the go. The app is well organized, images are high quality, and it responds quickly to prompts within. Highly reccomend the quality of the clothes and ease of ordering them through the app!
They sell clothing that is made poorly and then they refuse to give you your money back. I got a pair of jeans size Large and the inseam was 4 inches shorter than a pair of their Medium jeans. Sizes are inconsistent so ordering the right size is a total guess. And when you guess wrong using a store credit (because you guessed the wrong size before), they don’t give you an option to return it for another size. I am stuck with a pair of “Large” jeans that are smaller than their “Medium” jeans. They gave me bad merchandise and stole my money. If I could give them negative stars I would.
I found Commense on Instagram and placed 4 orders over the past few months. The quality of most items were very good they looked just like pictures online. My orders delivered within 2 weeks (on orders without backorders) and did not disappoint The styles are on trend, good prices and customer service responds well. Happy Shopping!!
I ordered about 15 pieces to try out for the first time. The quality of most pieces was good and very nice, I received few complement about the stuff that I kept. Some piece the size was running small. For return you need to pay for shipping label but I see the majority of these online stores have it now all. They offer store credit which is nice to me, to shop for other items.
App is well designed and easy to navigate. Clothes are cute and stylish, quality is all over the place - some I like more than then styles they're inspired by, others are a miss. Shipping can take a while but that's very clearly stated on each item page. Overall, very happy with Commense!
You got to try this app and clothes from this brand. They are of great quality and value! I loved the quality of every single thing I bought but make sure you measure yourself and order accordingly! I highly recommend this app and this brand to people who like minimalist clothes!

Buyer beware, if you order several items and there are a few pieces that show ‘pre-order’ next to them (I think they meant to say ‘back order’) then none of your items will ship those pre-order items are replenished. So even if you have 10 things and 1 is on pre-order, even if you paid extra for express shipping, nothing will get sent out until all items are ready to be shipped. Horrible! Don’t understand why this wasn’t posted up front!
Hey guys, just giving you a bit of a heads up. The five star reviews under this app are fake, written by employees or owners of the app. The clothes are not good quality they just have some really good marketing. It’s SHEIN quality but at least SHEIN does returns and refunds. They don’t ship your items and if you’re lucky and they do, you will have to fight for days to get your money back on whatever you want refunded or returned or what is missing. do yourself a favor save your money, your time and your energy and shop elsewhere.
One of my new favorite stores! The quality of the clothes is amazing, it’s 10 times better than SHEIN. Shipping did take about 2 weeks which is no problem. The return process is very easy and straightforward! I would overall recommend commense

I absolutely love Commense clothing. Beautiful designs and great quality. The APP works well too! I haven’t had any issues with it not refreshing or slow loading. My only wish is that they would include easier access to requesting returns and or exchanges.
So I actually like the curation here because I like the general style of the clothes, but it’s literally all items from SheIn (probably why some people have complained about quality issues). If you actually want to buy any of this stuff, screenshot it and do a reverse image search on google (there’s also a free app on iOS called Reversee) and find the SheIn link. The quality will be the same, it’ll be 1/3 price and you can actually return it.

Purchased some orders and the orders came very late. After that wanted to return some items, couldn’t to the return process via app and the customer service they do not respond when it’s returning. Contacted them via email so many times and still got no proper response from them. The return items are still here which are small size and cannot do anything with. Such a BAD service.

I decided to try Commense after seeing overwhelmingly positive reviews online. The quality of the clothing was ok, but just not my style. When I tried to return it, absolute nightmare… their return policy DOES NOT MENTION that they will only refund you at 50% or provide you with full store credit. I made sure to read the return policy before I purchased and still got burned. DO NOT SHOP HERE IT IS A RIP OFF.

The quality of some of the items is good. They are not bad for the price point. They can be a little difficult when it comes to returns. I like some of the linen sets, most the shorts are double lined which is nice.

Ordered few things 20 days ago. Havent even shipped yet. Emailed them at the beginning theh told me one item was a pre-order, while when orderimg there were no signs of preorder. And I was told the items will be shipped on april 16. The only way to contact them is email. So I emailed them again on April 18 to ask what's the status , with no reply. Again on April 21st - no reply.
I should have read the reviews before buying. Sizing, quality and customer service is horrible. Expensive for cheaply made stuff. They give you only half cash back or 100% credit which is tricky to use. Waste of money plus lots of aggravation.
