The app does it's job perfectly well. It just works and I never have issues out of it. Clean, clear and straightforward. This CU is amazing. Easy application process for loans, credit cards and deposit accounts. If I apply for a loan I usually have access to the money within a few hours of starting the process. They have constant pre-approval offers that I have found very accurate when it comes to being approved/denied as long as your DTI is acceptable, and at least give you a minimum approval amount. Often when I apply I'm approved for more than the pre-approval said. Lose your card or damage it? Walk in the branch ask for a replacement and they'll print it on the spot. Payments made easy by transferring from one account to another or using a debit card from another bank to pay your CCU loan or credit card. Most importantly the staff are ALWAYS above and beyond nice. From branch tellers to loan specialist to underwriting.
I was getting on my app this morning and then all of a sudden there’s this message saying something about mfm middleware and it won’t let me log in until I configure the url and I have no idea what that means. Please, fix this. Upadate: It’s ok now. I deleted the app and downloaded it back on my phone and it fixed the problem. It’s back to normal. Yay!
Even after I called Digital Banking. Annoying because every time I try login to my account I’m forced to enter a new pin. Never had problem like this before with any financial institution. This problem was resolved later but information provided was not transparent, but I figured it out. Effective communication is best serve with common sense simple advice, so that even a fool, can’t error. Only other thing I see needs to change is the ability to see the password typed so I know it’s correct. Where is the eye symbol when typing in password ?
Been trying three weeks to get someone to fix the DS: 5:2 error and now internal error, no hope. I got a loan and can’t transfer or schedule to transfer funds from my other bank acc. Crazy. And instead of them trying to fix it they claim it’s the users mistake all the while I’m following the exact instructions on the website to transfer and I get internal error there too. Wow.. Funny I’ve be making transfer a few months now so I follow the same steps and get an error. One told me I had a limit on transfer and I should be able to transfer after they increase how much I can deposit. Still internal error!
What a great tool to find out all your information with just a couple of clicks. The credit union has done a great job in producing this tool for customers to use. I like having my information on the go and this app does just that.
By far the best bank I’ve ever dealt with! Never have had to deal with anyone negative or any negative services. Always prompt on any issues as well which has only been a couple times over several years!!!!
Love the mobile app, it helps me keep up with all my transactions as well as any suspicious transactions . It easy to use transfer money to my family if needs to be. We all have bank accounts and the mobile app with CCU!
I just love being able to deposit from wherever I am. And when I go to the bank I am always so delighted with the warm, personal service from all the staff. CCU is the best bank I have ever experienced. 15 year customer.
I've used a number of mobile banking apps and this is by far the easiest and most intuitive I've used. This app has become an indispensable tool for banking rather than an endless source of frustration. I mean this with absolutely zero sarcasm, thanks.
I love CCU! I have been able to save & build my credit. The customer service is excellent & this app is so user friendly! I love everything about my bank.
I’ve never had an issue before with this app. For the most part it’s simple to use and reliable. However, I need to access my account and it just continues to say system error every time I try to login. If there’s anything that can be done to fix this, that would be much appreciated.
Have been a member since 1995 and no complaints at all !! So enjoy the ease of online banking, ATM and how easy doing no-teller banking. But if I need a teller, they are always there! Thx CCU!
I love the convenience of the CCU app. In future updates, I would love to see a notifications option added. That way you’re aware of when deposits occur, transfers, etc.
Forcing us to have only one log in with all accounts is stupid. How can you protect yourself from getting drained by a hacker if they gain access to everything with only one log in process. Keeping your accounts completely separate is a lot safer!
This has far has to be the worse bank in America I’ve had nothing but problems from this place since day one. They don’t me lost my income taxes and some other money as well do not bank with them I repeat do not bank with them.
Please update for iPhone X face recognition sign in. Apart from that that is very well ran very smooth. It gets the job done in a timely manner which is very appreciated.
Every time I am needing to transfer money from my savings to my checking, if I am trying to buy something at the store, if I am in line at a restaurant, it just keeps loading on and on until it shows a time-out error!!!! This is RIDICULOUS!
I have an auto loan with CCU, but not a banking account. I would like for this app to include an online account set-up for those who bank with other financial institutions so we can set up auto-pay, view our loan balances, etc. Thank you!
Don’t update your version unless you want to lose your info and not be able to login!!!! Worst update ever! No way to reset anything password or any part!
More convenient than going online or calling Tellie when you just want to check transactions and balances. Haven't used it for transfers but good feature to have available. Looking forward to trying the new bill pay feature.
I really like this app it is very useful and provides almost everything I need. The only problem I have found with this app is that it does not offer mobil deposit for my IPad 2, which I do not understand. Why would you offer the app itself, but leave out one feature which is only available to newer models. It would be nice if that could be changed and made available to people with an IPad 2. Otherwise it is a very good app.
Typical app for doing bank-related activities, but the TouchID has raised the bar. Good job. The rest of the app needs updated. Layout, design and resolution are behind the times, but this is most likely a ready-made app, so it'll update at this pace of its builder. It's a shame, though, as the rest of CCU's marketing strategy is strong. Hopefully, design and UX will also trickle into the app and the web-based application.
This app is easy to use! I can view my account balances, transfer money, and view recent transactions. This makes it easier to complete simple banking tasks that I usually use the computer, ATM, phone, or bank for.
I love, love , love the new mobile deposit option on Mobile Banking!! Deposited a check this weekend and it was so easy!! The best part was I had my money immediately!!! Great job!!!
Seems to work okay, but app could use an option to use an account nickname if a customer has multiple accounts. An option to save passwords and a master app pin would be great additions.

The app had been working well until this update. Fingerprint scanning functionality seems to have been removed although the button is still there in the app. Disappointing.
