ConnectOne Bank Mobile

This is the first mobile banking application I have ever used. It is very intuitive and easy to read. I like that with permission from the bank the user can deposit checks through the application. This is great since the ATMs by me for this bank will not accept deposits and I do not like going into a bank every time I need to make a deposit. Checking my balances and transactions against my balance notes is easier than ever. I have not tried the transfer function in the application yet since a transfer relationship needs to exist between the two accounts you want to use before it can be done through the application, but I will try it out once I have that relationship set up. The only issue I've had with the application so far is that the locations function does not work when using your current location or a valid zip code. I keep getting a message that no locations were found even though there are two branches within five miles of where I live. If that function gets fixed I'll be sure to use it while traveling within the state. Overall I'm very excited about mobile banking with this application since this eliminates traveling to the bank for simple services and cuts down my paper consumption.

I have never ever been able to deposit a check in one attempt. Even when I write out “For mobile Deposit Only Connect One Bank” I get an email stating that my check can not be deposited because I did not write For mobile Deposit Only Connect One Bank. Frustrating.

Can’t believe this app is from a bank. It does nothing other than showing the acct balance.

Did not log me in. Useless. Does not say what deposit limit is anywhere. Waste.

Downloaded this I created a username and password and it tells me it’s invalid this is my first time using this app how can both be invalid smh

There's no walkthrough. You just get sent to the main NJCB page. They could at least give instructions. Once setup it's a decent app, no where close to other bank apps.
