The only problem I have with this app is that pending transactions disappear and sometimes don’t even show up until they clear which was horrible when my card was compromised. There were several pending transactions that didn’t show up and if they had, I would have been able to cancel my card sooner. Luckily they gave me all my money back but it could have been stopped sooner had I seen a pending transaction that I didn’t do.
I used to love my banking app, but within the past two to three weeks the option to deposit checks on the app has been taken away. Why?? I can’t always drive to my physical bank to deposit checks and my bank isn’t open on the weekends, so that’s never an option to get over there during that time. Please bring back full function of the app.
Before the new update and everything this past weekend, the app worked beautifully and was so easy to navigate. Showed exactly my balances, including pending transactions. Now with the new version, it takes forever to pull up my information, it's hard to use, and doesn't show my pending transactions so I can't tell exactly how much is left in my checking. Not exactly what I was hoping from the new update of it, but eh.
This credit union merged with Deer Valley Credit Union a couple of years ago. I joined about 25 yrs ago when it was Deer Valley. For the most part I continue to enjoy great service, attention to detail and prompt responses to issues. Any issues are resolved quickly. The employees are courteous and professional. I was able to get a personal loan just based on my signature. Highly recomend.
I think they honestly help me out a lot because of the fact they took both my titles from my car and my motorcycle from two separate banks and literally sign them both under one bank themselves so it’s so much easier to actually have both my vehicles under one account and that’s why I greatly thank him
Canyon state even offered a courtesy refund to my account, even though it was my mistake that caused the overdraft in the first place. I love them, thank you Canyon state. They have continued to be there whenever I’ve had issues concerning my account and/or debt care. Services have swift and efficient my pleased to say. Since changing to Copper State I have continued to receive the upmost respect, courtesy and professionalism.
The people working their are friendly and professional. I feel like I’m doing business with friends. I have banked at other companies who don’t see the person just . Its It’s just about the money. I will take friendly and respectful over the stuffed shirts at other banks in the area.
The app is generally user friendly. My one major complaint is that with credit accounts, the transactions don't show up and it takes days for changes to post. Other than that, it's easy to use and navigate.
I love that I’m not charged for not having enough money in my account. Which DOES happen. Any other bank I’ve had, has charged me for not having enough money. CSCU has little to no fees for their service, and I can’t express how much I appreciate that!
The Tellers at Canyon State have Great Customer Service! Always willing to help! Although, a little more help in the later afternoon, they provide the utmost respect for Canyon State Customers! Thank you!
CSCU is a great institution! Everyone there is a professional, and courteous. Carole in loans is a very sharp, and helpful person. Others are Heather, Michael, all your tellers. Owen at the Jackson St branch has been very helpful too! The very nice lady that sits just to the right as you enter the Deer Valley Rd. branch, has helped us with investments etc, and is very professional. I could go on and on! Face ID rarely works. Even if I log in within a 15 or 30 minute period, it tells me “You haven’t logged in a while” and makes me redo all my credentials. Besides that it’s okay, nothing else to really complain about. It does what it is intended for.
The app is very old school. It’s not as user friendly as larger bank apps such as Wells Fargo and Chase. It also does not work well with Venmo or other Cash sharing apps...I keep a Wells Fargo account just so I can easily and quickly send money to others. Only have it because my car payment is paid through CSCU.
This app is great. Easy to use and the remote deposit capture works great. This one takes a actual color picture. My parents use another credit union and theirs takes it in black and white. Same phone is used for both and it is the same app design. No more going to the branch. Great Job.
I've been waiting for this for a long time. So far I love it. I like that I don't have to sign in to get location or contact information. I love that I can do bill pay from it. I'm glad that I can finally do deposits would like to be able to do deposits from it!
