Just hate if u have two failed attempts have to wait 12 hrs
Only two failed attempts and yiu have to wait 12 hrs before u can try again. If u have to add money that day u have to call amd pay more taxes that one problem I have with this. And seems as if your minutes are different EVERYTIME u add money.
App works when it wants to. Apparently the company has nothing to do with their own app. You can call them and stay on hold for at least an hour but no one who answers the phone will know the answers. You can put a claim ticket in for a tech to check the issue but that will happen when the technician decides to get to your ticket. There is no way to check your account’s call history and minutes used per call , that’s their way to cover up unused minutes that are charged. You can only deposit money on your account through this app when it actually works. Bottom line is if you have any technical issues with your account , Correct solutions will not know how to fix that issue and you will have zero communication with your loved one. The app and company should just shut down Update: reported this issue several times and still nothing done about checking balances And if you go online you not able to check your balance either. You can make deposits though, shady
The app is actually OK but the only thing I would change about it is the amount that a person is able to put the spending living shouldn’t be placed on citizens only on the inmates now curious doesn’t have a limit they do but it’s in the hundreds, I don’t like having to charge my card more than one time through a company. If I don’t have to but with this app you have to charge your card more than one time because if you put some money on commissary, you can’t put it on the phone once you’ve used your card you have to wait 24 hours that’s really a annoying process I would say change the limit that I am able to put make it to $200 every 24 hours or something reasonable like that it is convenient but it also Lisa the chances of my use of this appq
You can only use a card once or twice every 7 days.
It’s a cool app, I just don’t like that we constantly have to switch out cards just to talk to our love ones. If you only have 1 card, you won’t be able to always talk to your love ones because they are so strict that you can only use a card once or twice to load minutes on your account & you’ll have to wait another 7 days to add more money unless you have so many other cards to use. That is so pointless & frustrating to me. It’s not right.
Very easy to use app. Sometimes the app will mess up while paying. If you try too many times you’ll be locked out for 12 hours so before you try it for the third time log out and start all over again. That way you’re not completely logged out for 12 hours other than that it’s easy.
This has been one of the best apps I’ve ever used, makes easy deposits!!! I’ve used for 2 months and no issues. One thing I would love to change is the amount of times we can use the card on the app and or on web. Calling is too much of a fee to do through customer service. Overall this app is amazing 💕
This company is not a good choice, the calls are ridiculously high and you cannot use your card but Once to add minutes or the system will not let you add money to the account. This company locks your card out the system where you not allowed to use it and makes you repeatedly use different cards to add funding and when you call Correct Solution for assistance they charge you an additional $5 to add minutes, from your locked card which is a rip off and another way to make money of customers, not a good company
It’s ok but could use improvement. Would like to be able to save the facility instead of having to scroll through the state and then find the facility. It only lets me use the same card once a week which is ok because it charges a $3 fee no matter how much I deposit. So $50 becomes $53 but also $10 becomes $13! Instead of simply charging a percentage of the deposit. So frustrating!
Let’s just start off with I can’t create an account it has me fill out all the requirements and then it says phone number is already being used I changed it 5 times then it tells me my name is registered and has an account then I change that and now my address is used I changed that and my email is in use I try the recovery password link and now my email is not registered with any member and it’s the same circle I’ve deleted the app re downloaded it and nothing help please.
I have no choice but to love it. I love the customer service and the app makes it easy. I wish the whole address thing was changed but it's ok. Thank you
This app has helped a lot to communicate with loved one. It’s very easy to use and transfers do not take long. I have not had any issues while using it the past 2 years.
Love the system so far everything has been fine!! Love how you can add funds to either numbers you have on the account and like how fast it goes towards your account!
But it’s the only way to make whomever your loved ones are to communicate with the world. It is what it is. Just have to do it on a budget. You help when you can. Hope my girl is home soon!!
I truly hate that it limits our ability to send more than $50, but the inexpensive fees of $3 is much better. I help a friend with his transfer to his wife and it's infinitely better to do this. Thanks so much.
It would be helpful if I could see the balances of commissary, inmate pin debit, and prepaid collect. I may have missed where this is and any guidance would be most appreciated. Thank you. Gayle Short
It is difficult to add money to inmate accounts for each service due to not allowing me to use my card except once every 7 days. So, there are 3 items to send dollars for phone and commissary Each option should be allowed.
First off, disgusting excuse for customer service. One, y’all had no problem taking money out of my account but not adding it to the inmates commissary but get really upset when a chargeback was approved because the literal sheriff signed a letter stating the funds were never received. Way to take advantage of the situation people’s loved ones are in, no wonder so many people have complained about stolen funds.
Very good app makes it very easy once you have set it up. It is easy to navigate. Incarceration is always a hard situation. Made easier by apps like this.

They totally are not user friendly. They need to change their app policies. Everytime I turn around I am banned for 12 hrs or the inmate is not active at this facility. Might as well drive to the jail to deposit money on your loved ones account they are ripping people off. They know what they are doing. SECURUS is so much better to use.
It deposits funds to inmates LA detention centers are disgusting place Human Rights are violated every day They treat inmates like they are some kind of animals, nobody does anything about it NGOs are useless unless it’s about alphabet people!
This system is not good and it doesn’t make sense for you to only be able to use a card twice a week what if you only have one card? What if you want to send an inmate money everyday? And they take too much money like you can only add 50$ instead of 100$ so you would have to pay the 3$ fee each time that’s crazy
i need to report more than one issue. I have tried to put almost 20 dollars on my account now and it is charging me but not giving me credit so I can’t even get in contact with my friend but it’s taking my money. Secondly, i have been on hold with customer support for over an hour and still no answer. Need to fix asap.
App doesn’t even work correctly! You have to call to update info instead of being able to online which is dumb! Also upon account system kept not allowing me to set up an account, claiming my number is already registered clearly it isn’t! And saying it can’t locate the address within my city and state also clearly incorrect!
The restriction of only being able to purchase from one card per day is rediculous when a family member needs to pay for 2 different services on a regular basis
the limit card thing is hard to deal with my daughter is only 4 and she loves to talk to her father so the limiting is taking away from the time they get to talk. Plus him been there is already taking time from them, I cnt use my card on here for 7 days now that’s horrible.
Whomever created this broken app needs to be replaced immediately! How many people have multiple debit cards? Not credit cards, debit cards really?! I have multiple credit cards , otherwise 24hrs,48hrs or 7 days to deposit funds! Y’all need to do better
I do not like this system, I don’t like that you can’t put as much money as you want and I don’t like how you can only use a card once a day, two days in a row then can’t do it again for a week. It should not matter how much money you are allowed to put
