I love the ease of this app! I love cotton on has many stores within. Great pricing & promotions with an easy notification setting to remind me of deals.

I love everything about cotton on; the aesthetic, the clothes, the accessories, everything—however, there’s a major bug that could cost you a lot of money if you don’t pay close attention. The shopping cart will sometimes double, triple, or quadruple the original number of items in the cart. I noticed this while I was filling my cart with things I wanted to get for Christmas. My $51 total was a whopping $234, and only because it had put up to six more copies of what I’d originally put in the cart. This hasn’t happened before with one or two things in the cart, but it seems that with 6+ items this takes place. PLEASE FIX! It’s such a hassle to go in and delete easily 20-50 copied items.

For about a year the Cotton On app has not worked correctly for its sole purpose - purchasing items. Once items are added to the cart they cannot be edited or removed. A “sorry this page no longer exists” prompt loads after clicking an X in order to remove an item. No promo codes are accepted because the “apply promo” text remains and does not disappear when you type. Contacting Cotton On customer support yields no results. The same issues occur on the mobile website regardless of safari or google browsers. I suppose Cotton On is fine not making mobile or app sales, seems like a nonsensical app if these issues cannot be remedied or even addressed.

I love cotton on and I got the app since I shop their so much but something I have noticed on both the website and now the app is when you try to delete something from your cart it shows a this page is unavailable then when you click on your cart again nothing is gone making it very hard to shop and make decisions as I am the kind of person who adds then deletes later to assure everything in my cart is something worth purchasing at the time. If you could get this fix it would be great!

I’ve been a Perks member for years and just downloaded this app because of lockdown in Singapore. I tried to log in but apparently the only country options available are Australia and America. It recognises my email address but says I’m a member in a different region but then doesn’t give me the option to sign up in my region. If you allow membership outside of USA and AUS, why not make the app useful for those regions too? I just want to log in and shop but this app has put me off unless there’s a work around I haven’t discovered yet. However reading all the other bad reviews, I’m starting to think this app is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. 🥴

I was not even able to buy anything. When I clicked purchase it took me to the page where you usually put in your information. I usually use Apple Pay which they stated that they had. I scrolled down and Apple Pay was already selected but there was not button that allowed me to click Apple Pay to purchase my order. I tried to get out of Apple Pay so I could just pay with my card but it wouldn’t let me select anything else. It wouldn’t even let me take things out of my cart. If I can’t even buy your product what’s the point. Waste of time. This app is so bad I would give it a zero but that is not possible so I give it a one

Having an app for the site is so great! Easier and simple. Only issues I have so far is my wishlist doesn’t show all my items unless I delete some I can refresh it and it’ll bring up a couple but wish it’d show all of them. Then my points don’t show only in my email and the desktop view they show. Also my cart shows I have 5 items when I only have one item in there. That’s why I gave it 4 stars, the desktop website and the app aren’t connected well yet I’m thinking.

I think the shirts are great quality but I’d recommend sizing down a size or two, I got medium shirts and most/all fit like a large or an extra large. Also make sure to look at the back of the shirts before deciding to buy it. As for the app and sight for cotton on its pretty glitchy for example whenever I delete something from my cart it will still pop up same goes for the wishlist section, overall that’s the only issues I had.

It’s so annoying that my cart literally deletes the instant I close the app. I had 34 items that I spent hours looking through the whole site for and I closed it to continue my day and wait for my husband to see if he wanted to add anything and when I go back, the cart icon says I have my 34items there but then when you click it it says empty. It erased everything every single time and I haven’t bought anything because it takes too much time to look through everything EVERY TIME. I want it to stay there and not delete.

I love this app!! Clothes are great and adorable!! And super nice shopping experience lots of deals aswell! The only annoying part about it is when i have full wifi and internet it loads slow and wont even load certain things overall just a bit slow, i dont know if this is my device or the app having a fluke on my phone only. (Which is possible happened to someone i know on GOAT, the app wouldnt load)

i love that there is finally an app but there are a few annoying issues i would love to be fixed. first my items in my cart are never saved if i leave the app, but it still says i have 9 items in my cart. just when i go into it, it says there is nothing in my cart. second, the wishlist seems a little glitches. it won’t let me view all of the items on my list. it says i have 90 items in my wishlist, but i can only see about 20-30. third, when i log on to my account on desktop instead of the app, it says i don't have any favorites or anything in my cart. i wish that the app was able to connect to the desktop version of the website through my account. other than this i am really glad there is finally an app! i love shopping with cotton on!

I love cotton on kids, but I’ve had a recurring problem with them messing up the items and number of items in my cart. I have to probably go through and edit it 5 times before it has the correct items and amounts of those items. This has been happening for well over a year and it’s pretty shocking to me that they haven’t figured out how to fix this yet. It bums me out cause I’ll definitely still buy from them, but it would be a lot better user experience to not play cart roulette every time i go to check out.

Not sure if it’s my account or what but I’ve been having issues with the site for weeks. I’ve used 2 different devices, the web and the app and I can’t seem to get past the initial order page, it just loads forever. So sad because I need to buy some stuff and this is the only place I want to shop but I may have to find somewhere else

I love the clothes but the app makes it hard to want to actually shop there. Its always erases my cart and then glitches back on with everything that i put. Sometimes I cant scroll all the way down to my favorites because it won’t load either. It would also make sense to make the app like the website. You can’t read reviews on the app and see what size the model wears like the website. That should definitely be updated

I love cotton on and shopping there whether it’s in stores or online. However, there is an issue with the app that won’t let me view what is in my cart. When I try to click the cart a message pops up saying there is an error. It has been doing that for quite some time that I thought the issue would have been resolved by now. I’m not sure if it’s just my app or if there’s anything I can do on my end, but it should get fixed.

Love the clothes and i really want to purchase, but you cannot delete anything from your cart - instead it takes you to a screen that says "this page no longer exists". Not only that, but your cart will randomly double or triple what you've added. I also cant check out, the screen is stuck on a constant buffering loop. Would be a great app if they could fix all of this, but it's been going on for days (and what looks like months, according to the reviews)

I had ordered a shirt from this app and put in all my information and everything correctly only to have my order not delivered to me and it end up in some random warehouse that’s not even in my city and I won’t even be able to get a refund because there is no way to get in contact with cotton on to help me fix the situation of either giving me my shirt or giving me my money back

Absolutely hate the app. Nothing works on there can’t even load properly. Going on the website on your bleeping Safari browser works way better than downloading this entire app. Can’t keep me signed and can’t load my likes, can’t load my cart. Do not like the app. I love the store itself. I have to go in person if I wanna buy anything or go on the entire website on my laptop.

I use CottonOn mostly to buy clothes for my children. After being prompted to download the app from the website, I thought it might be easier. Unfortunately, there’s no tab for the kids section, and finding kids clothes is extremely difficult. App should be updated to include all categories the website offers.

I love the quality and style of the clothes, however the app and desktop site are horrible. It’s always glitching or freezes. It never correctly updates my cart, or shows my order history after purchasing. I would recommend shopping in store instead of online and/or through the app. I really hope this issue gets fixed because it would make things so much easier considering the circumstances of this year.

For months I haven’t been able to use the app the way it’s intended to be used. I can scroll and add things to my favorites and add items to my cart. I cannot however view my favorites or access my cart unless I log in online. Every time I try to view my cart or favorites it says there’s an error. The developers say they improve the app and do bug fixes but that’s not true at all.

Both the app and their website the cart doesn’t work. You can add items but can never delete items. So I will never make a purchase online, because I can’t edit my cart! It’ll even say that an item is out of stock and it won’t allow me to remove it from my cart. Everytime you try to remove it it takes you to a page that says “oops this page does not exist”

It doesn’t save my wishlist and when I remove an item from my shopping cart… it doesn’t remove it, instead it opens a page saying “page does not exist.” I can’t purchase the items I really want bc the unwanted items I’m unable to remove are still in my shopping cart-.- I tried signing out & signing back in, redownloading the app and so far no luck. I tried Safari and my carts empty.

I’m receiving an error message when I want to see what store have the products I’m looking for. I’ve double checked location is turned on my phone. Still receiving error message. Works fine at the online webpage. Can you please take a look at this. Thanks

cotton on has some of the cutest basics but shopping online or in the app is driving me crazy… i cannot edit my cart at all and i refreshed the app multiple times and tried a bunch of troubleshooting to fix it but it has been so frustrating. i saw a review about the same problem from 3 years ago, and you think the devs would have fixed it by now but i guess not :(

Ordered a denim jacket, purchase was no issues. Everything was confirmed. A month later there’s no update, no tracking. So I contacted customer service and then says it was sold out. Like? Ridiculous. No updates at least to notify the customer that the item got sold out even if “PURCHASE WAS CONFIRMED AND PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED ON MY END”. Full of ambition this company to attempt stealing money from a form of fraud transactions.

I LOVE shopping from cotton on, so I decided to shop online. while i downloaded the app was so unfriendly- i waited 6 minutes, in counting, waiting for the app to load even after i logged in! “error” after “error” i checked to make sure it wasn’t my wifi. and still, after every option, no use. i’d recommend just shopping irl, or through the safari engine.

I love cotton on but this app gives me headaches. It’s very glitchy and often doesn’t save your cart or favorites list, sometimes does not allow you to sign in, and adds dozens of items when I only added it once. It should be easy fixes as plenty of other clothing store apps run smoothly. However I can say at least returns have always gone well for me and I l love the clothes.

If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. I ordered from them about $75 worth of clothing. All my stuff came completely wrong. I’ve reached out through every service they have available and have gotten 0 responses from any. I wasted money to get none of the things I asked for. This is ridiculous and completely unbelievable. I’m not sure where to go with this. They scammed me of my money and make sure they don’t get yours.

The items are Grade A! Super soft and great quality. I’ve ordered a few outfits and once you have one of your items I definately wanted others. Thank You

So the app doesn’t even load for me. I get connection errors. It’s not my wifi, I’ve tried it on cellular. It just doesn’t even load. 2 stars because I do love their clothes, but the app itself is messed up. So is the desktop version but at least I can get that one to load and I can browse!

This app used to work but as of the last year the wishlist and shopping cart wont let you remove items even when they are no longer in stock which doesn’t let me check out!! guess i wont get anything because I just want to update my cart

I have downloaded and deleted this app twice now because it keeps saying connection error. The first time I was in a completely different place than I am now and it has done this both times. My connection is fine, everything else on my phone works fine, what is the issue?

I cannot use any category on their app. It says “no search results” when I click on anything in the boys section or the baby section. I love Cotton On clothing so much, but I can only shop through a web browser. Would love to have this fixed.

the same problem has happened before where my wishlist has a lot of items but I can only view some of them unless I delete some items and refresh but it still doesn’t show my full list . please fix

So I’m trying to Sign up for this app, and it keeps telling me that the password is un acceptable and I’m like but I did everything you asked for the past 20 minutes. I have tried everything, in fact I even googled what an acceptable password is for this website. Love the store not so much the app. Super disappointed would love to have someone help me out with this please.

love cotton on as a company and their clothes! the app is easy enough to navigate the only thing I would love for there to be is a section for in store purchase receipts! or at least an email copy of the receipt!

Logging in online on desktop and on mobile browser works perfectly fine. But for some strange reason, on the app it keeps saying the email and password is incorrect. But yet mobile and desktop browser works. Super annoying!!

I have accidentally put a few items into my cart and it refuses to remove the items I placed in the cart! Seriously after reinstalling and redownloading the app this is just silly!

This app is great but when I try to open my cart it says that there’s an issue but they don’t know what it is.

please fix this. i cleared my cache and it’s still directing me to an error page every time i try to remove something from my cart when I am logged into my account. i will not be ordering anything online or from the app if this isn’t fixed.

I’ve had the app for 2 days and it doesn’t load more items when scrolling. I’ve restarted my phone and refreshed the app multiple times throughout the 2 days I’ve had it. Also, each time I attempt to see my cart, it won’t load the items.

My shopping bag hasn’t been able to load for days. I just want to make a purchase, and can’t! It’s happened in the past as well.

My first time using the app and it’s just as terrible as their website page. Nothing is loading and every other page turns into page no longer exists. I can’t even remove items from the cart or pay at that. Just terrible.

Tried to fill a cart 4 times. Each time I got to the ordering part, I clicked order, screen came up that said order placed. Then a few seconds later, order was denied. Called credit card company, nothing wrong at that end. Really disappointed as the clothes are super cute,

i'm not sure as to why this is happening but when i want to view my wishlist it only let me see 5 things at a time. for me to see other things on my wishlist, i have to delete the ones i can see just to see another 5 when i had 107. it would be nice to have the option of viewing my whole wishlist. other than that the app is great.

I can’t even use this app half the time because things will just not show up at all. I have to go to the website to actually purchase things because the app is so glitchy

Tried to make a purchase multiple times but every time the screen would go blank and nothing would happen. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing!

I love cotton on but they seriously need an update. This app never loads photos and I can never login. When I go to check out it never lets me get to the end, and it adds multiple quantities into my card ??? I’m confused and think this is a bug that should be fixed ASAP

The app doesn’t even let you view your perks. I’ve had to re-sign in 10 times in 5 minutes. Why have an app if you do nothing to fix all these bugs people keep telling you about? Obviously don’t care about your customers..
