Sometimes it will glitch and send me back to the login screen

If you like being locked out of the app a couple of times a year at random and inopportune times , enjoy the hassle of trying to recover it from a website, only to need help anyways outside of limited customer support hours - this is the app for you! This is not a new issue. I have other banking apps that never have any issues. I should’ve left this bank long ago

The app usually works fine but it has been frozen for the past couple of days. I’m hoping I won’t have to delete & reinstall it. Otherwise it meets my needs. Nothing exceptional but works fine.

So explain this to me. I set up the app and enter my password so I can use my fingerprint. I login using my fingerprint. Then I go to make a payment. I type in the payment amount. Then to complete the payment I have to type in my password? This makes no logical sense. Fix it and you’ve got yourself a five star app.

Well, it works. Sometimes amount in bank is shown right, but transactions do not show up. One thing which I think would be great is a dark theme.

I was unaware that we was able to deposit checks so easily. In these times of Covid in being scared of sick this is a very good way to deposit checks. Thank you

One suggestion: Please offer Apple Pay. Very important!!

The check’s almost never appear when I want to pull them up.

Can never log in. Almost always have to delete and redownload. Never validates information. Always having to change my password to get back in. Stupid, terrible, awful app.

They have left me hanging for the last time in a foreign land. I want to shop local, but local, bank local, but basic stuff like locking a card and then not having a customer service phone staffed is baloney.

Very user friendly with all the features I need.

I have had the worst time at this bank and with this app. I am AGAIN unable to sign into my account with the password I’ve used for years 😐 I’m going to find a new bank ASAP

I have been very pleased with Countybank's mobile app! Very easy to follow!

I was very happy to see that a mobile app was being launched. The only thing missing for me is the ability to switch between multiple online ID's.

I can't even sign in on the app, it just keeps giving me an error message

I told the bank many of times that this app doesn't work and no one seems to care!

Won't work. Useless. Error message. Less than one star.

Hate the new app.The app shows the last transaction on October 6.I spent at Walmart on the 9th and red lobster on the 10th.It doesn’t show either.So have to keep in mind what you spend.Can’t depend on the app to keep up with your money amount.
