“Attention. We are unable to validate your information...” Get used to seeing that if your experience is anything like mine. I get booted every couple of months and then have to call the bank to get back into the app. When it works, it does what it should. I have other banking apps that I’ve never had any problems with, but this one has a reoccurring issue for me. Can be very frustrating.
So explain this to me. I set up the app and enter my password so I can use my fingerprint. I login using my fingerprint. Then I go to make a payment. I type in the payment amount. Then to complete the payment I have to type in my password? This makes no logical sense. Fix it and you’ve got yourself a five star app.
