CPM Mobile Banking

CPM please quit lying on my user name to boost your ratings. My name is not one_pissed customer… I had to re do my comment because y’all Lyin… I still love the new app update because it has not froze up so far like the old version. Idk how apple allowed y’all to change my user name on the App Store when I make a review but this surely ain’t it…

I’ve been banking with CPM since my teen years and now I’m 42 with 6 adorable children and they bank with CPM too!!! The app is the best!!! I’m able to view all of our accounts at the same time! Making transfers via the app is awesome and saves me a trip to the bank or ATM, which is 17 minutes from our home!! Just awesome!!!

I’ve been banking with CPM for over 15yrs great bank not one complaint but now that I use the app it’s so unpredictable it works fine then when you least expect it will not load it needs improvements

The latest update has me frustrated. If I want to view all transactions by deposits, or by withdrawals, it does not group them in a separate category like it did before. I have to scroll through the entire statement to see these. Please fix this! Update: CPM responded and explained how to do it. Thank You!

Ive been using this app for a while now and today when i try to get on the app a box pops up saying “Somthing went wrong while attempting to send the last request. Please try again.” No matter how many times i hit retry it still pops up. Ive tried uninstalling the app twice and its still doing it. Please help me with this issue.

I enjoy how you can use your Face ID to unlock the app for those who have the x and up . I like how u can see how much money you have before you spend . I really appreciate being able to transfer money

I’m assuming an update came but I no longer have the widget available to see my accounts without opening the app. Any idea if this will get brought back?

This new mobile banking app is so user friendly and has more features than were available on the old one.

It is easy to open and there are lots of options.

There should be an easier way to lock and unlock your card.

All the improvements are great. Runs a lot smoother, along with easy options. Overall great app!!

Great app, very convenient. Some times it’s slow but overall great. Wish that you could see how many times you have to transfer.

The staff in the Summerville Nexton bank and office are fantastic they are helpful and nothing is a problem. Only complaint is the ATM is down a lot for a new branch it is a surprise. Great bank!

This app was okay in the beginning but lately it’s had serious issues. It times out while waiting for the application to load.

Wow I’m really enjoying this new CPM app now with Touch ID a lot of new features good job .

Really One of the most simple apps to use but it is useless. Lots of hidden rules in fine print, and the choose to hold your money with giving a reason. Better off banking with your local bank robber!

What happen to mobile deposit (e-deposit)

Some things are hard to find and navigate but it overall is a great service

I been a customer of CPM for a year now and I love them.

This app barely works when I need it to the most. It’s always crashing and slow to load.

This new app is horrible!!! Every time I try to deposit a check it boots me off!!!!!! Fix it or go back to what you had that worked.

EASY AND FAST ACCOUNTS INFORMATION

App has asked me 100 questions to verify if I am a real person before I can do anything and it's still asking them! Wells Fargo never did that they just asked my account number and a few other questions, this app isn't worth answering all those questions for no reason

I've had this app since I had my account roughly 3 years ago and heard about the mobile deposit coming to the app and I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still no mobile deposit button. It shows on the picture in the App Store but still nothing in the actual app! WHERE IS IT?!? I can only go the branch so many times and I NEED this mobile deposit capability ASAP!!! Otherwise, GREAT APP!

Need to fix the bug that doesn't allow you to transfer from savings to checking.

Not sure why this has 5 stars. By far the worst banking app on my phone. More often than not I am not able to log into my account. It will say not able to login or some other error and then lock you out of your account. This is not user error but a bug in the app that cpm knows exists. Once locked out you have to call cpm to reset to have access to your account again. You are better off logging into cpm anytime via your phone web browser.

The view of the app is very dated. I can't see items that are memo posting in the checking account but that might be a system issue. There's no Touch ID available. The app is constantly crashing and consistently unavailable. Please make technology movements forward.
