Why the adds??

What happened to the simple app? Why did you add the adds at the top It’s very distracting Please update and remove

Invalid Login Error

I’ve been unable to login to the app for a couple of days now. I keep getting the”Invalid Login” error, however I always get that error when the app or site is down for maintenance anyway. I checked the site, and everything there seems to be working fine. I’m able to login just fine on the main site, but not in the app. I’ve been checking for an app update to see if that could be issue, but it doesn’t seem like there’s update. Please fix this issue!!

Mobile deposits

Everything about the app works well for me, EXCEPT the mobile deposit! I HATE it! It is extremely particular about how you endorse your checks. I am at about 50% success rate on the first try. As a business owner this is a royal pain in my behind. I even had a stamp made since it doesn’t like my handwriting…that is a fail as well. I try different lighting, times of days and sometimes even different days to finally get it accepted. It is almost bad enough to make me consider switching banks.

Just Makes Life Even Harder

If you were considering getting this app to make your life easier, save your time it is a complete waste and a joke of an app for bank usage. Mobile deposit never goes through just a complete waste of time all together and junk of an app.

Like to add a note

I love the app and thinks it’s super easy to use! I think it would be great if you could add a note to a transfer from the mobile app like you can on the desktop.

But it would make it a whole lot better if you removed the banner ads on top...

This app is awful

Useless to have when it locks you out continuously. My daughter and I both have it and same thing happens to her.

Won’t load

Ever since the most recent update the app simply won’t work. It just loads and loads then says the request has timed out. Absolutely FRUSTRATING.

Horrible deposit procedure

The old app was bad. This one is far worse. It is almost impossible to deposit with it.

Good but.....

Would be nice if I could see all my accounts under one login like the good ol days. Now I have to log out of one account number and log back in to another account number. Transferring is also not as easy as it once was. App also crashes a lot, have had to redownload this app about 5 or 6 times now. Other than that, glad they finally came up with a mobile app.

The only think I don't like about the updated app is that it doesn't show how much was deposited into my checking account. Can you bring that back?

Awesome

I am very pleased with the Crane Mobile app. It is very well developed. I love the pending transactions to. The only thing I want to ask for is a balance when looking at the transactions.

I'm not sure if it's just me...

but for the past two days now when I tried logging in it said my account was blocked. I'm glad I was home and could get on the actual site at the time, but it's a little infuriating to have to change my password after pretty much just doing so. I'm going to redownload to see if that possibly fixes it.

Ok it does have a few bugs right here in the beginning. All in all, I love the availability and the stylish look. As usual, Crane is a step above the rest. Thanks for the convenience!!

This app works great and it's a wonderful convenience to access my account. The current features are good but it would be great if this app is supported with the iPhone 5. Please update!!

Good app

I've had issues with the app kicking me off after a few seconds too. Once those are lined out I'd give it 5 stars for sure!

Fantastic banking app

This is by far one of the best mobile banking apps ever, and anyone who says otherwise is peddling fiction.

Doesn't work half the time.

For the last couple months the app crashes every time I try to log in. I'm not sure what the problem is since the app hasn't been updated in over a year. As of right now it's useless. Needs to be updated ASAP.

wishing worked

my app doesn't like my I phone. I log on and in 3 seconds, it kicks me out. I have to go through safari to access my account.
