I’ve been unable to login to the app for a couple of days now. I keep getting the”Invalid Login” error, however I always get that error when the app or site is down for maintenance anyway. I checked the site, and everything there seems to be working fine. I’m able to login just fine on the main site, but not in the app. I’ve been checking for an app update to see if that could be issue, but it doesn’t seem like there’s update. Please fix this issue!!
Everything about the app works well for me, EXCEPT the mobile deposit! I HATE it! It is extremely particular about how you endorse your checks. I am at about 50% success rate on the first try. As a business owner this is a royal pain in my behind. I even had a stamp made since it doesn’t like my handwriting…that is a fail as well. I try different lighting, times of days and sometimes even different days to finally get it accepted. It is almost bad enough to make me consider switching banks.
If you were considering getting this app to make your life easier, save your time it is a complete waste and a joke of an app for bank usage. Mobile deposit never goes through just a complete waste of time all together and junk of an app.
Would be nice if I could see all my accounts under one login like the good ol days. Now I have to log out of one account number and log back in to another account number. Transferring is also not as easy as it once was. App also crashes a lot, have had to redownload this app about 5 or 6 times now. Other than that, glad they finally came up with a mobile app.
but for the past two days now when I tried logging in it said my account was blocked. I'm glad I was home and could get on the actual site at the time, but it's a little infuriating to have to change my password after pretty much just doing so. I'm going to redownload to see if that possibly fixes it.
For the last couple months the app crashes every time I try to log in. I'm not sure what the problem is since the app hasn't been updated in over a year. As of right now it's useless. Needs to be updated ASAP.
