We were pleased to get a free Ultimate car wash through the rewards app. However, we still had bugs on our windshield. We liked it better when someone would actually take a mop to the windows. Also every time we go through we still have to rewash the back window of our Tahoe as the water, soap and wax always leave big streaks. Other than that our vehicle looks great and the people working at your stores are always friendly and happy to serve the customers.
I replaced my phone and the Crew App didn’t get transferred by the cloud so I stopped by Crew and asked what I should do about it in order to use some of the remaining benefits of the old app. One of the guys helped me get to the App Store and all of my remaining washes actually appeared without even putting my email or password. So, apparently, the cloud passed all but the app symbol. Thank you very much!
I downloaded this app because I already spend so much money here and decided why not get a free wash and periodic coupons. Once I got to the car wash, the app would not load. After turning my data off and on and hard resetting my phone and having the attendant wait almost 10 minutes while I tried to get the stupid thing to load, I ended up just paying for it. Funny thing is, once I got home, I opened up the app and it loaded instantly, on cellular data and wi-fi! Another HILARIOUS thing is, once I spent my money, the app sent me a notification thanking me for spending my money, yet it STILL WOULDN’T LAUNCH! What are the odds that they thank me for taking my money, but don’t let me redeem a free car wash!
I love the convenience of the mobile app, but each time I have come to Crew, I ask for special attention to the bird droppings on my red Camry. The birds seem to love my car and leave these love notes all around. But I am constantly disappointed by the lack of attention to my requests. Most often I am on my way somewhere, and I don’t have time for a Rewash, and I have to clean it off myself. When I do have time the attendants are very nice, and do just what was needed the first time, I’m just asking, Please, get it right the first time, I’m very busy and your satisfaction guarantee is great, but I rarely have time for another trip through the wash.
App won’t register major credit cards. I actually gave up and used another email and got a card registered but when time to use a free wash, it can’t find the registered card but won’t accept my card again. Update: customer service fixed my issue this time. Originally I managed to fix it by making an entirely new account but that wasn’t an option if one wants to keep reward history. For some reason the app randomly loses the registered card and support is the only way to fix it.
The card scanner did not work even when the green borders were all there like with other apps that have this feature. I had to manually enter my card info. That’s just a big whine because it didn’t wreck my day, but if you have the feature, it should work. I tried multiple times, even rebooting my phone. Then when I tried to make a purchase, it just sits on the page where I choose which card to use. No option to go to the final sale screen. So, as of now, I can’t make purchases on the app. So why even have the app?
I was having a bad day and the team made it all better by their genuine concerns about my car. I took it to a cheap car wash and the car wash machine sprayed tire shine on the car instead of the tires leaving grease where it sprayed. I guess I won’t be going the cheap route anymore. Crew car wash left my car like new! Love this place!
It is incredible how uninteresting my life becomes when I want to pay for my carwash with an app and it won’t load. I waited for a few minutes for the app to load before I finally gave up and paid for my carwash with my debit card. I left the app open on my dashboard though, got through the carwash, and another 5 minutes down the road and it still wasn’t working. Also, I had my card registered and the app didn’t give me credit for the wash. Thanks Crew! You fooled me into giving you extra money! Keep up the good work before I change my washes to Sparkling Image!
I love going to Crew. I am always greeted by an associate with a smile. They are always friendly, even when they are busy from the first person you encounter to the last person! And then there is the reason that I went there in the first place, my clean car!
My husband and I recently moved to Indiana, and I have to say I LOVE this car wash! The app makes it easy to load coupons/memberships and keep up to date with new offers. Not to mention, their vacuums accept cards! So easy!
First, the ad for this app reads “Receive FREE Ultimate Wash with download.” What is doesn’t say is with credit card submission. You have to put in a cc number to get the wash. Yes, the ad reads “doesn’t store credit card data,” but then why do I have to put in just to get the free wash? Also, now when I open the app, it just stays on the cc submission page, so even if wanted to see other features of app, I can’t without my cc data submitted. Disappointing...
Every time I try to login, it says you're email & password invalid, but it's not, I sign up successfully on app, but once I sign out than I can't sign in again, please fix asap, thanks
I Purchased 12 car washes the app updated on my phone and now I only have four washers. I have contacted support several times they do not reply back. The manager at the car wash said because it was an app that they cannot help, I have to get everything straightened out through the app developers. The problem is that there is no way to contact them. If I give this app zero that is what I would get
I love Crew car wash and the friendly staff. I arrived for a wash before 9am today, and had a $5 off any wash coupon in my app, I was not permitted to get the Early Bird discount when I used my coupon in the App.
The app needs to be updated, not sure what the deal is but every time I open it, it pulls up the intro page and then just gets stuck on a blank screen. I’ve removed the app twice and it’s still the same issue. I have the latest iOS update and an iPhoneX. I have a free wash I currently can’t access. Please fix ASAP.
It says you get a free car wash when you enter your credit card info, but when you try to redeem the wash, it makes you enter your info again, then says card already registered. No free car wash. The mgr came over but left to help someone else. Said he’d be right back but never came back. Worthless.
Are rewards only based on car wash purchases? Or is it any purchase made with registered cards run as credit? I've looked through all the terms and such and haven't found the answer.

The app only works on WiFi. If you want to redeem a coupon you have to be on WiFi and then get to the car wash within 60 minutes. The coupons do work this way but it’s really inefficient and stupid. The app needs corrected.
Just want the app to show me different locations for when I travel. Details specific to my membership & complete financial details would increase value to this app, aside from details regarding all locations….
Somehow got logged out of app. Re-logged in and it said I needed to register my card. Tried to list the card I already registered and it says card already registered. Now won’t go past that screen. App is broken.
I already have an account yet there is no way to login to it from this app. The only option is to create a new account. I don’t understand the logic here.
As a existing customer, it won’t let you log into your account. Click on the ap and it instantly wants a credit card info, and won’t let you sign in to account.
Big thumbs DOWN! Why do you make the user register a credit/debit card? As a convenience for hackers? I’m not using this app and I’m not recommending it.
I say they released this too early. They do not accept Discover in the app, but that is what I use at the Crew location every time. Developers, get on it!
