I was hoping when I saw that the iPhone app for CrossFirst was finally being updated again that it would include optimization for the iPhone X screen and possibly Face ID sign-in as well. I suppose it just isn’t meant to be or they are just taking their sweet time getting to it.
Love the bank, hate the app. I haven’t been able to open this app for at least 3 months. I love the bank, but it isn’t conveniently located for my family. If the app isn’t fixed soon so that I can start making mobile deposits again, I will be looking for another bank. We have 6 personal accounts and 6 business accounts with CFB. The business mobile app works just fine, just not the personal banking app.
