Cameras insta capture still needs some work. Regardless of the lighting or how dark the background, it still won’t capture. I lose 3 days when I have to mail a check.
I think that banking apps should be simple and easy to navigate. We’re just moving money around, folks – bells and whistles can be overwhelming. This app is concise and does exactly what I need to do.
Love the bank, hate the app. I haven’t been able to open this app for at least 3 months. I love the bank, but it isn’t conveniently located for my family. If the app isn’t fixed soon so that I can start making mobile deposits again, I will be looking for another bank. We have 6 personal accounts and 6 business accounts with CFB. The business mobile app works just fine, just not the personal banking app.
I was hoping when I saw that the iPhone app for CrossFirst was finally being updated again that it would include optimization for the iPhone X screen and possibly Face ID sign-in as well. I suppose it just isn’t meant to be or they are just taking their sweet time getting to it.
Dark background and Move closer to check are completely dysfunctional, as is trying to coax app to arrive at Manual mode — and the bank IT folks are incapable of fixing these problems. “D-“ grade. Never had any problems with Canyon Community Bank, which has been subsumed by CrossF.
Works well and allows me to do everything I need from my phone. Very handy. I kept trying to access my account through my browser and I could never view the page. This is a perfect solution.
Normally this app works fine, but it never remembers my Touch ID or username. Plus it says my password is wrong even though it works on the computer. It’s very frustrating. Please fix this.
