The app keeps signing me out at random times. My password will stop working and if I go to forgot password that does not work as well. I always have to call support to fix it and it’s annoying.
I have 2 credit union accounts so I can compare each of the mobile apps side by side. I absolutely love getting a notification that a transaction has occurred from CSE. Yet it doesn’t tell you how much, from whom, or whether it’s a deposit or a debit transaction without logging in. My OTHER credit union app DOES! To use mobile Bill Pay you HAVE to physically put in your password again; even though I’m already logged in. Come on developers, you can do better! CSE, seeing what my transactions actually ARE when I have signed up for the Alerts on my account, would be incredibly helpful, easy and nicer without having to then go and log into my account and figure out what the notification is for. I know it can be done because my other credit union CAN and does! Otherwise I can see the CSE app has come a long way in the past few years but technology has surpassed this app. Please catch up. You can do it!
I have had so many problems OVER AND OVER with this app. It constantly logs me out and tells me ‘we are unable to validate your information right now’ every time my phone gets restarted or dies. Then I have to call the support number and they tell me my password needs to be reset or that I locked myself out of my account. Neither of these things are true because I know the password is correct and I got kicked out before I even got to type in the password.
I can not use the app. It is total crap. Every time I call and reset by the next day it isn’t working again. I am constantly being told that my credentials can’t be validated. I can’t reset using my security questions because it tells me my answers are all wrong as well.

I open this account three months ago and 33 months we’ve had coven yo clothes for a little while early and stuff and we had our game I have been trying to pay you guys for three months now I will call I can get y’all on making for some reason I’m not sure why because I thought every bank they’re only banking maybe I don’t because I don’t have an account with y’all but I try to get one of those nobody called me back and you can just be in my butt because I don’t know when you’re open at all now I am trying to come pay you three months for today I’m hoping you’re gonna be open oh another is your app is not that great I need to have a way to do online payments for people like me
