My husband and I have been members of the APCU for over 30 years. We have used them as our main banking source during all that time, even though we move to different cities and states. We have credit cards with them, used them for car loans and also have a HELOC with them. We have always been more than happy with their level of service and the friendliness of their staff. I spoke with Nicki at the main branch yesterday to transfer some funds and she was so nice and quickly helped me with what I wanted to do. Keep up the good work.
Been with the Asheville credit union, which then merged with the Atlanta Postal Credit Union for nearly 20 years. Always been great service and the app just improves too. It’s gotten very easy to use and most importantly, reliable. Very little if ever, any down time compared to others.
My laptop has been slowly dying and I’ve had issues paying via their website a few times now. I’ve tried to pay via the phone all about 5 times now and every single time, the app is down and will not allow me to pay the bill. It gets better. APCU doesn’t recognize this as their fault. So when you call to submit a payment via phone, they try and charge you the extra $$ for payments over the phone, completely neglecting to acknowledge that app issues shouldn’t be at the expense of the customer. This all has never worked for me. Not once.
On loan accounts, it would be helpful to see the portion of the loan payment that went to principle and the amount that went to interest. This feature is available on the website already. It would be useful to have this capability on the mobile app.
Customer service is great, their staff is very friendly, professional, and very nice to deal with. I use them for just about everything. The app is super easy to navigate and pay bills. I love everything about APCU.
This is a great app. I can track my accounts. Pay bills and transfer funds. The one thing I do not like is when the program will not let me pay on an account the day after it is due. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
For over 20 years APCU has been great to help with my lending needs. I have had several vehicle and signature loans, all with no hassle and processed very quickly! The mobile banking app is also a great tool.
APCU has been my credit union since almost birth; however, disappointed they are starting to act and charge fees like a bank. The app is very limited and does not include much functionality. Cannot transfer funds from savings to other accounts.
Decent. Gets the job done. No text/email notifications of low balance or large withdrawals . Have to call/fax (not kidding) institution to get accounts added or some changes made. Not much info on loans or other product details. App seems like an afterthought.
I have had this account since middle 0f 80’s. Last month very disappointed in the mobile app. Frozen up 3 times. Told to uninstall. Did now can’t bet back in. On phone for hours. Poor service with this no
The APCU kinda flaked out on members during the pandemic. I was very disappointed with services offered. Problem is not staff. The folk that rolled out the procedures during covid were not big picture!
Offers all the main features you would want from a banking app (view balance and loans, make transfers, mobile deposit, bill pay) without most of the extra junk you'd find in apps from larger banks that just gets in the way. Version 4.0's addition of mobile deposit is fantastic. I live in NC, and had to mail checks to APCU for deposit. No more! Thanks so much for implementing this feature! This is what every mobile banking app should be - an ATM in the palm of your hand.
Works well, never had a crash, able to transfer money and deposit checks with no problems. The only thing I'd like to see is some VISA integration where I can pay my credit card balance through the app and Apple Pay
I’ve been using this app for a while. The new feature of taking a picture of the check and electronically depositing it will hopefully be a welcome addition. I’ve scanned my first check and I’m hope the deposit makes it quickly and safely. The check seemed to be clear enough using the iPad camera. Fingers crossed!
Tried to sign in today and got the message that I wasn't connected to the Internet. Have gotten this many times before. Means the system under this app is down. Plain Jane mobile app. No secure mail. Workmanlike.
