The Dairyland app worked great until the last few tries to log in.. i’ve put in the same login information and can’t get in and it’s telling me i have documents to sign. can someone from your team please help me?
The only thing I wish the app could do right is save my login and FaceID. If it doesn’t work then remove the option to remember the device and use FaceID it’s very annoying. Also not sure if this is on purpose but I can’t pay my bill early. That would be a nice feature.
I was enrolled in auto payment and I still paid manually since I would pay it a month early I’m unaware that they were not covering me for 2 months even though the app said paid for the past 3 months I had and require a SR22 non owners insurance to keep my license active. They didn’t call or anything I finally looked in the app and it said they canceled my policy without saying a word wonder where that money went that I been paying 🤦🏻♀️
TOTAL trash. I tried to create an account, and it said my account is already been created. So I tried to login and it says that login wasn’t allowed, to contact customer service. I tried to call customer service, and it’s all automated. Horrible customer service. A complete waste of time, this trash app…….
Ya’ll have known about these issue and still haven’t fixed them? That’s wild. Please get your act together, I really like DL, customer service is efficient and kind. The app though. Come on…
For some reason I now cannot bring up my Insurance card, even the saved version in the event that I don’t have service. I am able to provide proof of insurance via the phone in my state and would love for this to return. For now, I had to log on to the web and take a screen shot since I can’t access them thru the app. Please fix bug! Otherwise, all I use this app for is to view my payment, process a payment and get my ID card. 🤷🏽♀️ should be simple enough.
They do not honor what their own agents say. I was written a non-vehicle owner policy and was specifically told that I could cancel it at any time. I cancelled 10 days after receiving their policy that was not accepted by rental car companies and they refused to cancel the policy or refund any money. STAY AWAY FRIM THIS COMPANY.
This is ridiculous I’ve called several times to help me sign up for the app but they always make up excuses for some reason the app doesn’t recognize my information
It was working fine for a few months. Now it says “An Unknown Error occurred” every time I try to log in. My bill is due in a day or two and I sure would like to pay it…
ever since the new update it keeps saying my policy is not correct, every time i try to quick pay it keeps saying it’s wrong, this app was doing good until the new update so you guys need to do something about it
I purchased insurance with this company today. I was told by the sales agent that there was an app available through this provider. Unfortunately, after many attempts and deleting and reinstalling the app, I have yet to get it to work. After I created a new account, I was given a prompt stating that I would receive an email shortly to confirm my information and log into the app. The email hasn’t came. I even went to reset my password, and was prompted that another email would come to provide me with the necessary information to rest the password. I have not received any other emails than the one from the sales agent that helped me via telephone. This is definitely an inconvenience. Please fix your app.! It is very important to have access on hand.! Thank you.!!
I’ve had this app for a while now and it works great for making my monthly payments which is the only thing I really use it for. As for insurance cards, I enjoy being able to have it there electronically. It does warn that not every state accepts electronic insurance cards but it’d be helpful to just tell us which ones accept it. The app used to be a bit buggy but I haven’t had any problems with it recently. I recommend downloading it.
Getting the quote and actually buying the insurance was SO EASY and then when I picked a different car to buy changing the car under the insurance took less than a minute over the phone and my new ID Cards were on the app immediately after! Hands down the most put together insurance app and insurance company!!! Customer service is AMAZING! No issues with the new updates, everything is as easy as ever!
This app does almost everything I need it to do. I can view my i.d cards, documents, policy and use my cards to pay my bill. You can easily access almost any function you need because the interface makes it so easily accessible by having everything right in front of your face. THE ONLY THING I HOPE FOR IS THEY COME THROUGH WITH THE AUTOPAY ENROLLEMENT THAT THEY STATE THEY WILL COME WITH WITHIN THE APP. Do that any it definitely stays 5 stars. You go App developers now AFTER YOU ENABLE AUTOPAY AND IF IT WORKS PLEASEEEE DONT CHANGE ANYTHING!
I enrolled on auto-pay the day my bill was due so i was expecting it to be paid after i enrolled. Woke up the next morning to find that i am past due on my payment, therefore i tried to cancel the auto pay so i can pay manually. Every. Single. Time. I’ve tried to open the auto-pay option to cancel it, it returns me to the main menu. I called customer service and asked them to cancel it for me, they politely did so. I got the confirmation email stating it was cancelled. However, the app still says it is on and I am still enrolled. I’m just trying to pay my bill man, this is getting ridiculously irritating!
App closes itself when I try to open it. I have no access to my ID card, due dates (for policy payments) nor policy number. It was working fine 2 or 3 weeks ago. I even had to make my last payment over the phone! I have it some time thinking it was a temporary glitch but it remains the same. I have deleted the app from my Home Screen (iPhone 12) and I have downloaded the app again with same results. Since I do all my transactions online (on apps mainly) This is very inconvenient for me. I’m actually thinking in switching to a different company. Can you help?
I have this app to see our insurance cards and paperwork for policy. But you can’t print or screen shot individual cards. It shows cards like in a computer instead of mobile size. This insurance is for my kids vehicles and I have Geico for mine and in that app I do see my card mobile size. Please fix this issue so we can carry our insurance with us. You can’t go paperless if you can’t print from app or have a mobile card.
I purchased non owner insurance from this business via phone call to pass my driving exam. I passed an exam the same day. When I was buying my car own car on the next day I called dairyland to upgrade my policy, but they said I’m not a client, they couldn’t find my policy. I called few times, talked to different offices with no success- nobody can identify policy I payed for. So I can’t use nor I can cancel policy I payed for. This is a fraud. I would not recommend buying anything this app is related to.
This app literally never works. Doesn’t remember login, doesn’t remember password, doesn’t even come up as an app. It literally just takes you to the Internet browser. I’ve had to reset my password almost 5 times in less than 6months. It needs updating. Put some money towards UX/UI seriously, an outdated app is detrimental to a company in 2022. In 2023 the world will have advanced even further, so it’s time to step it up.
Great app, amazing to work with.... when it works. But the past month or two it has been refusing to let me login. From the looks of it this is a problem with the entire app not just my account. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again but I still can’t log in and now my saved insurance information is gone. Just fix the issue it’s getting ridiculous. I’ll change my review to 5 stars when I can actually log in to the app
It is saying incorrect password and my password is correct I believe. Then when I go to reset it, it says I am getting an email that I don’t ever receive. Plus I saved my log in info so I don’t have to put it in everytime and it doesn’t save. Fix your app you get so much money from people every month but can’t make a working app
Just download the app. Signed up with all needed information and my sign up was ,”successful” but I tried to sign in right after and it says my email/password is incorrect.
I just recently started paying online, and for such reasons I downloaded the mobile app. However, I cannot sign in to the app. It says that my username/email or password is incorrect. I double checked that I had everything typed correctly, and even successfully signed in on my browser (with the same device). This app is kinda useless right now. 😒
Pointless app. Sometimes (if you’re lucky) you can view PDF’s of stuff they already mailed you. The ID card function doesn’t work at all. It’s just blank. Lastly, you can’t scroll to the very bottom of any screen. It just springs back up making it impossible to tap on several items. They need to completely start over from scratch.
Can’t login, changed password to fix it but nothing fixed it.
Can’t even login into my account on the app, i can login into the safari but not the App, I changed my password and even deleted the app to see if it would change but nothing changed. Update, it’s still not fixed . Can’t login still. Fixed this !!
I downloaded the app and put in all my information to “sign up” and every time I press the “complete” button at the bottom it just scrolls back to the top and nothing happens. So I can’t sign up, therefore I can’t log in. Meaning I can’t use this app for anything.
Fix the app. I should’ve have to call support just to get the access to the the things I should have access to in the app. Now I have to wait even more for you to give me access to my information that the app should give me. Hate it.
I tried using the app to create a login, but unable to do so. Everytime I try, the forgot password page keeps crashing. This should be corrected at the earliest.
Won’t load for iPhone 7. Called customer service and they know of no issues. Redownloaded, still system error. Would be 1 Star, but it used to work great, so it gets 2. But they need to fix this.
I downloaded the app and it won’t even let me click agree on the mobile terms and conditions. I guess if I ever need anything I'll need to use the website
I can’t even log in it ask for an update but there is no update. The app is up to date and it still will not let me log in I deleted it and re download it still asks for an update.
Horrible. I wanna pay My insurance, last time, i did it..but this month, always has a 0.00$ balance, and i called 3-4 times the cutomer service, and the stuff is horrible too...i called the office, but nobody help me...and the dairyland give me a fee? Its bullsh@@@it!!!!!!!!!
The app is so terrible. Everything is delayed. Tells you you are good and then it lapses and you are cancelled not knowing unless you dig deeper or have it on your calendar. I depended on their app and it failed me. I’m going to another insurance company.
