Backwards Technology, Technology Failures, and Underserved
This app barely works and now thus update just completely locked me out of my account. Yes, I used the new password login format which by the way isn’t a recommended secure route. Hackers can EASILY gain this information and gain access to my upgraded account. I really need a more mature financial institution. These problems always seem to crop up on a routine basis. System is up, then it’s down. Upgrades occurs then mass technology problems and access happen. Been on the 800 number for over an hour just trying to resolve a login issue through the mobile app. How does this organization survive? Service and app doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Suggestion: Why do we have to enter our password again when making a transfer when we use Touch ID? Our fingerprint is good enough for any type of transaction. Thanks for adding a Log Out feature at the top.
Disabled access for jail broken users. We buy the phone and do what we want with it, now we have to go by your guidelines in an app and have to resort accessing through website, not a good stance. Device freedom > app
The bank itself is phenomenal. This app is garbage because once a month they lock you out of your account to force you to change your password. It’s disgusting.
I wish your app worked once in a while. Literally have issues once or twice a week. So does my girlfriend on her phone. Makes me want to switch services.
This app frustrates me. It won't let me log in, it just keeps asking the same security questions over and over again. Also when I went on the website I had trouble creating a profile. You guys need to fix your online banking asap.
I realize that this is an updated app but let's get serious. Any reputable bank or credit union has an app that supports touch ID so we can log in with our fingerprints.
