Honest opinion

I have been shopping from this site for almost 4 years now, I can’t express enough how great the products actually are. My only complaint is the cost of the shipping, I would order way more at a time but the amount you have to order to even get a coupon is a lot. Mine is just a little spot on my Facebook and when I can set up at Markets etc. so I can’t afford to have thousands bought at a time, plus I have no place to store these items, if I did I would.

Love

I absolutely love this app for my boutique business. However, I wish there was an option to purchase pre-order items & in stock items separately. The shipping fees are a little high but when you break it down per item, it’s not terrible. It’s completely understandable considering that if you order, most orders come from China with the exceptions of the “ship from the USA” option. I can’t wait to get our first order! I have absolutely loved everything we’ve came across so far!

I just started my business. I have wanted to do this for a long time and I just went for it with my faith in GOD. I hope that the clothing I purchased is good quality and gets here right away. Thoughts

I love the products but the shipping is crazy high. I order from other places and it’s no where near this and the discount breaks are far too high for small businesses. I also have people wanting things that show up in the new item page and show stock but the won’t let me order because of a minimum. It’s hard to know what to offer. I don’t have a brick and mortar with storage so I pick and choose and take orders. Jeans in petite sizes would be a great addition! I have short girl customers that would love that option.

Shipping rate and time

I love your products and price. However the shipping rate to get it faster is extremely to expensive, is like I am not saving any money on the purchase. You have the Yun shipping which is cheaper but it takes too long to deliver. I buy from other wholesalers or places like Temu and their shipping is cheap or free for a larger order and still the cost of the goods is very low. Only that, everything else I love from Dear lover but would love a cheaper and faster shipping. Sophia is excellent customer service. She does an extraordinary Job. Thank you

Nice Products for Good Prices

Pretty much every piece I’ve received has been good quality. A few pieces had misleading pictures, like instead of something being patchwork, it was screen printed. Top was still cute, but not near as cute as pictured, probably wouldn’t have bought it with an accurate photo. But overall all the pieces are nice. They need to lower shipping costs, it’s nearly as much as you spend on the merchandise. Even with high shipping most things tend to be less expensive than the average.

Shipping

I love ordering for my shop here, I just hate the fact of cost for shipping. Under the US warehouse I added items to my cart and it didn’t give me the option to purchase from there for shipping. Needs to do better at separating the two to make it easier for IS purchasers.

Great quality clothing

I just started my online boutique and i use dearlover for it all. Great quality and prices. Only thing is the shipping price for when i want to buy some clothing to have on hand for my store. But everything else is great

I honestly was so excited to find your site. Your products look amazing and your site is easy to use. Your shipping costs are so insane!!!! I probably will not order again just because of your shipping costs.

Love the products and quality. Hate the shipping cost; however, products are offered so cheap it basically balances it. Always had great experience with customer service and quality.

Love the clothing wish they would pack each item together!! That would be great I hate getting two tops in and two weeks later get. Few more that’s just very aggravating.

Shipping costs

For those of us in the US we absolutely love this app but the shipping costs make it hard to purchase from you. I had an order with over 200 items ready to purchase and your shipping fee was going to be over $700 dollars. So sadly I had to make more order much smaller to 62 items and still paid over $200 in shipping costs!!

Love the Site but shipping is Expensive

I love this site however you have to double the price of everything because the shipping is crazy Expensive!!! Order 7 items and cost $124 for shipping!

Freight

The clothes quality is great!! And the amount of time it takes to get the product is fairly quick considering it’s coming from China! But the freight is RIDICULOUS! I placed a $90 order and ended up paying $123 in freight charges! I would highly suggested looking around for new carriers for better freight rates.

Good stuff!

The items are great and pretty much like the pictures. My only concern is the price of shipping at times it’s more than my purchase which I feel is ridiculous.

Cheaper shipping

Love the products good quality. Packaging awesome with no mistakes!! I need cheaper shipping and I know about the one method of less shipping but I never order the weight required 90kg. Please consider a lesser weight amount!

SCAMMERS

So if you pay on paypal, they will charge you out of your bank or credit card some how and the transaction won’t show on paypal but your bank statement instead. Then you have to call your bank and tell them you’re stupid and you got scammed and that you want your money back from this fake app! DON’T FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS AND ORDERS.

Think it’s time to change your shipping costs?

I’m going to say what everyone on here has said. They have amazing variety and great prices but when you get to cash out yeah right the SHIPPING in absolutely down right OUTRAGEOUS… this isn’t the first comment regarding it but it seems they won’t try and get better deals for shipping. So unfortunately deleting the app.

Order quantity

You advertise no minimum order quantity yet there are several several items that are MOQ 6. I feel this is unfair/dishonest advertising, all items should be no minimum order quantity!!

Scam

$265 shipping for a small order. That’s where they get you! Tried deleting my account and it won’t let me delete. Very sketchy place. Update: I didn’t have any purses or jewelry in my order to make it weigh more. It was only clothes. No reason for $265 shipping. I could pkg those items and ship anywhere for $30 or less.

I don’t understand why the shipping is so high. Most of the suppliers I use that ship from china ship for free. I feel like once you get to the shipping, you pay full price instead of wholesale.

The shipping is like 2.5x more than your product total. It’s a little ridiculous but good variety, no license required.

DONT FALL FOR IT!

I had items in my cart ready to purchase and just as everyone else has said do not fall for it! The SHIPPING IS DUMB EXPENSIVE!! If you want good items go to FashionTIY and the shipping from overseas is soooo much cheaper. $70 shipping on a $24 order is absolutely wrong.
