I finally deleted the app from my phone for the last time. Every time I get on they now want me to answer these stupid questions. I have no idea what year a car is that we don’t own any more. When they ask which street is nearest me are they talking within 1 mile or 5 miles of my house. Even the color of my car can’t be agreed on. It’s obvious a bunch of men came up with these stupid, tedious frustrating questions. I might try the app again in a year or so. We need a mobile banking app these days. I make all of my on line depositing to my BofA account. It’s hassle free.
This is a great app, I love how easy it is to switch between accounts and transfer money between each one even after hours. The app is quick and user-friendly with good overall graphics. There is even a direct connection to Zelle, as an etransfer option. I love it, I do almost all my banking here.
Dedham Savings is the best local bank with excellent customer service, relationship oriented and tech saavy. The lenders know their clients, understand their needs and treat you with respect. You are not just a number. Try them. You’ll love them! Take it from a real estate broker who has dealt with all kinds of banks.
It would be nice if we accept the terms and conditions once and our response be saved so we do not have go through this process each time we deposit a check.
My family does all of its banking with Dedham Savings and has for decades. They are convenient, expert, friendly, proactive with security and LOCAL. To me, it is silly to trust global conglomerates with your money and finances when you can do so locally with the consummate pros at Dedham Savings.
Never saves my login info even though I check the box. ALWAYS makes me manually type in my password even though I’ve set it up thumbprint ID multiple times. Consistently boots me out of the app “session expired” whenever I click on an account. How can an app this old with so many updates be this terrible?
The app is great, and getting better all the time. I only wish that the account data would get updated closer to real time instead of a delayed posting.
I can’t fathom why they insist on passwords instead of thumbprint for several functions. For me, often being on public WiFi while traveling, it’s a dumb idea. But they are not interested
It's great to Dedham savings release this app, have been waiting for a few years for it. It's a good start, very basic and stable, would like to see some cosmetic upgrades come out, specifically on the recent transaction page, right now it's displayed poorly, the description on each line is overtaken. Altogether though, good basic banking app for Dedham savings customers
Awful, this app is the reason I’ll be switching banks
Can never access my online banking. It consistently says “error code” when I try to login. I’ll be lucky if I can check my account balance twice a week with this sham of an app. I’m seriously switching banks, I can’t take this anymore. This has been going on for months with no end in sight. -1/5 stars, no point in having an app if it doesn’t work.
Doesn’t open after deleting and downloading several times
About 4 or 5 days ago my app stopped opening. I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it about 10 times and it never opens. I had downloaded it again about 1.5 weeks ago and it kept making me answer a different question every time I opened it. Then it just stopped working no matter how many times I deleted the app and reinstalled. Something is really wrong w the app. Keeps giving me error code 0014.
