The app works fine, however it would be nice if I can use the Check Number that I want instead of the system generated number when I use the app. For tracking purposes not being able to change the check number makes this app useless for me.
For all previous reviews that had trouble with iPhone 11 and iOS compatibility, you must edit your profile from the desktop version to allow use of ‘mobile API’ and ‘eCheck Add on’ iOS capability. After I made those updates I was able to easily log on and navigate through. There was a space for Quickbooks ADD Ons also!
App always tells me “ no internet connection”. Looks like app is developed for iOS 8. We’re now on 12. Doesn’t have the print and mail options that the emails are promoting. This app needs a huge update.
App works fine, even though it may say no internet connection when you are not on WiFi, you can log in anyways with LTE or cellular data. Anyways, simple, fast and effective.
App does not give you the capability, like the desktop version Also is not allowing Face ID to work. Always tell you no internet connection, regardless, wherever you are. Other than that it’s ok.
Vendor needs to Change internet error to correct error message
Error should say API or App access to you account is denied. Then tell you to login to you account & enable them both in your account profile. Once you enable both in your profile via a web browser the no internet error goes away & app works correctly
I am giving it 1 stars because it always says “No Internet Connection” for years. It also doesn’t play nice with 1Password. It just freezes. With iOS 14 the app is useless. Keypad will not go away. I can no longer send a check using the app.
Every time I try to login, all I get is a message that says your profile is not authorized for API access. How ridiculous is that? You should be able to just log into an app and it should just work.
First it says no internet, then it says wrong credentials. I even went online and added my mobile app approval and still can’t get in. Will never do echecks again. Horrible experience
I purchased 500 eChecks based on their claim to have “Seamless” integration with Quickbooks. It’s nothing close to Seamless integration. I am unable to find ANY integration between their check writing portal/app and QuickBooks!!! You, or your added users (employees), can write checks from the app, include notes for what expense or category it’s related to, send it off and you’d expect this information would “seamlessly” populate somewhere in QB, making bookkeeping and expensing easy - right? NOPE. Nada. Nothing. I found NO connection to QB with their app. FALSE ADVERTISING. They explained that the only connection to QB is if you or your employee signs into QB and used the Bill pay function to cut a check from QB. So basically any of your employees would need access to you QB account!!!! Yeah I want my employees all up in my Quickbooks. Thanks for nothing.
