Great deals

Dermstore is always having sales and deals on the best skincare lines on the market. If you sign up for text alerts, you’ll never miss out on a great deal. Also if you find your favorite brand you can get it on auto delivery and save money on your products. It’s a great site for skincare and you can earn points to redeem for nice items as well!

Cautionary Tale

So I learned my lesson the hard way with this retailer. I placed a recurring monthly order of $300 in Maywith Dermstore. Supposedly they shipped it via “Pandion Pro”. I received a delivery notice from Pandion; however, never received my order. I gave it a few days and when I still didn’t have it, contacted Dermstore via chat. Their customer service indicated Pandion handled the shipment from start to finish and advised me to fill out a claim form. After doing so, I did some of my own research and found that their shipper actually dropped this package off partway on its journey with USPS. USPS, to this date (60 days later), cannot locate my packages. Dermstore’s own claim form indicates their policy is to replace missing items - yet, I am still without my order and all you get from requests for status with Dermstore customer service is “we are waiting for a response from our claim team.” So, I cancelled my recurring order, because I do not trust them at this point. I hope Dermstore thinks it’s worth it to lose a recurring $300 monthly sale. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN and I caution others to think twice, because they DO NOT take care of their customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This company is not set up well enough to spend so much money on. So many issues with dispatching/shipping and their customer service support is horrible. For selling such expensive/luxury products, they should have a better and more reliable set up. I placed an order totaling $1400 over a week ago - they’ve charge my card, the payment has posted, and they have no updates on when the order will be shipped and delivered (it was supposed to be delivered 3-5 days after purchasing). They won’t let me cancel and they won’t provide an update on when I’ll receive it. No support or help whatsoever. Absolute scam

I have purchased from Dermstore on and off over the years. I had an issue come up with an order this week, and I was so impressed by how kind they were and how they solved the issue SO quickly! This will be one of my top stores from now on. I love them!

I have purchased dozens of items through the years on Dermstore. I can’t remember not being happy with my purchase but if I wasn’t pleased, I have complete confidence that my return would be honored if I made the request. Shopping at Dermstore is just a “no brainer”

Dermstore has what you need!

The return policy at Sephora was becoming super annoying, so i wanted a change. I found dermstore and now i spend my money here instead of at greedy Sephora. Also, dermstore has the best products, brands, and prices. I will be spending the bulk of my money at dermstore!

Could be great

I appreciate that they are a verified seller of top brands & I can get all the things I like in one place…except that they are sold out of literally everything. I have maybe 6 things that I buy over and over, all different brands, and basically all of them are “coming soon” for months. Yikes.

Poor customer service

I have been a loyal customer of this company for years, ordering my skincare routine exclusively from this app. Recently my order was delivered to the wrong address by the courier, and i contacted the customer service multiple times for refund. It’s been two weeks and i haven’t got my refund and the whole refund process is just chaotic.

Skinceuticals purchase

Very confusing to understand all the options. I was trying to save a little money, but the explanations were difficult to follow. I tried at least 4 times before I finalized my purchase.

Need to check on a glitch in your website

I have been trying to sign up for the rewards program for several months now. It keeps giving me an “unknown error” prompt. I have called the Dermstore Number several times. I get someone who is unable to help me. They keep telling me to try again. My telephone number is wrong. It is my old house number. When I go in to edit that, it pulls up the address but not the telephone number. In the message choices, it sends me to the same page that keeps telling me there is an “unknown error”. Seriously, it’s enough to give me wrinkles.

Shows up small on iPad

Too small to navigate on iPad but downloaded for rewards etc

Wish I could login 😕

Just installed the app, double checked the login to ensure no errors. I can successfully log in on the Derm Store website, but not on the app. Will not uninstall for my love of skincare but it would be nice to login.

Slow app

The app is slow and does not update information quickly. I have to back out of the cart a couple times to get credit applied.

Weak customer support

Horrible service on return. Needed to return an item that was sent by mistake after I stopped a subscription, oh my god, it took forever for them to refund, and still haven’t gotten my full refund. The most terrible service.

A store is only as good their customer service. It’s a great store until you need customer service to fix an issue and they respond by saying they’ll get around to your issue and then never actually do it. Trash. Will start spending my money at SkinStore.

Problems

Issue with it recognizing my log in. Had to reset password because it kept saying a problem. Wouldn’t take any of the discount codes even though said 15% off for first app order.

Not a good app

Can’t use 15% off

As soon as I tried to enter the 15% off code I realized this was a trick. They get all your information so you can use the code to receive 15% off. Then they go on to tell you that your purchase is not eligible for the 15% off. So I trued some other products, same result!! This is a scam!!!

All promos/rewards Dermastore advertises are lies

I signed up to be a rewards member at Dermastore, and received a promotional email that if I downloaded the app that I would receive 15% off my next purchase through the app. So I downloaded the app since I wanted to re-up some of my products. I never received a 15% off code. I still needed to order some stuff, so I noticed that I had over 1000 reward points and could apply that as a $10 credit towards my purchase. So, I went ahead and redeemed my points and that app said that I could apply the credit at checkout. However when I went to checkout I could not find that option, so I thought the credit had already been applied. After I completed the purchase I saw that it had not, and that I still had a $10 credit on my account, which now had a expiration date on to use in one week! I contacted customer service about this and they only said so sorry credit can only be applied at checkout. No offer to retroactively apply the credit or to revert back to points. Don’t waste your time with this app or store. There are better options that won’t steal you money!
