The Best Skincare For Sure

I found out about this brand from a YouTuber I like watching and she talked about her skin struggles and how Dime products have helped her. At first, I thought she was just promoting it as a partnership thing and thought she her professional skin treatments hit her skin right. I still bought it in great faith that it would work. I’ve been trying skincare products that’ll work for a little bit and then my skin would just begin to breakout again, the time products I’ve been using are great! The hyper low serum has been wonders for my skin! One thing I would appreciate the Dime team worked on has nothing to do with the products honestly. I would appreciate if there was a better system in the app to retrieve the points earned in the app rather than having to click a link from a reminder through text message.

Products..YES! App? NO

I have been using DIME products for a few years now & absolutely love the noticeable difference in the appearance of my mature skin! Products definitely deserve 5 stars, however the difficulties I have experienced with the app are extremely frustrating, hence my 4 star review! I previously tried to set up auto renewals for some of my products & it was a disaster. They were coming way too frequently & although I was told by customer service that I could make changes on the app, unfortunately that is not the case. The app told me I had no auto renewals. Because I’ve been a loyal customer over the years, I also frequently earn rewards, which is an awesome benefit to buying DIME products. The downside is that there is nowhere to apply the rewards I have earned when checking out in the app. Again, extremely frustrating when spending money consistently on their products. Why bother telling customers they have earned a credit when it can’t be used/applied? I’ve reached out for support & always receive a timely response, however the problems in the app have never been fixed. Hopeful these issues can be resolved as it is a bit of a turn off when considering future purchases.

Excellent customer service!

I’ve been using Dime products for awhile now and I love them! But I wanted to take a moment to let people know that the customer service is exceptional as well. I recently had an order delivered with the box opened and products removed. The post office delivered the package anyway, with a sticker that said “delivered without contents.” Never had this happen before, but I sent an email to customer service with photos and they promptly emailed me back saying they were sorry that happened and put another order in for me, even though I don’t believe it was their fault at all. I think the products were probably stolen. If you’re on the fence about trying Dime, don’t be. The products are fantastic and even more, their customer service is excellent!

I’ve never had better skin, in my life!

DIME products are top notch and I can tell that the company cares about their clients and their impact on this world, which is just part of why I love this brand. I’ve been using DIME for 2 years now and every product that I’ve tried has worked so beautifully to make my skin healthy and glowing, that after every purchase I make, I just want to try more and more products! I love the loyalty rewards points and all of the info they offer with each product on exactly how and when to use it, in your every day skincare routine. Their clean perfumes are amazing, as well! I’m obsessed with 7 Summers and constantly complimented on how good I smell! Bottom line, YOU NEED THESE PRODUCTS IN YOUR LIFE! They’ve definitely changed mine♥️

Want to smell Rich? ✨

While on a business trip in Nashville TN my friend/colleague smelled absolutely amazing. She showed me that she was wearing Dans Les Bois perfume. I sprayed once on my wrist. It was light, airy, fresh, warm, and truly the words I used were “I feel and smell rich” 😌. I asked 3 questions, is it cruelty free? Is it vegan? And do they only use clean ingredients? She said YES to all 3 questions and I knew Immediately Dime would be my new go to clean beauty company. I just made a purchase of two perfumes one for myself and for my sister ofcourse! 🫶🏼 I highly recommend this perfume and brand, I have extremely sensitive skin & so I can only wear vegan/cruelty free/clean beauty products. Cant wait for my order to come in!

Best skincare EVER!

I decided to give DIME a try in 2022 after having some breakout issues with my skin. I ordered The Works Bundle and after just a few days could tell such a difference in my skin. The redness was gone and my pores had reduced. I also love the way my skin feels when going to bed and waking up in the morning as I can tell it is hydrated and supple. Since I loved my first order so much, I’ve also tried The TLC Bundle, The Complete Bundle, and am currently using the Deluxe Anti-Aging Bundle in combination with the Super Firm Serum, TBT cream, and Eyelash Boost Serum. I would highly recommend any of these options! DIME is top tier from their online/app experience to their costumer service and shipping!!

THIS SAVED MY SKIN

I was having serious issues with my skin. I never used to have acne or any real skin problems that’s I had noticed before. As I got older I started have cystic acne and I could not find ANYTHING that would work. My sister bought me 2 serums for Christmas and it changed my life! I’ve been using Dime products for almost 2 years now and I will never use a different product again!!! It stopped my cystic acne, helped with my dark marks, and even tightened up my skin which has made me look younger !!! I never thought I would have the skin that I do now and I’m so grateful and thankful 😇❤️🤗

AMAZING

I was using R&F since 2018. Expensive yes, but I wanted good results. When I started experiencing redness across the bridge of my nose from constant use of masks at work (I’m a surgical nurse) nothing was working. Seen drs for this and truly did not want to use steroidal creams on my face. That’s when I learned about Dime! Can’t say enough good things! After one week using the whole line of facial products, the redness and bumps were gone! I’ve not had any redness return. My skin looks better than before using much more expensive products. Dime lifer here. The best skin products hands down! Love the firming serum as well. GB

My skin is finally clear

After having babies my skin was a wreck. I started using Dime wash, moisturizer and serums and my skin has cleared and looks so much healthier. I finally feel confident going without foundation for the first time in 20 years! Yay! Also their customer service is outstanding. Very responsive and always making sure I am 💯 satisfied. Love the sales they run so I can stock up. My favorite product is the cleansing balm. But it’s hard to choose bc I honestly love everything I’ve tried. My sisters are now using it too and loving it! Thank you Dime ❤️

Best Products

I discovered Dime beauty when I was in the middle of a cancer diagnosis and chemo had literally ruined my skin. Nothing my doctors told me to use helped. I decided I had nothing to loose and ordered. Best decision ever! My skin was back and felt better than before chemo within 2 weeks it seemed. I have never looked back and recommend to anyone who ask. When I have facials my esthetician always ask me about my face products and says my skin is great. I love your products!

Good products- app is sometimes difficult

I have really enjoyed using these products!! My skin is definitely sensitive and most products work with my skin! I have issues with sensitivity to the tinted sunscreen ( skin gets irritated) and the vitamin c serum! So I use on an on and off schedule! Otherwise I’m hoping and feeling like these products are helping my skin look younger! The app on the other hand needs some attention! It doesn’t recognize me when I go to checkout and some products have options to switch the scents for example but no where to click on what you want!! A little difficult to navigate!

In love with Dime

I have waited over 2 months of using Dine products to write a review. I have tried so many skin care lines out there and nothing compares to the results I have seen with Dime. My skin texture is now smooth, my redness has gone away and my skin looks more plump. Also, the price point is very affordable for the quality of the products. The app makes it very easy to order and to keep track of previous orders. I am so happy I have stumbled across this line.

Love me some DIME

I have been using DIME for almost 2 years and I am never ever going back to OTC products or ‘join my club’ type beauty. All DIME products are exactly as described with a ton of informational videos to help support your journey to beautiful skin. This app is a major bonus! Amazing products

I have been using dime now for a year and love their products so much! I love the clean ingredients and how they feel on my skin. The oils all absorb so nicely into the skin no greasy feeling no matter how much I use. I absolutely am obsessed with their dewy day cream and night cream moisturizers!! They are so creamy and light and just feel so good on my face. My skin looks radiant and glowy after I wash and put everything on.

I have bought a lot of dime products and I have not been disappointed with any of them! Their anti-aging products are amazing! I’ve also ordered some of their perfumes, which are fantastic! Every time I wear one of them somebody always wants to know what I’m wearing! If you order anything you won’t be disappointed either!

Amazing products!

I have used almost everything on the market from the very cheap to the most expensive and suffered with cystic acne, my whole adult hood. Since trying DIME products, my skin is so happy! Very few breakouts and if I do break out, they are very small and only last for a short time. These products are so clean and effective. I’m so grateful that I found them!

Using reward points

I emailed customer service a few days ago and still haven’t heard back. Applying reward points a web browser AND app is NOT a simple task. I still am having a hard time figuring out how to apply it. The instructions given on the FAQ are not working. So I am earning all the points but not able to use them. Very disappointing. Love their products but wish it was an easier process checking out. Oh and why am I offer free samples to choose from on their browser website but not their app??

Nothing but love

I have loved all of the products so far purchased. The Works is my favorite. I just ordered the travel set for summer vacation. My new item is the wonder screen. I’m already loving it. My face really has never been better since using these products. I love that these products are also backed by a person I follow that is 100% clean ingredients.

Amazing products!!

I have been using Dime for a couple years now and it’s truly the best! The skincare is clean and you never have to worry about questionable ingredients. My skin has never looked better! I had issues with dry skin in the past and I have not had any since using Dime. They ship super fast too, never have to wait long once I order it!

Amazing results

I love Dime , there products are amazing . My skin has been improving (rosacea). I have a RX but has not done the work like Dime has done for my skin!!! So happy I gave it shot !! I’ll never be without oh & the tinted Wonderscreen is beautiful ♥️♥️♥️ Now the app is strange , can’t figure out how to get my points for downloading the app Twitter , and liking Facebook. Otherwise all good & there products are whats matter anyway (even though I would like the points ).

My favorite skincare!!

I have been using Dime skincare for about 6 months, and only using a few of their products. My skin is seriously the best it’s been for years!! The clean products, plus affordable prices made me come back for the full system!! I’m so excited to see how using the whole system of all Dime products is going to enhance my skin!! Love this brand!!

Great products

I absolutely love all the Dime Products. Products are hydrating and don not make my skin feel dry and itchy. I’ve had to upgrade my carry case for my products because the tan one was too small and the strap broke only have a few months of using it. I love their 7 Summers perfume too. I get so many compliments when I where. You will not go wrong trying Dime.

LOVE the product HATE the app

The app just doesn’t work and it’s super frustrating. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling. I keep checking for updates to see if the problem is fixed but I can never add anything to my cart. I only get “error unknown”. You’d be better off just going directly to the site, skip the app!

Other Installment Options

I love your products and have been waiting a long time to be able to purchase again. As a single mom of 3, with not so great credit, having Affirm as your only installment plan provider, makes it harder for those to get approved. By offering other installment providers, like Afterpay or Klarna, it may give the opportunity for others to bring DIME products into their homes.

AMAZING!

The products have transformed my skin completely in just my first week using them. The website offers products for different skin types and answers questions if you have any. The customer service experience has been better than any place else I’ve used also. I highly recommend!

Love these products!!

I tried Dime in November and then thought I would give the 3 step Proven brand a whirl. It has made my skin feel dry and scaley and I had to toss. Dime is where it’s at. I missed the hyper glow and dewy creams. Very gentle and moisturizing. I can’t even begin to state how much better my skin felt when I was using this product. I can’t wait for my order to get here!

My favorite skincare line

I’ve been using Dime products for about 3 years and have been loving it! It’s done wonders for my acne prone skin. I used to get deep,cystic acne spots around that time of the month and haven’t since using Dime! My favorite products are the toner and hyalauronic serum! The toner makes my skin feel super clean and the serum is great for winter months when my skin tends to be drier. Forever a fan!!

Unable to use rewards

From my phone app, I was unable to claim my $20 rewards. There was to be a “secure checkout” and then a drop down arrow to click on to claim rewards, however, it bypasses that section and takes me straight to checkout. Disappointed in not being able to save $20 with the rewards.

I’ve been using Dime for over 6 months now. I have tried several different products. I absolutely love everything I have tried!! It’s so important to be mindful of the chemicals we put on our skin. Dime makes that decision so much easier! Love you guys and I always recommend it when I can ❤️

Miracle skin care!

I’m so glad I tried DIME.. my skin feels rejuvenated and younger than ever. I was looking for something clean and safe to use daily without all the added gunk in so many beauty products out there. Perfume and The works

I will ONLY buy Dime products for my skin and perfume. Not only does the perfume smell amazing, it’s all clean ingredients. I feel like I have stepped out of a facial every time I finish my morning and night routine with The Works. So fresh and clean, and no harmful products. I would probably cry if I could never get these products again.

Best clean perfume ever!!

Absolutely love 7 summers perfume and so does everyone else I come in contact with!! It’s such amazing amazing clean smell and I love the fact that you can sample every scent before you buy it and I love the fact that I won’t irritate someone I come in contact with because I am a teacher but since it’s a clean organic perfume it’s just an amazing feeling to know!!

I will never use anything else!!!!

I had the WORST hormonal acne!! It looked like my face was rotting off. I used strictly dime products for about 6 weeks and it has 100% cleared up! I had been dealing with it for 2-3 years and nothing worked. I only wish I had before and after pictures to show. I am so grateful!!

Can’t Use Rewards, App Has Issues

Dime has great products, but unfortunately the app and their website have so many issues! There is never an option to use your rewards at checkout, it is always logging me out mid-shopping, I can’t remove the ship protection even though I try repeatedly to remove it from my cart. It’s very frustrating and has turned me off from the brand.

Finally!

It’s so nice to be able to shop for products knowing that everything sold has clean ingredients. My daughter recently started focusing on her skincare and I knew I had to get her the best products. I was even encouraged to clean up my own routines and ditch the products I was using. The app is easy to use. Love it!

Liquid Gold at my fingertips

I began using Dime products as I became more interested in clean beauty. I wha w been blown away by the results that I’ve gotten. My skin is acne prone and oily in my t zone. I use the complete bundle. My absolute to die for product is the Blue Facial Serum. It had been a game changer for me and my blemish prone skin. Thank you for this product !!!

Mid 30s Magic Skin

I have been using DIME products for over a year now and my skin feels so refreshed and youthful. I struggled with breakouts in my T-Zone and have since added the Probiotic Gel cream and Blue facial oil to my skincare routine and my skin is so clear! Change in my skins texture

I’m 54 years old and battle childhood freckles that now look like age spots. Hyper Glow Serum has helped to fade them tremendously. For the last 6 weeks I have been using the Hyper Glow serum, Hyaluronic Acid serum, Super Firm Serum, Restorative Night Cream and the Luminosity Eye Serum. My skin feels plumper, looks clear and dewy, and my pores are smaller. My sensitive skin just feels happier.

Best acne line ever!!

Best acne products ever I have tried everything and I've been to many dermatologist and I was about to go on Accutane but I thought I would give dime a try before I decided going on and it cleared everything. Their acne line is phenomenal. My skin is super super sensitive and I have no problems with Dime

Great Product!

I heard about Dime through a friend of mine who swears by it, so I decided to give it a try. I started with the perfumes - LOVE these! They use clean ingredients and stray away from chemicals. I also received a few samples for the skincare and was pretty impressed - I just placed my first order for one of the systems! :)

Love the products!

So far I’ve tried the day and night moisturizers, glow serum, eyelash boost, I got the perfume sample kit and the full size bottles of Malibu Nights and ILYSB and everything has been great! I love ILYSMB the best! I just ordered the eyebrow serum for the first time so I’m excited to try it! Overall, everything has been great and I love this beauty line!

Eyelash serum and mascara

I have been using the eyelash serum for over a year and it really helps my eyelashes to grow. I recently bought the mascara because my daughter said she really liked it. So far so good-it doesn’t flake like most mascaras do on me. Easy to apply and makes my lashes look longer.
