Great customer service
This may have nothing to do with the website I called yesterday and talk to a wonderful wonderful customer service rep. I think her name is Madison not sure, but she had the patience to explain everything to me about adding money to my cash app card from my direct express card. on how to link all the way to the end and I just couldn’t get it and she still had the patience to go over it again and again. I have a learning disability regarding my comprehension ever since I was in school. It’s embarrassing. A lot of representatives (not direct express) when I call & need help I don’t get it right away and ask again and sometimes they lose their patience( I can hear it in their voice) then I feel uncomfortable and just lie and tell them I’m all set . II just wanna let you know this representative and made me feel so comfortable to ask questions sometimes over again and again , until I really understand how to do the linking and adding money to my cash app . Unfortunately I don’t have her name so I can tell her thank you so much. Hopefully this review go to someone and they read it. And I can tell them to keep up the good work. Have a great day. I wish their were more representatives like her. There are a lot of people out there that just don’t understand as quick as everybody else Thanks direct express!

Direct Express
It’s easy to use and great layout and it’s so easy to sign back into your account when you get a new device. Direct Express is the best card and app when it comes to debit cards and purpose and points of view. I love how they are so people specific instead of apart of the economic social normal way of life. It’s the best way to think, see and the only thing you have to worry about is keeping to your own way and loving your life. Politics are not for forcing people to do act and say the same things you do. Politics are for doing things for other people and the world and your life getting something done making money making a living forming a nation with opinions and spreading it around to continue circulation of people life and social stuff to help the president and the White House do their stuff for the country and doing things for yourself with your own opinions and helping the president with sociologistics. Anyway Direct Express is the best app and card for all that stuff and it’s definitely for the people (:

Direct Express App
I think this app was pretty straight forward but I moved my benefits to the providers debit card because I wanted access to my check faster there is nothing wrong with this app in fact if you withdrew to much it probably wouldn’t never go negative to much because there is security features that don’t let a person do that so it’s ok if your in a fixed income or you need something to get your kid or something on earning their own money or someone with a disability or however you want to put it. I just wish they gave you more I mean as of 2023 they give you $914 I mean I pay rent out of that and my cellular and then by the time that’s said and done I only have $200 so people are sort of taking advantage of my check that I got into certain situations and I hope the government fixes that in a couple of years because it’s not quite fair for an individual to have nothing!! They do have opportunities to make money while in SSI but it’s not enough! (They take a cut out out of that after making a certain dollar amount);but the overall app is smooth when you get paid on the 1st it’s always there so can’t really complain…they do have times when their service is down for maintenance etc and that can be frustrating but I don’t think any of that impacted my moves with money on my actual account; just couldn’t see it for a while. Other than that half decent app(everything you buy is on display) so not bad!!

Direct express limits
I do not think direct express has any right to set the limits on how much of my social security I can withdraw at a time it is my money and where and when I wish to use it and how much or often is my choice and my right to my government pay check. If I wish to set limits for my personal security reasons I should be the one to set them. And having to go and withdraw my social security and move it to a card without restrictions is a hassle and it’s the only way I can do what I need to do each month because direct express sets dumb limits. If I want to buy something online I should be able to if I want to restrict certain abilities I should be able to slide online card purchases off or on and or cash withdrawl limits independently from within the app. All I can do is set off or on and I should be able to set international transactions on or off as well. These lack of features and restrictions is why I have it 2 stars. It’s not the gov business or direct expresses business to tell me how and when or where I can spend my money. Not being able to buy games from Xbox is an anoying issues now I have to go out just to buy a microsoft gift card just to purchase a online game from Xbox store. And not being able to load money onto the card is also a issue sometimes it’s easier if I had this feature then I’d have no need to use a secondary option like cash app.

App doesn’t work website doesn’t work
The app updated 4 days ago and now it doesn’t work it say that my device is not supported and to call customer service so I tried to login online to check my account that doesn’t work either it says something went wrong try again later then doesn’t even let you log out so then I called customer service and they told me that it was nothing to do with the app or the website or the update that it was my fault it wasn’t working and that I needed to upgrade my phone in order for the app to work I have a iPhone 11 that is completely up to date with its system updates and has working phone service so how is it my phone causing the problem and how is it me causing the problem. I do not feel safe not being able to access my account and see my transactions and my balance and I just tried to login again online and it told me my password was incorrect which it isn’t so I tried to reset it and it told me that my cards expiration date is invalid and it isn’t it will not let me do anything at all and I do not feel safe and protected with my money I was also told by customer service that they have had zero complaints about this and that’s why they can’t help me and that’s why it’s my fault and that it’s my phone that I need to upgrade which is an iPhone 11 pretty new phone

Thanking Direct Express
I would just like to say that I feel very safe with the DirectExpress account Netspend sends me things constantly I guess that is your competitor that seems more like an actual bank account. The only way I wish they could approve is if there would be a way to make deposits like per say from a bank or a business legitimate business I guess they have their reasons for not doing that. I have never had any trouble with stimulus or any of my deposits that go in on a monthly basis.I will definitely stay with Direct Express I know they are a bank that works directly with the IRS and Social Security and they are very kind and courteous whenever I have to talk to them which is not very often. I feel like that is a good thing I hope whoever reads this you have a wonderful safe day we have a lot of snow and ice in our area at this time so I am staying home. Sincerely, Karen

We’re poor so of course it doesn’t work
Having three Direct Express apps in the store at once was tip, not that I needed one. Put off updating every time when it would reroute me to new app(s) but now I’m forced to. And the shocker: it doesn’t work. Weird, right? Enjoy the awesome loop of logging in, being told your info is wrong (the same info I’m simply pasting in from the previous version of the app that functioned). Try to reset and verify identity but of course I’m told I have my identity wrong. Well that’s likely, probably forgot my own birthday. I guess it’s back to calling to check balance or tediously logging in thru the browser. Until they get the app to work. I’ve had Direct Express for over a decade, same address and everything so gotta say I’m confused how this is so challenging. Video games and whatnot are complex and tricky but with an app like this doesn’t seem like a lot to ask to make sure it works halfway decent BEFORE releasing it/forcing us to try and fail to use it. Yeah yeah, government benefits. Seems like we shouldn’t have to be unwilling and unpaid beta testers. I’m not sure how they managed you make basic functionality such an arduous goal. Don't like it
Had to downloaded app bc I had so much problems trying to log in to website. Just to update new card. Called customer service, they were either too busy to answer even when I let it ring for over 2+ hrs.. Or I'd get a "Due to high volume of calls, please call back at a not so busy time". Umm how'd I know when/what time would that be? Account blocked, call customer service which took weeks of trying to get someone to answer. Then being told they changed web address, my browser went to exact same page I was on. Another week of hoping someone answered--I just wanted to know why my log in not working? Same hrs of letting phone ring till batteries almost need charging, when explaining my problem, get transferred to another dept" only to get disconnected, or having to repeat why I called. After almost a month, CS finally tells me my acct was locked & will reset it so I can enter updated info. I don't know how that could've happened, when I was able to log in before. If this is an updated app, wish it had the options tabs like the website, this just shows balance & recent card usage. No money transfer options. Sry for the lengthy review, but stress & frustration was longer.

New Direct Express App for 5737
I had absolutely no issues with the old App and after reading all these reviews I was completely ready to give up on Direct Express and just do direct deposit to my reg bank. Well to my amazement i installed this new App installed with not a single issue. Log in and log out no problems. I installed this as a new user and the only thing that I used from my old account was my Email address, the last 4 of my DE card number and SS number. I tried to install this App when it first came and i didn’t realize that there’s a few differçvent versions of this app and they are ca specific and one for the old version. I H kHept installing the wrong one .**MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE ONE THAT IS FOR THE LAST 4 NUMBERS OF YOUR D/E CARD or it won’t work period..

Could be better
I wish we could see how much our balance is before and after each transaction. I wish it would say what transaction were canceled and now just show it as a card purchase like it does now. I was at a store a few days ago and the cashier had no idea what she was doing. She tried to charge me twice for 2 different items that I already paid for but since they were gift cards, the computer wouldn’t let her charge me for them again and the transaction was cancelled. I looked at the receipt and told her she’s trying to charge me twice for the 2 cards and it’s shows on my account on here that it was a card purchase. It should say “cancelled card purchase” or “cancelled purchase. It’s hard trying to figure out what my balance was before several card purchases and to be sure I wasn’t charged for something that was canceled. The app needs work.

Was Fine Until I Needed Cust. Service
I’m getting the message that my card status is invalid and I can’t use it likely due to an unnecessary security flagging. That happens. It’s fine, but I am yet to be able to actually get through to a customer service rep. I spent at least an hour on hold while calling multiple times yesterday. It claims to be available 24/7 but I called during normal business hours. I’ve never not been able to get a rep anywhere after holding for an entire hour…multiple times. I’m on hold as we speak trying again the next day at 9 am…tho this isn’t my first attempt today. I have no idea how I’m going to rectify the situation if I can’t speak to someone. Just my luck they will tell me there’s some other process that makes this a more difficult fix than the typical institution that just verifies that you made a transaction. The second I get it rectified I will be setting up direct deposit. This is a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS CARD LONGER THAN ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

Extremely glitchy
I don’t understand why every time they update the app it pretty much makes it impossible to log in. It keeps saying that information is invalid or that I have no internet connection which is not true. ,I like most people who have this account, have disabilities and limitations so this is a big hardship for people like us and this happens too frequently it’s not an occasional issue. Try calling customer service and have to wait an hour or more is beyond inconvenient! My time needs to be spent on other things like my medical conditions. Stop treating physically challenged people like we’re morons and make your app system more efficient:(

Q&A needs updated
Before current update. I was able to use app on two separate devices. Current update stopped this. Read Q&A and provided information that App could be used on two separate devices. I was locked out, due to this. Customer service was polite, though complicated to get to. No direct line or choice to select for App assistance, but jump thru loops to find App assistance. Current update allows App only on one device. IMO, not too convenient for me. Followed customer service directions. Uninstall App from both devices and reloaded onto one device. I can not wait for next update to see what’s required to use the App and www on separate devices. I do hope current update fixed issue with fingerprint verification. 28 February 2024 - update. Still get the green blocked screen, preventing log in, when finger print is checked for use.

A complete farce compared to any other banking app
My dad gets his social security on a direct express card. His old card is about to expire, so he enlisted me to help him activate the new one after attempting the toll free phone number at least a dozen times and repeatedly getting the "high call volume, please call back at another time" message. We tried the website (which the paperwork that came with the card says could be used to activate it), but there's no option to activate a new card. So we tried this app (also indicated on the paperwork as an option to activate the card), but again, no option to activate a new card. I've been using mobile banking apps for YEARS, and I've never seen one as useless as this one. This is what happens with every program the government runs instead of pyruvate Enterprise. It's clunky and never user-friendly. Literally the only thing you can do is review your transaction history.🤦🏻‍♀️

I was told yesterday that I couldn’t use my current app that I had to use the new app. I spent several hours trying to get the thing to work it’s B. S. Why can’t I talk to a representative? I called and they said they had several several people and that I could leave my name or number and they’ll get back with me in 2 1/2 hours. They called me back and the person that called me back was not a person that was knowledgeable about the app so I spent the better part of my day wasted on this. When a bank or credit card gives you a new card after yours expiresYou merely call the number and put in the information and it activate your new card. Why can’t this procedure work for this? We shouldn’t be the one suffering for using this service.

Read the new app’s instructions
Ok people read the new apps log in registration you need to log in to this new app use the same user name you used on the old app this way you won’t forget your user name,, second the password sign in has changed you will need a new password that will require a symbol,, under the password sign in it list the requirements for creating a new password,,, also the expiration date requires a four digit year your card only shows the last two digit you will need to enter the full year,, if you have done everything correctly the enter tap at the bottom should be green in color if not you missed something go back and make sure you followed to log in instructions correctly

Direct Express Card
It is so easy to get your benefits on here - without using your bank - even using a smart phone app - simple to log in, update or change and it is amazing how “fast” a card is updated - ordered express , of course a charge but so worth it was at my home delivered 12 hours later by a carrier (direct express even allowed the “tracking” number - was at my home delivered in enclosed thick carrier legal size envelope - easy to update info and do pin )this is how modern day access is to work - effecient, easy to use and understand. I am so happy I can have this access - for myself through my benefits (it even shows pending deposits.). Thankyou!!!!

Needs an option to “check off” reviewed transactions!!!
It would be nice if i could review transactions separately and make a note of which ones have been reviewed. Instead I have to collect and save all my receipts, which always ends up getting confused w other accounts. Then I have to print out a copy of all the transactions AT THE END OF THE MONTH. If I try to do it as soon as I can, I end up forgetting which new transactions came in against which ones I already reviewed. It’s confusing and ends up creating more work. It’s annoying. At this point, finally a new app and there’s still no way to work w it. I am ready to just withdraw everything each month and transfer it to another account. Otherwise I find it quick and convenient to simply check my balance.

Change isn’t always good
The changeover to the new system requires me to re-enter my information. That user ID and passcode were among many other logins recorded in a book. Unfortunately, that book went through the laundry twice and and only those entries written in Sharpie pen were visible and legible. DX was not. Recovering User ID and Password continues to fail despite entering valid info and their 24/7 phone line is “experiencing heavier than normal traffic”. I can’t login and can’t get the recovery options to work. Please allow those of us memory challenged seniors to use the old format that remembered our login info.

Worked fine up until three months ago
I have been using this DirectExpress app since the prior one went out of date and refused to work. For three months now it’s been popping up with unable to verify account please call the customer help line for help. I have updated this and it’s honestly a waste of time. I have looked into the other one that’s in the App Store at the moment but because my card doesn’t end and that number I can’t use it. why have apps if you can’t even access your information. I can’t even update the password without it popping up like that. disappointment at its finest. Don’t even bother with this just call the number on the back of the card it’s not as easy but at least you can access to find out how much you’ve got. If you need a transaction list go to the website. It’s not as easy as the app but at least it works

I have had this app for years,And have not been granted access to it yet!I dont know what it takes?I’ve tried everything!Did everything they said!It is always wrong Name,Wrong password!I went to Google five times yesterday and they keep directing me to TUNDUM!I know there will be money from my account for that!So as I was on the verge of tears,I finallyjust gave up again as I’ve done for years!It is sad that you lose so much money and can’t do nothing about,it!The claims department now think I’m lying!Filed a report with the BBB because someone is getting paid big bucks for nothing!And l have been waiting on an email for a few months,That never comes!Looks like an inside job to me!!!😠

Nonexistent customer support
Considering that the wait time is sometimes never till someone picks up and then they’re very anxious to get rid of you it is necessary believe me to get questions answered that are not robotic you have a new app now which I downloaded I had a lot of trouble gaining access I believe that’s done but now but I can’t transfer monies from the app I still need to go into the Safari browser on my iPhone to do that which I’ve been doing for years now something new with that is that they tell me I don’t have enough alphanumeric characters it works for the app it is enough alphanumeric characters I googled it and found out exactly what alphanumeric characters are it needs to be from 6 to 8-I have 9 and I can’t go further from there so now I can’t transfer monies this is my money I need to be able to do this.

Looking for location to get money from and tapped on a liquor store location that I know sells drug abuse paraphanelia and a pipe waved at me! ;( at least that’s what it looked like when the location tag displayed itself. I don’t know any location tags that show a pin with a hole at the top of it. I just thought that the amount of users out there trying to get there Monday out then being subliminaly influenced by a waving crack pipe might be a reason why so many stay on or seek drugs on pay day. You might wanna check this out and change it or not maybe it’s some part of influencing propaganda research? :)

Why did people leaving these bad reviews give the app 4 or 5 stars? Do you think the app is good or bad? It’s confusing when I am searching the reviews to see if I want the app or not. If you think this app is no good, give one star. Anyways, for my review I want to write that it is ridiculous to not let me use the old app anymore and then try to send me to new app only to stop me because new app is not in my country (USA). What am I supposed to do now? It is too inconvenient to try calling DE every time I need my balance, when I used to just pull it up on app. Please fix and get app for USA!

Have fun trying to login when you just get told card not valid. Can’t remember your password ,or your user ID? don’t worry your card is not valid anyway! Enjoy spending 20-45 frustrating mins to try to get this app to log you in when it doesn’t work , it’s so fun! Why they upgraded the app is beyond me ! the old app worked perfectly and I NEVER had any issues! Thanks Direct Express you’ve wasted time I will never get back ,anxiety ,and stress that Will be with me for a life time! Fix this app! I swear I’ve been having issues with it for months and months! So much to say
I have dealt with this company for years and one day my app started telling me that my password was wrong. I called got it fixed later on went to check my balance and it wouldn’t work again. After waiting 3 days for someone to call me back she rushed through resetting everything however I give her credit for being patient while I got my card. After getting off the phone my app wouldn’t take my password again. I called customer service and the girl was very rude (different girl). I hate dealing with this customer service!

After receiving a replacement card I cannot update this information Even after speaking with customer service, in-installing and re- installing app it is not registering my information being submitted further more after uninstalling and reinstalling app why does it STILL have previous info from old CANCELED card still showing? Is this why I can’t add my new card to this corrupt app? What other faulty mishandling of vital information is this ratchet app responsible for? Not as good as the old app.
I would much rather have kept the older app as it worked much better! Since day one of installing this App I’ve had nothing but trouble with it! It’s always super laggy if I’m lucky enough for it to even allow me to simply log in. It gives errors all the time that are false, such as telling me my card isn’t valid! Seems this app is full of bugs and it needs fixed! Before anyone says anything, I have deleted & reinstalled it multiple times to no avail. I have gotten a new phone and it is still doing the same thing!

I loved my original DirectExpress card and website I took all the tutorials and learned a wealth of info The app was fast loading and easy The new app will not open with my finger so it takes longer to fingerprint and put in my password but hey if it keeps my monthly income safer it’s worth it ! Still love my card Bring back a points for learning area in app but give better rewards than small cash prizes which were very few and far between Go get retailers online to give you good coupons for completing tutorials small for the basic first ones and larger for more detailed subjects Online retailers ALL offer 5% 10% to more discount for customer acquisition and establishments they will gladly join in and provide coupons to be used by those of us who hit the stores the day we get our cards loaded we are mostly disabled and elderly so tell them to make the coupons for their slow days and make them good like 25% off

Why I can’t transfer money from my card to my cash app
Every month I tried to transfer a certain amount of money into my cash app and it always say I have to contact my bank. It allows me to maybe send $50 to my cash app. Other than that I can’t send no more then I have to wait a couple days before I can transfer money from my Directexpress to my cash app and I would like to have my money on my cash app as well because I pay bills through that as well. App not Correct
This app was very useful and then it was updated. Now it displays incorrect balance, withdrawal and deposit information, I talked to a lady in customer service at first to verify incorrect withdrawals. It appeared that the same amount was taken out twice on separate days according to information within the app. Customer service verified that this was incorrect. I later talked to a very rude customer service representative because the app was not working at all. He said that the app was down for maintenance of some sort but wouldn’t tell me what it was. Still today it still shows incorrect information.

Fingerprint not working since the new app was installed
I had no trouble with the old app. Ever since they suggested the new app, my husband and I have had nothing but trouble. We spent many months being told we had to switch but each time we tried it stated that it was not available in my area. Now, it keeps saying if you want to use your fingerprint tap “turn on”. When I do it says error, please put your password in and hit save. I have tried this many times but nothing changes. Please please go back to the old app.

I've called 4 times, been on the phone for hours, and keep getting told to delete app, start over & then when it still doesn't work, wait two days and try again. The error message I get is always when I try to confirm my password. They say the problem is on their end, yet 3 weeks later, I still have no access to my account! Can someone tell me why this is happening? Is anyone out having this same problem?

I’ve had so many problems with this app and this card. I can’t even get a hold of customer service phone number doesn’t even give me an option to talk to anybody, but it will ask for my Social Security number and other credentials and then tells me that I can’t find my account I’ve done updates. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing is working my passwords keep changing along with my user ID. I feel that. This app has jeopardize my account. I can’t even see how much missing it seems the last time I was able to get in on it money spent it I can’t account for this app is junk and very disappointing for which I have been unable to contact any representatives to help me on this I have no access to my money.

It’s okay
I just use it because it’s to much to switch but the some annoying things and the main one is..when my card is locked you still let transactions go thru and I’m not talking about subscriptions. I thought I was going crazy at first but most of the time the card being locked does not work. Luckily these have been my own transactions and I selected the wrong card on PayPal and as always the card sure enough was locked but you let it go thru.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, it’s like they go out of their way to make communication difficult hoping you will just give up on disputing charges. Direct Express made a debit adjustment in the exact amount of my purchase at Dollar General causing my account to be overdrawn by $5, the charge from Dollar General is still pending days later. Direct express claim they didn’t make an adjustment even though it clearly stated “direct express debit adjustment”, getting anyone to explain this has proven impossible. Debit accounts are not supposed to be able to overdraft but yet it’s happened. I feel like they just stole the money because there is nothing anyone can do to them. Avoid using this card or app... I’m switching to Bank of America

These people are crooks. I accidentally mashed the button to have my new card expedited but I immediately call direct express back to correct my mistake. The lady that answered told me she made the corrections and I would be refunded the expediting charge. We’ll she lied. It never came back into my account so after a month of waiting I nicely called and this person was very rude. She said she couldn’t authorize the refund so she got the manager on the phone after putting me on hold for a very long time. The manager was even more rude and let’s just say I was again denied my refund. Crooks. Nothing but crooks. I wish we could get our benefits from another company. This is only the tip of the iceberg with the problems I have had with them.

I don’t know what updates were made from the old app. At least I was able to see the date, to whom my money was going. This new app shows only deposits. Trying to call customer service is awfully exhausting. Now my card expires at the end of the month in which I did receive my new one yesterday. However I can’t activate it because there’s no prompt for activation. I’m really considering opening up a checking account. At least I can physically see my transactions. Because when I call to check on my transactions I only get the last 10. What happened Direct express/comerica Bank.?? As a Veteran I’m very displeased how I volunteered my life to my country and receive this type of service.

I have devotedly tried, and tried this app. Must admit in the beginning… I made errors due to the case sensitivity, but now, this app is horrific! Then I call Direct Express, and they say, I am Terminated, and there is nothing they can do. They are working on this app. Then another agent says, I have been blocked, then another agent says, they will put in a ticket, so someone will call me. This has been “Horrific to say, the least.” Spent to much time on this, and have never had another problem with any other app at all.

Avoid Direct Express at all costs
I was told at the veterans administration who actually lets veterans use direct express for direct deposit of disability checks, that there are so many complaints about direct express for theft from cards, and to avoid using it for direct deposit. Cardholders should be compensated by commerica bank for past thefts from their accounts for money stolen? And doubled the amount. They have screwed me too many times.. I am breaking the chains and getting a new direct deposit for my check.

Wait till ya have nightmare it will become your worse nightmare ever for two months I wait because of a follow up in the direct express for I had gone through 4 card one I lost and they others I didn’t get any money what’s so ever and I’m on social security and so only one card I had worked but only in part had to get another card and when it arrived we’ll because of theyothers I had and no money it was finally that i got paid for two months and now I can’t log in what’s so ever on the new card it won’t let me why I don’t know all I know is that I can’t see my account I can call to find out but can not log in at all I give a zero if it had one but one will do stars not got 2 cards instead of one

Not a great choice
I’ve been disabled for a while now and this card has been costing me $150 every month. Where I live I don’t gat the 5 days grace period most get when it time to pay the rent if I don’t pay on the 1st I have to pay $50 per day more on my rent for not paying on time. My benefits is pending on the 1st but clear by the 3rd which is always costing me that extra $150 more for not being able to pay on the 1st. Another thing is that I have to pay 2 transaction fee because of the ATM limit fee and no direct personal bank you can go to and withdraw everything. Again the government made a bad choice making businesses with Direct express. Bank of America or Chase would have been a better choice.

Can't even use the app!
I have an account on the website (which loads INCREDIBLY SLOW, and sometimes just straight up crashes), so I figured I could use the app. Entered in the information I use for the website, and... it says it's invalid. So I tried making a new account, manage to use a password filling out all the characteristics they require and... it still tells me my password is invalid when I go to confirm it. It's literally impossible to get into the app to use it when I keep getting stopped by errors everywhere. I've tried 3 times to make an account with the perfect password, but every time I get to the confirm, I get an error about the password being invalid, EVEN THOUGH IT TOLD ME MY PASSWORD HAS THE RIGHT CHARACTERISTICS! GREAT APP, BTW! TOO BAD I CAN'T USE IT!

I have been using this app over a little over 3 years now and when I say the app has gotten the slight upgrade that I’m pretty sure we all wanted. I’m happy with the little changes they did and now I don’t have to use a password everytime I want to log in 🥲 Hopefully they keep adding things like disputing and all of that so you won’t have to call and be on hold so long because nobody wants to sit and wait for a agent over 30 minutes. But thank you for what you have done.

I love this app for keeping track of my kids pay the amount from my retirement. Sometimes I forget that I have that card because they won’t let me get the kids money in my bank account without adding their name even though it’s not disability for them it’s because they are my children and I’m retired, but DirectExpress makes that very easy for me. And I can lock the card, so any subscriptions that I don’t want anymore cannot hit the card without me knowing.

Issues
It seems like everytime they update the app it gets worse my employee always have issues login in and also they only get a couple attempts to log back in and once they are locked they have to answer the question that they had to fill out before they can login again back then it was easy now it's worse and once they can login and do the timesheet the clock stops so sometimes they just have to enter the time manually and when they are done and put in the reason and the address where the employer lives at and confirm it it takes a while just to logout so that's why I gave it 2 ⭐️⭐️

She explained the new updates, helped with allowing you back in the app, had answers on the type of benefits my son receives, and what I’m able to do about missing deposit! Having Direct Express
Well DE has changed the way you use your money. You can go online shopping. You can call for delivery. You can use it anywhere debit or credit cards are accepted. I can see my balance anytime, without having to call. I can see my purchases, which makes it much easier to see how you’re spending and how much. So basically now with the app. It literally makes it like any other bank. Makes my life easier

But as far as the card nope wouldn’t recommended and trying to set direct deposit because if my card is locked a penny shouldn’t get threw while on lock why bother having a lock. Does anyone know what the anonymous data in the
Settings are for .?? Two days ago I went to check my card to see what was on it and I notice my card and account was hacked into … in all the way in Sacramento ca and someone aaa able to take money off my card all the way in Santa Ana CA which is all the way in LA … idk how they did it without my actual card but they did it . I don’t feel safe using this app anymore I’ve never had these issues with the old app .. thank god I was able to get most of my money off there for my car note and car insurance and phone bill .. can someone tell me if you’ve had the same thing happen or tell me what the anonymous data is for
