Had all the correct information for my login told it was WRONG! Then proceeded to lock me out of my account and have to call the bank!!! Can’t call the bank when it’s 5 am in the morning! Worst app ever!!!
Terrible app bank blocks transactions tells you how to spend your money
Unfortunately this use to be a good bank and now they are terrible to deal with. You deserve a award for most lost money by members by denying transactions because you want to dictate where members spend their OWN MONEY! I am a crypto currency investor and Dirigo FCU is constantly denying my purchases on US Exchanges to buy Crypto Currency. I call them them up and catch them in lies of why they deny my transactions. Some days they go through others days they deny them. I don’t have this issue with Bangor Savings who I strongly recommend doing business with. It’s has gotten to the point where I now need to argue with them to have my transactions go through. Dirigo has no right to dictate where I spend MY MONEY If it’s in my account. They clearly see I have deposited and withdrawn money from these exchanges yet they still deny the transactions and tell me I can’t spend MY MONEY where I want to spend it. They clearly see I have purchased from the exchanges in the past? Dirigo it’s 2021 get with the times. Crypto is a 2 trillion dollar market place. You have no right telling your voting members where they can spend their OWN MONEY!
The layout is very easy to use. However the bill pay section doesn't work. Just displays a message you must first register online, but I already have account online. If this was fixed I would give it a higher rating.
Your app was fairly simple to use, with equally simple capabilities. Now that you have changed over to the Dirigo (sp?) name, your app has digressed. Not able to login, and consistently given “code 500” with zero explanation. Communication to your account holders gets “0” stars.
