Disney Jigsaw Puzzles!

This app is pretty neat. I have been using it for a little over 2 weeks. I have read a lot of the reviews, mostly as a FAQ. I believe the developers are trying to make the improvements suggested. I have purchased one of the bundles and the puzzles I now own are clearly marked but you do have to click around. Seems like the store would show you all the options but the play page would only be unlocked and in-prog puzzles. Lots of cool images to play however it would be nice to preview what packs are in the bundles. If i knew what images I was getting, it would be easier to commit to a purchase. I luckily found a review in the apple App Store where the developer shared a link to the mega/super bundle inclusions, that was very helpful but took a lot of research to determine the inclusions. It was hard to find the one I wanted the most in the store as it wasn’t in the banner ads at the top. It would be nice to be able to see your progress on earning the awards/coins. Maybe if you could click on the award and have it show a xx/50 progress bar or something. This would be helpful in checking status on daily puzzles and the large completion ones. I do echo another reviewer as it would be nice to have more ways to earn coins as some of the challenges are difficult, i.e the timed completions.

I love this game! It’s so peaceful to play and easy to do. They have relaxing background music but you’re able to turn it off if you don’t like it. They give you a few starter puzzles that are free so that you don’t have to buy them. And you get a puzzle of the day that changes daily. And if you get 100 points you get more puzzles. So it’s nice. I have not had to buy anything on this game and there’s been no ads. So that’s been really nice at bed it makes me want to play this game. I only have 2 suggestions: The puzzle of the days are not very different from each other. For instance, if this is my week, I’ll have a cars puzzle, aristocats puzzle, cars puzzle, cars puzzle, little mermaid, aristocats, etc. I’d like to see a little more variety, like, every week each puzzle is from a different movie. Just less repetitive puzzle of the days. The second suggestion is to have more ways to get points than “do 40 puzzles” and ”do 15 inside out puzzles”. I realize there are more than those, like speed records and stuff, but after you do them you have to wait until you do 30 puzzle of the days to get more points. And the prize puzzles, can you maybe stop adding puzzles that we already get in the starter packs. That just seems pointless. But other than that I love this game! I play it every day! So nice and simple to do. Completely recommend

This is my favorite puzzle app. I wish there were more rewards. After you play a while you kinda run out. I think it would be cool if you could get a reduced amount of points for finishing certain achievements multiple times (it’s really hard to do a 64 piece one in under four minutes- I think giving us 5 puzzle points per time you do it would be a good incentive to keep practicing! 😄) Also, please add more packs and bundles. A problem I have is that you can only preview the puzzles that come in a pack on a certain tab, but that tab doesn’t have all puzzles. I’m very interested in the northern lights frozen bundle but I don’t want to pay that much money without a preview. Please add Sofia the first puzzles! I would buy them all! Overall, great game. The princess bundle is a good deal and I play it everyday.

As much as I do appreciate some Disney games and puzzles, this is possibly the worst approach to meet both of these interests. First off, finishing a puzzle, even in the toughest level wouldn't give the player any sort of satisfaction because you do NOT give out proper rewards. Rather than using the puzzle bits like you do now, how about giving the player a certain amount of coins (game currency) depending on the puzzle's difficultly. If you do not reward the player in this sort of satisfying manner, finishing the puzzle will not be interesting or fun. Also, please give an option to change the music/shut the music down. As I tried the puzzle playing myself, I wished for some ASMR effect while playing. However, the music is not appropriate for calming gameplay. Now, the elephant in the room. The DLC in this game is plain awful. Why would anyone, even Disney/Pixar fans spend over $100 for the full game. It is cheap, limiting and quite unfair. Now if it was 'Get this puzzle for a limited time' that's forgivable. But why would you want your consumers to have little to no free gameplay with only 7-10 to start with, let alone having the puzzles being finished leaving a sour taste in their mouth. The Puzzle prizes are also the worst ripoff there could be in this app. Instead of giving away 1-3 free puzzles, how about letting the player choose for himself?

I enjoy playing these puzzles before I go to sleep. I get a taste of Disney and fun. I like the Free Puzzle of the Day feature - I only do one puzzle each night before I go to sleep and the random variety is appealing to me. I like the option of buying a set, but I do like random Disney images rather than 45 puzzles of the same theme/subject. The Starter Pack and Free Starter packs are great, again, because of several different movie images. I would suggest reading reviews before downloading for helpful tips - like how to save the puzzle until it’s done. I take screen shots of all my completed puzzles before I return to the main puzzle menu - once you leave a completed puzzle, you start fresh. I like the variety of puzzle piece options. Great for very young puzzlers and also for the more experienced. This is a great, relaxing family App. And I like that there is no incentive other than the satisfaction of completing a puzzle.

i love this app so far! but i can’t share my puzzle in order to finish the achievement :/ it keeps saying “set up email/facebook/twitter through the IOS settings app” but you don’t sign into any of those through settings? please fix this bug, it’s one of the few achievements i can do if it gets fixed. (also, yes, there are few puzzles for free. but there’s enough that it’s fun every once in a while & $7 for 45 puzzles is pretty cheap considering a single puzzle IRL is $10+) edit: i emailed support & its not their fault you can’t share your puzzles! but please remove those achievements & add new ones in their place? makes me sad to see achievements i won’t ever be able to get :( overall, amazing app. haven’t spent any money yet & ive played it for hours. plan to buy a tinker belle puzzle pack soon 💕✨🧚

I love this app. Downloaded it in June. Have played almost every day and spent plenty on puzzles with no regrets. But since January 1, the daily puzzle is no longer available. It says check internet connection. There is no issue with my internet connection. All other apps are working fine. Oh and the internet connection works just fine to purchase within the app. Reached out to Sparkle Games by email twice with absolutely no response. I see by other reviews I am not the only one having this issue. I understand things/glitches happen from time to time, but at least acknowledge and address it. And for those of us that have spent plenty of money with you, you could at least offer a free puzzle as we have now lost our daily puzzle streak. I was 20 days away from receiving 50 points for not missing a day completing the daily puzzle. Very frustrating. I love the puzzles and will continue to play. Fix the daily puzzle issue and you’ll have 5 stars from me.

1-8-20: I’ve played this for years and spent a lot of $ on it for the different collections etc. I loved this app until you(Sparkle) took over. Ever since, the Daily Puzzle I have trouble getting. It’ll say “check internet connection”, when I have 100% internet connection and all my other games and apps work fine. My internet connection has nothing wrong with it. I was doing a nice streak of daily puzzles until that happens. You should fix this and compensate players with a other free puzzles or puzzle pieces. Other games that have glitches do this. Also, where did all my puzzles that I started and didn’t finish go?? I had a lot of down time last night and I did about 6 of my puzzles that I never finished(the Recently Played area) and I know I have about 20 puzzles!!!! Where did they go?? Before you took over, Sparkle, my Recently Played and saved puzzles would still be there. Please fix these issues!!

I bought the big 300 puzzle pack for my daughter and I couldn’t find the puzzles anywhere. It looked like maybe a few were unlocked. I think I counted maybe 17. I wondered where the other 283 were. I was going to request a refund when I got my emailed receipt from Apple but we figured it out and found the puzzles. It would be really nice if there was a page that showed all of the purchased puzzles in one place. Otherwise this is a nice app that my daughter who loves puzzles is really enjoying.

None of the developers have children. There is no way you make an app that makes it hard for even the parents to find the puzzles they just bought. Actually I just bought a 45 puzzle piece for my daughters trip to Disney of all places and the puzzles are nowhere to be found. But, what is easy to find is the adds to buy the other puzzles. Seriously, simply make an extra tap that says my puzzles where all the puzzles you own are located. Use all your other taps to shove merchandise in our faces, but atleast be respectful of your clients and let us use what we actually paid for. If the developers of this app had children they would have known better. It would just work like it suppose to. Kids open app, add shows up, my puzzles tap shows, kid knows where his puzzles are, kid do puzzle, everybody happy. Parent buys more puzzles. You make more money the right way. How hard can this be. This is a terrible app.

I love jigsaw puzzles. I love Disney. I mostly like this app. There were three days where I would try to do puzzles but after about fifteen seconds the app would crash and I would be kicked out. I bought a puzzle pack and only three of the fifteen puzzles downloaded. There is no clear explanation for retrieving saved games. I do enjoy the puzzles but there are bugs that if they only affected free puzzles would be annoying but when they affect purchased puzzles it is an outright ripoff! I paid for puzzles that didn't download. I had three days where I couldn't work a puzzle over 8 pieces so I couldn't complete a prize level, I.e. Work all free puzzles for 30 days. Now I have to start over. I lost 60 points toward a prize puzzle because of this. I am not happy. The previous issues were fixed except that the app has started crashing again. I can only play 6, 8, and 16 piece puzzles. I can like more of a challenge than 16 pieces.

I love this app, it has crashed like 1 or 2 times (but I have an iPhone so that happens a lot so it’s okay); I love the free puzzle of the day (it’s nice b/c it’s literally for the whole day, so it doesn’t take it away when you close the app). I used to play this other puzzle app with $0.99 for a huge pack of puzzles but I like this Disney one better b/c the music is more upbeat and fun and I LOVE the Disney puzzles. I wish there were more Disney puzzles (like more TV shows & more movies), and you know what would be BEYOND cool?!? Is if while you are playing the Disney puzzle the actual music from that show/movie was playing. It’s nice I can play & still earn points with or without internet.

9/6/18 I love this app but please fix the bugs! Does anyone at the app development company read these reviews?? I would be overall useage of this app is waaaaaay down because they have not fixed the crashing issue that has been a problem FOR MONTHS. And maybe reduced playing stats made them put this low on their priority list?? I contacted “support” and she said to restart my iPad and to double check that I had the current updates. I had done all of that before contacting them. I do these puzzles to help me wind down in the evening. I have figured out how to (sort of) get around the consistent crashing bug/issue but it is ridiculous that this has gone on so long. This must not be a true Disney product but a cut rate license agreement. 2/18 I downloaded it for for my Granddaughter in 2016 but I do the daily puzzles because I find it very relaxing. Here is the problem. There are all kind of bugs within the app. They usually appear after a new puzzle update. Currently the app shuts down on its own and any puzzle moves you have made a lost. And it happens so quickly that you barely have time to start the puzzle. Please please please fit it. I just bought the 2018 VIP package and I feel like I won’t be able to use the app anymore.

I have bought 2 puzzle packs so far. The first showed up no problem and I have completed all. I purchased the Frozen II pack as well and I cannot find it anywhere!! So, I paid for it, but it is not showing up?? The app crashes pretty much every time my daughter uses it but it is still pretty fun. Just someone please help me get these puzzles I purchased to work! Ok I'm really confused now... I checked to see if someone replied to my review and it now says it was edited, but still looks like the review I wrote but that it was written by someone called "carfreak" that is not me! What is going on here. I'm starting to think this site has been hacked. I have gotten no response from my email or this review. There is an issue and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I installed this app years ago and enjoyed it so I bought several puzzles and did most of them and got all of the stars on the app, but all of sudden my puzzles that I did with a check mark they all disappeared and I have to redo them over and and the challenges are back to zero and I have to go back and do the challenges again. I don’t know what they did but my puzzles I bought still there, don’t remember what puzzles I finished and what I need to finish the others since they removed my check marks. I already emailed them and responded back. That’s why I give this app a 3/5 stars…. I’m not going to bother with the challenges anymore, I think I spent over $50 for this app on puzzles

I did not get all my purchases. I purchased the Disney Holiday Packs and the Disney Spooky Packs from the home puzzle screen. The Disney Holiday Packs was $9.99 and said 350+ puzzles one incredible price and showed 14 different packs in this one pack selection. Only 3 of them downloaded. I paid $9.99 for 3 packs that sold separately are only $.99 cents a piece?!?!?! Where are my other 11 packs that are listed in this deal? This also happened with the Disney Spooky Packs. There are 6 different packs listed in this pack selection listed at $6.99. Only 3 packs downloaded. I paid $6.99 for 3 packs that when purchased separately are only $.99 cents a piece?!?!?? Where are my other 3 packs? Please check on this. Not a happy customer right now. Either would like my other packs or a refund.

Being stuck in quarantine I needed a fun app to get through it. I LOVE puzzles so I decided to get this app. I would play it all the time and let my little sis play it. Then today the free puzzle of the day would not work. It said check you internet connection and when I looked there was a full connection. The best part for me was having a free puzzle every day and now it no longer works. If this bug could get fixed it could be a 5 star review again. Update: I restarted my phone and now it works 👍. It might have been because my phone is old. Any now this can be 5 stars YAY 😀

This app is very frustrating! It's very difficult, sometimes impossible, to find the puzzles you have purchased. The last straw was buying the Wings of Life puzzle, and after buying and downloading it, it has completely disappeared! I have searched everywhere for it, but it's not in the app. I have also searched where I can contact customer support, but there is no customer support. Even the developer website in this app listing takes me to an error page. High quality puzzles, but it's really just an operation to take as much money as possible and make you buy more and more puzzles, hiding the puzzles you have already purchased. I look forward to hearing back from customer support on how I can play my purchased puzzles or get my money back.

Just a few weeks ago I bought a princess pack for my daughter and had no issues finding them. So she was asking for me to buy the Nightmare before Christmas puzzles. I decided to do so but the holiday pack was quite a bit of money so I bought the just the 15 puzzles of the Nightmare before Christmas and its no where to be found. I have no clue who to contact to get refunded or the issue fixed. My daughter loves the app however I don’t want to spend money if the puzzles aren’t going to be there. I actually tapped on the App Support in the app store and that didn’t even work because it asked for my birthday and never went past that page. What else can I do

I love the idea of the app but i find it to not always work. I am on an iPad Pro 1st Gen, not that new of an iPad but i have zero issues with any other app. Many times when you drag a puzzle piece up to the board it will freeze the game for 5 seconds or so and then unfreeze and put the piece back at the bottom of the board. Sometimes you will drag a piece and it will just hold for a while but you can drag other pieces, then that piece will return to the bottom of the board. It’s just a buggy mess. Also, why dont we have stats in the game? You have achievements to reach but you have no idea how many more games you need to win, etc. to get to that achievement. This game might have the Disney license, but it doesn't feel very Disney.

Love the endless amount of puzzles and the fact you get one free a day. However, I have three issues with this app. 1) If you complete the daily puzzle, it should be added to your library ... kind of a reward for using the app that day. 2) It could be a little easier to find the puzzles you’ve purchased. I know they are there, but the are a little hidden. And, drum roll please ... I give you my biggest complaint. 3) You give us the ability to unlock puzzles, but we’re blindly doing it. I shouldn’t have to keep count of the days on which I’ve finished the daily puzzle (i.e - 14 days gets you 20 points), how many 64-piece puzzles I’ve completed (i.e. - solve 45 “Inside Out” puzzles for 30 points), or how many puzzles you can do in a sitting (what do you guys consider a sitting, anyway? I swear I’ve had a few days where I’d killed quite a few billion buttocks nerve muscles (may they rest in peace) and didn’t even get rewarded (those nerve muscles gave their lives, and for what?)) Other than that, I’ve been Puzzled Pink.

Ok, This app is junk. First of all you have to BUY with real money all of the puzzles! None of them are free! I know most people are ok with this but like any app you get, you know your Gonna get tired of it sometime. So when you get rid of it (Witch you most likely will) That money is going to go down the drain! Am I right or am I right? Sorry to those Disney lovers if you want this game, but to be honest you’d probably have more fun with a normal jigsaw puzzle game that has all the puzzles free. Anything is better than this. You don’t have to take my word for it but I just wanted to warn you. Like if it is helpful to you. Please fix this and maybe I’ll download it again. I just got it 5 minutes ago and I already hated it.

This game is fun at first, but then I realized that if u want a lot of puzzles to do u have to pay. I also realized that u can choose how many pieces there are in a puzzle so I picked a high number p, but when I got so close to finishing it, it was having a little glitch. I exited out of it and when I did it said that my progress was saved. I then went back to the puzzle to see if it was working again and it said I had to RESTART the WHOLE puzzle. That made me really mad, but other than that it’s not all that bad I guess. U just have to be willing to pay for things if u want the good puzzles.

I love this app and these puzzles! Particularly the features that sort the edge pieces from the rest of the pieces, the ability to change the background color, and the ability to have the picture as the background are all great! My 2.5 year old niece loves this app just as much as I do...particularly how it “throws a party” for her each time she finishes a puzzle and the variety of the characters that are in the starter pack and the puzzle of the day. Just wish it was a little easier to earn free ones!

One reason why I love it is because you can choose how many puzzle pieces you want. You don’t have to find a puzzle you don’t like just because it has more. If you want very little pieces, you can make it small, and make it really big. And there are SOOOOO many options to choose from you can even show the picture so you know where the pieces go! If you wanna make it hard, and tricky, then you can make it so there isn’t a picture.

A lot of fun puzzles but the app is not well organized and some functions don’t work. Crazy expensive to buy anything, and it’s difficult to preview purchases because some puzzles are featured on the puzzle page and some on the shopping page. Share feature doesn’t work and the app will crash, it’s also difficult to see progress for achievements (many of which you have to purchase something in order to complete). I do like that all puzzles can be done in different sizes, my daughter can do the 16 piece and smaller and I can do the same pictures in 64 and larger.

The app crashes a lot and instead of separating your purchases puzzles (because, yes, they all cost money) from the ones on sale, they group them all together. It takes forever to locate the ones you have purchased because they have multiple packs and sets for the same movies. If they could separate the ones on sale into a separate shop section that would seriously help. Also, while the savers packs they advertise cost a lot less than buying them individually, you don’t get the variety they imply you will.

A couple months ago I tried to redownload the app due to the fact I wasnt receiving new puzzles and when I went to download the app it wouldn’t download. Now that I can ,I lost ALL my progress in the game and now I got to start all over again. You should of made it possible to save the progress by having it synced to FB. Not happy at all! Lost all my free puzzles I was saving to do, all the points I earned. Right now if I could rate this app,I sure wouldnt of giving it one star ,it would be on the minus side. Not sure I want to even start all over again. And there os no customer support what so ever and thats another annoying thing about this app! Someone should of thought about too. So thanks for that!

A couple of thoughts along the way... I like the idea of earning free puzzles, however, there is no way to track how many 64 piece puzzles I’ve completed, or have I played 7 days in a row? If so, do you start over to get to 14? There’s so many ways to make this more user friendly and definitely more kid friendly. There are so many other puzzle apps that you don’t have to pa6 for, that I’m not sure how much longer I’ll even keep this one. There’s one that I can actually import from my own camera?.. now that’s fun! And... I can keep all the puzzles I do- even the free daily ones. Sorry Disney... missed the mark on this one !

I loved this app when I first downloaded it and started playing but for the past several weeks it typically takes me 2-3 tries to even get the daily puzzle completed as a 6-piece puzzle because of the constant crashing. I haven’t been able to work on any of the other challenges to earn free puzzles because of the crashing issue. I also have puzzle packs that I have purchased that are showing as being locked. This is getting to the point that I’m very close to just deleting this app and finding a new one that doesn’t have these bugs/issues and that has a clear method of retrieving lost/missing puzzles laid out.

Very cute puzzles! I love that they give you a free puzzle a day and that selecting different amounts of pieces, you collect puzzle pieces that you can use to get more free puzzles. I just got this and opened it today, and am deleting it because there is only one free puzzle, and that the pieces are small then large on the screen and then do not click on the puzzle itself, and does not connect to it until it is completed making it hard to know how to fix it. I don’t know how kids can do them with that problem.

I’d been looking for new jigsaw puzzles and came across Disney. Flew through the starter pack and have been playing the daily puzzles, which are just okay, so I decided to purchase a puzzle pack. For the life of me I CANNOT FIND IT. And where do I go to for support? No support through the app, but then again it’s Disney so I should have known better. The nostalgic puzzles caught my eye but since I can’t find my purchase I’ll have to contact Apple for a refund. Aside from my aggravation with a lost purchase, I will add that the pieces don’t move easily, and when you drag them onto the board they kinda ‘jump’ and snap in place. Plus, the app does freeze up sometimes.

Ok. This game is very fun and easy. You get to choose the Level of difficulty you want for each puzzle, and all the puzzles look very pretty. I just wish that there were more free puzzles. There IS a way to earn more puzzles, but it's not guaranteed that you'll get one. Other than that this game is great. I would give it 5 starts if there were more free puzzles to start off with. Overall, it’s a decent puzzle app with a wide selection. However, there are two really big issues which seem like they could be resolved. 1) Internet connection required to play. This an issue when we take our iPad on vacation and give this app to the kids on a plane. You can’t even play the puzzles you’ve already purchased. 2) There is no way to get a filtered view of only puzzles you’ve purchased. This is a major issue when kids are trying to find a puzzle themselves and keep getting frustrated they can’t play what they want.

I would like to give this app 5 starts. I love the puzzles and do the daily one everyday. Yet there have been times when I couldn’t because it said check internet connection like I wasn’t connected and I was. Also I can no longer share to Facebook so I can’t get the reward from those puzzles. This has been a problem for awhile and I even submitted a support ticket. Was told they would look into it further. Been over a year and still don’t have an answer or solution.

It’s a little difficult to find what you have paid for. They should have a button to push so you can see all the ones you’ve purchased. I have only been able to buy like 10 groups of them unfortunately. Wish you could win some or earn discounts towards future puzzles. Other than that I love it. It’s so much fun

So I love puzzles, and I love Disney! You would think my collection was complete! Yeah…not so much! Once you complete the stater puzzles…be prepared to spend some serious money…especially if you are like me and NEED to complete all achievements! That will NEVER happen with this app unless you spend the money. Personally, I think the prices are ridiculous and most of the puzzles in a collection aren’t super great…but what can you do? I definitely think it’s time for some updates because a couple of my achievements still haven’t been awarded even though it’s been several days since I’ve completed them. I will be reaching out to support and hopefully they can correct the issue. But if not, then this one will go the way of the other money hungry apps…permanently deleted!!!

The puzzles are great and it is fun to see the Disney characters but the app is unstable at best. I purchased the 2018 VIP pack and I have access to the 2018 member puzzles but beyond that I cannot tell which puzzles are purchased and which are free. It keeps trying to resell me the VIP puzzles. The app continually crashes and at times you can’t even play a 6 piece puzzle without crashing. Also, the rewards do not always track what you play. I play the daily puzzle every day but the rewards do not track that even though it is a reward bonus. I love all things Disney and I keep hoping they will improve the stability and user experience soon.

I love everything Disney and love jigsaw puzzles. So, I thought this was a “no brainer” for me. The fact that you have to purchase so much in order to proceed/advance is ridiculous. And yes, I have purchased puzzle bundles. BUT the one that I purchased that is useless is the 2019 Valentines Day package. I order to “pass” this you must complete THIRTY(30) puzzles. But guess what........unless fixed no one will ever pass this level. WHY.......because there are ONLY 29 puzzles to solve!! Someone dropped the ball on this one!!

I love puzzles, so it’s not hard to like this app. There are a few adjustments needed. You don’t give enough time to view the picture before it’s put into the puzzle pieces. The small amount of time we are able to view it, the pictures is ridiculously small. At least make it full screen, let us view the picture as long as we want before we break it into puzzle pieces. We should be able to see the progress we are making towards the tasks when we’re earning our reward pieces. I have no idea how close I am to achieving 50 total puzzles.

I downloaded this app and bought some puzzle packs for my daughter. The purchases won’t download. It worked fine the first day when we bought an Encanto pack and then the next we bought a Moana pack and it won’t download but I was sure charged for it. Deleted the app and redownloaded to see if that would help. Tried to restore puzzles, that won’t work. Now we lost the Encanto puzzles on top of the other ones we bought that won’t download. So incredibly annoying.

I have had this app for several months and for some reason the crashes have become much more frequent. I play the free puzzle every day but now I have to try up to 10-15 times before I can finish the puzzle before it crashes. Frustrating as I’ve paid for a lot of puzzles on the app and it makes using the app more trouble than it’s worth. I love Disney and the pictures are great but it’s becoming too much of a hassle to keep. I most definitely won’t be spending any more money on this app if they can’t fix the issues.

Just purchased this app for my grandkids & bought them some puzzle packs. There definitely needs to be a menu or way to switch screens between purchased puzzle packs and new options to purchase. As it is right now, to get to your purchases the little kids have to scroll through all the ads and needs to know what category/thumbnail their purchased puzzles are in. May be too much for my toddlers to manage. Frustrating.

Just purchased 4 different packs of puzzles. It would be nice to be able to have a page of just your purchased puzzles for easy access. Otherwise they are quite difficult to find and take too many steps to get to. My daughter is 3 and loves puzzles. It shouldn’t be so difficult to access the puzzles we purchased and then have to dig into 2-3 pages before getting into any of them.

So I did my daily free puzzle and earns a bunch of puzzle tokens. I thought that you know, maybe I could purchase new puzzles with my puzzle tokens. Apparently not. The only way I could figure out how to get new puzzles we’re paying 7 dollars for a whole themed pack (ie alice in wonderland, onward, etc) or 3 dollars for a pack of 14 puzzles. What the heck. As this is a game targeted towards kids especially, I’m really irritated by the fact that I can do one free puzzle then the only option I get for new ones is spending 7 dollars.

I have been using this app for a year now but all of a sudden the daily puzzles say check your internet connection. Everything else in the app works fine including purchases so obviously the internet is not an issue. I was just a few puzzles away from a 60 day streak and earning 30 points when this happened. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one with this issue. I wish the developers would acknowledge the issue and correct it instead of staying quiet. I would not recommend this app until they fix the issues.

I love this app. The puzzles are super fun & I enjoy the free puzzle each day. I did buy a super pack & completed. This pack featured various puzzles which I really enjoyed. Just bought another pack but don’t like the fact that I bought 75 puzzles for $9.99 but didn’t really get 75 puzzles. Some of the puzzles that came with this pack are ones that I had already purchased with the super pack. I don’t think I should be charged the full price since I didn’t receive 75 NEW puzzles.

This app gives you one free puzzle a day, and the free starter pack is only a small handful of puzzles. And you’re done, unless you want to purchase. Which is stupid. I understand in app purchases if you want extra goodies or longer play but you should have the option to keep playing even if you don’t purchase extras. You can’t with this app. Even if you do purchase a pack of puzzles, once you solve them you’re done, unless you do the same ones again. Not worth it, this app will be deleted. Leave it to Disney to charge you more for nothing. They’re famous for that.

I belong to three other puzzle games. Based on what I’ve seen so far on ‘‘tis one, I would invest any money for your puzzles. The background makes it very difficult to place pieces. The puzzles are much smaller than the place to build them. It is not very well set up. Try some other sites. Magic puzzles has been around a long time. I feel that doing a Disney site is appealing to kids but it would cost their parents a fortune because they want to see the Disney characters but would get poor quality.

after playing many days in a row, i am still unable to get my achievements after the developers had promised it would be in an upcoming update (not the one soon to be released in the next week but at a later date). two updates have been released. i still cannot get 21 days in a row, although i should have 100 days by now. i have also finished several in one sitting. actual number=not sure i have also finished several Ariel and Rapunzel puzzles, as daily puzzles though. and i have shared Belle, ariel, rapunzel, jungle book, and cinderella via facebook, twitter, AND email. when i bought a new phone, my puzzle pieces and reward puzzles did not transfer over. please fix the achievements as you said you would.
