App problems

When trying to place an order, the page jumps out of the ordering page and I have to start over again, many times, so can not up date my information either, this is very frustrating, please fix the problem, this has been going on for much too long.

Shopping for Fall Ya’ll!!

I’m right on time for Fall colors!! I got the bags and wallets I wanted but not necessarily the colors!! Y’all need to set in place your system of colors for your items!! I had the hardest time trying to match bag colors to the wallet colors and then some colors don’t even exist to match!! I love Dooney & Bourke but please fix this issue!! Have a great Fall Y’all!!😉😊

Great bags, horrible app

Totally frustrating experience. App logs you out every five minutes, even if you’ve been using the app the whole time. Home page carousel slides around automatically, won’t even let you read the text. Don’t zoom in on a bag: you’ll have to crash the app to escape. Bag sizes are photoshopped on to a mannequin, appearing waaaay larger than they are in real life. Checkout doesn’t tell you when your bag will arrive, or who the carrier is, just some vague choices like “premium” shipping for more money (What does that even mean? Two day shipping? Five day shipping? Who knows?) No tracking number. What a shame.

App crashes and is always freezing

By far the worst app I have ever used. I am an avid buyer when it comes to Dooney and Bourke. For weeks already this app has been nothing but problems and issues. I have deleted itNumerous times reinstalled it and it still freezes crashes. Having to add everything back to my cart just to have it crash or freeze again. I have all the required updates apple keeps putting out. IT needs to figure out the issues so that I can continue to shop with out having such issues.

Only rated on this specific order.

I am a lover of DB handbags, their quality and styles offered. I still am, however, I was not pleased with this particular order. It took me 3 separate orders and 3 customer service representatives to finally let me know the bag I wanted was on back order. Hopefully the “replacement” bag I ultimately ended up ordering is available and my purchase is fulfilled. I would strongly suggest maintaining a fully functional and current website and provide more knowledgeable information verbally and also by email.

No back button?

Maybe it’s me, but when I’m shopping and select an item to look at the details, there is no back button. I have to click home and start the search over again and scroll through all the stuff I’ve already looked at to get back where I was. Very frustrating. Had to stop. Hopefully I’m just missing where it is. Otherwise I can’t use this app.

Nylon Handbags

I am The Proud Owner Of 6 Dooney&Bourke Pocketbooks, and 3 wallets. I have purchased many top of the line handbags in my 60 years on earth, I find Dooney&Bourke to be most fitting for me! The Nylon bags are to die for so light weight almost like your carrying nothing! I highly recommend them!

Unusable!

This app is unusable! It keeps jumping back to the home page all by itself! So frustrating! Their website is not much better, but at least it stays on the page you’re on. When you’re finished looking at something it doesn’t return you to where you were in the filtered list, but at the beginning of the list - but it at least let’s you stay on a page!

Status of Orders

I recently signed up for this app and I get no updated status of my orders. I always seem to have to call! Very frustrating when you don’t know when an item is coming. FYI..- preorder means back order on the app. I didn’t know that until today, again I called to find out the status of my order. I have been a Dooney shopper for several years and have well over 20 bags. This new app experience for Dooney & Burke’s has not been pleasant at ALL.

Used to work

Now it just gets stuck spinning on the opening page and that’s it. App support just tries to open the app and guess what - it’s stuck. Please fix and I will update rating.

Force closes

It keeps taking me to the home page. I was in the middle of typing out a review and it closed. In the middle of registering a bag it closed. Its been doing this for awhile. No matter what you are doing it closes out and takes you back to the home page.

APP ISSUES

While I would love to purchase my gift at Dooney & Bourke bag ever, you can’t get thru viewing options because the app CONSTANTLY refreshes the page you’re on. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable making a purchase on this app for fear it would refresh & double charge me! With that being said I just may take a pass for now. I’m sure this would be an awesome app if it actually worked.

The Most Frustrating App

The app is HORRIBLE. It crashes every minute. Also, the search function is bad: when I sort or filter results, then click on an item to view details, the results become un-filtered/un-sorted, so I have to re-filter and re-sort the results all over again. I love Dooney’s products, but the app puts a big stain on Dooney’s reputation.

Order update!

This app does not provide you with an order update. There is no way to track your packages once it has been shipped. It also does not send you notifications about your order. I usually have to call in for status or go to the website for an update. I’ve already spoken to CS member regarding this issue. Please fix.

Can no longer use…

After my phone updated, I went on the app and the app itself says there is an “update available” and that “the app no longer supports this version.” I go to update the app but it’s already updated to the latest version. Have uninstalled since I can no longer use it.

I have MANY DB items and have absolutely loved everyone!! My friends always want me to sell my “used” bags, but I can’t part with them and love them and love to switch them out they never go out of style!!

App keeps jumping back to home page

Everytime I go into the app, no matter what purse I am reviewing, it jumps back to the home page. I have an iPhone 11, IOS 16.1.2. It’s very frustrating so I close out of the app, I don’t want to even look anymore. Hope you can get it fixed. Thanks.

With flexible payment plans , Dooney and Bourke bags are very affordable and durable. Being a Disney fan, I also bought several Disney Dooney and Bourke bags and carrying them to work as well as parks

Love the bags, Hate the app!

Where is the back button?🤔 The app constantly crashes while using it. When I finally add something to cart and attempt to check out it my cart is empty. This is very frustrating. DB you are losing money.

Where is the back button?

If I am searching through a collection, and click on a specific bag, I’m stuck there. There is no way to go back to my search? You just have to go home and start the search over again? Not conducive to browsing at all.

Not user friendly

This app appears to be user-friendly however it is not. Every time I would add an item my cart and change my mind about another item and remove it, it would empty my entire cart. Hopefully they’ll fix the issues.

Disappointing

I used the app for the first time after Thanksgiving and I found a beautiful bag and I waited and called and was told it would be delayed. Needless to say I never received the bag and my order was just canceled. I didn’t receive a call even for something similar as a replacement. I’m trying one more order-if it’s any issues then I’m deleting the app.

App continuously crashes

Happy to see D&B had an app. Started using it the past week. Every time I use the app crashes. Very frustrating when shopping. I hope you’re able to fix the problem.

Very mad at them

I seriously very mad with them. I placed an order 7months ago on different occasions, for Match, April and May. They didn’t removed the money, they waited until 1st December before they removed a thousand dollars in my account. Please help me judge if they are been fair to me. I have to delete they app from my phone. Buy Dooney and Burke. Alyyah

App Issues

Can’t place order due to this app malfunctioning it jumps and have to start over several times. Can’t update my info, place and order. What’s up with it, very frustrating.

Glitchy - Better of on Web Page

The app continually takes me back to the homepage when I’m browsing. It’s very frustrating to have to search again, reapply filters, and find my spot. Also, the app never “remembers me” when I log in.

App needs update

This app seems to feature all the old bags yes they are beautiful however if you want trendy this isn’t the app for you. This app had the same QVC bag of the week on app for 1 months at least and they still haven’t updated. It seems that it’s great to purchase none trendy bags on sale basically.

Not User Friendly

Love D&B handbags but this app is unusable on an iPad. Frequently get logged off and what’s worse there is no search magnifying glass on the app. I contacted customer service and they said they can’t help me. Very disappointing

Terrible app

Love Dooney bags but dislike their app and website. Both constantly stall out and have to shut down from website or close the app and restart. For expensive as these bags are, I’m surprised by how awful their website/app are.

In love with Pebble

Only one filter option at a time?! No where to save favorites? No “similar” options? Live Chat doesn’t work?! C’mon man, you’re making bank on purses! Fork over a little to your IT dept and app developers and revamp the app.
