Dort Financial Mobile Banking

I like the ease of the their credit card being connected to your accounts, the take a pic of your check option and the bill pay system that you can access from the app. Really helps for those that move away and choose to keep using the bank.

Before the last 2 updates this app was up to the penny on current balance of transactions/withdrawals made from Savings or checking. We have to wait for the weekend to be over and even after Monday for a current list of withdrawals- this cannot take the place of ones written ledger or Dort federal will generated overdraft fees or transfer fees if your written ledger isn’t current because I don’t think it is accidental that the quick- current balance feature no longer exists!!!

Great app and availability. I would like to have the ability to input my own pending written checks to more accurately monitor my spending. An app that I used to have I could do that, but my inputs were in a different color.

I’m a new user, so I’m thrilled to have this convenience! I would make one suggestion… Since we have so many accounts out here. When it goes to transferring between two accounts that we have, it would be really helpful if you could add the name of the account somewhere on that screen. Thank you.

They’ve always been good to me. I can do mobile deposit, pay bills, apply for a loan, and app doesn’t break like security CU app always did

For the most part it’s a pretty good app. I do experience a bit of difficulty with connection more frequently than I would like especially when I am making sure my payroll deposit has posted and I have a full signal. Otherwise I have no other issue

Would be nice if we could login to the app with multiple cards rather than logging in and out for each card.

We should be able to change out limit for 2 hours to make large purchases on the app

Signed up to use mobile banking and mobile check deposit. Went to use it and only will accept deposits of checks up to $1000. WHY??? Have account at another credit union with a limit of $10,000. So now I get to drive to the bank to do the exact same thing at the ATM. Makes no sense at all!!!

The check deposit feature is now all jumbled together and the photo of the checks are difficult to navigate. It was so easy before the update. Please go back. The account page has all the numbers running on 2 lines.

Can do all on the app that was previously incomplete. Never use a computer, just my iPhone to utilize bill paying, check deposits, etc.

Very handy and incredible app to have for banking. Very easy and would recommend to anyone, especially having Dort federal for a bank is good to, very awesome bank

Love Dort federal I just wish debit cards were tap and pay or even swipe , chip has been somewhat an issue for me

I do a lot of banking with this app and this helps me keep up with mostly all my transactions.

I was years and years with this bank. It is wonderful bank and very easy to deal with. The services are fast and accountable.

As financial apps go this one meets the basic needs. I decided to only give 3 stars as finding information on options related to transactions and accounts is more challenging than other apps I use.

DFCU mobile app is very user friendly. Everything is right right there for you to access.

By far is the fingerprint capability for iPhone. So tiring when have to login the old fashioned way. Many options for transfers, etc.

I appreciate Dort Financial because this is a credit union that really works with and for you. They really helped me when I needed help.

Constantly crashes. Never wants to load properly. Doesn’t have features it says it does

I use it multiple times a day. I love that I can move money from account with just a few clicks.

“Application Error” can be frustrating. Usually takes a couple minutes to load, even after getting a new phone.

Do not go through dort federal. They don’t offer anything else that any other bank can do. The only thing they’ll give you is an answer to wait for everything. I got my card locked and haven’t been able to use any money for 3 weeks. They make you wait and you can’t even use your own money.

I wish the money showed as gone as soon as the bill was paid. This way, I would show an accurate count on my money.

This is fine for reviewing accounts. Need to offer external transfers. I can’t pay my auto loan through this app or online with any mobile Device.

Great app it really helps u on transferring money and going back to remember what places u spent money and what date u spent money

I love having this app. Very easy to use. My favorite is the mobile deposit.

I hate we can’t transfer money to other members from the app like other credit unions.

Of the three banks that I deposit to, taking an approved picture of the check with Dort is the most difficult. Otherwise, Dort has been great!

Sometimes it will work and sometimes it doesn’t. Very inconvenient, when are they gonna change it?! Tired of seeing “Application error-can not display your info at this time, please try again later”

No issues, very useful and love that my CU has fingerprint login and image capture check depositing.

Limited transfers spilt between all accounts is lame.

When it works, this app is FABULOUS!!! I can’t recommend it enough. But it frequently is not available, which is why I rated it low.

I transferred money into my account (checking) and it wasn’t put in as available but as current as if I owed money or a charge was made when it wasn’t

If you transfer money from your cash app to your Dort Federal Card it TAKES FOREVER I had over 2,000 in my Cash App n I still haven’t got it n I put instant
