Update please

I have been playing for many years , diligently almost every day, and seen many changes and I have yet to be upgraded even to bronze and I still only get 500,000 for help. My husband, on the other hand, is gold and gets all kinds of things I don’t and he plays here and there. I can’t understand why I haven’t seen a change in so long. Also, these collecting card games, come on. The win amounts are ridiculous, not even worth playing. They were great before although toward the end it was almost impossible to get new cards and then when you’re close, the game ends. AND, What happened to the classic reel games???? You took the 7 away on the side and all those games are gone. Those were the best games to make money on and the funnest. I can’t understand why you would get rid of all those games, I have been playing them for years and I started the trend of leaving your big wins on so everyone could see what you got. It was great fun. We are so disappointed you did that and now it’s almost a chore to try to win something on the other games.

Loved DUC until recent changes

I absolutely love the games. Best of any other online casinos to date. It is just such a shame developers have chosen to make playing the games cost so much. You are forced to spin High instead of the lower bets. You can no longer choose how much you want to bet… the more chips you have, the more you are forced to bet. ie. I bought $200 worth of chips giving me almost a billion chips. I could bet $16K per spin, but if I wanted to increase my bet, the next option was $400K instead of $24K per spin. Before the recent change in rules, I could spin in increments of $16K, 24K, 32k, $48, ect…. You used to be able to change rooms/machines in a game that seemed to be going flat or not paying. Now, you are put in a room/machine and your stuck. You cannot choose a different machine. Leaving and going back to the game will not change the room/machine. I could go on and on… yes, I’m still playing the games, NO, I’m not spending money in this casino anymore. I used to average spending $200/month, sometimes more. I am currently looking into other casinos. It’s really sad because I’m 74 and my older sister and I used to spend hours on the phone playing. It WAS great fun.

New hire?

I had rated this game 5 stars, but it appears the developers must have hired a new “starve them out, make them buy” personnel. Very quickly the changes became apparent. Cut the Friday jackpots from 5000 winners to 2500…changes the daily bonuses from each starting at 30 chips to ONE chip (seriously??) and further down the line you have to spend ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY MILLION chips to be rewarded 100 chips?? And the Helios wheel is so obviously rigged to land on the lowest amount 9 times out of 10 (Gotta love THOSE odds, right?) What happened, DoubleU? Who convinced you having disappointed / frustrated players would increase your profits? Let’s take a very popular game and take away the things that made it popular…my playing time is 1/3 of what it was before, and I no longer feel like I enjoyed my experience afterward (even when I lost) like I used to feel. The fun has dimmed. I doubt I’m the only sad player out here with these drastic changes. Whoever works there that thinks these are great ideas is just greedy and out of touch with the fans that loved your game. People who can’t afford to buy chips are still valuable to you in terms of traffic on your site. Please don’t undervalue us and drive us away. You’ve still got the best games out there. I’m getting tired of feeling so disappointed each day. Sigh.

I agree with cemetery lover...

Game is beautifully designed, but winning is another story. There are ample opportunities to score dollars through bonus spins, league play, and the mystery box.. however, after playing this game for literally months and months on end, I have not once hit a natural jackpot on any of the machines in this game (and I have played on most every machine at one point or the other). It’s a bit frustrating to play over and over and never really come close to a natural jackpot. I understand the concept of luck but, like real casino machines, some could stand to be “looser”. I find myself retreating to other games recently simply because my efforts have proven largely fruitless. And I also agree that access to Mega and Grand machines is extremely difficult. Not sure how this can be remedied, but having access to only 10 or so machines at a time limits play, especially on newer machines. There seems to be a reasonable number of people winning jackpots (apparently with smaller bets as well). Just hasn’t happened for me after soooooooo much play... I’m ready to move on to something else. UPDATE: Received same canned response from developer as pretty much everyone else here who has left a review. If you can’t take the time to write a short, personalized response, then I won’t waste time and money on your product. Delete.....

Tightest slots of all sites

I’ve played on this site for several years but getting so fed up with several things now that I’m thinking of deleting it. It has the best graphics of any I’ve played on but also are the tightest slots I’ve ever played on. Plus the sign in bonuses are a joke, the ‘daily’ one i get maybe 2 times a week. So much for ‘daily’! Other sites pay more in a bonus in one sign in than you get with DUC in over a week. DUC is only in it for the money you spend with them. Not to let you have a reasonably fun time. I don’t expect to win every spin but come on, over a 100 spins with very few wins & for less than you bet the majority of the time. The newest changes have only made it less enjoyable. Less sign in bonus & seems like the slots are even tighter if that’s possible. Before the change you could at least pick a different slot in the same game to try & maybe it would hit a little better, not now, no choice to go to a different slot. The answer to most of the reviews I’ve seen does not address the problem, keep playing your luck may change? Just might as well tell the truth, nothing is going to change the tightness of the slots because we want your money!!!!

Game has gone downhill

This used to be my favorite game to play on my phone during the day when I had free time. While I like some of the new ways each game has changed, I do find that I dislike the overall changes more so than the ones I do like. I find it very irritating that you can not download all of the games because they claim I need to free up storage space - well I was able to have all the games and play them all with all the storage space that I currently have and I do not like that within the individual games there is no longer the choice of level of play or the bet amount you want to play- it’s now one game and only one level of play and the same with bet size- it might be all well and good for the game developers for its another way to eat up points and I order to continue playing this APP you’ll need to buy points (coins) in order to do so. So I will use up my points (coins) then I will be deleting this APP like I have done with so many others that basically gouge you for money, real money in order to play a game that gives you no real money in return- sad for I’ve been playing this APP since at least 2015. So bye, bye WU Casino it was fun all these years I will miss you

The game of a thousand cuts.

I enjoy the variety of your games, but find the small wins against large bets a bit frustrating. Been playing for a few months and have won a few jackpots, however; since your last two updates the slots have gotten much tighter. In one day alone I lost over 1.5 billion chips. Even more recently the drain on the game bank is akin to a death by a thousand cuts, slow and agonizing. Please understand I truly enjoy the games, just loosen the slots up a bit. Also please don’t speak about luck with this app, your business model was not predicated on luck. You have pay tables based on the probability of a combination showing up and therefore as such you can adjust accordingly. This app could truly be great if there was a loosening of the slots by about 3.5 percent. People would play more if the frequency of wins were increased. Common knowledge house controls how much is won at slots and not luck. Thank you for the enjoyment and hopefully you will hear what myself and other players have been saying.

I have reviewed this app before

The last time I reviewed this app I gave it 4 stars, this time only giving 3. I am echoing many of the other reviews by saying the payouts are lower and less often. Everyone likes to win, there’s no doubt but no one likes to lose either. They give you chances to win free coins by giving free spins, bonus wheel, mystery box and joining clubs but never enough to play for any length of time. I have never purchased any coins because they’re, well, worthless. At least at a real casino, your money has a chance to win real money. Don’t fall victim to these casino apps, if you need to buy coins to keep playing you may have a problem. Pay attention to the app developers responses and see how many are exactly the same, they hear but don’t listen. On the plus side, they don’t use pop ups during your play, only when you run out of coins, which is often. Good variety of games, need more video poker choices though.(Only 3 so far) There are lots of slot apps to choose from, this is one of the least annoying in my opinion. See for yourself but don’t waste your money paying for coins, these are supposed to be “free” casino slot machines.

The Worse Casino Game: Here's Why

DoubleU Casino has to be the worse casino game in the store at the moment because of its high quality presentation but poor player consideration that is only discovered when your knee deep in time sunk playing the game to be able to tell. Where it does better than other apps ultimately falls short because of how tight the games are. There is no excuse why I can play across several profiles and cannot hit at least one bonus when going back to the same game on a different profile. Whatever explanation that could be given should be met with, "tell that to the player". I don't expect to win all the time, afterall, the fun comes from the thrill of being left to chance. In fact, it would be boring if I only won, however, it is NOT fun when you have plenty of coins and can feel the result of your spins being losses until you go broke. I personally love this game as I played it for many years, however, I wish the feeling of it being harsh toward the player was just me and not what multiple people say over the past couple of years but unfortunately I'm not the only one. If it not for the tightness then it would be the absolute best casino game in the store.

-This game is a mess!! I’ve played DUC for many years but it’s gotten horrible in the last couple of years. This morning I installed the newest “update”, which by the way, the day before an update the games pay out Nothing and that’s how I know an “update” is coming. Lost 350 million tokens yesterday! smh! So I installed the update which says there’s new games and minor bug fixes (😂🙄). I go into the casino and there are no new games which history shows, the slots won’t pay today either so I won’t even play. -Jackpot Fridays are a joke!! -The “gifts” Kevin & jiny give daily, come while you’re playing a slot that pays out a little and once they send the gifts the game stops paying but you don’t know that the gifts are out there because you have to exit the slot to see them. AND 😄 the gifts are 2k tokens 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Your lowest bet has to be 16k but I usually bet 1.5mil or 2.4mil depending on how many tokens I have. 2k isn’t a “gift”, just a cause of the slot to not payout. Such a joke! -I also noticed they took away the over 200 wands I had. I didn’t notice until I went to use 4 of them to open one of the few gift boxes I got. Scammers & cheaters is who runs this game now. Ridiculous!

Winner Winner

I have played this game for years. It is so much fun and pretty much like the real Vegas slot machines. I have won big and lost big but either way it’s lots of fun. Out of the many years of playing I have only won 2 jackpots. Kinda disappointing but winning constantly is not reality and takes the fun out of it in my opinion. I can be on a winning streak one minute and lost it all the next but overall a lot of fun. A well designed slot game that’s extremely addictive and a lot of fun to play in your spare time. I highly recommend this app for it’s the best one in my opinion that is the most realistic. There are plenty of ways to get extra money if you use every avenue available. Lots of incentives as well. If your wanting to win big though you have to bet big and take that risk. It’s easier said than done for sure! Plumber Game

I have played Double U Casino for several years, and I do enjoy it. However, while slots have poor odds, I would hope that at least the Plumber game would allow me to win if I played enough. The first three levels are easy to win, but the final level is almost impossible, though it is necessary if I want to win the cards game. There is less time to get all the pipes, and then when I get near the end, I don’t get the correct ones. Today, I had nine coins and needed three pipes. I got one. Even the recycling bin did not fill so I could get at least one more. This is not the first time this has happened. I have even tried to stockpile coins so I could get through the level quicker, but you do not allow me to keep enough for this to work. And, as stated before, I need to beat the fourth level to get more cards. Because, as far as I can tell, the lower level hats will not give me the more important cards. Just as the Plumber coins are almost impossible to get, so are the correct cards. It’s a no win situation. Why play if I can’t win?

DoubleU Casino - Almost 4 years

The first time I have installed this game was on October 2017. I have enjoyed playing this game a lot, and even went on to playing this game every single day. The best part of this game was Winner’s Club (prior to it’s revamp). Due to Winner’s Club, I was allowed to make a slow and steady profit due to it’s daily mission rewards. The game has a 98% payout rate, and there was a lot of opportunities to win. Fast forward to the present day, the Winner’s Club has lost it’s charm. The rewards aren’t even as enticing as before. Therefore, I had to leave Winner’s Club, and remove one star from this review. However, slots are still paying at 98% rate, which is still true today! Lots of newer slots are enjoyable with tons of unique bonus features and mechanisms, not just raw “FREE SPINS”. I still play DoubleU Casino up to this day, although not as much. Looks like I have found a new home to play slots everyday, which is House of Fun.

Slots not paying when you obviously have wins

So tired of your generic responses of sorry sorry doesn’t cut it it doesn’t fix the problem your games are set to play and win on certain things but they’re not paying when you have obvious wins and they’re still not paying what’s the point applying told you about several of your games with no response I have told you about these over the past years with no response back from you other than sorry keep playing how do you want to keep playing when it just wants to keep ripping you off it’s supposed to be fun it’s become not so fun anymore I’m not alone. I’m just so happy with this app! It is so much fun and they are very good with their payouts. I️ guess I’m addicted to this app. Hahahaha!!! It’s ok though. I’m retired, 83 yrs old and I’ve had some surgeries so this app keeps my mind going as I️ don’t have much to do these days! So please keep on being a fair fun app and I’ll keep on playing!!!! Wow all of a sudden I can’t win a thing??? What’s happening? I’ve spent a lot and the past few days getting nothing!!!!!! Is there a glitch or have you just stopped paying?? DoubleUCasino slots

DUC is one of the best gaming site as far as graphics which are great. What I’m sick of is the problems not being taken seriously. As of the moment me along with many others can’t get the newest slot while others are playing it. Yes , I have the status that qualifies me the ability to get the slot. Each time I try it says to download the game, which I do I’m then taking to the app like I need to update which I have several times then it says open. Only to be ask to repeat the process. I even deleted DUC and got the app again. This is just a small sample of the issues there. Usually the blame is laid on FB which I’m sure sometimes is true. It’s hard enough to get thru these things I’m curious why do they keep adding new slots so rapidly. Seems like DUC is more into creating new slots than taking care of all the issues first and possibly instead of putting so much of your revenues to loosing up on the percentage of wins. Most only see wins going to the bigger players. Great site for many reasons but needs some work.

You bet too high you will lose 99% of the time. You bet low, insignificant amounts you will win all day long. I have been playing casino games since windows 98. They have not changed the way they play them. For a game that’s supposed to be entertaining they remove the entertainment by preying on peoples addictions and push and manipulate you into spending real money on literally nothing. I am sick of being abused by casino creators and treated like revenue. If a game is free than let it be free. Not the manipulating trash they are giving us today. We shouldn’t have to spend tens of thousands of real money to be entertained and it’s really sad there is no regulation on these apps. They act like “real casinos” and run rampant with no regulations on how fair the games are. These games are illegal in my state but yet here we are. Not a care in the world. Disgusting. Hey I’ve been playing the casinos for well over 15-20 years both in house and via mobile and laptops . It is the luck of the draw . I feel it has a lot to do with how you play . I don’t think any one particular machine has the best payouts . I love this app. And have many downloaded tonight I finally got the chance to play this one . One reviewer said he had hit real jackpots the first 3-5 months he had been playing but nothing since November. Then goes on to voice his dislike that folks hog the good machines . I too am sorry for his luck in that BUT as I said I just got to play this app for the first time ever and within 30 minutes of picking a club and a machine I hit 3 big jackpots so even if I don’t hit another tonight or in a month I’ve enjoyed playing this app and feel it may be one of my best apps . Loss points

I was truly enjoying playing the variety of games until the system closed down for maintenance. Upon returning all of my hard earned points were gone! I sent three messages explaining my loss but nothing. I first said it was thousands until I later realized it was millions . To this day I have heard nothing from DUC. I deleted the app but later thought I would write again. After I uploaded the app again low and behold there were my points. I was very happy to see them as I had been enjoying the games. So I don’t know what happened but I hope it doesn’t happen again.I have still found that jackpots are difficult to get. Small amounts of coins are given sporadically. I previously played Anchorman, no longer here now , that would pay well then after a certain amount of coins were purchased. Then no more jackpots given. You would have to buy more coins. I had deleted this app but later added it to see if anything changed. We will see.

Don’t waste your time

I’ve been playing DUC for a while now. I have come to the conclusion that it is a total RIP OFF. If you hit the jackpot you also get your pot. Mine is at 59,508,809. At 600 added per spin that a total of 99,181 spins. You get better odds at a real casino. I have counted spins and out of 150 spins I got zero. Again you have better odd playing PowerBall. Bu the best was while playing your game they flash a hot telling you that so and so hit a jackpot. So you think there is a chance at hitting one. Wrong!! I think most of them are bots. And the reason I say this is...one night I was playing one of the games. The someone hit the jackpot box came up. I looked and to my surprise It was ME. I was a little confused there. I mean I didn’t see my coins go up. I didn’t see all the jackpots icons come up. Yet there is a was saying I hit a jackpot. DEVELOPER: Don’t bother giving me the crap about “Luck can change” or “each machine is different so try another machine.” Don’t insult everyone with your Peter Pan Advise. WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS. You should deal with your app. Let them payout better. I mean really 100 Million in 30 minutes at 600k per spin is a little tight.

It’s all about the money

I’ve been playing for 5years. The beginner jackpots used to be in the billions, now most games max out at under 400 thousand for the largest “grand” machine with all the others way below 160K. And you can never find a large paying “”grand” machine open. They are always occupied by a toucan or some other icon that no real player would use. If you refresh the machines the player on the largest grand machine changes frequently and it’s never available. On jackpot Friday the amounts on the machines are lowered even more. Smaller jackpots equal smaller payouts (do the math). Now they’ve introduced the Magic Hats promotion and if you select it there’s now way to opt out. Now the jackpots are even smaller and you have to wait up to several hours to claim your 60K credits. So the basic idea is - as I see it- if you win less, less often then you play less or pay more. It’s all about the money and DoubleU Casino has turned greedy. All of this has nothing to do with luck 🙁

Great game, but…

So I want to say I like this game a lot. But, loosen up the games. I know that you want to sell chips, but come on, every time it seems that I am on a slot that pays out and I start building my chips up, you can see the switch turn towards taking it away. I mean it’s so obvious. I don’t buy chips and probably never will. So, you need to loosen up the slots so it is at least fun to play. This is why I stopped playing this game several years ago. Just recently started playing again. Got up to over 200,000,000 million and boom can’t find a slot one that is a winning game and away went my winnings. So if it keeps up, I’m going to stop playing and most likely won’t be back. I know this probably stupid to most but, it bothers me!!!!!! Hope DUC tech people will get this and do something!!!!!

Losing internet connection

Every once in a while I’ll lose my internet connection,( in particular yesterday and today ), when I’ve lost my internet connection, usually It will let me return to my game once connection is restored, every time I was winning big ,well yesterday and today it would not allow me to return to the game I was playing, in return it cost me over 80,000,00 in winnings ( cause I was in the middle of my bonus rounds ) and cost me at least 10-15 million to try and get back to my HOT GAME, EVEN THOUGH I don’t PAY TO PLAY, it’s very disappointing, and don’t think it fair to any players, y’all are very talented people who create these awesome games , think y’all are talented enough to not let this happen,,,,Fyi I’ve been a player since the beginning, not sure if I’ll continue to play,,,,,,, well thanks again just lost another 25 million trying to get back my bonus game thanks guys😡😡😡😡😡 never complained. Just takes all your coins!!!

I have been playing this game for about a year now, and still have not actually won a honest natural jackpot in anyway shape or form. It will let you go down to having just about zero coins left, and then give you just enough coins on a win to keep you playing for a little longer. It seems as if the game just wants you to buy coins, rather than actually letting you win them. Now I completely understand between the free spins( which are honestly ridiculous small betting amounts, affording you no real opportunity to grown your winnings)and the different other free bonus items you receive; That it gives you the opportunity to play for a little bit. But when all the game does is just continually take all of your coins you tend to get a little frustrated. I have actually taken the time to count the amount of times I have Spond, with absolutely no winnings whatsoever. And not to mention in some of the games when they make you bet the minimum amount of money, and the amount of money that is actually won on the spin doesn’t even equate out to 10% of the betting amount

Not my first review

Used to be a great. BUT they changed a lot. They tightened up the wins, jackpots and the payouts. They reduced the number of Friday jackpot wins in half. Their wonder cards are a joke and you just keep getting the same ones over and over. Plus they decreased the amount if you do get all 12. They reduced the magic hat wins as well. To top it all off I no longer can get the classic games! My 7 icon just disappeared. I wrote them about it and they said some slots are unavailable. Yet if I download the app on a different device they are available.. If you’re lucky enough to get a jackpot you will lose it all very quickly. The game is designed for you to lose quickly - they want you to buy coins - fake money. Not happening. The developers don’t care about bad reviews. Go find a different slots game - there are many out there with games and graphics just as good with better payouts which makes you come back because you enjoy playing it. DUC is no longer enjoyable.

I lost all my reward points 81, 000,000,0

I had DoubleU casino for years and was playing every day. I accumulated 81 million points and was playing happily. Since yesterday my Double U casino started to act, the screen was becoming black and disabled, I couldn’t play since it was not responding. I tried to restart my iPhone multiple times, but no help. Then I read that I can delete and reinstall my app. and still will keep my reward points if I register with the same email address. I followed the steps, but unfortunately my installed new app. started with NO reward points and I have to start from the scratch. I’m very frustrated and unhappy. Why it didn’t transfer my points to my new reinstalled app. If I submitted the same credentials. I need your advise and assistance to get my reward points back. Araksi

This was fun,a long long time ago

Then some thing happened. All of a sudden slots got tight as a drum. We were spending and no one was winning or if you were winning it was at lowest amount, you change up your bid and you do nothing but lose, change back you win go higher you lose? How does this happen, rigged comes to mind since it happens all the time. These games should be regulated to make sure they are rigged because some of us are using real money. Why? Because we are addicted. So now after playing for years they changed the format so us who paid money for all these years no longer get the same bonuses. So tighter games and less bonuses that I long since paid for my playing days are coming to an end. I suppose if you are a new player it will be fun till it takes all your free chips and you have to wait to play or BUY. Which I suppose is there goal but there is screwing people and there is making money. I mean after all it isn’t really chips you are playing with and they will take them faster than you win. Honest review after 2 years

I have played this app for more than 2 years. To be honest, I am very surprised at the consistency of the app. Very consistent. Very honest app. Support is there when you need them. You DON’T HAVE to buy!! You can finish your challenges without buying, plus, friend away and get bonuses every single day! Besides the box, the wheel and free spins! I decided that I will buy now, to support the app, simply because I have won billions on this app and I am very grateful. After being treated very badly and being cheated on some other apps (I think everyone knows a specific one), I just decided to support DoubleUCasino! I love that you don’t have to make any purchases in order to play. Good as long as you don’t buy any in app purchases

Definitely reduces win after you make any purchase. I have my guest account that I never bought anything while on and I hit more and play longer on that one opposed to my signed in account that I’ve spent way more money than I’m willing to admit and literally struggle to get just my bet back on each spin over half the time. It’s like they throttle you knowing you’ll form over money to play longer when bored and without any coins. Also, if you have any issues with free bonus coins or earned coins which you receive for spending money and moving up tiers/status level their customer service will not be of much help at all and have gone as far as to lie and blame the customer (me) for their system errors. Use to thoroughly enjoy but in recent times this app has gone down hill fast. Hopefully they will realize how important every player is especially those who do buy many many packages and in app purchases, and put in better efforts to improve their customer service.

First allow me to thank you for your gifts. I wanted to share my thoughts not that it would make a difference but anyways I spent a little over a hundred dollars after getting app first night but I had read some comments about winsRatio so I began my research to see if my fun would be worth spending a hundred dollars a night because I noticed after about 75 dollars the winsRatio became further apart so it wasn’t me having fun it was you having fun because you’re in control of the wins and the game and I noticed it tonight after I had 9 million credits that I hardly had any nice pots. So I’m happy for you and myself as well thank you again but I’m Out it’s not fun when you don’t feel the excitement that one should feel when playing, it becomes more of burden so to speak. Definitely one of the best slot apps!!

I have tried as many slot apps as I can after being taken for a ton of money & disappointed time and again. I have found this app to give you the most chance at winning and being able to play longer with what they give you. Of course, if you want to be more into the tournaments and/or want to bet higher, you may end up buying coins. They always have a good, fair deal on coins (again above the average) Also, some of my favorite games are on this app! Now, I would obviously still say to all slot apps, and most game apps in general, that if prices were lowerI would be more likely to spend more. I am a “principle” girl I guess haha. The worst customer service ever

This uses to be my favorite slots game, until two days ago. I amassed over 800M points over the course of playing. Signed out on Wednesday, logged back in on Thursday and ALL but 50M points were gone!!!!! Contacted customer service via the app. “Jiny’s” first response was to ask what issues am I having. I sent another message and asked that they review my account to see my ending point total and the total the next day. “Jiny” tells me that they found no glitches in their system and it showed I played all of my 800M points. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this app. If you don’t want your points/credits to disappear or get cheated out of free spins, stay away!!!!! I deleted this crap after they erased over 750M points/credits. When asked to review my play and the amount I had before logging off, “Jiny” replied that there were no glitches in their system. They may erase your points/credits in the hope you’ll purchase some.

Jackpot doesn’t pay out!

I’ve been playing this game for a very long time and have loved it. However, recently I had the same new slot machine (lucky beats) NOT pay out the jackpot twice!!! During the “Tourney jackpot” the jackpot is supposed to pay out with one less jackpot reel, so you only need four out of five. I contacted their help center and first time was told they showed NO history of a jackpot hit. Second time I took a screenshot of the SAME thing happening on the SAME slot machine and sent it to the help center. That wasn’t enough. Now they’re asking for date and time the screenshot was taken because AGAIN they don’t show anything on their end 🤷🏻‍♀️. This App needs to look into it NOT working properly and troubleshoot better or test your new slot machines before putting them out. Either way, a good customer service would just payout while they look into the App NOT working properly. New users beware!

I do not like the new style of casino

I do not like the new style of casino. I like the old style were you could walk the streets, go into any of the casinos that were available, pick a machine that you would like to play on and if you didn’t hit on that machine, you could change machines. Now you can’t. You get one machine, no choices! I also liked to play video poker and I could pick the machine that I would like to play on. Again same thing, when you go to play any of the video poker machines you get one choice, THAT’S IT! It seems that when you first log in, you will win a little bit but that’s all your getting. You try to win more and they won’t let you. Before you know it, all your chips are gone! The machines are very tight! At one time, not too long ago, I was seriously thinking about depositing because I only play for free on DUC, but now that’s not happening! DUC you’ve taken all the fun out of playing your site! I definitely won’t be depositing!

Double U Casino was my favorite “casino”

UPDATE: I’ve upgraded my review. I am big enough to admit when I’m wrong. I CAN bet as little as $16K, I just didn’t poke around enough. I am not a fan of being unable to select the particular slot I want to play, but I can live with that. Hi, I’ve been playing here for years, and Double U Casino has always been my favorite, until they changed everything this past week. Yes, I’ve won jackpots, and I’ve had several big wins. But I’ve also spent money here. Now I am on a fixed income and unable to do this any longer Now, I have to play a minimum of $400K per spin, whereas in the past I could bet a minimum of $16K - that’s a big difference. Very disappointed it seems as if they see to no longer want people who can’t afford to spend money.

I have been playing faithfully every day for year’s and have never won a single jackpot. Every Friday you even have the jackpot party where 5000 jackpots are won. Now what are the chances that out of 5000 jackpots every Friday for years and a person never wins a jackpot? Do not spend any money on this app. I play daily. Have loved this game for a long, long time. Last week 90% of my money disappeared overnight. I reached out to the support team. They responded that my money was there unless I spent it and they reviewed my acct and no money was missing. I asked for a copy of their review/report. They emailed me a copy of a bunch of mess, nothing explained what happened or where my money went. I had almost 70,000,000 coins and I now have 6,000,000. I am angry and upset, however I will not do business with a company who lies and will not correct/fix an issue. I feel Like I’ve been stolen from. I work hard for my money, I will not throw it away. I urge you not to do business here, as you will loose money just as I have. HUUUGE Casino has been TOTALLY AWESOME, and I recommend them. Oh I just wanted to tell you, that l’ve been playing DoubleU for many years now. For about 4 years I play the games after work to help me unwind. I had the money then to buy chips to keep playing when I’d lose. Then I was diagnosed with a severe back injury and immediately had to stop working, I’m 64 years old and no longer have any extra money. I’ve had this app for a few years now. I play without using my personal funds. I hear a lot of complaints about payouts and game hogs. Yes there are always some of the same people but there a lot of machines. It’s no different than a casino. Play and have fun, Or don’t play. I have several other casino apps. This is in the top three I play. I’m on a team. Only two of us, but we win a lot. All I can say to the losers is don’t stay in the same game. Move around. Some days I lose big. Others I win a lot. Don’t like the latest changes made!

Since the latest changes the free coins are dramatically lower and the slots are not paying out very well at all. I have been playing on double u for around 6 years , but with the latest changes I think I’m going to have to move on to other app’s. I realize you want to make money, but if you alienate the players that have been with you for years your business will fade away! Payout in relation to the amount bet since the changes are terrible! Why would anyone keep coming back just to lose so quickly? I’m sure you will respond the same way you have responded to previous folks that have brought these issues to your attention but at least I took the time to let you and prospective customers who may be thinking about downloading your app about the lousy odds on your new and Improved😂app Really is!

You guys have commercialized the fun out of the game.

I will say this. I have been to a number of casinos here in this country and a few in Canada I have never seen so many slots and all you casinos are this way that are so tight it’s unbelievable the slots in Vegas are looser than you people are this is supposed to be entertainment but yet you got the game geared towards trying to get every dollar out of us that you can. You need to take a lesson from CoinMaster yes I do spend a few dollars on them but not half as much as I spend on these casinos and it’s only fake anyway it’s not that we’re winning any real money but yet you attempt at every turn to strip us of our real world money and when we do happen to legitimately earn a few coins you people knock yourselves over to try to take it back from us as quick as you can.

Love this app but I have never gotten any jackpots after playing for a year. Also, if you don’t get a ticket every day each week, (if you miss just one day) you may as well wait until the next week to try again because your reward is gone. And this app won’t let you listen to music while you are playing (only app I’ve found so far that does that). Once you meet your daily quests, you should quit playing until the next day because there are no more challenges and the best you can do is get a “token” win while watching all of your play money disappear. The games are awesome and a fun distraction for a few minutes out of your day. You can get $20K every 30 minutes, but only if you are in the app. The clock stops when you leave. That’s a HUGE deterrent. No other app does that.

DUC New Format

Been playing for years. Had ups and downs but overall it’s been very entertaining to play this casino app, until now. Through no fault of DUC, the New Format made the interactive Vegas Strip and many other features disappear. Not as unique anymore. Disappointed that the Level Up Feature is no longer available. So whatever level you were at when they switched you over to the new format, you are stuck there 😦. Also, there are features that not every player has access to which is unfair. There’s a feature called Casino City Challenge which some of my friends have and told me about. However, it’s not on my game. I wrote to DUC about it and after getting the run around they basically blew me off. Bottom line, this game is not as much fun 😦. I will miss the good ‘ol DUC.

Customer Service Is Horrible

Plain and simple, how you respond to, and treat your customers is key to success. I’ve been playing for years, never had an issue until just recently. I contacted the developer and; received what seems to be the norm; a canned response. I pressed my issue several times afterward, and was met with canned responses throughout. If the developer is interested in great reviews and happy players; maybe an honest, reasonable, and personalized response and resolution is warranted. My issue was simple: I was fifteen points away from completing league play. I had plenty of credits to complete and earn the payout. I lost out on the bonus because of daylight savings. Since the inception of this form of league play, the cycle had ended on Sunday, at 9 pm Pacific. Because of daylight savings, league play ended at 8 pm Pacific. I contacted the seller, and was met with the standard responses that basically say, “we reached your issue and found no fault in our end”. I did not ask for any type of actual cash refund; I merely wanted the credits I was entitled to. Nonetheless, until things change, I cannot give a higher rating.

Forceful UI

If the introduction to this game didn't convince you of its horrendously forced UI, this might. Starting from there intro, you're given a forced, guided tour of the games' "features." In fact, your first two spins are scripted to give you exactly a specific number of coins before pushing you out of the slot machine to continue the tour. The "press to continue" is scripted. You have to wait x number of seconds before you press the screen tho you may not even need to. In short, the game lacks any kind of instant gratification and response one expects out of slots. Every single button press has a delay before the action, there's no skipping wins, and after any big win it has to follow up with an intrusive center-screen pop up to tell you, hey let us remind you about that big win again. This is intrusive solely because you're removing your resting thumb to press a button at the center of the screen. It is an absolute shame as all the slots are unique and original with great graphics but the forced nature ignores the most critical and basic desire that comes with spinning slots--instant gratification. Take that out of the equation and the timed waits can be both triggering and annoying. That's not the mindset you want of any of your audience. Uninstalled.

Horrible site!

This used to be a really fun place to play, I think then greed took over because things changed drastically. All of a sudden the bonus rounds became few & far between & when you finally get one the pay is a tiny fraction of what they once were. It does "tease you" to keep you trying though. I paid enough money here to get up to the Chairman ranks, maybe 3rd down & I wrote in to ask for courtesy chips & was slammed! Nasty attitude, took days to respond then turns you down? Ha! You have got to be joking! They were so bad that I felt I had no choice but to delete the ugly site once & forever.
