This app is simply, easy to navigate. I’ve been using these products for a year now and I love how easy it is to find the products, favorite products to be able to find them faster later on, to see your previous orders and to place an orders. You can read other customer reviews and you can find all the information about each product, instructions list of ingredients, etc. There are literally no confusions or anything I’ll change about the app or the brand itself. Simply amazing!!!
I’m 52 and have not taken great care of my skin over the years, I’m pretty low maintenance and like things simple. But… my skin has been showing my age a lot more now a days. I saw an add for this product line & decided to try it. So far, I love it! I feel like compared to similar product lines of this quality DRMTLGY is affordable, effective and easy to use. I like this product line because it’s moderately price. The products feel good on the skin and have little to no fragrance. I often see products that I’d like to try but I don’t want to be locked into a subscription, and often find them out of my price range without subscribing and it’s disappointing.. I’ve tried several different products this line offers and have no complaints.
There is not one product that I am not satisfied with. I just love every single product, which I am a subscriber too if I could give 20 stars I would. I have tried many skincare lines. I have had hormonal acne in the past and the product I was using before (and loved) just stopped working. Thank God I found this line on an Instagram post! I have never looked back and my skin has never looked better! Please don’t ever change your ingredients.. I share this with anyone who will listen to me! It REALLY works!
I decided to try a different line of skin care after many years of being a consultant and using a very high end line. I’m sold! Replacing items as I run out of the other brand, trying new things. When I see how long it takes to go through a product I plan to implement subscribe and save too! So happy!
Expensive and doesn't change anything for me. Very upsetting to pay so much for something that doesn't work at all. As someone living on SSDI from a work and 12 surgeries. I want to look better as I have gone through much. I spent 1/3 f my monthly income on this product and nothing had changed! I got 2 pimples with in 2 weeks. I have never had a pimple in my whole life. I'm 59 and I take good care of myself eating the right things and taking all of the best vitamins for my age. 8 wish that they would give me a refund. But...n. They are greedy!! Never buy these products!!!

I went out on a limb and started ordering different products. After using the first order and seeing results within a week I ordered more products and I am loving seeing results of my skin tone being more even and my dark spots fading. I have finally found things that work for my skin.
I’ve only been using these products for a few weeks. I swear the morning after using them in my skincare routine my skin felt soft and hydrated the next morning. I think the price of the products is very reasonable for the quality. I want every product they have to offer!
I’ve tried a few different types of eye mask but DRMTLGY is the best one overall it’s hydrating, smooth, refreshing and with a perfect price. My experience using this product it does what it states and I would highly recommend and have recommended and they too are now hooked on it thank you for making this eye mask.
I will not be able to give an accurate review of the products I ordered because the company quickly accepted my money but after 10 days of waiting my order status was still listed as “order placed”. I contacted the team after 5 business days and I was told it usually takes 2-3 days to process order for shipment. Five days later there had been no change. I hope this issue was just bad luck on me and that this team is better than the service I was given. Good luck to all.
I love how the pump on the sun screen doesn’t break and empties the container. I like the simplicity of the packaging, and consistency of the products. There is no , or low fragrance, no unpleasant skin reactions. It has become my trusted go to daily skincare regimen. Thank for making such a great product! Along with extra unauthorized charges on my credit card..Desperately tried to contact the company and was completely ignored. Their credit card security system is COMPROMISED! The app is just sad. I click on a product and although I scroll and click for more information, there is no information for directions, ingredients, etc. However, the actual products have been amazing. Just go to their website instead.

There is always a red dot notification on this app. I’ve opened and cleared everything several times, several times a week/day and the red dot stays on the app. Please figure this glitch out and remove the red dot unless there are actual real notifications for me to view.

I’ve attempted to receive a resolution regarding 2 cancelled order by them. They haven't responded for 2 days after stating I would have a response within in 3 hours. Sent another email, no response. Went on the chat and “Brian” didn’t respond after his initial hello and left me hanging.
