I speak for me myself and I, as an frequent in-store and app user. I can say the experience has been nothing short of spectacular.. app is simple to use and easy to read and in store is very neat and great customer service and experience everytime I go.. DTLR you guys are actually a great store for the culture and us in the urban community thank you keep up the great work ‼️
Placing an order on the app is much better and quicker than the website. However it takes much more time to order than it should because too many items that should not be in the filtered category come up. For example, I was looking for infant clothing and shoes or booties. The selection is already very limited. More items are available for toddlers and up. But you have to search through big boys and girls items to get to the few baby items. I knew exactly what I wanted but had to keep scrolling to find them. But I’m happy I found something I like. It’s harder to find nice items for boys than girls.
Made a mistake with my review, I’m starting to like this app
I want to apologize, I made a review 2 days ago on Tuesday and gave a 1 star, stating that basically my money was stole. But it’s really just the way the app is programmed. It doesn’t show when your purchase had been made on the app and it also doesn’t show the shipping details after purchase. I did in fact get my item that I purchased. It came faster than I thought it would. Money well spent, almost $200.
I Love it here easy to shop I have been buying from the site for a bout a year every other month only hade on products that wasn’t what I expected but other then that I’m here for My sneakers I always buy 6 or more at a time THanks Michelle
I wouldn’t recommend DTLR to anybody. They charge you restocking FEE over 15% of the order when returning an item which I’ve read there policies and nothing is mentioned about restocking Fee that’s why this could be a great lawsuit because they are scamming people and don’t have the right to do that. That means you will never get your full refund I paid $119 and got refunded $101. There Costumer service is slow & unprofessional. You will have to wait days, weeks to receive an answer specially if you only have 30 days to return it. They don’t provide free returns, you have to pay for shipping.
I applied a gift card to a purchase and the purchase was canceled. I did not cancel it . But all my money was refunded on my debit card but not on my gift card. They said it could take up to 21 days and they can not give me the credit even tho I was trying to buy shoes that day. So I still had to buy the shoes without being able to use the gift card which is crazy. And I still have to call back in 5 days if it's not on the card.
I shop at Villa all the time they have a great selection whether it’s on the Internet or in store the people are always quick to help you plus they have an awesome raffle system so go to your nearest Villa or online and do some shopping 🙏🏽💯🫡
I love DTRL shopping on line has become a new thing for me and I absolutely love it I also like dropping by the actual store every once in awhile. I love the products and I also appreciate the customer service keep up the good work guys ✌🏾
My 17 yr old son love the clothing because it’s trending for his age and I’m liking the sales you have available online and the Quality of the clothes you sell not to mention the policy for exchange and refunds ❤️❤️
Ordered a specific size through the app. They sent me the wrong size. They want me to pay for shipping back, even though it was their mistake. Any other vendor would create an RMA and provide a return label. On top of that they charged me a WA state AND city tax. We don’t have city tax, never have. Pretty sure that’s illegal. They don’t even have a brick and mortar store in my state, so I can’t return in person. This was my very first order with them. Worst experience I’ve ever had. STAY AWAY!
It’s ok. I would like to be able to view my order as well as tracking for my items. Items come whenever so it would be nice to have descriptions matched with tracking and be able to do that within the app. Going back and forth between the Shop app and DTLR app is kinda wack since the shop app is corny
They have been really affordable for me an my family I been telling everybody about them….I love you guys me an my family feet been nice thank you I’m spending all my money with them period.!!!!
Super easy to navigate & check out. The app is really fast, doesn’t lag. Quick add feature is really helpful & I love that Apple Pay is integrated. It’s just like being on a desktop 👍🏼
I put an order in on March 4. I paid for overnight shipping. Today is the 8th I asked you to haven’t received my order I tracked and it is still sitting At DTLR never given to FedEx at this point I need my money back

I love getting shoes from here but on one of pervious order I wanted a size 6 but they sent a 5.5 in the puma shoes . But when u go up to the store I will return the shoes . And try for a bigger size .

I have been trying to order sneaker And it would not let me order even went to the store and tried and would not let me then I come home and try again it let me do it don’t know what the problem was I was very unhappy with it
The app tends to not open for long amounts of time. When opening the app it only goes to initial page. I’ve uninstalled and installed again with no luck. Out of 7 days you may be able to open the app once during that time period. There is definitely a bug that needs to be updated to avoid this.
When you look up terms and conditions for shipping, it tells you that shipping is free with a purchase over $100 well thats a lie and mind you I really like this store but it’s not right to tell stories to customers that spend money with you. P.S get it to getting and stop stealing from us.!!!
Someone explain why I get different prices when I go to ur website versus your app!? Literally some items aren’t even on sale on the app and they on sale 30-60% on the website. Yall buggin frfr
When going in to store they are not friendly as far as greeting customers, also never have any size in women’s 9 or youth size 6. The sale associate never suggested any other stores or look to see if it’s available @ another store.
I just placed an order on their app using gift card, and they cancelled my order right away, for no reason at all, took my money and haven't refunded yet. looks like bad business to me already...
