Thank you for your service

Thank you so much for rising up to the occasion in these difficult times. Bug basket and big bazaar failed miserably when the real occasion came for them to step up. I had lost hope of ordering groceries since there are very few kirana shops nearby with very less stock. A friend from banglore suggested that dunzo works and it did! God bless you guys! You are doing such a good job in these trying times. The delivery partner got everything on time. Thank you so much once again.

At the end they are just to make money .

I happen to assign a task, after making the payment upfront. Some guy was assigned the task, in the app there is a section, which shows the status of task given. The dunzo partner didn't even come to pickup the stuff, but updated in the app that the pickup has been done and also delivered. Where as the parcel was still with me. No there is no customer care number to contact them, the chat support is one of the worst, no reply to my multiple messages, even after 24 hours. Use this app cautiously, better if it can be avoided. Am thankful that the money wasn't that much, but what if the dunzo partner vanishes with my stuff, updating as delivered. Not trustworthy . Gave one star, coz there is nothing less than that. They don't deserve to be listed on the app store. Very unethical service provider. No sense of responsibility.

After several enormous problems, including one threat to my wife, I am leaving this review. Dunzo has consistently failed to take ownership over serious issues. My wife was recently threatened by a delivery agent over a miscommunication over an order. I then immediately contacted support, and wrote an email to a senior product manager at Dunzo, and neither of them replied back. Somehow the Dunzo executive was even able to acquire my wife’s phone number and called her several times with a threat. Just shameful. And now today we experienced another issue with a delivery executive - and Dunzo support was neither available for the delivery executive nor my wife. So we again we are stuck in a situation where a restaurant has made an order, the delivery executive is trying to call support, and my wife does not want to food that has been sitting for over 40 mins. Honestly the amount of grief we have experienced with this company and their clear negligence with customer concerns makes them a miserable business. It’s sad because I know the founders of this company. I’m sincerely disappointed that they let a good thing go to waste from all of these scaling issues.

Close to perfect

There are a lot of reviews related to Dunzo which have been shown in the recommended section of the reviews or AppStore however those reviews are 2 years old. Of course Dunzo had its fair share of problems back then but it has improved its customer service and app way better than I had expected. I don’t understand people have time to write down negative reviews but when the problems have been fixed why don’t they care enough to update the review to 5 star ratings ? Why so much of hate towards these e-commerce apps ? Anyway Dunzo has made my life a lot simpler , thank you for that.

Horrible customer service

These guys are so terrible. They made me wait a month and half regarding my concern and still couldn’t resolve it. Why run a company without necessary customer support. I’ve had to elaborate my issue at least 10 times and they ask the issue each time. The issue/query is closed without a chance for the user to respond right after their unsatisfactory answer. They take like 10 min for each answer during a chat. It’s not like one can just wait for them with an open app for 10 min. Overall I uninstalled the app without ever activating it. This company should be sued for negligence.

Makes life 100x easy!

I order whatever I can from dunzo because it's cheap, reliable and the delivery personnel are really helpful with making sure you get your specific items. Highly recommend it for anyone who is a busy bee and needs a little help with getting chores done.

Perfect app for getting things done without facing the traffic

I have given unstructured tasks and they have been able to execute with finesse. I wish the maps were more integrated with the level of detail available in google maps

Poor app quality

Several times I ordered items, made the payment and got confirmation from person carrying order as well as got items delivered, but still app remains stuck on this order showing payment is pending.

Great Service

I use Dunzo for delivering many items. I always get what I have ordered. The people who deliver are polite and know how everything works. I can pretty much get anything want in the city in a reasonable amount of time without much hassle. So happy to have this service.

On going orders unable to track

After latest update when there is a ongoing order, when we select to track it it only shows past orders in random order. Unable to get hold of current ongoing order

Great service app and so convenient to use!

Love the app for its simplicity and ease of use. Awesome idea to either deliver grocery, medicine or just everyday things. I wish it could be expanded to include delivery of bigger items like wheelchair, bicycle or mattress.

So convenient!

Dunzo makes staying at home a great experience. I can get anything I want delivered and send special packages to my friends and loved ones too. It would be nice if multiple drops could be booked in one delivery. Please include that option. Thank you Dunzo! :)

Terrible

Used this app once to deliver food. What a terrible experience. Never going to use it again. Took 1.5 hrs for the delivery and it was very close to us. After I paid the service center of the app did t process the payment or called the delivery guy to tell him to go ahead. That guy stood there for 40 mins and I was messaging the service for that time with no response. By the time the food came my guests already left. Never using this app again.

App broken no support

I’ve reinstalled the app several times, after many desperate emails finally found a hack that would let me speak to a human and they were completely uninterested in helping me. I can’t see my current tasks, my previous tasks have vanished, it’s a giant nightmare and it seems to be a back end problem PLEASE FIX IT DUNZO

Crappy app

I don’t know there is a bug in the app that keeps crashing and doesn’t allow multiple orders at all. Neither does it allow us to end an finished order to start a new one. Customer service chatting has horrible UI, that chat keeps going up/down with iOS 16 and crashes when trying to upload images.

Life ain’t the same without dunzo

Super useful way to buy local stuff get things done in places like Bangalore and Pune and hopefully across India soon... smooth design and dunzoX subscription is a nice touch.

Not worth it

Not sure how folks have rated 5 stars. Zero customer service that will close the support issue without any resolution. U end up paying and not getting the work done. No refunds provided.

worst experience on first time use

Something went wrong, please try again. This message shows, after entering all the data for pickup and drop, on the final step when click submit, this above message shows. Show what exactly is the issue, if service is not available, please mention that. What does this error message mean. Get proper error messages set, so user experience can be friction free. After having so many people can’t handle such a small tech issue. Your invested should take back the investment, investment will be wasted, Such silly issue are not accepted.

waste of customers time, payment shown on payment app for an essential then after waiting for 30 mins I get to know that it failed on Dunzo and hence my time and money wasted, already had a hundred problems with choosing the payment option on this app

No item no refund

Worst experience of my life. Today, my order wasn’t delivered by dunzo partner. When I chatted with dunzo support, they simply informed that money cannot be refunded and blocked further chat by giving an automatic response to email any queries to dunzo support. Update- Don’t expect any response through email provided.

I can’t order brun pav, the item just isn’t listed

I need to order brun pav but I can’t choose it, you guys only offer prepackaged ladi pav. I tried looking up local bakeries none pop up, I mean I don’t see a reason for this. It’s been a very inconvenient experience in my opinion.

Send wrong items

They have been *consistently* delivering wrong items when “Daily Grocery” ordering is availed. Initially, they offered refunds but now they have stopped doing that, and resolving tickets with automated messages to the effect that next time they will do better.

Forcing for feedback each time

We use the app for convenience. That does not mean I will have feedback every time for the delivery person and the store. The app forces you to provide feedback rather than make it optional which makes it very irritating to use.
