App isn't bad but could be better. If you're going to give us text alerts, at least let them be detailed. Just saying "a purchase made" is nothing. Needs to tell where and how much otherwise the alerts are pointless. The purpose of the alerts should be so I don't have to open the app all the time.
I’ve been a member of Transcend for many years. They have the best customer service and awesome products, but their online app is just as great. It has everything you need to keep up to date with accounts. You can pay bills and even apply for a loan all from your phone. So easy to use.
Bill pay stopped working about 3 months ago and is still out to this day. Bill pay is the most useful pet of the app and now it doesn’t work. If you only want to see your balance, this is the perfect app. If you’d like to have any type of banking features - RUN!
I can never get this app to work. Also - since Transcend took over I cannot get connection to Mint. I always have to go to web browser. It is so bad I can’t even get user and password entered before it just locks up. Maybe it’s iPhone XS issue since app is over 1 year old.
I can’t make car payments. I can see my balance and that’s about it. Even their system is picky with what web browser you use. I don’t recommend the app or the company.
Terrible app compared to some other financial institutions. Lots of options are lacking. Also, why are there adds popping up on this app, dont feel secure at all.
I have been waiting for Ky. t to produce an app like this. Absolutely fantastic. Just another benefit of being a member of such a terrific financial institution. I really feel that we have something special in our credit union. Been a member for a long while and become more and more satisfied each year. I love this credit union and could not ask for better people to handle my money. Who needs a bank??
This app is a much needed improvement on the last one. My gripe is that competitors within the region offer mobile deposits, when will Telco join 2014? The branch hours are not exactly friendly for me, so I would love to be able to take a picture of a check and make a deposit.
Decent app but no mobile deposit feature. Every other small to mid-size bank seems to offer this nowadays. I don't have access to Telco banks anymore and could really use an easy way to deposit checks.
My old KY TELCO app worked great for years but quit working recently. I downloaded the newest version 5/26/20. The app seems to work ok but I am very disappointed that my account balance for each transaction is no longer part of the app. I used the balance feature to keep my checking, saving and Visa accounts balanced and accurate on a weekly basis. I can no longer use my phone app to do this. The only balance displayed is the current balance.
Worked fine until I changed my password. Since then when I try to sign in, a window pops up that says, “There was an error processing your request, please try again later. (code 500)” I have called Transcend about this several times, and after trouble shooting with a rep with no success, I never get a call back from any of the app technical support team they tell me will call. I have deleted the app and redownloaded several times too, nothing helps. Update on 1/8/19: Still no resolution to my problem and still no follow up to try to resolve. EXTREMELY disappointing.
