The app is well designed for my banking needs. I can get in quickly and the process to view the Checks, if necessary, is great. I highly recommend banking with ECSB and using this app. Marty Hill

When I tried phone deposit the check will be always rejected so not good

Is so easy to use and very clear every thing.

A little unnerving that the developer can’t seem to keep track of what the current iOS release is.

Unsure if this is a glitch, but one trillion percent prefer the old transactions UI over this new one that doesn’t group transactions by day. Everything is lumped together. Not good.

Hate!!!! writing “for mobile deposit” under the endorsement line - What’s the reason?

I've always been impressed by the way East Cambridge Savings Bank lives and breathes "vibrant community bank" and yet has the business savvy to offer "big bank" amenities. This design and intuitiveness of this app, and the mobile site, are done with the precision and care I've come to associate with the ECSB brand. Thank ECSB! You guys are the best!

The app promises all the in the go convenience of other banking apps.. Yet delivers almost none . The mobile check deposit feature is more trouble than it's worth. When you can get the slow to load app to open, it will crash and close as soon as you take the picture of the check. Make sure you check is fresh uncreased no folds perfectly flat or picture is rejected . But once you manage to get the pics in and deposit ( good luck) you will get an email notification rejecting it saying did write Mobil deposit or numbers not clear... Then if you respond to the email .. You'll be talking to yourself

This app became invaluable for me when they added the mobile deposit feature to the iPad version. Makes it so easy to deposit checks when I travel! It has all the other basic features you'd expect in a banking app (transfers, schedule bill pay, etc.) without some of the features from their online banking website (statements, bill history, etc.).

My bank is a long trip for me and having this mobile deposit app saves me a ton of time. Never glitchy, and is always consistent. I live my bank more for having this easy to use bank app.

Hands down the best app I have... Always have access to my accounts and because of my business, depositing checks is as easy as taking a picture-literally...love it!

Especially the mobile deposit because all the branches are far from me!

Other than the mobile deposit feature it's a good app. The deposit function almost never works (I don't have an issue with other Watertown Savings or BoA, just ECSB).

I've only used it to make one deposit, but it worked seamlessly.

Use it mainly to just check in on the accounts, but have used it to deposit checks. Works well. No complaints.

I constantly use this app and cannot live without it!!

Crashes trying to deposit checks on iPad mini. Wish I could see bill pay history.
