New application Econo to go

Takes a lot of time to place your order. The Search option doesn’t work correctly. You can’t find the product you want, eventhough, when you go to the store they have it. Before this new application, I used to purchase in both Campo Rico and Plaza Carolina stores. I can no longer do so, as the search application does not work in the Campo Rico store. Additionally, I can no longer buy with my Amex card, as it is set to accept only Visa or MC. In addition, you set your card as default, and it doesn’t work; you have to enter it every time. Plus the poor delivery guys have to waste a whole lot of time if you have liquor on your order. Reading this, I think I’ll buy somewhere else.

They have a feature where you could send them any type of feedback specially about the items that you know they sell but for some reason you’re not able to process them via the app. So don’t even bother sending them a message because they don’t seem to care or empathize with your bad experiences. You will get no reply. I must also mention the importance of checking the items before you leave the Naranjito store and figure out that almost half of your purchase it’s missing because they won’t even apologize or care about your struggles. Tienen una opción donde puedes enviarle tus reseñas especialmente acerca de los artículos que tú sabes que ellos venden pero por alguna razón no puedes comprarlos a través de la aplicación. Así que no te molestes en enviarles mensaje porque parecer no les importa mucho menos se ponen en tu posición en cuanto a tus quejas. No recibirías respuesta ni aunque dejes tu número de teléfono. También debo mencionar acerca de la importancia De verificar que tu compra esté completa especialmente en la tienda de Naranjito porque no recibirás ni una disculpa del gerente de turno.

Game changer

This app has change our life in a very positive way. We live far from parents, and they can no longer drive. So its very useful being able to pick their groceries and have them delivered to their house. The app itself is very user friendly. The delivery dates available are very reasonable, and the presentation and organization of the delivery bags is awesome. Its so easy, i might never step into a supermarket again. Why expose yourself when you can count with econo to go. Try it. It will change your life for good!!

New app is fabulous

I've been using this grocery app for a while now and I must say, the new version is great! The user interface is sleek and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I need. Econo to Go

I can not express how grateful I am of Econo’s to Go service. Not only do they call when my options are not available and offer alternatives to choose from, the employee shopping in my behalf picks the best fresh products available at the moment. I also enjoy the courteous and professional delivery drivers. Kudos to Econo 🙌

What happened

This used to be a very convenient and great app. But not now. Since all the recent updates, it has become very laggy. I can’t finish my shopping, it’s very frustrating.

Dumb App

This App has a lot of bells and whistles like the ability to access multiple stores. Unfortunately it has the memory of a goldfish. The larger your cart, the slower the App is to respond. Worse, if you leave the store it forgets everything in your cart. There is a lot of potential here but it has poor memory and is ultimately a frustrating opportunity to waste your time.

No longer a helpful tool

This app use to work great and now it doesn’t. I use the delivery service to send groceries to my elderly mom and my nephew who is blind, since I travel so much for work I can’t drive them or buy them myself. Now the app doesn’t allow me to place the grocery order unless I’m near a supermarket since it only works with the gps, even when I type the address it doesn’t recognize it because I’m not in PR or near an econo. No longer the helpful tool it use to be.

Can’t find things

App is very slow and difficult to find items. When you search you get a lot of unrelated items. It took me an hour to get my order together and most of that was finding the things I wanted. You need to search in all kinds of ways to find an item. Also very limited selection. Item pictures are often blurry and too small to read labels.

The latest update was a huge upgrade!

The econo to go app, was a little bit dissapointing up until last update. They reall improved the the format. Very user friendly, looks clean and nice and overall way better organized. You can now pickup your own replacements, and overall it is such an amazing experience to use it now. I also think the older generations will find this app to be easier to manage than the previous one.

Needs a ton of work

Extremely slow, you search in English AND Spanish and most of the time what you’re looking for doesn’t come up. I know there is an aisle full of, for example, drink mixes but none come up. Also, it will say that something is, for example 1oz, then you’ll get the product and it’s POINT ONE OUNCE (.1oz). I am only using it due to a lack of a working vehicle. It has potential but needs a ton of work.

Made my life much easier!

Finally Econo has delivery and pickup service for people like me that hate going grocery shopping and lack of time to do it. Great app and excellent service.

App is a mess

Ever since you changed the app it’s been giving errors, not loading, prices are not according to those on the shopper and I could continue on and on with the headaches it’s giving. So much, that I started making my groceries shopping with the competency. You’d better fix these problems or go back to what you had.

Availability of Store & Cart

The app should let the user check the availability of a store first. The other improvement to make on the app is that if a user choose a store and decide to change it, that the app doesn’t force the user to clear the cart.

Update Fail

This app used to be simple and useful. Now, since the new update, it is a mess. It does not work! Takes forever to load, search and order. It also keeps messing up my address…to a place they don’t deliver 🙄. Bring back the Old Simple App. Let me know when you do. For now I will keep using SuperMax Online App.

Memory usage

Latest version as of today February 6, 2021, uses more Random-Access Memory (RAM) than it should, slows down considerably, and heats up the phone, making it difficult or impossible to use on an iPhone 8 with iOS version 14.4.

What Happened to this App

This app was great but recently the app will not open. it stays loading on the main page. I have to delete and redownload the app in order to use it. which causes me to loose what was in my cart half of the times... very annoying and should be fixed ASAP!!!

Awful experience

Searching is a torture. The app doesn’t recognize the address and keeps loading without letting me try to fix the issue. Also, is constantly freezing or crashing. Grocery to goy should made things easier not a nightmare.

How can the update be worse than the previous version?

Downloaded the new update and it’s stuck loading. Deleted and reinstalled and the same thing happens. Will not be able to order from Econo.

Worst app in the App Store

The application is very slow, the usage of the The application is not user friendly, you have to repeat many steps to place an order. They should delete it and create it from scratch with another developer.

Bad app

One of the worst app to download. Trying to place an order and no dates or hour available to continue. Wrote a couple times to find and and no lose my time and no response. Even call the store and no answer. Don’t bother with them

New App Stinks

Ever since they “re-did” their app, it’s terrible. Less products show up and the app crashes constantly. I have to delete and re-download the app every single time I want to use it.

Difficult app

The previous app wasn’t great but at least easier than this one. The easier app to buy groceries for me is the SuperMax one. Please use the same provider.

Can’t log on using Facebook

I originally created my account using Facebook and when I try to connect it doesn’t let me (says app is still in development mode)

App needs to be improved drastically
