Billing Address
When attempting to fill out the billing section to complete the order, I’m not able to fill out the email section. It only allows me to enter letters and not numbers which prevents me from finishing the order. I don’t know if it’s just me having this issue or other people are experiencing the same thing. Hopefully this will be looked into.

Save your $
If I could give them no stars I would. They over charge and don’t even give you what you paid for. I placed an order before Mother’s Day and order 6 cheese cakes with chocolate cover strawberries on top and added a balloon and a card. They delivered 3 cheesecakes with random chocolate bits and 3 chocolate chocolate strawberries 1 of the cheesecake looks like they picked the strawberries off. I took a photo I called them left voicemails emailed them no response. I went to Instagram and show them the photos that’s when they responded apologized and offered me a full refund they told me to wait 5-10 days to which I waited for and only was refunded $6 smh. when I reached out again letting them know hey you only refunded $6 my order was more than that they told me yea it was for the missing balloon and I’m like you told me full refund and if that’s the case what about the missing cakes? They said they would get back to me on that….(still waiting )They ruined Mother’s Day and kept my money do yourself a favor don’t buy from them save your money!

Won’t order again
Since you can’t leave a review anywhere on their app or website, I’m writing it on the App Store. My most recent order from Edible Arrangements was my first & last order with them. My arrangement was made at the Murrysville, PA store. I ordered it for my mom & step dad’s 4th wedding anniversary. I had read some reviews after I ordered about deliveries not being made so I started to worry. Every time I checked my confirmation email to check the status, nothing was updating. So, I called the day it was expected to be delivered just to check the status. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me from the start. As I went to say, “thank you, have a nice day” I was HUNG UP on as soon as I said “thank-“ the order was delivered. But, they forgot to add on the additional things I requested for the arrangement, which I paid extra for. Very disappointed with this experience. I also tried to call customer service & they are currently closed so I could not speak with anyone.

NOPE! Go Elsewhere!
I can’t even believe my eyes with this company anymore. I should have taken heed when I saw they only had 3. something stars. Last year for my daughters birthday I specifically asked that they give me a call and NOT dump the edible items outside on the ground. I’m not sure about anyone else but I don’t put edible products on the floor and much less coming from a so called professional company. Anyway they did the opposite of what I requested and left my daughters gift on the steps in the rain and no one called. My daughter got home and told me that there was something outside from edible arrangements all wet. I was so embarrassed. I told myself well maybe they can redeem themselves so I’ll place a small order. I went to place a $35 dollar order and the total came to $60 because they charge taxes, a $10 hand delivery fee AND a $7 service fee. All I could do was laugh and proceed to delete what was in my cart. NEVER AGAIN. This is shameful all around for a company that already has a crappy reputation.

No delivery or customer service
I purchased a Mother’s Day arrangement to be delivered on the 9th. It was getting late in the afternoon and the delivery was never made. I called and called but was not able to get any answer. I called the main number to only get disconnected when I tried getting ahold of a customer service rep. I entered into a chat with a rep and received nothing but double talk. Even though my order was placed far enough in advance and the payment was charged against my account, I received no delivery whatsoever. I tried calling the next day to only get the same thing as the previous day. I find Edible Arrangements is a big rip off. They ruined a special day for a very special person. I drove to the store location which was only 2 miles from the delivery address to find no one there. I would not trust Edible Arrangements to do nothing but take your money leaving you high and dry. No customer service and absolutely no service at all

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
I had ordered the Berry Bunny Platter, mind you that it is 60 bucks. Not only did they deliver it to the wrong apartment, but they also had me go to the store and pick it up myself. When I had called the male from the store he had told me that he would talk to the delivery driver and get back to me. One hour later he still hadn’t called me back. But anywho If I ordered delivery It’s to have it DELIVERED to me not to go and get it myself. If I wanted to do that I would have done it in the first place. And to top it off the fruits weren’t even sweet, the chocolate was honestly kind of bitter. Overall it just was nothing to what I was expecting it to taste like. Definitely don’t recommend buying from them. Save yourself the time and money and go order somewhere else!!

Great app
Idk why so many negative reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about the app. Very easy to navigate the tabs and options as well place my orders. I can also view all of my past orders and delivery statuses. The stores have all received my orders right away and no problem with seeing the notes attached as well. Thanks Edible Arrangments! You always come through for me !

Orders no longer saving
I’ve placed 5 orders in the past 24 hours and none of them are saving in my account, so I can’t access them. I’ve ordered in the past and have all those orders, but not these new ones. Also, sometimes I get a 504 error when I’m submitting the payment. The only way I know the order went through via PayPal (thank goodness I used them so I had confirmation you got paid for the order). Please fix.

Disappointed
Easy to use but as the day of delivery was winding down I called to check on the status of my order and they could not find my order even though I was giving them the order number. The store clerk then asked how I placed my order. With the edible app I said, she was then able to find the order. I can only speculate but it seems they didn’t check their email at the expense of a friend who desperately needed to be cheered up. Instead of a happy surprise this wonderful lady received one more let down at my expense.

Needs to add additional info
This app needs to add the order number STAT! I placed an order and needed to make a change. So I call up the store & their asking me for the order number!!!! Which I can’t give them since you don’t provide it in the app!!! What’s up with that? That needs to be corrected. How else can they look up customers orders? Other than this small hiccup I like the app. Please make this change ASAP! Thanks 🙏

Not Happy at All!!!
We have tried to send my granddaughter a gift because she has the flu. The driver called & said he couldn’t find the address. At that time I gave him specific instructions on how to get there & he assured me he would call back if he had any problems! Not one word from him & get a text that it was “undeliverable”. I contacted the delivery address & they stated they had been home all day & no one had contacted them!!!! Very angry & driver won’t answer his phone. We would have given him a significant tip if it could have made it!!!!!!

Great app for ordering gift in a hurry
I needed a birthday gift to be delivered in a hurry since I had forgotten to send something to my wife at her work. This is app works great...it even pulled my wife’s address from my contact list. In just a few minutes I was able to get a delivery order placed. Much better than the website.

Slight problem and or suggestions for the app
It doesn’t show that you have an order even if you have a order number. I’m not sure if that’s because I ordered online through the website first or not but I wish it would also show when the person has arrived

Gifting made easy!!
I love, love, love the gift finder feature. I answer the apps questions... what the gift is for, my budget and what fruit I want. Then the app pulls up suggestions. It’s so fast and easy to order! Perfect for my busy lifestyle and procrastinating ways.

Cannot leave a review on the app
Even though there is a place to leave a review you can’t leave on on the app or website. There app is about as bad as the products that they sell. The flowers that I received looked nothing like the flowers on the app. Thé bouquet was mostly greenery. The fruit on the fruit arrangement was bad and past it’s freshness. The cupcakes are stale. So I guess that’s why you can’t leave reviews on their app.

Unavailable
Every item I choose is unavailable to deliver to the address I choose. What makes it worse is that it doesn’t let you search availability by address, but rather tells you after you go through everything. I also have a coupons I cannot use because nothing can be delivered. I even tried pick-up options and still no dice. Worthless app if it won’t do anything for me.

Great service!
I went in to get a birthday treat and I got a free box of chocolate strawberries as well as a free smoothie for leaving a review! Great, fast, and kind service as well. The food was also delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Birthday Arrangement/DISAPPOINTED
I sent a Birthday edible arrangement to my daughter for her 30th birthday on December 3, 2020. Ordered in Visalia but they sent the order to Bakersfield because that’s where she lives. The arrangement was exactly what she liked but the fruits were old and nasty tasting. I am very disappointed that they delivered that to her. Edible arrangements are expensive so I most likely will not order again since this order went so bad. Disappointed!

Unavailable Items
App doesn't warn you that items are unavailable until after select the items and go through the trouble of entering name, address, and phone info. Would be helpful to know at least when the item is selected. Wasting unnecessary time on the app since lots of items are unavailable this time of year with Mother's Day and graduations.

Scam.
I ordered something for Mother’s Day, mind you 120$ worth of items, to be delivered same day (I get it you might have a busy day) but the item was marked as delivered AT 12AM! BUT IT NEVER SHOWED?? Store closing times are 9pm and my item was in transit from 11am to after store hours, I WAS SCAMMED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK!! No one is answering anyone of my calls or emails??? What kind of business are you guys running here?!?

DO NOT USE THIS APP
Great company, terrible app. Ordered an edible arrangement over the app for around $100 and was charged, but the order never went though. Now they can’t deliver in time for my girlfriends birthday and I STILL got charged. Customer service is impossible to reach as I sat on the phone for over an hour with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Safe to say I will never order from them again.

Orders Not Saving
I’ve placed 2 orders since December 2020 but neither of them are showing up in my account. The only way I knew they were even submitted was because I called the store to make sure it was received. I’m logged into my app so not sure what is going on. Doesn’t look like any either of these purchases are counting towards my rewards. Please fix this!

Don’t bother
It’s Valentine’s Day. Sent two orders to two different people. Paid additional 10$ (20$ per order) order because it’s “Valentine’s Day “. I got 2 emails that say “the order is delivered”. Since no one is home they left a card for them to call the store. The store doesn’t answer the phone, so I guess it will not be delivered today. Waste of money and time.

Placed an order for my daughter I have sent her a valentines for 25 years placed order on the ninth of February for Valentine’s Day was never delivered and they won’t answer the phone corporate promised I would be contacted in 24 hrs that has come and gone no strawberries no call I guess that’s part of their training

No selection
Considering everything is made to order you should be able to make custom fruit selection or boxes, also takes a week to make a small order. If I’m going to pay $80 for a piece of fruit I’m not waiting a week for it👎

App does not work. Unable to place an order and complete any purchase. If you do complete a purchase, it is not even processed and it will not be seen by the store. No use for this app. Needs to be either updated or fixed.

Birthday reward not given
Something is wrong with the rewards program. I should have been eligible for a birthday gift and didn’t get it. I called my local store and they said to send an email. I did and never heard back. Made me sad on my birthday.

Ordered cookies. Paid for cookies. No cookies! Supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, app says delivered, but never was delivered. Not the first time this has happened. A credit will not do! Only a complete refund will work. And who has ever heard of customer care support closing so early?

Just read there FB page and yelp reviews. They over promised and under preformed. The app works great, but do not assume you will get your order. When you do get the order the produce is garbage or it will never come at all!!

The app kept giving me "invalid cart total" error message, but it still charged my card. It also gave the order to a NC store for a delivery in HI. No one has responded to my emails.

No customer service
I ordered a Mother’s Day basket & 2 cake pops. When my family received them the chocolate covered strawberries were all messed up & all over the place & they shorted me one cake pop. I spent $100 & this is how they treat you.

Spoiled fruits
I ordered $50 worth of fruits dipped in chocolate. I noticed the dipped strawberries were the most spoil and mildew fruits. The only ok tasting fruit was the pineapples. I ordered from the Kissimmee Florida store smh. I could of went to Walmart for $2 fruits.
