I love the clothes that Eloquii sells. I never had a problem with the clothes itself. The sizes of the clothes are pretty spot on. The styles are great. However, the app itself is disappointing. I miss being able to heart items that I can go back and look at when I am ready to purchase; instead, I have to stack my cart and be careful of what I actually want to buy. Also, sometimes, when trying to go to specific pages or settings, it takes me to a web browser page, which is difficult to manage on my device. So, any time I actually make a purchase, I have to use my laptop, which sometimes makes it harder/longer to shop.
The app was updated two days ago and it’s a disaster!!! Most functions that could previously be performed in the app now jump to a browser page with horrible navigation. Half the clothes are priced at $0 and when you click to view them, you get an error and are unable to see any details on the item. The order and return history is no longer in the app. Upon trying to see my return history like I previously could in the app, it does not display. Order history barely gives you an idea of what you ordered as it no longer displays pics. I’m a Product Owner of a major bank’s mobile app and I would have NEVER let this “redesign” take place on my app. When we push app updates, we do not clear username’s and biometrics from profiles. That is inconsiderate and unnecessary.
Since the company acquisition and new updates to the app, it keeps crashing on me and it continues to prompt me to update my app. However, once in the App Store it tells me I am up to date. I did a phone restart…but it still keeps crashing.
I really wish that they would put the links to the other items on a model. For instance, you see a really cute top but the listing is for the pants. It would be so helpful to have the information to order the top below the info for the pant listing. I cant say how much time this would save. I feel I would even spend more because i wouldn't be wasting valuable browsing time looking for that singular top. I can check out the top and move on to another item. Other than that, I Love ELOQUII! I have yet to have a negative experience including exchanges. Good job team! Keep up the hard work!
I’ve been a HUGE ELOQUII customer and supporter however, whatever update was made to the app and the account website is completely dysfunctional. The order history does not properly reflect recent purchases, the app shows one shipping cost different from the website, even the total cost of the purchase is in accurate. If this continues, not sure if I will continue as a customer. I tried to check the tracking from my email and it gave some unsafe message. I almost feel like the website is now a scam or something. Very disappointed.
This is the 2nd time I have had problems attempting to place an order, through the app. I put in my payment information, submitted the order— the order was not placed; but, my credit card was charged. I tried to resubmit— still NO order, but, credit card charged a SECOND time. Extremely frustrating! The last time I called customer service and they told me that they could place my order, but, I would be charged a THIRD time and refunded for the other 2.
It seems like the app quality took a significant dive after ELOQUII’s acquisition by Full Beauty. Extremely annoyed to have lost my list of favorite items and seemingly no way to save merchandise to find again later. I also have not been able to apply coupon codes for a long time through the app—it always says “Something went wrong. Please try again!” These are changes and issues that are literally costing Eloquii, etc. money.
I miss saving my items by “heart-ing “ them … also sometimes the app doesnt recognize my bag when i want to check out … it makes it impossible to shop because i have to go online and finalize the purchase which more often than not i just dont bother because it annoys me :/ unless there is a collection i cant miss it makes me not wanna shop guys … please fix these errors or just bring back the old one !!
I tried to sign onto the app, but when I selected Apple ID as my login method, it wanted me to then input my password. Weird because I didn’t have a password. I tried password reset, but it says there was no account listed for that email. Then I went on their website and my Apple ID worked fine, no issues. So I was never able login to this app.
Use to shop exclusively from the app but since the last buy out, the app constantly has issues. By the far the worst retail app I’ve encountered. Cant add to cart, can’t navigate pages, can’t check out my cart. Constant crashing. Goes on for weeks at a time. Truly embarrassing, especially given the consumer market they’re trying to reach.
For a few weeks there’s been a bug in which items can’t be added to cart and the cart is inaccessible. Other issues as mentioned by other users such as being forced to go to the website to conduct certain actions, the inability to “heart” items as in the past, etc.
Love the app almost. Love the store, definitely. Hate that my love it list is not in the app. I always have to login online to choose from it. I’ve been getting a error message for a while now any time I try to love an item. Message says “OOPS We could not decode the response” please fix this and surely the app will be a 5 star!
I’m never able to order from the app directly because there isn’t an option to log into my ShopRunner account for free 2-day shipping. I use it only to browse, but eventually have to go to the web browser to make the purchase.
I've repeatedly to order from the app but it kept saying oops try again. There were times when it wouldn't even let me add items to the cart and I had to order from the browser. I had to delete the app and reinstall it. It's pretty glitchy.
Ever since the acquisition, the ELOQUII app has not worked correctly. I can rarely logon, and when I do, I get an oops message when trying to add things to my cart or return things. This has caused me to abandon cart numerous times, you are losing revenue because your app needs serious work.
This app is trash. I have 19 items in a bag that I cannot open. Tried ordering an item that shows available online and when I click on the size it states that the item is not available. Please fix this issue ASAP. I have been a customer for years and I am so disappointed that I can’t make an order.
As much as I love Eloquii, the app is not up to par. Error messages, slow movements, and an Oops message without any explanation. I thought it would be easier shopping the app but I’ll stick to website.
I have been a customer since 2 years now but the app now seems unstable. I have been trying to checkout since many days but it keeps on failing, even after re-installing app again Iam not able to checkout.
In the app it is charging me $20 for standard shipping. When I go to the mobile site it is $7.95 but it won’t let me check out. This is ridiculous, if you want people to buy your clothes make sure it is easy for them to. I haven’t ever had this much trouble buying before.
I love Eloqui’s clothes. So many other places are frumpy. But the app keeps telling me my debit card number is invalid. So I’m not able to pay. Guess they don’t want my business that much.
The app needs serious work. Started off working fine and now I can’t add anything to my cart to buy anything. I keep getting an Oops try again message. If you have to go online to shop it defeats the purpose of having an app.
I dont understand why the app consistently signs you out. I got the app so that I can avoid signing in and out of the browser version. Sometimes I just want to look up a piece of clothing really quick, I don’t want to have to sign in each time, or worse, go through the trouble of resetting my password each time. Please leave me signed in.
I’ve loved the app up until now, but recently the love it lost option isn’t working well. Whenever I “love” an item, there’s only about a 1/3 chance it’ll actually be added to my love it list.
The only point of the app is to acquire rewards. The app won’t even let you view an item because it needs updating even though it was just installed moments ago. If you aren’t going to give the 10% reward just say that.
A retail app that doesn’t let you access or add items to your wish list seems like a waste. Things you used to be able to access forces you out the app to log in on a browser 🙄 an app that made it easy to browse and shop is now a headache
I think we can all agree the app is horrible. Can’t heart the items I love so I can come back to make my purchase. I try adding items to my cart and it won’t even let me do that. I love the products but the functionality of the app is a deterrent.
The app is absolutely worthless. I can’t even go to my cart without it giving me an error. It constantly times out and will not show products. The filtering doesn’t work either. Walmart (the owners of Eloquii) somehow continues to fail pathetically despite it’s boundless resources.
Love the app. It’s what I use when I buy clothes. However, whatever the recent update did messed up some thing because I can’t put anything in my cart anymore.
It will sign me out, when I click an item it wont load or it will say there is an error. Also it wont let me get into my cart. Love the store, but y’all need to get your app figured out STAT!!
Used to be able to find order history, initiate a return, and save items to a wishlist all within the app. Now those capabilities are gone and the app freezes and shuts down consistently.
The app needs work. Either the items are not found or the don’t make it into the cart. I just downloaded the newest update and it’s still not functional.
I don’t like it. Now you can’t read the reviews and everything looks all over the place. Plus I’m getting a notice to update everyday. ELOQUII please fix this it’s starting to look trashy.
Can browse clothes but never add anything to your bag. So what’s the point? Constant “oops something went wrong. Try again.” Repeated updates. Latest version. Been this way for over a year.
I cannot add any item to the cart. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall, the problem persists. Every time I try to add something it says “Oops, try again”
Very buggy and slow. When you click an image on an email it should automatically redirect to the app. Doesn’t do that now. Also app is very slow... lags
