The emmiol app is very easy to use, it’s well organized and you can get extra rewards/points through the app. Here are some things I think could be improved. 1. the reviews Emmiol reviews can be confusing, most of the reviews are so obviously fake, and it can be hard to find the real ones. I wish there was a filtering system for the reviews, so you could filter it by the stars, or if a review has an image. I also think it would be nice if people could rate reviews and then have a filter to find “top rated” reviews. I have never ordered from this site before, but I’m about too so I can’t say much about the quality of the clothes. My advise to people ordering from here the first time would be to make sure to read the return policy, because some items can’t be returned and lots of the time people get upset about not being able to return an item. So far I really like emmiol, the clothes are a reasonable price and are super cute. I can’t wait to order my clothes for back too school.

Whenever I asked my friends for recommendations for online clothes shopping that doesn't break the bank, they would suggest places like Shien and Temu, which I hate because they are the worst fast fashion places to buy from. With prices THAT low, their workers are hardly compensated for their efforts. But when I found out about Emmiol, I was instantly in love. Granted, it is still a fast fashion establishment, but I think it's a great happy medium for people considering most people don't have the money to buy from eco-friendly, 100% biodegradable, one-of-a-kind, “made with quality materials” boutiques whenever they find need for a new piece of clothing. The clothes I've bought are great quality and the style of most of the clothes is exactly what I've always wished my wardrobe would look like! I find shopping with Emmiol to be a good, albeit not perfect, option whenever I don't have the time or patience to go thrifting.

This app is a distress it does not have a return policy I bought an item it does not have every details of the shirt I thought it was a regular shirt turn out it was a strap around shirt I don’t understand why they didn’t put it in the description or more photos of the shirt how it’s made they get upset when I tell them the size is to big when I’m ordering my exact size they tell me to send a photo of me wearing the item which is unnecessary and ask me do I want $3.75 back refund which is terrible I payed to much money if I’m asking for a refund and return policy I should receive that I had to pay the return policy on my own which is sad I didn’t return it at all because they wouldn’t pay for the return policy they told me to get give it to a family member which is a waste of money I called they costumer service the lady had an bad attitude just because I’m not satisfied with the order saying the item is to big she said she’ll send me a return policy to my email which is I never received at all I am stuck with the shirt I’m not satisfied with and never ordering from this app ever again I will give it 0 stars

I absolutely love the clothes this store sells. I do find that customer service is slow and returns are not as easy as advertised. The sizing varies a lot from piece to piece and I recommend looking at the comments. One of the two pairs of jeans fit me perfect but the other was the same size but much smaller and didn’t work out for me. Therefore I tired to return them but after consulting with customer service they advised me to keep it because shipping would cost just as much if not more and they would give me a 5% refund. So if your item doesn’t work out then your basically stuck. Other than the return and customer service the clothes are high quality and the shipping is fairly fast.

I’ve only bought from Emmiol once and I’m already having several issues even though it’s my first purchase. I will probably still buy from here if shopping isn’t too complicated but just - wow. When purchasing my cart and receiving the receipts, the Emmiol app still tells me that I haven’t purchased and this could probably lead to people rebuying carts several times. Secondly, the receipts and the app don’t provide any information when your order is going to arrive or an option to view where your order even is. Third, service team absolutely takes FOREVER to respond. I had to wait for 13 hours to get a response to my emails. Although I haven’t received my package yet, I pray it comes in and my expectations can be raised higher. The only pro I like about Emmiol is the offers and savings it offers you but that’s about it. Please bump up your service team!

I saw this app on instagram and saw some of the clothing they were selling immediately caught my eye so I bought about 3 items it is pretty expensive but trust me the quality of the fabrics are some high grade stuff. And I would definitely recommend. But be wary of one thing the shipping of the items can take AWHILE for it to arrive so if you need clothing on a timely manner I wouldn’t recommend but other then that the customer service is super kind and helpful. Another thing is there really isn’t a lot of clothing for men I wish they would put a little more effort on the “for you” page and show half and half like men and women on the page. To be honest what I’m talking about is just little things that I think would make the app a little better but so far good job Emmiol Support Team!

i ordered about a month and a half ago (i think) and received everything timely. there was an issue with out of stock products but i was able to replace those with other items up to 5$ more than the original ones. i also had an issue with sizing but got that taken care of with customer service. one question i have is that the items came in SHEIN bags and had the S logo on tags which i was confused about. i think the style of this brand is pretty versatile, but i like that it fits into my aesthetic which is like modern but i do enjoy "fairy grunge" clothing. i wear the clothes almost daily because the items go well with what i already owned. i'm very satisfied with my order and all the help of customer service. i will likely buy again in the future !

I bought 2 items on here about a month ago for the first time I never received my items I put in the correct address and it stated as delivered on the website but I never received anything I emailed customer service and they basically stated that it says that is was received and to check with family members or the postal office which I had already done so I responded back to their email stating that it was already done that I never received my items got no reply back I sent a second email and once again no reply back it’s been a week since I sent those emails I’ve been calling their customer support line no answer the lines are always busy and there has been times where they answer and there is no sound on the other end of the line I basically lost 40 bucks on 2 items that I was supposed to receive 2 weeks ago and never received and their customer support is horrible def don’t recommend shopping here

so, the designs of the clothes from emmiol ARE really cute! I ended up buying a size too small in most of them so maybe im biased, but i expected more. while the look of every piece is really cute, the quality is noticeably off. i spent around $150 for i think 5 or 6 pieces and genuinely regret it. additionally, this is noticeably fast fashion. the tracking website it takes you to when you get email updates on your delivery looks ai generated and isn’t in english. they claim to be ethical which i’m not entirely disputing, but the package you’ll be receiving is comparable to a shein order. all in all they’re not bad clothes! but you are 100% better off buying second hand clothes from a thrift or goodwill or even a reseller. you’re at least guaranteed quality and your moneys worth there.

Emmiol has many cute clothes, I’ve bought from them many times and they’ve never disappointed. I have a more petite body size and have found that the clothes fit extremely well. Wide variety as well. They have sweaters, jeans, cami tops, layers, and even jewelry and accessories. Also they are always having sales or some type of promotion. Their selection is always keeping up with the trends, but if I’m being honest their clothes can last longer than trends. I like to keep environmentally conscious so the fact that their clothes are so versatile helps. They do take long to ship, but I feel it’s worth it. Payments are always secure as well.

Emmiol is different from the other apps i encounter with fast fashion. Compared to Shein, Temu and Yesstyle, there’s more variety of clothing that’s different. They don’t have a lot per say clothing options but, I think that’s because they are still a newly made app and have just risen in popularity. I do recommend getting pants from Emmiol, though it’s expensive the quality seems to be better in comparison to cheaper clothing brands. I do think they need to try to find more variety in accessories so if you want accessories, go to other places. Overall, Emmiol is a great place to find popular clothing styles for great conditions. just be sure to look at reviews and read the sizing charts!

i ordered my clothes on april 11th and came the 20th which was actually quite fast. im also so happy with the clothes as it is so cute and suits my style. though some things can be slightly pricey it's worth it! I don't really understand why people are leaving negative reviews as I haven't had any issues when ordering or with the app. also the QUALITY! it is actually such good quality, it doesn't feel cheap like shein or cider, though it is obviously more expensive for that reason! I also love how emmiol has dupes of clothes. I was going to get this top for 70ish dollars and it was significantly cheaper and such good quality! i overall recommend buying from Emmiol!!!

I payed $40 for the patchwork red star jeans, which when arrived, we’re not the right size at all, even though clearly stated on the website and app it would be (maybe I could be to blame, but I don’t believe so). Another bad thing is the quality, the ‘Jean’ material was itchier then a old knitted sweater, and was just overall uncomfortable. Emmiol has very cute clothing, even is it’s been stolen (which it probably has) but, I think your better off buying off another app/website which are the same prices, and better quality, then buying from Emmiol.

I dig the styles they have on this app.. I haven’t bought anything yet which I can’t say much on how they are with shipping cause I don’t got the money 😔 anyways, the wishlist on this app is really bothering me because it does not show me all the clothing I have saved. It is very annoying. I keep trying to reload the page to see if the things I’ve saved will load up but it doesn’t pull up at all.. please fix this because I want to see the things I have saved previously and I can’t.. Another thing is that it keeps logging me out. And I have deleted the app numerous times and resigned in hopes to fix both this problem and the wish list problem and it doesn’t work.. In the end, I had to delete the app because it got irritating now. But if you fixed these problems I would most likely redownload it again.

Easy to navigate through the app. I ordered from here a few times. The clothes take awhile to come in. I wish they would add more sizing options since small is sometimes too big for me and stops me from ordering the stuff I want. I never had issues with clothing quality. I really like their selection because I feel like it’s hard to find these styles of clothing that are within a reasonable price range. I do sometimes find duplicate items when scrolling through the app though. But otherwise it’s a really good clothing store that I have made multiple purchases from.

The app is so easy to use and navigate . it’s extremely easy to add and delete stuff from wishlist cart etc. theres a great number of deals you can catch. i’ve been recommended this app by a friend and i can honestly say i recommend it as well. the prices are great and theres always coupons as well as sales and flash deals to consider as well. the quality as ive seen is pretty great and i have not seen any issues.

I order much of my clothes from here and everytime I’m very glad with what I get. They offer many different items that each hold up after months of use. They also offer many discounts and coupons to help make their items more affordable. When an item I already payed for wasn’t available their customer service got back to me as soon as possible and helped me resolve the issue. Alright so, me personally I like this app specifically for its slightly darker/grungy array of clothing choices especially all the cargo/parachute pants and various outerwear but you should definitely read reviews and proceed from there because quality varies. I lost my original account for the app but it was super easy for me to find things that I liked within a couple minutes through the algorithm! I would recommend the app especially if you're in search of some back to school clothing like me!!

I was shopping for clothes because they seemed cute in this store but once I got my clothes I had some trouble with them. I contacted support and waited patiently for a response from them, once I got a response it said “we can give you 10% of what you payed for because the shipping label will be a bit pricey and if you return the sender won’t get a profit” (saying they could do a full refund but they would not get any money if they did that), I answered “My clothes did not fit I cannot wear them, I will pay the for the shipping label and get a full refund back. I waited about 2 weeks and no response. I sent another email and even called but I got no response. This store is awful I would not recommend, I won’t be buying from here again.

This app is very easy to use and navigate. I like how I’m able to save items to my wishlist and easily access them later. Ordering on the app is super easy and so is shopping. I have had no technical problems using the app. I do wish that there was more inclusive sizing however, because most items that I have ordered have been big and I wish there was more size options so that the cute clothing offered could fit me better!

I spent around £160 for only five things, using the coupons and discounts given. (Which was suspicious because the clothes look really good and high quality in the pics) the clothes that costed around £60 with the discounts costed around £25, weird eh? Not only that I got free shipping and a 50% off discount? For such high quality things the cart I had that would originally be £320 went down to £160. But the clothes that came in looked nothing like the pictures, and when I emailed support that two of the things didn’t even come in, I never got emailed back. No refund and no support.

This is one of the few websites ive actually ordered clothes and accessories from multiple times. Everything ive ordered has been good quality so far, and most of the time the prices have been low and affordable. On top of that even if an item ive wanted didnt have a very low price, the store almost always has some deal going where you can get coupons and codes to get money off your order. Over all id say 5/5

I’ve ordered from this app a few times and I can say that although sometimes the quality may not be that great there are some good pieces every once in a while. You have to look at reviews and the prices to really know what you would like to buy. Some products are a hit while others are a miss but I will say they offer a lot of variety in discounts and points that can help save money. I do not regret downloading this app!

The clothes is really cute on the app and have so many options to choose from, and I do plan on writing a review once my clothes come in. The only issue i’m already seeing is they take longer to ship out your clothes rather than your jewelry, i ordered my stuff more than 8 days ago and my jewelry should be coming in like a day but my clothes haven’t even been packed or shipped out yet, which is kinda annoying since I payed so much, it’s just shipping said it’d take about a week or two and it’s gonna be more than a week and I won’t be able to wear my outfit for an event i was planning to wear it to.

Listen, the items are cute and there is a range of clothing to be seen. But their tracking and customer support is what ruined it for me. After being on partial shipping for more than 3 weeks i asked for information only to be met with the same information. And when i would ask for a refund, it would be deflected. And I dont know if this is just a USPS fault, but the shipping time has taken way longer than any normal package I have ordered. So while cute in the long run, definitely was a one time thing… plus many of the items are at a higher price so whats the point

I bought stuff from here like almost 2 months ago n they still haven’t gotten here😭. with the tracking link it doesn’t even show me where my package is , it says it might be “split up”. I emailed customer support and all they said was that they’re sorry and pretty much there wasn’t anything they could do, and they sent another email saying my package was gonna be delayed, (it was already delayed), because of the “high demand”. honestly i’m disappointed 🤷‍♀️. other than that the clothes on the website is cute and the employers are really kind

This app has many options of trendy clothes and aesthetics. All great quality pieces and for an affordable price! I ordered dresses from them and I get so many compliments. The shipping took less than 2 weeks and the packaging also came with a complimentary bracelet with their brand name on it❤️ Never seen so much thought put into a big company like this. I recently purchased a shirt from Emmiol to try them out since I saw an ad on instagram for their website and I was thoroughly impressed. The shirt that came was really really cute and fairly good quality and also looked exactly like the photo which I was really happy about since sometimes it’s hard to see whether you’ll get what buy with online websites but I was really happy with my purchase on emmiol.

My order was canceled a day after I made it and the money showed up back on my account but five minutes later it shows emmiol took it out, on the app it showed my order was still ongoing so i thought if was simply an error and everything was fine, two weeks go by and i called costumer service since i noticed my order was taking too long to ship and they said it was canceled and that i received all my money back when that wasn’t the case, they tried to tell me that maybe i spent without noticing but my transactions clearly show emmiol took the money back, i spent over $400, it’s unbelievable. do NOT buy from here.

All the clothes are pretty nice, definitely gonna find what you might be looking for, caters towards a younger, thinner type of build for a person. Some of the clothes they sell can easily be found for cheaper on other websites so you might wanna double check other sites before commiting fully to this one. The app is annoying to use and their clothing is just ok quality. I was excited to order some clothes, but disappointed when I received my items that took a while to arrive. For some reason they always say they are having a sale, but it seems they just do that so you think you’re getting a good deal. I was super disappointed with how inconvenient the clothing was to put on and how ill fitting it was. And the mystery boxes they had are an absolute scam, they show nice stuff then give you something that is unwearable and looks like it would fit a 5 year old. I would never buy from them again.

I ordered a necklace from here and i'm currently waiting for it to arrive. So far there were some small problems with the editing a profile. One being if you are picking a profile photo it will load and then nothing shows up and the other is with gender selection it doesn’t let you pick but other than that so far so good👍🏾.

If your looking for a place that sells those hard to find y2k, 2000's, and vintage looking items Emmiol is the place to go. I really appreciate the time put into curating the selection of items and easy to use app/website. I would definitely recommend Emmiol to those that would like to elevate there style!

Emmiol has some cute clothes but to be honest, I don’t think they are too inclusive. I am in the middle if skinny and fat but from what I have seen, I have only seen clothing for people who are skinnier. I was shopping for back to school but literally couldn’t really find anything for my size. That and the fact that shipping is horrendous in my opinion. I ordered my clothes awhile ago and they are still in China? Shipping takes awhile so if you really need something from this app like for back to school, order your clothes, waay ahead of time.

Do not order from this company unless you are 1000% certain that you will not need to return your items. They make it impossible to process a return. After my first request to return a shirt, they told me shipping costs would be $25-30 so it made more sense for me to keep the item and try to gift it to someone who might want it. They offered a $5 gift card. After my second request for a return address, they offered a 15% refund for me to keep the item. Still don’t have an address and I question whether they even have one that accepts returns.

I love this app! They always have the cutest, good quality, clothes and give you amazing styling inspiration! The app always has a cool design and is easy to navigate! I have ordered a couple times and they never disappoint and delivery is usually early if not on time! The only thing is i have to sign in every time and the wishlist is very glitchy. The clothes look really nice and it’s the type of style I wear a lot. I really wish it could be ship to Hawaii. Once I found an outfit that I really liked and wanted to buy it I found out that it doesn’t ship to Hawaii. I noticed that the clothes ships to other states in the United States except Hawaii. It was a lil disappointing to find out about that. I really want to buy the outfits off of the app but sadly I can’t 😭. Please if it’s possible to add Hawaii as a shipping option.

Recently I’ve been trying to expand my closet and this store has been great. I love this style and it’s pretty affordable too!! They ship the clothes to you in two weeks or less and the clothes are really cute. I just purchased a pair of Jorts and a long sleeve shirt. I’m so excited for them to come and will definitely be buying from here again!!

this shopping app is probably the best for teenagers and young adults. the clothes are trendy and cute with many options for people of all sizes and gender identities. it has a variety of different types of clothes and its such great quality. eveything ships very fast too. there are many coupons and things to save money as well. 10/10

This is way better than any other fast fashion shopping app , you really get what you pay for and the clothes are super cute!
