I’ve never seen a group of people that really love wh West 86 W. 86 West 86, Indianapolis Indiana you guys can learn a lot from this team like I said even if they’re here for a paycheck you wouldn’t have known it by the way they treat you. God bless you guys on Waze Six street I have the most enjoyable day ever at they do whether is good times or bad times they come to work and make us feel like it’s OK. Everything’s gonna be all right. Smile really helpful. really people that don’t do it for a paycheck. I start off with Heather just to lay back lady loves her job Miss Tonya just beautiful together. Brittany funny keeps me laughing straight up the maintenance man. He’s a pretty swell guy I could not say no better from the housekeepers to everyone that has a job into making this extended stay the place it is hands off to him people this is how you run a place of business. We know it’s not your job to come in here and be our family, but they are close to it hands off, hands hats off to the extended stay. I have the most enjoyable day ever and these are people are always remember and really miss. Let’s go challenging all extended stay in Indianapolis get like them you might be good. Love love this location. The rooms are always clean, staff is friendly and Patel at the front desk is the best! Even when I’ve had to book rooms last minute, they have always been so accommodating in making sure that I was able to check in early. The process of reserving a room, checking in and checking out are extremely easy. The advantages of being so close to so many restaurants is excellent as well. The pillows and mattress are comfortable, the sheets and blankets are always clean. Definitely will be staying here in the future.

This app is great at finding locations all over the United States. Put in your criteria, and good promotional codes and discounts that are sent to your email once you sign up and create an account. A future guest could find all available rates on affordable ESA hotels almost in every major location in the United States. There are also other discounts for businesses and seniors, etc. Dewitt in Syracuse NY has very friendly staff and service. Very clean, all staff are very helpful and nice. Especially the General Manager, Shari Gozzi. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind. A++++++++++++++++++

I am in the process of relocating to Georgia. I have been staying at hotels/extended stays in the Atlanta metro area for the past two months. The Extended Stay America in Alpharetta/Rock Mill location is beyond AMAZING! I keep coming back! The rooms are ALWAYS consistently clean! I have been to several other hotels in the local area and seen some dirty places that I would never again return to! The staff here at ESA are beyond AMAZING as well, they treat you like family and are more then accommodating! This place hands down feels like a home away from home!

Every single employee I have met here, in the 2 months I’ve stayed, have been AMAZING! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay when they have fallen on hard times. Multiple employees have gone out of their way to help me in any way they could. Im always greeted with a warm smile & treated with respect. When I was having the worst day, someone made me laugh for a brief moment & forget my worries. I’ve had no issues nor can I complain. Ive been able to create a temporary home for myself & my child. Thank you ESA!

I just want to say that the General Manager Caressa Walker and her staff are very Professional, people person. I truly love this Hotel. I left because of financial problems, but I had to come back. Because when I’m here I feel at home.

They claim “the longer you stay the less you pay,” but I’ve yet to see this come to fruition. I just got on the app to extend & of course they advertise the room as a low price but when I click on the choice, the price mysteriously shoots up by $20. That’s not a perk lol. Then when I shorten the days it’s advertised at a higher price & upon clicking on the choice *gasp* what do you know, HIGHER price remains. Idk if that’s a glitch but it’s starting to seem really suspect. It’s not that I can’t afford it, but I surely do would like to save if I can. As much money as I’ve forked over to this company with expectations of paying less, this has become a frustrating let down.

I’ve been using the mobile app contentedly for almost a couple years, but lately when pinpointing a specific hotel, the ‘map view’ search ONLY shows the pins. The background is no map, only a blank screen. This happens no matter what location you search anywhere in the US. I used the Corp. contact & emailed about this & got no reply -it’s been a couple weeks now. I also deleted & reinstalled the app but nothing’s changed.

In truth, the website can be a bit confusing for a disabled person like myself. Nonetheless, I checked into my room today and I was rather surprised. Its very nice and spacious. I love the recliner rocker. I also love that the closet are and the bathroom area are relatively behind a wall thus hiding away personal items. I coudn’t find the microwave though, nonetheless its a very nice room. I would definitely recommend the location. BlindArizona

On hold with N.C. Headquarters waiting to talk to a supervisor. Time to fire CEO Bruce Haas! Can anybody at guest relations speak English? I will fly to N.C in November to meet Bruce Haas. The owner didn’t take his hotel guest safety at the Eldorado Apartment Hotel so on December 20th 2019 and eleven hotel guest died. The health department and fire department need to inspect all Las Vegas E.S.A. Less then four months ago a frustrated hotel guest pulled the alarm. Las Vegas received the alarm 33 minutes after it was pulled. Mr. Elix Nunis former general manager showed up 47 minutes after Millissa front desk phoned him. If this was a real fire history would repeat itself!!!

This website tried on 3 different occasions in the middle of the night to run my card for different amounts, it is ridiculous that u can’t even make a reservation w/o putting your card information in the slot and rather before a person get a chance to even make it to the reservation they tried to charge my account. Thank God for Locked cards for greedy companies like this. I’m in transition as of now and not so computer friendly. This website makes it hard for people like me

App works fine wish there was some type of point system for each night you stay also staying at the bothell Washington extended stay amazing staff never felt more welcomed and happy with a extended stay stuff as much as this one keep up the great work

I have stayed here in the Plano area hotel for few months now . I am so very thankful at how sweet and professional everyone has been! I absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs a long or short stay. It is well worth it.

In between apartments and found this solution. The staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean and being able to cook is great.

This place is really excellent. Great neighborhood, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. Clean, pots and pans are available for cooking, pool laundry. So convenient to stay here. The price is right, as well

Good room. 1st floor. Smelled like marijuana throughout the first floor. Door wouldn’t immediately open. The app is fine, easy and good rewards Thanks for the service!

Advertised as a non smoking room; however, the room is so smoke damaged it’s hard to breathe. The shower drain was clogged so you stand in bath water while trying to shower. Front desk was not helpful. Told to wait until the morning. The morning front desk advised they were unable to help at the moment as they had two people waiting to pay cash for a room. Hmm.. I thought my money was just as green

Never received any benefits from veterans affairs or spouse support from military and was kicked out my hotel after funds were stolen and became homeless

The people here are really great they very nice I love living here it’s very peaceful. They make sure that we are comfortable. These are there names i really appreciate them all Nick & Jona & John & Patty & Tina.

Using the ESA app I am always able to get the best prices. It’s easy and convenient- and the price is a fraction of the cost.

Stayed at ESA in Louisville. Reserved non smoking accessible room. They moved us after the fest room was smoky to another smoky room. Both my husband and I are very sensitive to smoke. We had already pad and checked in so what choice did we have? First Lady was very nice but it didn’t solve the problem. Never stay in ESA again!

Hotel was Very Clean And ALL THE STAFF was very very nice and very professional! I will always choose them ! And can’t forget how clean the kitchen was! I love it !!!

The staff here are some of the nicest most helpful you could hope for. If you’re in Sacramento, Tina at the front desk is the one to ask for.

It’s my first time staying but I’m loving the hospitality from the front desk to the maids are beyond amazing 10/10!!!

I’m never able to cancel the reservation in app, the button is just never active! Also they try to withdraw for the whole stay upfront and it’s thousands of dollars! You need to rethink you policy !

You advertise that the more you stay the cheaper it is……that’s a LIE You advertise a rewards points program…. That’s a LIE I have been staying here over a month and a half now going on or 3rd month and I have not received any rewards The coupons or promo codes can’t be used because I am a premium Member so all I get is the premium rate which is a dollar or two less from the normal rate. I call for a monthly rate and that is always high and I have to pay it weekly.

I am not very smart but was able to find hotel

Terrible! I am supposed to stay for a month and they only gave me two towels. I will get someone to clean my room and give me new towels in two weeks! Wow! I was charged on my credit card even though the room is already paid for. I’m sure to get this money back

Front desk very professional for all your needs

Im a customer that booked a room for a whole month , got the confirmation number via email showing $74 per night . I was here no longer than a week and they went to $94. What kind of company does this. Total scam!

So far I’ve been here for five days and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff is very accommodating and answers questions without any attitude and/or judgment. We plan on staying here for a couple weeks during our hard times and I can’t think of a better place that we could’ve ended up for the price we paid. We used a different company online to book our stay here; which gave us a wonderful discount and really helped us financially.. It’s location is convenient and right where we needed to be... as for the hotel, I have to say I’m glad we ended up here of all places. I feel I have privacy. I feel that my daughter safe. I can leave the room with no hesitation and come back knowing it’s locked and secure. I can do my laundry here any hours of the day or night. And it’s relatively close to the freeway and food so it’s convenient. Plus each room has a mini kitchen with a fridge and a microwave and a stove top. They give you utensils and pots and pans and anything that you may need in order to make your Stay more comfortable. I honestly was embarrassed to ask for household and kitchen items at first; (for example: pots and pans, knives, forks, spatulas, strainer, coffee pot, toaster, etc.)But when I asked a sweet woman working at night if they have any of those things she was more than happy to supply me with anything that my family needed plus more. This is a very safe and simple hotel that has been a blessing for my family and myself. I don’t think I could say any of this were true if it wasn’t for the staff employed here. they are all understanding and have genuinely kind attitudes which make the entire stay tolerable. I am a strong believer that it’s the staff and management that make or break a place. And this place is doing great! Thanks everyone.

This hotel is horrible like seriously I was trying to shower and I put it one the hot water and there was absolutely no hot was just cold so I couldn’t shower I don’t recommend this hotel I would give it a zero out of ten if I could

By Far my Favorite Hotel!

Refrigerator quit working-on Friday after shopping and filling it up. They said nothing they can do until Monday. Wouldn’t even give me another room or a discount. Never again

Stayed at the ESA in east Wichita, it’s a dump. Stains on the carpets, smells like cigarettes and air freshener. I can hear people talking through the walls. Definitely not worth $80+. Next time I’m using Hotwire, I’d rather pay a few bucks more and not fear getting bedbugs.

These are by far the nastiest rooms I’ve seen. The bathroom wasn’t even cleaned, dirty towels, food on the floor,etc. WILL NOT BE BACK!

I caught a huge roach on my room and after confronting the front desk lady and trying to show her she was extremely rude and yelled at me “So why are you showing it to me??!! Just throw it away!”

This company will throw out bunk discount codes, and then show them. But when you go to check out, it will tell you “No more rooms available”. Bait and switch scammers.

With a name like extended stay and when googled for extended stay hotels I figured it would be the perfect tool for extended stay hotels but nope…nothing but by night hotel hotels. Very misleading and unhelpful.
