Spring box. Something
Love seeing your box will ship in 4 days. I look out every maybe it will be early so excited it comes and all the wonderful things in it to try. It is not only gr me but I share with my son. I don’t have any girls but he tried the masks shampoo. He was so jealous when I got the blanket oh so soft and comfy. But he is wants a Weighted blanket. He’ll just have to eye my weighted eye cover. Totally these boxes are full of JOY. I can’t wait thill the come can’t wait to try everything like waiting for the party to come in my mail and I’m not only one excited my cat Trouble takes over my box something for everyone. This a review for the APP. If I could give negative stars, it would be at least negative 5. I keep seeing the “developer response” and honestly, they just seem to not care. “Please reach out, blah, blah”. I HAVE reached out MANY times. Why even bother to have an app that constantly crashes? I count at least 3-4 crashes before I can read anything on the app. Then I’ll be able to navigate to one more story, before it crashes again. This happens over and over and over. I do NOT have a regular computer to use, and I’m sure I’m not the only person in the world without. I try on Safari with your website, but that too, is a nightmare, especially during the sales. Also, stop promoting an app that is so bad, just fix it, instead of shelling out all the cash for the new commercials, fix the app for your CURRENT customers who have already paid you! I see many other reviews and I get why people are angry, just feel glad I’m not the only one. Been annual for over a year. There is a lot that needs fixing for me to re-up next time. Sad that I just had to get used to my boxes not arriving for a very long time, especially for many products I can literally go out, same day, and pick up at a couple stores, we all know the ones, sometimes for less money and less hassle. Just fix the app. Tired of missing out on things because YOUR app does not work!! UPDATE: Doesn’t seem this rating is being allowed to even go through.

DO NOT JOIN
If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. It may seem nice at first, but over time it’s more trouble than it’s worth. The company promotes and sells promises they can’t deliver. When confronted or asked about the misleading information all they do is apologize but not admit anything or even acknowledge what you say. It’s like robots responding. Maybe that’s all their customer service is, is bots. You can never get a hold of any one that actually knows anything. They have countless times of false advertisement and don’t even get me started on “drop ship” items that ship directly from retailers. The products are garbage and arrive in deplorable conditions, that is, if they even arrive! They won’t update you either if an item is lost so unless you’re vigilant they’ll just take your money. I’ve had THE worst customer service experiences ever. And I’m not one to write reviews or complain but this has put such a bad taste in my mouth I have to share so people don’t get suckered in to joining. Don’t even think about becoming an annual member either, that’s where it really goes down hill. It’s like “ah ha! We’ve got em, no need to answer any of their questions they’ve paid upfront” I could ramble on and on for why not to join but I’ll stop now. So disappointing. DONT JOIN

This is the second time
I got my very first box which was this last summer box and then when it came time to review it all the review part wouldn’t work it would go into it I would give my stars and then a few seconds later it would kick me out eventually they did an update ok good update worked I got to review my box .. roll around to the winter box which let me tell u I’m FURIOUS to begin with because I thought this was a buy one time thing considering u have the option to buy one box or pay for four boxes upfront but nope they recharged my card for the winter box and it showed up at my door I hadn’t received an email stating to pick out my items or anything so I was angry payed 50 whatever for a box and didn’t get to choose a single thing because I had no idea I was being charged for another box on top of that I went to make my review and what do you know… the same thing as last time ! Can’t make the review it keeps kicking me out!! This app just isn’t it and they should really not be a every few months subscription they should be upfront and say it will charge every few months instead of it being lead to believe it’s a one time purchase🙄🙄🙄 there are many things that need to be worked on here.

App is a Headache
The box itself is great! The products are amazing and definitely worth the money! I look forward to it every season! But their app... honestly it’s my least favorite of all the ones I have on my phone. I loathe every time I need to get on it. The “Shop” section is the WORST. The products are so cute and great but there’s no “back” option when you’re on the shopping screen so when you are looking at a specific product and want to go back to where you were looking, you have to literally start from the beginning and apply any/all filters. And when there’s so much you want to look at (because again the products are super cute!), it’s an absolute nightmare. Honestly, it’s the sole reason why I don’t buy anything off of there because it’s so awful to browse! Second, I just feel like the whole app itself needs an upgrade. It’s not very user friendly and aesthetically not great. It’s like the company spent all this time and energy on an amazing product and then just threw together an app last minute. FabFitFun, you absolutely nailed the box and products, but please please PLEASE update this app!

Good but I wish there were some more features
Overall I like FFF a lot. My main complaint of the service as a whole is the loooonnnggg wait from the time that you order the box/customize to when you receive it Regarding the app it works well. I wish that in the shop and edit and add ons there was a place to review and read reviews on products. I find myself looking online to see what people think about the products. I also would like to see a better record of my purchases. You can see your box but I would like to see the add ons and edits with the photos, prices and item descriptions. I don’t love that the clothes were integrated into the add ons. One way to improve that is to have more advanced filters-maybe allow the use to filter out product types rather than allowing them to narrow in on only one product type. The final wish is that there was any easier way to get help and to track your order. Rothy’s has a number you can text which I have found helpful.

Money is deducted from my account but I am not receiving shipments
I have been a customer for a couple of years and I absolutely loved it, now I’m noticing that there is no problem deducting from my account when I order, but I am not receiving any product. Now I have to take the time to go back and see what I ordered and deal with this. I’m not happy about this and if you can take my money then you can deliver the product. I still have not received my summer box and here it is September!! I have not received anything on the last three orders I placed. If this is how I am going to be treated and shipments are not being monitored, then I will have no choice but to cancel and request an immediate refund. Last they told me that my summer box was sitting in the warehouse with no explanation why it was still there????? If you offer these products, and I pay for them, why aren’t you shipping Them out immediately. Not only are they not shopping out for 3-4 weeks but then you have the carrier that takes another 3-4 weeks. I’m very frustrated, disappointed and want to know what will be done about this

There have to better subs out there
The items are themselves, worth the price of the subscription (according to msrp), however, the selection is so similar box to box… it’s like getting the same box over and over. Here’s a bag, a kitchen item, a house item, some face cream… every box. There are never different or amazing options. One $160 bag started to tear, with minimum use, in a month. Also… after getting 6 boxes, I can say something was wrong with 5 of the 6. Either something was missing, lotion broke inside all over every thing, glasses arrived scratched… it was so time consuming trying to get things corrected, that when paired with the blah choices… I cancelled. FFF says they’re a community but all it is… is an online message board, where people are bullied by other FFF members if they don’t like a box or constant posts bragging how FFF sent them extra’s (presumably for showing the boxes on their blog or to followers on Instagram). All in all, there has to be better boxes out there.

Not great
You take a quiz and they are supposed to curate for you, but you often get stuff that you cannot use and I received two products I was allergic too and one that broke a few months after I had it. I did get some gpcretppThey also mention that you might get stuff that is expired. So these are not high quality products. There are too many hair products, I mean how am I supposed to use so many hair masks! There are lots of geek junk and products that are just plain fails. The cactus, it’s a beverage container that is a plastic cactus, fine if you are a pre-teen not so much for adults. This was a product offering from a few years back and reddit folks still bring it up as a fail. Last year they had a skin care product that was exposed to too much heat before shipping leaving it in an ugly condition and FFF did not jump to help customers until complaints were so numerous they had to backtrack. Today the app isn’t even working! It has been down for hours.

The app is problematic
I shop the website because the app always crashes. Id prefer when they were doing bug fixes and improvements if they would be more specific about what those are. Every time you update the app you just write like some blanket response and it’s not helpful that’s not the point of telling us what you did when you updated the app. The app crashing and being lag he is a big problem because the fab fit fun experience is some thing that is time sensitive. If the app keeps crashing for me and other people snap up all the things I want to buy then the app pretty much can prevent me from having a good experience. Right now the app keeps saying that I don’t have Internet connection when I definitely still have Internet connection. When you guys fix that bug are you going to put that in the notes or are you just gonna call it a general bug fix? Side note: How on earth do you have this on the App Store as 12 and up when they sell vibrators and lubricant?

Used to be the best
I have been an annual member for 5 years and I originally loved it, I would’ve given it a 10/5 stars if I could back then. I think I got 4 or 5 friends to join because I was so obsessed with what they had to offer and the cost. As of recently though, I’m extremely disappointed. Not only do they not have as good of a variety as they used to have but there customer service is the WORST !!!!!! I had selected my customizations, submitted, saved, everything was good. I was actually excited for the fall box. I go check my tracking information the other day and they changed my choices to things I would never in a million years select or use. I sent in a message to customer service and they literally have not responded yet I continually get an email saying the case is awaiting my response and will be closed if I don’t respond. I’m probably going to cancel my membership after this because I truly believe in good customer service which they lack.

Frustrated
I have had a Fab Fit Fun box subscription for multiple YEARS, I was excited to see the coach watch band as an option on my last box, only to not have it in the box upon arrival. When I reached out to customer service it feels like I am not believed? He offers a $15 credit if I buy during add on sale, when I explain that is not the equivalent of an $85 coach Apple Watch he just stops responding and now won’t answer my messages. I am beyond frustrated that after years (atleast 8!) as a loyal customer the first time I have an issue and they’re not willing to send me the product, or equivalent of. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away if this is not corrected and leave reviews everywhere I can. It’s just not right after the amount of $$ I spend year after year - they do NOT Take care of loyal customers!!! ** updated- response to my review says contact customer service - that’s what my entire review is about is my experience when I tried to do that.

AVOID! Worst Experience Ever
If I could review with a zero I would. Do not even bother wasting your time ordering from this website. There is nothing “fun” about this. I ordered a summer’s box and two months later, I still have not received my box. I contacted customer several times and they just kept saying “you’ll receive it soon.” Only remedy was to offer 50% return and still receive the box. Mind you, with this remedy they still only said I would receive the box “soon.” I’ve heard “soon” time and time again. I’d still be paying for nothing seeing as I haven’t received anything. Then when I requested my full refund - because honestly at this point I don’t even think I’d ever get my box - they told me I had to wait AGAIN so they can forward requests and blah blah. So apparently with this company you have to wait for months to never receive your box and wait again for your money back! Absolutely ridiculous. Nothing fun about these people. Avoid. Save the headache. Not worth it.

Absolutely frustrated with the app!
I have been with FFF for over a year now and have loved every single one of my boxes! I’ve never had any problems with my boxes or with the app until now.... The app logged me out of my account and when I try login in it tells me I have to reset my password for security reasons(Perfectly understandable). When I go to reset it, it would ask me for my current password and when inserted it would say it was incorrect. I contacted customer care and was finally able to reset my password. I went back to the app to login and AGAIN it said I had to reset. I then got tired and decided to open a new account with a different email and password(start fresh) but of course when I go to login.... it tells me I have to rest it... I am frustrated because I really like the boxes but if the app continues this I will have to cancel.

App will not load after opening
Response to developer 5/3/34: I do currently have the latest update running on the app. It still does not load. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, am running the latest iOS update 16.4.1, have restarted my phone several times as well as deleted the FFF app and redownloaded, but the app still will not open and load. I know add ons just opened for the summer box so there are probably more people accessing the app, but this has been happening for the last 10-14 days at least. I’ve also tried to open the app on my iPad and that also doesn’t work. They just load forever with a white screen. Not sure if this is happening for anyone else or if the developer can give me an idea of what to try next?? Thanks! Diann

FUDGING BOX RATINGS!!
Every time I go into the app/pc website/ safari on iPad - literally anywhere I have access to the acct - it gives me an error every time I try and rate the box. I had 2 friends who decided to rate theirs higher and they were able to rate them with no issues. 🙄 Sooo, to recap... the FabFitFun franchise is padding their “box” ratings by not even letting you rate them if you give them 3 stars or under. That’s just seedy, manipulative dishonesty. I signed up for an annual plan due to all the hype. I wanted to see what all the seasons had to offer. Now I see why - all the ratings are either padded or tricked. I wasn’t happy with this box, only used a small amount of it, gave some away, and actually trashed some items 🙄... great. So I gave it an honest, fair middle of the road rating and the app prevents it. As I’ve said this isn’t an app wide issue, as 2 other high ratings were allowed to be rated with no issues by others. Where is the integrity in this strategy FFF?

Love it
Really like my boxes and mostly the add ons are such a great deal. The customer service is lacking & made me consider cancelling my subscription because I had ordered a brush as an add n & never got it. I didn’t get charged for it. I don’t know what happened but they did nothing to resolve it or try to send me one I even said I would pay for it & they said you can’t order anything from past add on’s I just think the customer service isn’t all that great but I do like the boxes. Actually like the add ins better as I get stuff I really don’t need, last box wasn’t that impressed but will Wait to see how next box is before I cancel. I have 4 stars because of customer service and needless stuff I git but it’s still good quality. I give 5 stars for the items you can add on.

app crashes or is unresponsive
My review is on the application itself & not the company. FabFitFun is a great subscription box & I just renewed for another year. Yes, you can purchase deeply discounted items from the store. My issue is with the application & website. There never seem a time when the FabFitFun application & the website on Safari on my phone. Application crashes, never seems to match what’s on the Safari webpage. FabFitFun website is super slow, scrolling through products takes a few minutes to load. Even if connect through WiFi and cellular the data still takes a while to load on Safari. On the settings for Safari & FabFitFun app, I have done the following with no success: cleared the cache from settings uninstalled the application then downloaded application iCloud is backed up tested FabFitFun (application & Safari) with either just WiFi on or just with cellular. only use the application & Safari around 1am because I’m an insomniac (PTSD). I have a 512GB phone with 2TB iCloud space. I am constantly checking for updates but the issue still hasn’t been resolved on my end. Sometimes I give up on my phone and use my Windows desktop with better success. iPhone 11 ProMax 512GB 2TB iCloud 4G LTE (I think 5G is unavailable for my phone.)

Strange customer service & strange random valueless product
I was trying to cancel my subscription and I kept getting a pop up saying to please not cancel for $45 credit.. I had to go to the live chat where they offered me a dry shampoo in exchange for me keeping my account active .. I declined. I also received the strangest products in this last box. A pack of 4 powder puffs. How this adds value im not quite sure but that combined with not taking care of the customer.. means I’m out! The items in the sales are pretty steep sometimes too. When you try to look up the items to see how much they’re worth some of the time they won’t even show up at all, anywhere. I know they must buy in bulk but who knows if these are expired items or discontinued for another reason and their being given to us in our boxes. Overall in my opinion too expensive for the cheap items you receive.

App Review
As much as I love getting my boxes, and the products are extremely high-quality, the FFF app itself is not user-friendly whatsoever. I’ve been trying to look for my previous boxes for 30 minutes and can’t find a single way to do so. And when I look through my most recent customizations, it won’t even show me what my “mystery products” are, even though I’ve already received the box... nor will it let me look at the “details” for them. Would be nice if there was an easy way to look at your previous boxes (all of them), along with descriptions of each product. All I was trying to do was see exactly how to use one of my products. If I don’t know how to use them, what’s the point of getting them? This app could really use an update.

Love the Box, app could use some work
I love my boxes, I love the option to be completely surprised or pick some of my favorites. The add ons are great deals too! The app however is terrible. I login and if I try to get to my settings/profile it immediately closes and kicks me off, then I have to sign in again. For this Winter box I’m also having issues getting tracking information. I click the link and it shuts the app down to the sign in page. I would hope that with as popular as Fab Fit Fun is becoming that they can put some serious development time to bug fixes on the app to make it run appropriately. The positive note to the app is that shopping the sale/add ons always seems to work.

Fab stuff
I’ve been a seasonal member for just about a year now and absolutely love FabFitFun! 4 boxes per year that is filled with such amazing stuff that is without question $200 + and I only pay $50/box...these aren’t small samples of this or that, they are full sized bottles, etc...can’t get much better than that. Just upgraded to an annual subscription so even tho I have to pay 1 full payment of $179...it’s only once a year and I’m saving $20 throughout the year. Now I’ll be able to customize my box sooner and get extra goodies, as well as receive my box much sooner. Cannot wait to experience the extra perks.

Not so fab or fun
I think I missed the boat not joining before they got popular, because I have never received a box like mentioned in the rave reviews. I can count on one hand the number of things I have kept out of 6 boxes. If I could upload pictures to the review I’d show you the box full of face wash and skin care-many duplicates. This month’s box included designer icy hot. There’s a reason there’s a ton of resellers. I also hate that I was forced to download the app in order to rate my box. I have plenty of space on my phone so I could get the app even though I didn’t want to, but what about the people that don’t? Are they just out of luck and lose the ability to leave reviews? Or are they expected to delete other things to make room because yours should take priority over other apps?

Make sure you check the actual price of the items as they list them! They like to exaggerate. For example, I shop the edit sale and spend quite a bit of money. An Immunicologie Serum was listed as $300 full price, I paid $69 for it. I searched the item in the Immunicologie site and it’s actually $195 full price. Not a huge deal, but speaks to the integrity of the company. I emailed them and they said it must’ve been a mistake (obviously 🙄), but I’ll be checking each item from here on out. Disappointing that they’d try to make the deal seem better than it was. I decide what to buy based on actual price and pick the most expensive things, so though this may not seem like a huge deal to some people it is to me. And $105 is a BIG difference. If they lie about this, I would expect there’s other things they’re doing that are shady too. Unfortunate.

Features are hard to navigate through
Great for picking out what you want in your box; I love that I can do it from anywhere straight from my phone. But trying to access your account and makes changes (especially to address), or to see what you paid is difficult. There is also a forum section, I don’t even know what the point of that is? Don’t most people just use Instagram now? I wish they had more articles that show up on the Home Screen that are tailored to what you received specifically in your box and not all the other products. I would suggest just using a search engine on your computer or tablet to navigate the site.

Love My FFF
I have received an editor’s box, the fall, winter and spring box. I’ve loved all of them, but there have been a few items I gifted because they just weren’t for me. I can’t say that about the Spring box! It’s my all time favorite and I definitely purchased more add-on than all the others put together. Nothing will be gifted either. FFF stepped up their game. My only complaint is the app and not being able to see my entire invoice. I’m told it can be seen on a laptop or pc, but that doesn’t do me any good. It would be nice to actually get an invoice inside my box of add-ons with prices and totals.

Update: It took about 2 weeks but out of the blue I received an email from FabFitFun showing me how to finish my personal survey. I also received a developer response from this review on how to finish my survey. Yay! From 1 star⭐️to 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, just like that. Thanks FabFitFun ! Previous: I just joined and didn’t get to finish filling out my personal survey. I have emailed twice and inquired on how to finish? Only to be sent to the customer forum where that question is not answered. Disappointing that they just want your money but don’t want to hear from you or answer your concerns.

Love the idea
I get these for both of my daughters and they’re a great idea and I love most of the items but the 2 items you can’t pick are always the cheapest and there’s always one choice that you are picking the best of the worst. If I just bought the few items that they actually like it ends up not being such a great deal but I ordered the year subscription so have two more boxes before I can cancel. (For example flimsy cutting boards aren’t high on their list and the scrunchies were ridiculously cheap and a cheap nail polish . I also do wish they would ship in an outer box like when u add on products. I agree with previous reviews customer service is really lacking.

Loads of options
I’ve been receiving boxes from fab fit fun for over two years now and I am just so pleased. Fab fit fun has a large community of individuals that come together to help make these boxes more personalized. Just recently they made even more changes to these boxes that you receive. I love the option to add on more products. I also really enjoy that I can purchase more boxes to share with my family and friends as these are fun gifts to receive!

App won’t login
I used to enjoy the app, until it stopped working completely around August of this year. I ensure that the version of the app is always up to date to no avail. It’s perplexing as this is the only app in my library that isn’t working. I’m able to login to my FFF account via the website without incident, yet cannot login via the app. When trying to login on the app, after entering in my e-mail address and password, it simply brings me to to a screen that looks like the background wallpaper from the sign-in screen and nothing else. I worked with FFF customer and technical support to troubleshoot the problem, but they’re stumped and have instructed me to access my account via the web instead.

App not working
I can never get it to work properly. It’s hard to sign in. The billing won’t show past orders, just a weird stretched out list saying item invoiced or something but no item description.. also the place you put the cc info has a completely invisible font so you can’t see what numbers you’re typing, and it absolutely will not load the summer sale for some reason. The boxes are either absolutely awesome or meh. I enjoy the subscription, but I don’t understand why the app has so many obvious issues that could be fixed. It has kept me from completing orders and even viewing things.

No point to yearly subscription
I got the yearly subscription not necessarily to save money but because I figured I’d be disappointed if I didn’t manage to get the items I really wanted. Well I got that feeling anyways. In two of my seasonal boxes I got items switched for the specific items that I was actually excited for. Like, I was choosing the items for the boxes the hour it was available and I didn’t get the right ones when it came. Customer service only gives a credit to your fabfitfun(?) account when that happens. The goods are lovely but this seasonal box I’m not even excited for because I’m expecting the same experience. I’m not renewing.

Love My FFF but I Wish...
Let me say first, what woman doesn’t love receiving a giant box of goodies on her doorstep? Of course we love these treasure boxes and the unique offerings inside. What’s more, providing the option to buy, at a discount, additional products, was a brilliant choice! My only complaints are the shipping speeds for those who choose monthly billing, and the lack of variety in some of the categories. It seems like we have had some of the same type of items repeatedly. Maybe we didn’t have the exact same item, but I’d like to see more variety. The big ticket items seem to be shrinking as well. In the beginning the 1st choice items were more unique and out of the ordinary; now they are average and expected. Overall FFF is a must for me! It’s a staple I budget so I hope we will see more of an upward incline over the coming months/years. Most companies grab you in the beginning and then downgrade as the years pass. I hope FFF will be the opposite!

Pretty great
This subscription is pretty great if you’re an annual subscriber getting first pick to add ons. I’ve had this subscription when I was just a seasonal customer... and it wasn’t as cool because every Add on was already out of stock. Definitely better if you pay the yearly price... the contents of the box have always been pretty good.. although I will say I’ve received many hand/foot creams. Usually the other products are worth well over the cost of the box, so all in all, I’ll continue to be a yearly subscriber.

Not as good as it was
I was a member for about a year and LOVED the products and how much came in a box for the price. I stopped my service for about a year but recently resubscribed. Last two boxes were really disappointing in quality and quantity. Don’t bother with the app. Each time you login and try to go to your account, it takes you back to your login over and over. Some weird glitch so it’s useless. Be careful putting anything in your cart because if it’s in there you WILL be charged without checking out! I wasn’t thrilled about that at all! Depending how they do with this fall box, I’ll likely be cancelling.

Love the service, app almost never works
I’ve been using FabFitFun for about a year and a half and the last couple months the app has barely been working on my iPhone 11. My iPhone is up to date and so is my app. The main screen of the app will load, but when I navigate to other things like the edit and add-on sales, they will never load. I also just tried to look at my customization spoiler and that won’t load either. It will load on my iPad, but it’s very frustrating that it doesn’t work on my iPhone. Please fix these bugs.

Hey app developers…any chance we could get a daily deals filter in the app like the filter on the website version? Also, would be great if we could click on a image and have it open/pop up and then be able to zoom in to see detail without having to hold our fingers on the image to keep it zoomed in? Thanks!

Clothing boxes are disappointing
I started doing the clothing subscription. I really liked my first box and kept almost everything in it. However, I never got any new boxes and have had a terrible experience with the app and costumer service. They told me they were hacked which made me nervous thinking my information could be jeopardized. Either way they’ve never sent another box. I just got an email today that my payment has been posted. Now I’m curious if a box is going to actually show up. The chat option with a two doesn’t work because no one seems to know anything about the clothing subscription. Hoping to cancel this all together but I’ll be surprised if they even get that right!!

Don’t get this app unless you want to reset your password every time you use it.
I hate using this app. Every time I use it it bugs out or crashes and I have to reset my password. I’m tired of it. I also can’t fully rate my boxes because the set up is meant for plus-sized iPhones (I have an iPhone 8) and I cannot submit my reviews of the products I got. I’m tired of fighting with it. Update: it’s still happening and no one is addressing it. I can’t even look at my tracking info for my box without getting an “Oops something went wrong.” message and having to change my password. I can’t even contact support without having to reset my password.

This app doesn’t work for me
This is just a review of the app. I am able to login on the fff website and everything works just fine. For whatever reason, when I login on the app, none of my information is there (no record of my membership even though I’m using the same login + people). I reached out to to support and they told me that I shouldn’t use the app and that I should just login on the Chrome browser on my computer. Very odd response. So maybe I’ll try the app again later depending on how I like fff overall - I’m a new user so I’m still on the fence giver my first customer support experience. I deleted the app for now.

App changes?
Up until recently I never had a problem using the app for add on sales but a couple of days ago I opened the app at 9 am and no link to sale. I went to the website but it was so slow. Back to the app I finally got a link to the sale around 9:12 but over the next 20 minutes I got kicked out 12 times! I ended up just going back to the website. I get it, the start of a sale means an increase in traffic. But common, these sales happen often enough that you could plan better for a more seamless shopping experience whether it’s through the website or the app.

Lost my patience as a yearly subscriber !
This is my 3rd time in 3 years that I never received an email telling me when my window was open to pick what products I wanted with my subscription. I ended up with items I didn’t pick and didn’t want. I loved most things that I have picked. But, it is no longer worth it to me to randomly not get a notice saying my window to order the new season items is open. Therefore, when my 2025 summer renewal comes due I won’t be renewing my subscription . I also will no longer encourage anyone to support your business. Elaine

Hate the app.
I get too many emails so I never know when the sales start and miss so much. The app constantly messes up. It literally charged me $199 for a years worth when I never clicked the button. Customer service even said it was on their end. Which was right around the time they had me change my password. Oh and I had NO idea until I got a call from my brother who’s on my account. Not happy with a lot of stuff that happens with this but hopefully it will be fixed and hopefully my winter box will be amazing because after the members pick box, I would have just waited, but the customer service guy was so awesome he talked me into sticking with it.

Horrible customer service
Do not join this company they’re ridiculous to work with after they get your money and your payments. Spent over an hour on live chat all the information the company had about me should’ve been in their computers I provided them with all the information that I saved on my receipts and invoices and I was kicked off the live chat after an hour of my time. Do not even join this company customer service is a nightmare! Then I try to cancel my service and submit my information no less than six times! They are a huge money drain do not be logged into their service or providing you with ““ quality goods

Awful
I had Covid so I missed being able to customize my box. I tried cancelling it once I found out I couldn’t customize it but I wasn’t able to. This is my third box and it’s absolute trash. Clearly I got all leftovers. And in my trash box I got my THIRD (yes third) stupid useless tiny dry brush, clearly they have them leftover from summer and keep putting them in boxes...even if they’ve already given you too. They clearly don’t listen to you when you tell them what you like. I highly doubt the crap in this box is worth the price of the box. Definitely won’t be ordering another box. I gave them enough chances.

So slow & glitchy!
The app is super slow going from one area of the app to the other. So much faster to browse from their website on my phone! Also, so many glitches. Like when trying to shop, I was looking at the pics for an item then it wouldn’t let me out of the item. The “x” in the corner took me to the main page of the item then the “x” in the middle took me back to the pics of that item. I had to hit the home button to then go back into add on shopping! Then I tried looking at an article about recipes but it took so long to load! I got crusty& just deleted the app!

Summer Love
The summer box I just received is wonderful. I have to say the last two, Spring 2020 and Winter 2019 were just ok and I was leaning towards cancelling at the he end of my membership after the next box in the Fall but you really stepped it up and I’m a very happy customer. I look forward to selecting some of the box contents as I use many for gifts to my friends and family. Keep the variety coming! ❤️

Why even have an app if it never works?
Every time I open this app and put in my UN and PW (which is stored in a password keeper and auto fills the information) it tells me it’s wrong. However, I can login to the website using the exact same credentials just fine. I’ve even changed my password through the app and it still doesn’t work Regarding FabFitFun, I will be unsubscribing. They have chosen quantity over quality and I’m just not interested in that. I don’t need more “stuff,” I would rather have great deals on quality products that aren’t purchased on Alibaba and re-branded with a label.

App is terrible
This app is AWFUL!!! It’s so glitchy and difficult to use. I just spent 15 minutes trying to review the fall box because one of the last pages of the review wouldn’t scroll down far enough to get to the “next” button. I switched to using my iPad because the screen is bigger. This worked until I tried to do one of the more detailed reviews and same problem! Tried using the back button it just took me back to the home page and I had to start from the beginning. Was my review submitted? I’m honestly not sure but I was sick of trying.

Could have been better...
The starter box was the best so far.. it was like a bait and switch. Most of what I have received in the last few boxes I have regifted to my friends and family. Just by allowing them to pick through the boxes. Although I realize the products are quality products. I don’t know if they would be something I would purchase. I’m not canceling the subscription because my sis in law has assured me that she has gotten amazing stuff with an occasional dud here and there. So here I go again.
