I like the app. My only complaint is that the announcements/alerts come up EVERY time you log in. I think it’d be fine to just have an alert menu where you can read when you want.
This app is easy to use and fast! I love that I can see all my balances, transactions, pending amounts, and even make transfers on the go! The one downside is I miss the text alert options the older app had. So I actually have to log in to this app to look, rather than get a text for direct deposits, balance alerts, etc. I wish that feature was available again! Other than that, great app, I highly recommend it to all members!
Easy to use, accessing via biometric (thumbprint) on my iPad. I use most features including reviewing the account history to balance my account, alert function, account nickname, savings goals, bill pay and deposit a check feature. I use the application daily.
The app isn’t working correctly. All I see is a scheduled maintenance message and that was a few days ago. Another is scheduled for June 30 July 1. It may never work correctly again. I like using my phone instead of my laptop. Giving it 2 stars may be too many!
It would be nice to see some innovation with the app instead of it merely being a mobile website. Could we have the ability to move funds between our savings goals? I use the envelope system with this and it is a pain to have to log into the desktop version on my phone to do this.
Can we make it to where you can put the card into your Apple wallet please! Would be awesome if I could use my card through my wallet app instead of having to pull out my card every time I make a purchase!
First you delete your widget for w.e. Reason. Now I can even open the app. It keeps saying “something went wrong went attempting to send the last request” fix this !
This app is a replacement and is supposed to be an improvement over the original. Not in any way is this an improvement, is actually quite the opposite. Appears to simply be the same as Mobil banking site. App is slower and tedious to log in and out of compared to the other app. I rarely use it now where I used the other very often. FFCU should have given this a trial run.
It is definitely not as fluid as the last version. I really miss the ability to set up text alerts for deposits, daily balance, ect. At least it works, but haven't had to make any transfers yet. Not cool ffcu, not cool. :(
Every time I try to log in to my account it wants me to verify with a code and name my device. Done. Then says device already named. Go back to log in and same thing. Had to delete the app. Ridiculous!!!
Lost the use of my thumb print to sign in months ago and has been getting worse with bugs. After last update It doesn’t remember my username and I have to put password in every time even if I close it and open it right back up.
This app makes you authenticate your account every time you try to login. This is extremely annoying because you either have to send a code to your email or answer security questions every single time you login. Also, too much going on once you get inside the app (advertisements). Also, no Touch ID like every other banking app.
