As fоr Fanduel the advertisement make it seems like you get your winnings fast. Not true. July 25th (wow such a bad luck day for me) anyway I decided I was tired of wasting my money and from the $65 I spent I won $32. So I decided to cash out. It's now August 3, 2021 and I still haven't received my payout. So I decided I am calling Apple to request a refund on my in app purchase. Well not only are the makers of this app scammers and liars they are geniuses. How? They have you connect their game to your PayPal account making it almost impossible to fight the charges. Since this is a third party app I wanted $40 back of the $59 I spent because or the $32 | won that wasn't immediately paid to me as the game states. There really is no free money and making so much money a day. I am a disabled housewife and I have nothing but time so I took a chance and I saw how much deceit is put out there in the world. Y'all time will come. I am trying extremely hard to get that Apple Store to get this app shut down because this app is taking advantage of gullible people such as myself who believe this is a way to make a few dollars that can make a slight difference. You'd have better luck buying scratch off lottery tickets than giving your money

FanDuel Casino issues

The app for Fanduel casino states that it has a black jack live and a blackjack classic which they do not have they have minimal slot games which I’ve played every one of them and the only two interesting games are there I recommend the gorilla game and the butterfly game and the one blackjack game because there’s only one not two they need to put more slots on here I see that they have the Holden one there now which is a good thing but they definitely need to add more slots on this app because it gets boring playing the same slot machine all the time and the rest of them are for a little kids it seems like but besides that everything else is great the payouts are fine the sports betting is awesome that’s about it and if you also try to contact them you have to go through a whole bunch of crap it’s not even worth trying to contact them there’s no direct line to get them They should make things easier for you to contact them so break it all down there’s only one blackjack game and they have the new hold them game on their minimal slot machines payouts are great contacting customers summer support is terrible and everything else seems to be fine so I’m very happy with the site besides a couple things

FanDuel sports, book, and Casino

By far the best, Casino app and Sportsbook app out there right now always has, and probably always will be. I have every single online Casino app, and this is the only app that seems to care about their customers. From the online gaming all the way down to the customer service. Their chat is by far better than any other live chat on casinos apps.. I have to wait when I need help and I never get an answer four days later through email like every other Casino app. Their new customer welcome bonus is basically a lot of free money so if you haven’t downloaded the app yet and signed up, I’d advise everyone to do that as soon as they get a chance. Why not it’s free money, right? I spent a lot of money over the last five years and Fandel has taken care of me with giving me free bonus money when I don’t have the money to gamble and I’m not talking about five or $10 the other stupid apps 25 50 even $100 bonuses. The absolute worst casino site. Run. Far.

Used to be my number 1 favorite casino site, but they did me dirty, disregarding my loyalty. Where do I start? They have potential but seem to be the worst site when it comes to payouts. Don’t bother with referrals either, I have referred over 10 people through my referral link, all of which followed the deposit/play through requirements, and have only received 4 bonuses. I’m sorry, but I have wagered almost $300,000 in the last year. I deserve more respect and appreciation then not being paid my bonuses. Customer service is super unhelpful most of the time when you are looking for answers and providing screenshots proving that said bonuses have not been payed out to this day. It’s so discouraging because I have big status on mgm and DraftKings and I host a popular podcast dedicated to sports betting/casino gambling. I truly believe Fanduel discriminates loyal customers due to bad customer support agents. They need to start monitoring the chats their agents ar having with customers. They are the most aggressive and hostile support agents and act as though they your well deserved bonus that you never received should be coming out of their own pockets. I have proof and screenshots to back up my claims and still have not received my bonuses. My team and I are compiling all the evidence from other upset customers and experts who have started to unravel the truth about Fanduel’s flaws and overall incompetence.

AVOID THE CASINO

I’m not at all someone to complain due to anger or frustration, I totally admit that I’m the type to take a big payout on a sports bet and gamble a few hundred on the casino but there is - 100% - something off about the casino, particularly the blackjack games. Although an internet search states they must be compliant with state gaming board regulations, there just isn’t something right about the way the cards fall. The deck doesn’t turnover although it’s clear multiple decks are being used. As someone who has played a lot of blackjack - both live and on other sites - there is something highly improbable about the way the hands play out. I’ve spent a lot of time (as someone with an addictive personality lol) going back and trying these games from time to time and it is 100% a waste of money, you’re almost guaranteed a facecard hitting on 10, dealer always has a facecard buried, they have a bust card showing and hit 21 wayyyy too often, etc. Using basic strategy and playing by the book still results in losing almost, if not every single time for me now that I think about it. They also don’t have any rewards system or customer loyalty points system or anything so there’s really no reason to use this site at all. I just use it at this point to sometimes bet the daily boosted odds bets if they make sense because there’s sometimes some value there but that’s about it. There are better sites out there.

Sad slot games

I am an avid gambler and I understand the games are those of chance. However, I watch these algorithms take and take and take and the bonuses are literally non existent. I don’t expect to win all the time! Heck, I know I’ll lose more than I win. But, for instance, I’ve spent over a hundred dollars collecting all these cards for bonuses that are never available. What’s the use in having sticky wilds if they 1. Never stick, 2. Never come, or 3. Are absolutely worthless when they do. I mean, a five times wild that garners you 60 cent? It just seems like the slots are a scam honestly. And fan duel has the cheapest and most non existent bonuses ever. And speaking of bonuses, does anyone else see how no matter how much you win, immediately following your win the game takes either a large chunk back or all of it! Which means that there’s really no winning in this at all. And speaking honestly…..how much do you have to wager to win a jackpot? I’ve been a member since forever and have never ever won a jackpot ever. Come on fan duel,,, put some fun in it for us! But even if you don’t I’m disabling my app because I think your slots are a scam and totally worthless. I mean, just look at my account. Dollar for dollar almost. If the game glitches and you need to contact support, DONT DEPETE THE APP when they instruct you to do so. This is because they’re making you delete the proof that the company did any wrong doing. I was playing my game and I was winning. I got the bonus round and right in the middle of the bonus the game force closed and then would not allow me to re enter the game. Error codes popped up for a few days and still nothing. I contacted customer support and every person I was put into contact with would escalate my case. After being connected to the third person they told me to delete my app and reinstall it. By doing so, it deleted all my favorited games and even deleted the information on the game that I was playing so they couldn’t prove that the game owed me bonus rounds. When I was finally able to get into the game it did not let me pick up where I left off at like usual. All I had was a screenshot and screen recording to prove my claims. But before I could show proof they closed my case without any solution. I’m so tired of the game glitching whenever I’m about to win then being gaslit by customer support blaming it on my phone or the app. Ever since I filed the complaint the game has been eating my money within minutes of playing. I haven’t won a thing since this issue occurred.

I was robbed

I contacted several representatives due to a pop-up screen saying inactive while I was actively in a game and a pop-up screen saying technical error. This occurred after trouble shooting so the team called it a connection issue on my need even though it didn’t occur on an other game ever . My internet provider also informed me that it was impossible for it to be my connection and there was not a break in service . In addition the screen shots I provided all confirmed that my connection was secure. My location wasn’t reverified as it is when there is actually a connection issue. Upon resuming my game it starts over and forcing me to wager money just to get where I was before fanduel forced a pop-up screen to display every time the bonus jar on any Asian slot played could be rewarded. They force you to lose by starting games over and then cause emotional distress by blaming you and assassinating your character. The representatives never reached back out via email and I wasn’t provided a case number. I had to open a chat explain it all again and ask for it. Also, agents were extremely hostile. These same game on live casino and other casino applications and in person at casino don’t have these issues for me . It has ONLY OCCURRED here . So how am I the problem ?

Best casino app out there

FanDuel is by far the best casino app there is. One time play-through for site credit, bonuses, and free credit giveaways are all great. That being said, recently there are a few things I noticed that are ruining the urge to keep using it. First thing is the credit giveaways went from opening the app to a random $75-$150, to having to deposit $100-$500 or wager $100 - thousands of dollars to receive anything. And with each update it seems like slot wins happen a lot less. Also the bonus mechanics for certain games aren’t what they used to be. Edit: One of the new updates seem to have brought the app back to what it once was. It fixed the bugs, slot lag, and game crashes. Also, I played MGM’s mobile casino recently after they offered a bonus.. until I found out I had to play through the money I won 40x! 40x?! I don’t understand how people use that app still when over here it’s a one time playthrough.

Don’t sign up they are with holding my money & TERRIBLE/awful customer service

I signed up this was my second time playing I used 10 and made 535$ to make a long story short my only options of withdrawal were my bank account which wasn’t opened anymore so I needed to add a new one and than check and also picking it up at the counter which the only option was almost 2 hours away. I was uploading a new card next thing I know is it’s telling me my accounts suspended right after winning. I called wrote emails, even online the agent said they can’t give me a time window. This was my money for rent. The customer service sent me to online agent but they couldn’t help or tell me anything here we are 3 sqys no response back or anything my money isn’t able to be withdrawn and my accounts frozen and no one has sent a email saying why or anything. I am so upset because I’m going to get in trouble where I live and this customer service is a joke. I can’t believe this is happening to me. I can’t believe how they don’t even respond. I should’ve gotten at the least a response making me aware of the situation. I’ll be updating this thread with the results and however long it’ll take. I had high hopes but now I’ve just been in shock!

Game issues

Where do I begin? Let see, I use to love this app because of sport betting, but the casino app/ games constantly kicks you out or becomes an error. When you do resume, it gets stuck. Notify customer services, then get slapped in the face with no bonus and only your bet back. What is up with that? Then tell me to check my WiFi/internet services, and all the other things they wanted me to do and the game still don’t work. The game in mention is Jewels of the dragon phoenix. During hold and spin, it’s fine. Once you hit the free spin, it stops. When I do resume, still the same old screen. When I approach customer service, it seems like they were going to help you and be fair. Then goes around and just only give you your bet back. What a scam! The amount of time and money just to get a bonus, then you hit a “what seems to be a great bonus” is stuck! Definitely a scam don’t you all agree? I have played many sites. I have never ever got kicked out of a bonus nor never got paid out. If it gets stuck, the others apps I have encounter attempts to fix the issues and learn from it, so the players/customers are able to resume. No more wasting my time here. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Not worth it

So I found some really fun slot games on this app that I had never seen before and at first I was having so much fun playing slingo’s deal or no deal and then I noticed something fishy. I would only win enough slingos to unlock the banker’s offer when I bet higher amounts and even then the prize would be change. Consistently. Not only that, but yesterday when I decided to play for the first time in a while something even worse happened. I picked the 10 case. When the game started the 10 case was still on the board. When the 10 case on the board opened it housed $10. Now, I didn’t make enough slingos to win an offer but when MY 10 case opened it revealed $0.35. Not $10 even though that’s what the game maker revealed the 10 case to hold. Not only that but on several occasions I’ve noticed the grand prize was played in cases above the number 20 even though the player is only allowed to pick from cases 1-20. How could I ever win the grand prize if it’s in case 47 every other game? I can’t. This game scams. Computer gets 4 blackjacks in a row? 5th hand is a push? Makes complete sense. The developers are crooks and there are far better and more FAIR options available on the App Store. Skip this one.

The amount of times losing 16 out of 17 or 23 of 25 hands in a row is remarkable! The deal will “hit “ a 8 card 21 to beat your 20 (if somehow you’re able to get that) it’s all just a joke. First casino app visually impaired VoiceOver compatible

This is the first casino app. I found it that people who use voiceover could play these games with the screen readers. Not all casino games are accessible but a lot of them are. None of the table games are accessible but that’s OK. I am enjoying playing this game and it’s not about making money to get rich. It’s just about having a little bit of fun and enjoying one’s experience. Thanks so much. The Super Bowl bingo was great because it was accessible to voiceover users on the sports app. The only thing I didn’t know was when the Bingo button would become clickable so if there’s a way for that information to be put in the screen where the bingo board is located next year that would be really cool. I have to give you guys a big thumbs up for your ability to make things usable by those of us who can’t see and have a screen reading software. And closing do not, but what you can’t afford to lose and if you lose stop whining about it, that’s why they call it gambling.

If you hate money then you will love scamduel

I personally hate money so this app was perfect for me. I love dropping all my money on here because I know they are fair and regulated. So when I win 20 bucks on a 5 dollar bonus after losing a stack in about half an hour with no bonus or free games at all, it’s like a dream come true. So let’s make a bet scamduel. Put 500 in my account, 1 dollar a spin, you pick the game. If I win more than 251 bucks in 1 spin, and if I make it back to at least 500, I will give you the 500 back plus I’ll donate another 500 to your wonderful organization. But when I lose all that money in like 10 minutes you have to give me back all the money I’ve ever spent on here. Average at best

This casino is okay but certainly not my favorite online gambling app. Other apps have many many more games to choose from including Progressive Jackpot games and they offer better promos. Daily chance to win bonus $ or free spins. I understand Fanduel is a Sportsbook mainly but other apps like mgm offer better sports promos too and also award loyalty points for playing that can be used to buy free play. I play a lot and think there should be some type of rewards program for loyal players to earn bonuses..in the last 10 days my account says I’ve wagered over $12,000 that should count towards something…has some connection problems at times but not the worst casino app I’ve played. Just needs better promos more games and a loyalty program. Have NO complaints about winning/losing or fairness of the games chances are the same everywhere..games aren’t rigged. I’ve won and lost on EVERY app I play including this one. I just wanted to include that because I hate reading reviews of people just complaining because they lost and saying games are rigged 🙄🙄🙄

So many glitches!!!! Customer Support lacks

This is the only casino app where I regularly run into major technical game issues. I’ll have money down on a game, and the game will malfunction, and my money is stuck in the game. Eventually if I’m lucky they will “finish” the game on my behalf , they never return the original wager amount even if you’re unable to finish due to their technology. Ive pretty much stopped playing on this app mainly because of these issues. It’s a shame because they do have a great array of games, many with $0.20 wagers for those who don’t care to spend a ton. Example: I’ve followed up now with numerous screen shots and error codes for Slingo Tetris for over 5 weeks. The game is still not working on my end. I’ve tried other devices, uninstalled and reinstalled, switched to different WiFi networks etc. No one is able to help. This is one of many games now that I’m unable to play due to their crummy technology. Don’t expect them to give you any free play money for your trouble as well—- unlike DraftKings that will make things right if they mess up.

Best casino app by FAR

All my favorite slots, no ads, real money, potential for big wins. And no waiting for the wheel of fortune machine. Bet a dollar and won $200 which I was able to immediately withdraw. But what really sets this app apart is that in Blackjack if you accidentally hit the wrong button - I almost accidentally hit on 20 today when my finger slipped - but it shows an “Are you sure you want to hit on 20?” message when it very well could have easily taken my money. Also impressed that it’s not encouraging unhealthy habits. I was playing penny slots for a while and it notified me to let me know I’ve been playing for an hour. Good to have a reality check when it’s so easy to lose track of time. By far the best one I’ve found. 10/10

Not the worst. Not the best…

FanDuel was my FIRST mobile casino download.. and for a while it was my favorite. All the others seemed cheep and unorganized compared… more lately tho, it’s very slow to load games. Often crashes when it’s almost loaded. Errors frequently with no explanation.. just overall frustrating, there’s been days where I’ve not been able to play at all, it just would take too long to load a game and I’d just give up.. the daily free spins is one thing that keeps me coming back, it’s unique to FanDuel. However, your spending DEFINITELY reflects how much you can win on free spins… I almost ALWAYS win .05 cents… BUT if I make a deposit that day, then I won .25cents.. however, my friend who regularly deposited $20-$500+ DAILY…. Would get $2-$5 on a free spin win…. The fine print says it’s random and not at all related to how much you spend but it’s so obvious. But, as far as slots… Cash Machine is the way to go. Bet $5 or more to make it worth your time 😀

Decent app could be better

This app is decent , there are far better paying ones though for sure, this one almost seems like a money pit because the win to loss ratio is absolutely terrible. Also if you’re playing this app, don’t expect any bonuses are free play that amount to anything other than a dollar or two, highly recommend DraftKings or MGM. the reward machine on this used to be amazing and you would get free play all the time until they added the purple ticket, draw now you’ll be lucky to win anything on it except maybe five spins on a terrible game. This eats money and never gives you any bonus free play like the other apps. So if your trying to win money and actually be a valued customer and get free play and bonuses try a different app. My biggest thing is it never pays out in a matter how much you seem to play. I get that you lose a lot with casino apps, but this will never pays out very rarely and be sure not to ask them for free play like a real casino, they threaten to ban your account.

FanDuel and others: Live Dealer

Platforms: FanDuel, DraftKings,BetMGM, and Barstool sports casinos all use the same set up for their live dealer Games. Regardless of the casino, they all are under the same roof, same tables. This is a concern because roulette for example, they have a monitor in which shows the dealer where to spin the ball at, speed, spin etc. this generates a quadrant in which the ball will land. All these casinos are making millions off the same set-up different platforms. Dealers use coughs, clear throat and other signals to alert pit boss or others. Why would they need signals if it’s a truly randomized game with normal advantage? It’s a raise for concern. I have hours of screen recording on my iPhone that I’ll upload soon. They target certain players and ensure you lose once they have established what type of player you are. It’s bias and they don’t give you stakes or loss backs like an in house casino would. I’ve received 1 or 2 “bonus” funds in comparison to the thousands I’ve put in. Im dedicating my time to help those who have lost to these sites, in contact with Michigan’s regulation.

Scam. It might let you win for a bit but even with proof they won’t pay out

I’ll finish this later but so many times where video and pic proof and issues across the board and they don’t pay out. Support is limited to chat where you can’t send files and they “escalate” to email where they send a generic email and close it out and say rate the experience without being able to submit proof!!! Endless cycle. Oh and be aware that if you do contact support, be prepared to go on a heavy losing streak or have your account temporarily suspended….. I was hoping it wasn’t a scam and was only a glitch but look at other videos and reviews. They did issue a $50 credit saying sorry for the issues once. 😂😂😂 to make up for THOUSANDS in missing winnings. Please don’t bother unless you are playing very little and realize that it’s a scam when it comes to decent wins or them keeping their word. Save your time and don’t bother. Structure is setup so you can’t get real support. And legally they set it up so the consumer is stuck basically. So yeah. Disappointing. But scam.

Still garbage

Well I thought the update would have fixed some issues. But now I haven’t won a single dime I used to get bonuses and jackpot in my favorite game during the week. And during the weekend is just the bonuses. But lately I haven’t won anything I’ve lost more and more through the week. They can claim regulated all they want. But the only truly regulated are the casinos. Funny how you can tell the game is rigged. It black out and the order of the bonuses has completely change so it’s impossible to even get a bonus. Also not to mention the screen blacking out. And then your close to a jackpot technical issue. Unfortunately, I’m closing down my account I’m going over to DraftKings. I noticed the difference between both apps so far I’ve won over 500$ in just one sitting with DraftKings and they give you bonus bets once you sign up which were also worth while I made 600$ from that alone. This app should really just start reimbursing their customers for missing out on jackpots and the frustrations this app has caused

If I could give this app negative stars I would...now as we all know you can’t win all the time...however I’ve never seen a blackjack dealer win a hand off a bust card so much in my life. Like seriously!!! Not to mention how calculated they are off your wager 😂 it’s extremely hilarious...the more you wager the more you loose...it’s also ironic when you double down you never and I mean never receive the card you’re hoping for or close to for that matter...but I promise you the dealer catches every card it needs to make some type of hand. Gamble elsewhere I have never won with FanDuel after depositing over 5000 dollars to date there games never pay I’ve bet at 20 cents all the way to a few dollars a hand never won anything not even a few bucks personally I believe there slots are rigged they don’t even pay out when you hit a bonus win or free spins it will give you like a 2 to 3 dollar win I’ve been a long time DraftKings member and I’ve lost with them also but I have won also numerous times so to never win not even a 100 bucks here and there after depositing over 5000 dollars and playing numerous slots to me that’s highly suspicious even at the casino you have a better win ratio and chance of winning now this is my personal opinion and experience with FanDuel I honestly believe your money would have a better shot elsewhere unfortunately I for one won’t be wasting anymore of my time or money with them I get they trying to make money but I rather stick with DraftKings where I actually have a shot at winning

After doing the “refer a friend” promotion we never received our bonuses. We used the correct link. After being in a queue for support for 30 minutes we were told our wager amount wasn’t correct on the casino app. This person did a manual courtesy credit to our accounts for half of the promotion amount, told us we would get the remaining amount following the correct wager after 72 hours, and FAILED to tell us until after she did it that this could only be done one time. More than 72 hours later we had to reach out yet again because the remainder was never added, told that they would be reaching out to a supervisor to have it added, only to be emailed almost immediately after closing the chat stating they wouldn’t be giving us our credits. I have screenshots of the initial conversations. The same person who referred me went through this same process with who had referred him. Hold your “staff” accountable, not your PAYING customers.

Guaranteed way to lose money

I loss over 20k in about 2.5 months in the casino! Slots is a joke they try to talk about RTV, yea they give you a big hit when you first join then take it back quickly. Then the RTV becomes such low amounts you don’t win no matter what you bet if you even hit on a large wager! Pick your poison if you go to black jack, they have bots playing and players playing from their company to mess up the shoe and hands. You are dealt 12, 13, 14,15 hands often and if you stay dealer most always gets 17-21 if you hit you usually bust. Reverse it and if dealer show 12, 13, etc and you can have a 19,20 they will most likely always beat you out by having a push at 20 or 21. I’ve never seen dealers hit 21s so much in my life and I be to 100s brick and mortar places. They should be investigated by the FBI because gaming commission is obviously not doing their job! Save your money and go to actual casinos so these places can go out of business.

This app robbed me

Be careful with betting on this app. Put in $85 on Monday playing Roulette got up to $430. I decided to withdraw the funds to my bank debit card . Next thing you know my account got suspended for insuspicious activity. Contacted customer support on the website via live chat . They told me someone from the reviewing team will get back to me via email to get my account back up and running. Received 3 emails asking for my ID , pictures and the card I was using to deposit the money . After I sent it in Monday, have not heard back from them at all since then . The customer service is lacking , there is no direct phone numbers to reach them . Be careful if you decide to bet big and then win a big one and have your account suspended like this . I feel like this App is holding on to money and doesn’t want to pay out . Today is the 3rd day let’s see how long it will take for them to get my account up and running again.

I talked to someone else the other day about the casino games freezing. Then I lose my money. Instead of trying to give me credits or something. All I got was a troubleshooting email. Then I got disconnected from the chat by accident today and all I got was $5. I’ve used more than $5 and the casino did the same thing. Screwed me. I am so over and done with this. Bonus draw

I like FanDuel a lot. It my favorite casino app. I win a lot of the slot games, but please turn off the bonus draw ticket thing on the reward machine. I collected a lot of purple tickets at one point and didn’t win anything but people who got less tickets won. It’s just a few extra dollars if you do win on reward machine but I seriously feel like those purple tickets just be in the way of me winning my little $2 so I can get my daily spin fix. Please remove those purple tickets. Also as someone else stated there should be better rewards or some type of loyalty/member benefits I win a lot but I also spend a lot. Sometimes I spend 100’s before I actually do win something good. But I love this app 1 missing star for the purple tickets lol.

The Friend Referral only works when you hound them and they still haven't given me my extra money for my Referrals if it wasn't for that I would rate it better they have many more casino apps that are much better with customer service that give you real bonuses not this fake bonuses like the play $50 on the game of the week and get $5? For nearly 2 years Fan Duel was my favorite app. I would get cash bonuses without doing anything just open the app and $100-$250 would be in there fairly regularly. The app was smooth no major concerns and withdrawals were there immediately. It’s no longer that company. No more out of the blue cash, withdrawals depend upon the amount over $1k and you will wait. App is glitchy occasionally. 1x play through is the only thing that no one else does but don’t forget that includes all deposits… so what If you won big if you made a large deposit you have to play through one time before it’s available for withdrawal. Which is still better than most however it goes back to loyalty. Fan Duel is the only app pretending they aren’t shady the other apps respect you too much. Loyalty isn’t important to the generations operating these apps. Just sad.

They suspended my account after I’ve been here for three years and won’t answer me

You guys suspended my account for no reason and tried to basically say I have big gambling problem after I just asked if one of my funds can be released earlier and then Bam $1800 is locked in there and you guys refuse to hurry up and send back to me but you were quick to take it. Before one whoever wants to sign up with a FanDuel to be very careful as they will keep your money if you hit high and make you wait for your money but they don’t wait for their deposits . The account team that is investigating do not have a phone number or email they can be reach and you basically have to play waiting game while your money is just sitting there. I’ve been here for three years loyal to them and this is how they treat the client. Livid and beyond mad and will never play with them again after they release my funds.

I love fanduel but since getting my new I phone (previous Samsung user) and now whenever I try to go into my favorite games, it says update needed, I click yes, most of the time there is no update it just says open. 2x it has said it updated but hasn’t as I’m still unable to play my favorite games. If I go through Sportsbook to the casino it works fine. I’d also like to just say that while you have some really amazing people who work the chat lines, my last 2 experiences were horrible and almost made me go back to mgm. DON’T DO IT!!!!!

If you think it looks like entertaining don’t do it. If you think it’s like going to the casino without the travel don’t do it. It’s not entertaining when they can’t keep track of your location for half an hour. Half the games take several minutes to load and when you try to play they error out. That’s entertaining right? If you go to the casino chances are you will lose in the end, but they dabble you along for entertainment purposes. Here you win something close to poor man’s significant and they shut that stuff?off now. Then tell you about regulatory oversight. Pretty sure if you play a bit you can tell “like they can and I can when regulators are looking. All in all if you play more than 10 minutes it will be a negative experience. Want something just as fun to do for half the cost? Flush 50% of what you can afford to lose down the toilet.

I have active accts on every Sportsbetting/Casino App and FanDuel is definitely the BEST in the Industry. The amount of Bonuses that they throw at you is more than all the other Apps combined! Plus, you only have to wager the Bonuses 1x and the money is yours to do what you want (Play more or Withdrawal). Many other Apps (I’ll be considerate and NOT Name them) make you wager an insane amount of times before the Bonus $ is yours. Most Apps have a $10 minimum to deposit (which is good) but FanDuel’s minimum is just $5. Also…… whenever I withdrawal my Winnings into my bank acct (or other accts), I only have to wait 30 seconds to maybe 2 minutes and the $$ is in my bank!!

Never Win

FanDuel is the worst casino I’ve gambled online. I have been gambling here for months and in spite of thousands of dollars of deposits, I am constantly and totally in the red. I’m down almost $9000 and I have been DOWN since I started playing. I’ve had no significant wins, ever!! Seriously, FanDuel, it’s no fun at all…if all you ever do is lose (your hard earned cash)! Any other website I’ve gambled on, at least, I’ve had some significant wins. Not here! Nope! Not even once! I took one withdrawal, one time, for $200. At that time I was already down about $7000 and since then it seems like all I do is put money in and lose it. I don’t even go up and down so that I can play for a minute. I just lose all my money all the time. This is the worst casino ever. Save your money people!!! Go to DraftKings or one of the MGM websites; you’re way better off. Ups and downs

As a site I think FanDuel is pretty solid all around easy to navigate and wide variety of games .. as a high end player I don’t feel appreciated AT ALL!!! 92k in losses and over 1million in wagering in just the past few months and I haven’t been offered anything in fact quite the opposite .. NO VIP TREATMENT.. just went through over a month long review of my account that could have been avoided with one simple e-Mail or phone call .. also am missing just under 1k in owed monies from before my account was suspended that has yet to be returned .. That being said once FanDuel security ‘actually acknowledged’ my e-mails they were prompt & punctual with their responses .. I guess we shall see how it plays out as far as my owes money though :(

APP IS 100% RIGGED

This app is so rigged it’s not even funny. Obviously, casinos aren’t out here to lose their money. But for instance, I deposited over 5k since December 1st until the present day of today. I literally haven’t profited ONE TIME since December 1st!!!! Went on my friends Fanduel casino app, and guess what?! He has literary 20 more slot games than I have. Disappointed

I singed up after seeing an ad for 200 free spins. I started playing the designated games and realized I was using my deposit, not free spins. I couldn’t find an option anywhere for the free spins. I’ve contacted support several times and have received conflicting information. The first told me they didn’t know why my spins weren’t there and that someone would contact me. This app loves to lock the pot or withhold your bonus spins. Once you finally start to gain momentum they snatch it from you by interfering with the game. All of a sudden the game is error or technical. I wish I could this app a 0 rating because that’s what it is. A big fat Zero that takes takes takes but ohhhh boy will they not give. I’ve got $50 bonus that’s stuck in sports betting when I’ve never even signed up for sports betting but they won’t let me deposit it. Just this week I went through major trouble trying to get a funky $96 that they withheld and made me jump through hoops just to get it. Not fast enough withdraws

I still give you a 5 star because its got really good wins But at the same time I still look at the down fall because the with draws are not as fast as DraftKings. If it was a fast as DraftKings that would be fabulous service I shouldn’t wait 24-48 hours for with draws as I’ve had with draws from FanDuel within 30 mins. With DraftKings it’s legit minutes The with draw process for FanDuel is a big thumb down. Other that I don’t complain I’ve had to contact FanDuel a couple of times for my withdraw process. Bonuses are few and far between...

It takes forever to hit a bonus round on any game and then when you do it doesn't net you more than any other regular spin... sometimes even less... it's nice that they have some of the newest games but it would be nice to win something from those games... I've personally spent $50 straight in the same game and didn't hit one single bonus... and I was at the minimum bet which equals a lot of spins... just seems like you should win more than you do... the 24 hr payback from your first wager is kinda nice and the bonus play through is the lowest in the state that I've found! Worst casino app out there!! The absolute worst customer service!! Incredibly rude once you are able to get in contact with customer support (after a 30-60 minute waiting time) and then you get met with evasive answers and snide remarks. Games constantly crash out of nowhere in the middle of a winning streak, with a stupid pop-up stating location cannot be verified, WOW! Never crashes when you’re losing LOL! To top it off, they suspend your account and hold your winnings hostage with for absolutely no reason and with absolutely no communication or updates from their end. Claiming they are doing a fraud investigation, going on three weeks now by the way, and yet they happily keep your account open and running when you’re plugging thousands of dollars into the casino. Do not use

I have gone through their live chat now option for help on an error I keep getting when trying to play any casino game. All 3 times I was told the same thing, that I needed to delete and reinstall app, update phone, disconnect/reconnect app, try a different device, use computer. I did all those just to verify I wasn’t a “me” issue, when I messaged back saying I did that already, I was told do it a different way. What a joke.
