Farm Fresh To You

I haven’t eaten such fresh food in a very long time, living in the city you only have so many options. I forgot how delicious fresh vegetables and eggs can taste! My son was a little skeptical at first but after our first meal using the Farm Fresh To You ingredients he immediately noticed the difference, he’s now a big fan! We all are! Everything is organic, packaged well, eco-friendly, delicious AND affordable. Being a vegetarian this is heaven for me, Love it!

I used to have to set reminders so I wouldn’t forget to login to the website to customize my box in time. Now with the app it is waaaay easier. I get a reminder on my phone and just pop open the easy to use app and can take care of it right then. Makes a world of a difference to choose exactly what I want versus perhaps getting items I’m already stocked with.

Used the App for the first time logging into my account and I have to say, it was very straight forward and easy to use. It absolutely made everything convenient and I was able to view my up coming delivery with ease. It also made it a lot of fun to easily access everything. I would highly recommend this App to anyone who has Farm Fresh To You.

I’ve been a Farm Fresh To You member for over 10 years. I was in heaven when they added the customization feature and the option to add groceries. I LOVE that I now have this functionality in an app. It’s so convenient to be able to make last minute additions to my deliveries or view upcoming orders when planning my weekly menus. Downloaded app and within 5 minutes had updated my produce, added local vinegar and sourdough bread. Easy to view the items in my order. This is much more convenient for me than logging into the main website and navigating into the customizing area. Glad I downloaded.

An amazing service that delivers the best local selection of organic produce fresh from family farms to your door. The app makes interfacing with a more closely connected food system so easy. I can customize my box, adjust my schedule and add grocery items to my delivery - then it shows up at my door!

The produce quality for Southern California is very good. The curation of grocery products is excellent. They have a lot of unique offerings and the hidden gem is all of their various meat products. It’s all seasonal and changes all the time, keeping things interesting. The best salmon I’ve ever had, but it’s only available in summer!

The new way to customize my scheduled farm box delivery is great—allowing much more flexibility. The app version has much more snap and speed. Looking forward to more features including ways to manage my account in the app and maybe some search capabilities. Love it!

I highly recommend Farm Fresh. We receive quality produce on a regularly consistent basis. Every once in a while we get something that is bad but it’s far between and not a big deal. My issue is that I cannot use the app to customize my orders. I continually receive an error message. Not sure why I have it on my phone if it’s not going to work.

I love my Farm Fresh to You subscription and having the app makes it so easy to manage! I love having the app notification come up when it’s time to customize my order each week. Definitely recommend!

Love the produce and fruits they deliver in the middle of the night. The grapefruit have been soooo sweet. They have other products, like I tried the venison (and a little pork) breakfast sausage the sell - was different but delicious.

This app has changed our lives. It’s so convenient and we are much healthier people because of it!

Very easy to customize the box with this

It takes forever to bring up a list of produce or groceries to customize my box. Once I get the list and customize, it says there is an error and won’t save my changes. Once this issue is fixed, I’m sure it will be great.

Unable to get past the login screen when I enter my credentials.

This app is so far useless. It crashes when I try to enter my sign in info. That’s as far as I can get.

Pros: - the food is decent Cons: - YOU HAVE TO BUILD YOUR BOX FROM SCRATCH EVERY TIME, NO RECURRING ITEMS EXCEPT FOR MILK! Every week I have to spend a good 30 minutes removing each default item and then adding each individual item of my choice to the box because the app doesn’t allow you to just reorder the same items every week. The boxes they offer don’t have anything I want, so I have to manually delete every item (which is a hassle due to broken UI) and add every item that I want. - The app doesn’t keep you logged in, you have to manually log in every time. - The horrid $27.50 minimum requirement for *produce* makes me order far more food of that category than I can actually eat, leading to food waste. I can’t buy and eat $27.50 worth of fruit, but I don’t want anything else, so I end up throwing about a third of the fruit away. The app doesn’t care that I actually spent a whopping $84.78 on the box due to numerous *grocery* add-ons, noooo, they want you to order excessive amounts of food and waste it. - The UI is inconvenient at best and completely broken at worst. I bet it was never actually tested before release. The “hit boxes” for buttons are misaligned, the app doesn’t register when I tap on buttons half the time, and I end up tapping the wrong things *more frequently* than the ones I actually need to. I do not encounter this issue in any other app, to the point where at first I thought something’s wrong with my phone. But no, my phone works great, it’s just whoever designed and built this app did a very lazy job. - The box always contains some sort of recipe page and a page-long receipt, which is just 100% waste of paper. I ordered a FRUIT BOX people, I am not interested in your garlic soup recipes, take a hint. And I know what I ordered, no need to print it all out for me. If I order boxes every week, then I’m one year I end up throwing away 54 pages - a whole book-worth - of paper, doesn’t that bother anyone? hello? You know this all could be an email, right? - Oh and, what do you suggest I do with all those freezer bags? They aren’t recyclable. HelloFresh figured it out with some thick cellulose paper wrapped around cold items, maybe you can look into that? Anyways, this service is a mess. Good food, again, but the app is horrible and deserves one star at best. I’ll update the rating if they get their stuff together. I will be cancelling my subscription soon if they don’t.
